Description

The present invention relates to a storage tray in which a storage recess for storing an object to be stored is formed.

When storing and transporting electronic components and the like, a storage tray in which a plurality of storage recesses are formed so as to be able to store objects to be stored such as electronic components is used. Such storage trays are generally formed by vacuum molding a flat synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polystyrene, or PET.

A conventional general storage tray is shown in FIG.
The storage tray 10 has storage recesses 12 formed in a plurality of sections so as to be recessed in the size of the storage object so that a single tray can store a plurality of storage objects. The storage recess 12 is formed so as to be surrounded by a rib 13 formed so that the synthetic resin material protrudes upward.
In addition, a flange portion 14 that protrudes outward is formed at the lower end portion of each rib 13 located on the outermost periphery of the storage tray 10.

In general, a plurality of such storage trays are stacked and stored or transported. For this reason, a storage tray in which two synthetic resin materials are bonded together has been proposed in order to increase rigidity so that the storage tray does not deform (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).

特開2000−94503号公報JP 2000-94503 A 特開2001−72173号公報JP 2001-72173 A

FIG. 9 shows a pasting portion of a storage tray in which two conventional synthetic resin materials 15 and 16 are pasted together. The bonding is performed by bonding the lower surface of the flange portion 14 of the synthetic resin material 15 and the upper surface of the synthetic resin material 16 together.
Thus, when manufacturing a storage tray in which two synthetic resin materials are bonded together, means such as applying an adhesive to the outer peripheral edge of both synthetic resin materials and bonding them together, or bonding them together by heat sealing, etc. Has been adopted.

However, if two synthetic resin materials are bonded to each other by using an adhesive or heat sealing, it takes time for manufacturing, so even a storage tray made of two synthetic resin materials can be easily manufactured. There is a problem that a proper storage tray is desired.

Therefore, the present invention is made to solve the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to easily attach the two synthetic resin materials to each other in the storage tray composed of the two synthetic resin materials. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a storage tray that can save labor during manufacture.

According to the storage tray according to the present invention, the storage tray includes a synthetic resin upper material in which a storage recess for storing an object to be stored is formed, and a synthetic resin lower material attached to the lower surface of the upper material. In the tray, an outer peripheral edge portion of one of the upper material and the lower material is formed with a flange that protrudes outward, and the outer surface of either the upper material or the lower material. A peripheral wall portion extending so as to cover the distal end portion of the flange portion is formed at the peripheral portion, and an engaging portion protruding inward is formed on the inner wall of the peripheral wall portion, and the upper member and the lower member When the two are attached to each other, the peripheral wall portion is elastically deformed so that the front end portion of the collar portion is provided so as to get over the locking portion and be locked to the locking portion.
By adopting this configuration, when attaching the upper material and the lower material to each other, make sure that the collar goes over the locking portion on the peripheral wall formed on the outer peripheral edge of the upper material or the lower material. The peripheral wall portion is elastically deformed, the collar portion is locked by the locking portion, and the upper material and the lower material are attached.

Moreover, the said latching | locking part may be formed in a part of said surrounding wall part. If the locking part is only formed in a part, the peripheral wall part is not greatly deformed when attaching the collar part, and the attachment can be easily performed.

Further, the upper material or the lower material on which the peripheral wall portion is formed is formed on the inner wall of the portion where the flange portion of the outer peripheral edge portion is formed so as to sandwich the flange portion with the formed peripheral wall portion. An abutting wall that abuts may be formed. According to this structure, a collar part is inserted | pinched between a surrounding wall part and a contact wall, and an upper material and a lower material are attached firmly.

According to the storage tray of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost by facilitating the attachment of the upper and lower materials of the storage tray composed of two synthetic resin materials, the upper material and the lower material. I can plan.

(First embodiment)
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a storage tray, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the storage tray. FIG. 3 shows an enlarged view of a portion where the upper material and the lower material are attached.
The storage tray 30 includes an upper member 34 in which a storage recess 32 is formed, and a lower member 36 attached to the lower surface of the upper member 34 so as to cover the bottom surface of the storage recess 32.
In the storage recess 32, an object to be stored such as an electronic component is stored.

The upper material 34 and the lower material 36 are formed by forming a flat synthetic resin material such as polypropylene, polystyrene, PET, etc., by vacuum forming and forming irregularities.
The storage tray 30 stores the objects to be stored in the storage recess 32 and then is used by stacking a plurality of sheets, and the objects to be stored are stored or transported in the stacked state.

The storage recess 32 of the upper member 34 is formed so as to be surrounded by a mountain-shaped storage recess forming rib 33 protruding upward. The shape of each storage recess 32 can take various shapes depending on the shape of the object to be stored, but in this embodiment, a simple rectangular shape in plan view is shown as an example.
The outer wall of the storage recess forming rib 33 located on the outermost periphery of the upper member 34 is configured as an outer peripheral wall 38 of the entire tray. A flange 40 protruding outward is formed at the lower end of the outer peripheral wall 38.

The lower member 36 in the present embodiment is formed so as to cover the entire lower surface of the upper member 34 and is formed in a substantially flat plate shape.
A peripheral wall portion 42 formed so as to be bent upward is provided on the outer peripheral edge portion of the lower member 36.

The peripheral wall portion 42 is formed with a locking portion 44 that protrudes inward. The locking portion 44 has a function of locking the collar portion 40, and when the upper member 34 and the lower member 36 are assembled, the position A of the distal end portion 40a of the flange portion 40 (see FIG. 3). ) So as to protrude inward.

