Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a joint for a synthetic resin water pipe that can rotate the water pipe for fine adjustment even after connection, and in particular, even in a state where the internal pressure is acting by letting water flow through the water pipe, The present invention relates to a joint for a synthetic resin water pipe capable of rotating the water pipe.
Conventionally, a pipe body made of a synthetic resin such as cross-linked polyethylene or polybuden has been adopted as a water supply pipe for water supply or hot water supply. Various "joints" that enable easy and reliable connection of such water pipes to devices such as headers (water separators) have been proposed in the past, and in particular, those described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 below. Is listed as a typical prior art.
First, the joint (A) described in Patent Document 1 is the outer side of the water pipe (22) and disposed in the joint (A), and the retaining ring (18) in the cap nut (14). The claw provided inside the retaining ring (18) bites into the outer peripheral surface of the water pipe (22) by being pinched between the guide part (8) inserted into the water pipe (22). Thus, the water pipe (22) is connected so as not to be removable. According to this joint (A), the water pipe (22) can be securely connected by simply inserting the water pipe (22) into the guide (8) in the joint (A) and inserting the cap nut (14). This is an effective technique in that it can be fixed.
However, the joint (A) has a structure in which the water pipe (22) is clamped between the retaining ring (18) and the guide portion (8) to prevent the joint from passing through the joint (A). After the water pipe is connected, the inner and outer surfaces of the water pipe are brought into close contact with the joint (A) and a strong friction is generated, so that the water pipe can no longer be rotated. Therefore, if the `` stress in the twist direction '' generated during or after piping continues to act on the water pipe connected to the joint for many years, the pipes from the biting site of the `` nail '' in the water pipe, etc. It was a cause of water leakage due to expansion of breakage.
The joints described in Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3 have been proposed as solutions that can solve the problems included in the technique described in Patent Document 1. The joints described in these patent documents are those in which a water pipe is rotatably connected to the joint, and a retaining ring is rotatably accommodated in the joint (Patent Document 2), or An outer cylinder is provided rotatably (Patent Document 3). According to these joints, the water pipe can be rotated even if it is connected immediately after the water pipe is inserted into the joint.
However, once water is circulated through the water pipes connected to these joints, the water pipe is always in a state where the inner and outer diameters are slightly expanded by the water pressure (internal pressure) from the inside. Will be inhibited. More specifically, first, in the joint (10) described in Patent Document 2, the outer peripheral surface of the water flow pipe (13) whose diameter is expanded by the internal pressure is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the joint and the friction resistance is increased. This is not only an obstacle to smooth rotation, but also because the outer peripheral surface of the water pipe (13) bites deeply into the claw (20) of the retaining ring (15, 16). The problem that 13) breaks can also arise.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention arranges a “prevention ring” and a “waterproof seal” on the inner cylinder of the joint main body to perform “prevention” and “waterstop” from the inside of the water conduit, By pressing the water pipe from the outside with an outer cylinder that is freely rotatable, the “retaining ring” and the “outer cylinder” are also driven along with the rotation of the water pipe, and the water pipe is freely rotated. It has been devised to realize that it can. Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a joint that can rotate the water pipe easily and reliably even after the water pipe is mounted on the joint at low cost.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the means taken by the present invention are as follows.
First, the invention according to claim 1 includes a joint

Furthermore, the invention according to claim 4 is the

The invention according to a tenth aspect is the
The effects obtained by adopting the above means are as follows.
First, in the
Next, in the invention according to claim 2, the “
Moreover, in the invention which concerns on Claim 3, since the retaining
Furthermore, in the present invention, when the
According to the invention of claim 4, a thread groove is formed at the water pipe connecting end portion of the
In the invention which concerns on Claim 5, since it has the opening
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 6, since the connection part with the coupling
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 7, it becomes possible to provide this
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 9, since the coupling
And according to the
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the examples shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the joint 100 according to the present invention includes an “
First, the configuration of the
Next, the “
Further, the “opening

Next, the “
Further, the “water-
Furthermore, the “
The “
The “pressing

Among the embodiments described above, a preferred embodiment will be described below.
1 to 6 show a joint 100 according to the first embodiment. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a joint 100 according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a side view of the joint 100 according to the present embodiment, and FIGS. 3 to 6 are cross-sectional views of the joint 100 according to the present embodiment. It is.
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the joint 100 according to the present embodiment includes an
First, in the present embodiment, the
The “screw-in part” corresponding to the

Subsequently, a use state of the joint 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6.
First, FIG. 3 shows a cross section taken along line AA of the joint 100 shown in FIG. 2, and is a state where the water pipe P has not yet been inserted. Next, FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the insertion of the water pipe P into the joint 100 illustrated in FIG. FIG. 5 shows a state where the insertion of the water pipe P into the joint 100 shown in FIG. 4 is completed, and a state where water is not yet circulated in the water pipe P. 6 shows a state in which water is circulated through the water pipe P inserted through the joint 100 shown in FIG. 5, internal pressure is generated in the water pipe P, and the diameter of the water pipe P is expanded in the joint 100. It is a thing.
More specifically, in the state shown in FIG. 6, the diameter of the water pipe P is increased by the internal pressure, so that the outer peripheral surface of the water pipe P is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the
Subsequently, Example 2 of the present invention will be described. Since most of the configuration of the joint 100 according to the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, particularly different features are described, and descriptions of common portions are omitted. 7 to 9 show a cross section of the joint 100 according to the second embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the
Subsequently, Example 3 of the present invention will be described. Since most of the configuration of the joint 100 according to the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, particularly different features are described, and descriptions of common portions are omitted. 10 to 12 show a cross section of the joint 100 according to the third embodiment.
In this embodiment, the “screw-in part” and the “
