Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a base fabric from ravelling at the peripheral edge of pile texture with an end fixing edge material and an adhesive by firmly fitting the end fixing edge material to the peripheral edge of the pile texture with the adhesive so as not to soil a pile surface. <P>SOLUTION: The end fixing edge material 11 is integrally molded into an L-shaped cross sectional shape, which is composed of a flat part 20 to be abutting on the rear surface 26 of the pile texture 34, and an erected wall part 21 projecting from the flat part 20 by forming a horizontal groove 25 having a bent cross section and faces the side surface of the pile texture, by using a soft resin composition. The adhesive 18 for allowing the erected wall part 21 to adhere to the side surface 13 of the base fabric 12 in the pile texture is stored in the horizontal groove 25, so as to be gradually permeated to the side surface 13 of the base fabric 12. Woof 14 and warp 15, 17 constituting the base fabric 12 are made to firmly adhere to one another with the adhesive 18. Thus, the ravel of the base fabric is prevented at the peripheral edge of the pile texture, and also the adhesive 18 is prevented from being pushed out from a part between the side surface 13 of the base fabric 12 and the erected wall part 21 and damaging the pile surface 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention is configured by fringing the periphery of the pile ground from which the pile protrudes from the base fabric, a foot mat or a trunk mat that is used by being laid on the vehicle floor surface, an entrance / exit mat that is used by being placed at an indoor / outdoor entrance, Dust control mats, accent rugs that are placed and used on indoor floors, bath mats, kitchen mats, toilet mats, washing mats, electric carpet surface covers, tile carpets that are laid on indoor floors, etc. is there.

The edge of the carpet which becomes this kind of pile ground is an overlock (for example, refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2) in which a relatively thick colored thread is machined around the periphery of the pile ground, or a pile ground edge between folded edge tapes. Is performed by tape hooking (for example, see Patent Documents 3 and 4). Generally, the same yarn as the pile yarn of the pile ground is used for the overlock colored yarn. The pile at the periphery of the pile ground is covered with the overlock colored yarn, and the pile at the peripheral edge of the pile ground is pushed up to swell the pile surface. As with the overlock colored yarn, the edge tape covers the pile at the periphery of the pile ground, and is pushed up by the pile to be covered and swells on the pile surface.

As described above, the overlock colored yarn and the edging tape are pushed up by the pile at the periphery of the pile base and bulge out on the pile surface, so that they are easily rubbed and worn out when the carpet is used. In addition, when the overlock colored yarn or edging tape is rubbed when using the carpet, the pulling external force acts on the sewing thread that stitches them, and the pulling external force transmitted through the sewing thread forms the base fabric. The warp and weft yarns are rubbed out and the periphery of the pile ground is easily released. In this way, when the overlock colored yarn and edging tape are worn out, and the warp and weft of the base fabric are unwound from the periphery of the pile ground, the entire carpet is worn out, and it looks unsightly as if it was old, and it may be practical. For this reason, the carpet must be replaced.

In order to prevent the unraveling at the periphery of the pile fabric, there is also a method of thickly applying and backing the backing material on the back of the pile fabric like a tile carpet. There is also a concern that the periphery of the carpet warps due to the difference in expansion and contraction (see, for example, Patent Document 5). And pile woven fabrics, such as Wilton carpets and moquettes, in which pile yarns are woven together with ground warps and warp warps, especially two or more types of pile yarns with different colors to selectively weave two or more types of pile yarns. In a patterned pile fabric (for example, refer to Patent Document 6) in which a pattern pattern of the pile is woven on the pile surface, the pile yarn remaining without being selected becomes a sunk yarn (so-called dead pile), and a part of the base fabric is As a result, the base fabric becomes thicker, so that the backing agent does not penetrate deeply into the base fabric, and the bonding between the ground warp and the weft yarn by the backing agent becomes insufficient. For this reason, in the patterned pile fabric, it is not possible to expect the effect of preventing the unraveling by the backing agent.

As a method for fringing the periphery of the pile ground, it is also known to use a groove-shaped rim material having a U-shaped cross section and to fit the pile ground peripheral edge into the U-shaped groove (for example, Patent Documents 7 and 8). 9). However, this type of grooved rim material is made of metal or hard plastic, which is exposed on the pile surface, so that the feel of the carpet is impaired and there is a risk of injury when stepped on with bare feet.