The upper member 34 and the lower member 36 are attached by fitting the collar portion 40 of the upper member 34 into the peripheral wall portion 42 of the lower member 36.
That is, the upper member 34 and the lower member 36 are brought close to each other, and the flange portion 40 is pushed so as to get over the locking portion 44 of the peripheral wall portion 42. Then, the peripheral wall portion 42 is deformed so that the locking portion 44 is pushed by the flange portion 40 and tilts outward (see the broken line in FIG. 3). Then, the collar portion 40 gets over the locking portion 44 and is pushed to a position where the bottom surface 40 b of the collar portion contacts the upper surface 36 a of the lower member 36. Thereafter, the peripheral wall portion 42 returns to its original position due to elasticity, and the locking portion 44 is located above the collar portion 40. For this reason, the collar part 40 is latched by the latching part 44 so as not to be detached from the lower member 36, and the upper member 34 and the lower member 36 are attached.

The locking portion 44 may not be formed on the entire peripheral wall portion 42 that covers the outer peripheral edge of the lower member 36. That is, even if the locking portion 44 is formed on a part of the peripheral wall portion 42, the collar portion 40 can be prevented from coming off.

FIG. 4 shows a configuration in which the outer side and the inner side of the flange 40 can be sandwiched.
The lower member 36 is formed with an abutment wall 50 raised upward so as to abut against the inner wall of the outer peripheral wall 38 of the upper member 34. The abutment wall 50 only needs to abut on a portion corresponding to at least the inside of the flange portion 40 of the inner wall of the outer peripheral wall 38.
With such a configuration, the collar portion 40 is sandwiched between the outer wall surface of the abutting wall 50 and the inner wall surface of the peripheral wall portion 42, and the collar portion 40 can be prevented from easily falling off.

In FIG. 4, the lower member 36 is illustrated in which a bottom surface 36 b of the lower member 36 is raised upward in a mountain shape in order to form the contact wall 50.
However, the configuration for sandwiching the flange portion 40 is not limited to this, and the bottom surface 36 of the lower member 36 may be formed in a step shape to form the contact wall 50 (see FIG. 7).

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the storage tray will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the component same as embodiment mentioned above, and description may be abbreviate | omitted.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the fitting of the flange portion to the peripheral wall portion is performed on the upper surface side.

The storage recess forming rib 33 located on the outermost periphery of the upper member 34 of the present embodiment has no outer wall, and the portion raised upward from the outer peripheral edge of the lower member 36 is the entire tray. The outer peripheral wall 48 is configured.
At the upper end portion of the outer peripheral wall 48 raised from the lower member 36, a flange portion 40 protruding outward is formed.

The lower member 36 in the present embodiment includes a flat bottom 49 that covers the entire lower surface of the upper member 34, and the above-described outer peripheral wall 48 that rises from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom 49.
Further, a peripheral wall portion 42 formed so as to be bent downward is provided on the outer peripheral edge portion of the upper member 34.

The peripheral wall portion 42 is formed with a locking portion 44 that protrudes inward. The locking portion 44 has a function of locking the flange portion 40 and protrudes inward from the tip end portion 40a of the flange portion 40 when the upper member 34 and the lower member 36 are assembled. Is formed.

The upper member 34 and the lower member 36 are attached by fitting the collar portion 40 of the lower member 36 into the peripheral wall portion 42 of the upper member 34.
6). Then, the collar part 40 gets over the locking part 44 and is pushed to a position where the upper surface 40c of the collar part contacts the upper surface 34a of the upper member 34. Thereafter, the peripheral wall portion 42 returns to its original position due to elasticity, and the locking portion 44 is located above the collar portion 40. For this reason, the collar part 40 is locked by the locking part 44 so as not to be detached from the upper member 34, and the upper member 34 and the lower member 36 are attached.

The locking portion 44 may not be formed on the entire peripheral wall portion 42 that covers the outer peripheral edge of the upper member 34. That is, even if the locking portion 44 is formed on a part of the peripheral wall portion 42, the collar portion 40 can be prevented from coming off.

Moreover, in FIG. 7, the structure which can pinch | interpose the outer side and inner side of the collar part 40 is shown.
The upper member 34 is formed with a contact wall 54 raised upward so as to contact the inner wall of the outer peripheral wall 48 of the lower member 36. The abutting wall 54 only needs to abut on a portion corresponding to at least the inside of the flange portion 40 among the inner walls of the outer peripheral wall 48.
With such a configuration, the collar portion 40 is sandwiched between the outer wall surface of the abutting wall 54 and the inner wall surface of the peripheral wall portion 42, and the collar portion 40 can be prevented from easily falling off.

In FIG. 7, the upper member 34 is illustrated in the case where the upper surface 34 b of the upper member 34 is formed in a stepped shape in order to form the contact wall 54. However, the configuration for sandwiching the collar portion 40 is not limited to this, and the portion where the contact wall 54 is formed may be formed in a groove shape (see FIG. 4).

Moreover, in each embodiment mentioned above, the upper material 34 and the lower material 36 have been demonstrated based on each drawing which contacts only in the latching | locking part of the collar part 40 and the surrounding wall part 42. FIG. However, in this invention, it does not limit to such a thing and does not prevent that the upper material 34 and the lower material 36 contact in parts other than the collar part 40 and the surrounding wall part 42. FIG.
Therefore, for example, a configuration in which the bottom surface of the storage recess 32 of the upper member 34 is in contact with the upper surface of the lower member 36 may be employed.

While the present invention has been described above with reference to a preferred embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and it goes without saying that many modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. .