As another method for bordering the periphery of the pile ground, a hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the back surface of the pile ground, and an engaging element that engages with the hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the upper surface of the substrate inserted between the pile ground and the floor surface. A method for engaging these hook-and-loop fasteners with engaging elements is known (see, for example, Patent Document 10). However, in this method, since the engaging force between the hook-and-loop fastener and the engaging element is small, the end-stop edge material cannot be firmly fixed, and the end-stop edge material receives an impact and is not prepared from the periphery of the pile ground. There is a risk of disengagement or movement.

The present inventor considered the use of an adhesive as a fixing element of the end stop edge material, and attempted to develop an end stop edge material suitable for this. Specifically, an L-shaped end edge material having a flat portion along the back surface of the pile ground and a straight standing wall portion extending straight upward from the side edge of the flat portion was considered. The edge stopper material is made of a soft resin composition such as rubber or soft polyvinyl chloride resin and has flexibility. According to this, the adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the flat part, and the pile edge is aligned so that the peripheral edge of the flat edge of the end edge material is engaged with the corner part of the standing wall part, and then, for a predetermined time. By simply leaving it to solidify the adhesive, it is possible to firmly bond the end stop edge material to the periphery of the pile ground. Also, according to this method, the end stop edge material can be mounted more efficiently than in the conventional example.

However, with this end stop edge material, when the end stop edge member is pressed against the pile ground so that the side surface of the standing wall portion hits the periphery of the pile ground, the adhesive is pushed out to the upper end of the standing wall portion along the side face of the standing wall portion. The adhesive overflows from the upper end of the standing wall, the adhesion between the standing wall and the periphery of the pile ground becomes insufficient, the adhesive strength of the end edge material to the pile ground decreases, and the overflowing adhesive Attaches to the pile surface, and the aesthetics of the pile ground are damaged.

In view of the above, the present invention eliminates the overflow of the adhesive from the upper end of the standing wall portion, and even if it overflows, the pile surface is not contaminated by the adhesive, and the L-shaped cross-sectional end edge material is provided. The first object is to firmly attach to the periphery of the pile ground with an adhesive.

The second object of the present invention is to prevent the unraveling of the warp yarn and the weft yarn at the peripheral edge by the end stop edge material even when the patterned pile fabric is used for the carpet.

A third object of the present invention is to prevent injury even if a bare foot touches an end edge material provided on the periphery of a pile ground.

The fourth object of the present invention is to prevent the texture of the pile surface from being damaged by the end stop edge material.

The fifth object of the present invention is to prevent slipping and falling when a carpet placed on a smooth floor surface is stepped on by providing an anti-slip property to a pile ground with an end edge material. There is to do.

The soft resin composition includes a flat portion 20 that comes into contact with the back surface 26 and a standing wall portion 21 that protrudes from the flat portion 20 by forming a lateral groove 25 that faces the side surface of the pile ground with the upper end 22 biased toward the flat portion side (20). (C) the upper surface 24 of the flat portion of the end stop edge material is adhered to the back surface 26 of the pile fabric with an adhesive, and (d) the base fabric of the pile fabric The side surface 23 of the end wall portion 21 of the end stop edge material is in close contact with the side surface 13, and (e) the adhesive 18 is interposed between the side surface 23 of the end wall portion of the end stop edge material and the side surface 13 of the base fabric. (F) The upper end 22 of the standing wall portion 21 of the end stop edge member is a pile. That it is facing between the base 19b and the tip 19a and the first feature.

The second feature of the carpet according to the present invention is that, in addition to the first feature, the standing wall portion 21 of the end stop edge member is elastically deformed and abuts against the side surface of the pile ground, and the standing wall is caused by the elastic restoring force. The upper end 22 of the portion is in close contact with the portion between the pile root 19b and the tip 19a.

A third feature of the carpet according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first and second features, the distance R from the pile root 19b to the upper end 22 of the standing wall portion is from the pile root 19b to the tip. The pile length H reaches 19a or less.

A fourth feature of the carpet according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first, second and third features, the flat portion 20 of the end stop edge has a flat cross-sectional shape having a thickness (S) of 2 mm or less. The tapered portion 30 is formed on the flat portion 20 so as to be gradually thinner toward the inner side than the periphery of the pile ground, and the thickness of the flat portion 20 at the side edge 32 of the tapered portion 30 on the inner side of the peripheral edge of the pile ground. (T) is 1 mm or less.

A fifth feature of the carpet according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first, second, third and fourth features, the pile length (H) of the pile base 34 is 5 mm or more. .

The sixth feature of the carpet according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth features, the pile ground 34 is a pile fabric, and two types having different colors. The piles 19 and 19 are selectively formed by the above pile yarns 16a and 16b, and the pile yarns (16a or 16b) that remain without being selected are woven into the base fabric 12 to form a set yarn 31. 12 is a part of the configuration.

In the seventh aspect of the carpet according to the present invention, in addition to any one of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth characteristics, the lateral groove (25) of the end edge material is provided. In addition, there is a raised portion 17 that is raised toward the side surface 13 of the pile fabric.

The eighth feature of the carpet according to the present invention is that, in addition to the seventh feature described above, the raised portion 17 of the end edge material is formed at the corner where the upper surface 24 of the flat portion 20 and the side surface 23 of the standing wall portion 21 intersect. It is in the point which forms the convex line 17a which protruded in the shape.

According to a ninth feature of the carpet of the present invention, in addition to any of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth features, The back surface 33 of the flat part 20 is in the point which has high slip resistance compared with the back surface 26 of the base fabric 12 of a pile fabric.

According to the present invention, for example, for the purpose of alignment of the end stop edge member 11, even when the end stop edge member 11 is strongly pressed against the side surface (13) of the pile ground, it is formed on the side surface 23 of the standing wall portion 21. In the lateral groove (25), the adhesive 18 is accumulated, that is, the adhesive 18 that is sandwiched between the side surface 13 of the base fabric and the end stop edge material 11 and has lost its escape is placed in the lateral groove (25 ), The adhesive 18 can be prevented from being pushed upward along the standing wall 21, and the adhesive 18 stored in the lateral groove (25) By penetrating the side surface 13 of the cloth 12, the standing wall portion 21 can be firmly bonded and fixed to the side surface 13 of the base fabric.

And since the upper end 22 of the standing wall part faces between the root 19b and the tip 19a of the pile, even if the adhesive 18 is pushed upward, it does not stick to the pile surface. The extruded adhesive 18 is fixed and the pile root 19a is firmly fixed to the base fabric 12, and the warp yarns (15, 17) and the weft yarns (14) are adhered to each other, thereby preventing the unraveling of them. As described above, according to the present invention, the adhesive 18 between the side surface 13 of the base cloth 12 of the pile fabric 34 and the standing wall portion 21 of the end stop edge material 11 is insufficient, and the adhesive strength therebetween is lowered or extruded. Inconveniences such as contamination of the pile surface 35 by the adhesive 18 overflowing from the upper end 22 of the standing wall portion are reliably avoided.

When the protruding portion 27 is formed on the side surface 23 of the upright wall portion 21 to restrict the insertion limit of the end edge material 11 with respect to the side surface 13 of the base fabric 12 (see FIGS. 1 and 4), the base fabric 12. Since the raised portion 27 abuts against the side surface 13, a facing gap can be secured between the standing wall portion 21 and the side surface 13 of the base fabric, and the lateral groove 25 is hardly crushed by being reinforced by the raised portion 27. The overflow of the adhesive 18 from the lateral groove 25 is effectively prevented.
Accordingly, the base fabric 12 is woven thickly by the warp yarns 17a and 17b for holding the ground weft 14 for locking the pile 19 and the ground warp yarn 15 for holding the pile 19, and two or more types of pile yarns 16a having different colors are woven.・ Piles 19 and 19 by 16b are selectively formed in the pile ground, and pile yarns (16a or 16b) that remain without being selected are woven into the base fabric 12 to form a set yarn 31. Even when the woven fabric 34 is used as a carpet, the warp yarns and the weft yarns are joined by the adhesive 18 that has oozed from the side surface 13, so that the yarns (14 to 17) are prevented from being unwound from the periphery.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, when the raised portion 27 is configured as a convex line 27 a that is raised at the corner where the flat portion 20 and the standing wall portion 21 intersect, the standing wall is formed as shown in FIG. 4. Compared with the case where the raised portion 27 is formed as a protruding rib 27b at the upper and lower central portions of the portion 21, the standing wall portion 21 becomes rigid and the gap between the flat portion 20 and the standing wall portion 21 is difficult to open. Inadvertent deformation can be avoided, and the lateral groove 25 is less likely to be crushed, which is effective in that the adhesive 18 from the lateral groove 25 can be reliably prevented from being pushed out. Further, since the thickness dimension of the joint portion between the flat portion 20 and the standing wall portion 21 can be increased, the strength of the joint portion between the flat portion 20 and the standing wall portion 21 is also increased.

When the end edge material 11 having an L-shaped cross section formed of a soft resin composition is bent so that the flat portion 20 is wound up in the length direction, the upper edge 37 and the lower edge 38 of the standing wall portion 21 are expanded and contracted. However, a difference in curvature radius corresponding to the height (V) of the standing wall portion 21 should occur during that time.
At that time, a drag force is generated to maintain the original state in which the dimension F of the upper edge 37 and the dimension E of the lower edge 38 are equal to the bending moment to be bent. A difference in curvature radius proportional to the height (V) of the standing wall portion 21 is unlikely to occur between the lower end edges 38.
Therefore, the flat portion 20 bends while maintaining the original state in which the dimension F of the upper edge 37 and the dimension E of the lower edge 38 are equal. As a result, the standing wall portion 21 falls inward and overlaps the flat portion 20. Alternatively, it falls outward and is flush with the flat part 20 and continues to the flat plate.
However, if the standing wall portion 21 has a curved cross-sectional shape in which the upper end 22 is biased toward the flat portion side (20), the upper end edge 37 easily falls to the flat portion side (20) where the upper end 22 is biased, and falls outward. It becomes difficult.
Therefore, when the end stop edge material 11 is bent so that the flat portion 20 is rolled up, the standing wall portion 21 falls inward at the fold 39 and overlaps the flat portion 20 (FIG. 6).

As described above, since the standing wall portion 21 falls inward and overlaps the flat portion 20, when the carpet of the present invention is rolled up, the standing wall portion 21 falls inward and its upper edge 37 is the base fabric. 12 is closely attached to the cutting opening (side surface 13), and the gap between the side surface 13 of the base fabric 12 and the standing wall portion 21 is not widened, and the standing wall portion 21 does not protrude to the outside of the periphery of the pile ground.
Thus, when the end stop edge material 11 of the present invention is used, the carpet can be rolled up in a roll shape without the standing wall portion 21 protruding outward (FIG. 5).

And since the end stop edge material 11 which consists of a soft resin composition has the elasticity which can wind up it in roll shape, the periphery of a pile ground is maintained by the end stop edge material 11 at flat form, and four corners are A carpet that does not warp is obtained.

Since the standing wall portion 21 abuts against the side surface 13 of the pile ground and is elastically deformed, and the upper end 22 of the standing wall portion is in close contact with the portion between the root 19b and the tip 19a of the pile due to its elastic restoring force. Even if the cloth 12 and the standing wall portion 21 are separated, there is no gap between them, and the cutting opening (side surface 13) of the base fabric 12 is covered with the standing wall portion 21. In particular, if the distance R from the pile root 19b to the upper end 22 of the standing wall portion 21 is less than half of the pile length H from the pile root 19b to the tip 19a, the pile 19 at the periphery of the pile falls down and becomes a base fabric. Since the upper end 22 of the standing wall portion 21 as well as the twelve cutting openings 13 is covered, the space between the base fabric 12 and the standing wall portion 21 that has been peeled off during use of the carpet is not pushed and spread. There is no longer any loss of touch when touched by bare feet.

If the thickness (S) of the flat part 20 is large, the pile ground 34 is pushed up by the flat part 20, and there is a possibility that a step is generated on the pile surface 35. In this respect, in the present invention, since the tapered portion 30 whose thickness is gradually reduced is provided on the side edge side (32) of the flat portion 20, a level difference 36 prominent corresponding to the thickness (S) of the flat portion 20 is piled up. It does not appear on surface 35.
The thickness of the base fabric 12 including the conventional pile settling 31 (corresponding to the back stitch in the tufted pile fabric) is 2 to 3 mm. Therefore, when the pile length (H) is 5 mm or more, the total thickness of the pile ground 34 is 7 mm or more. If the pile length H is twice or more the thickness (S) of the flat portion 20 and the thickness (T) of the side edge 32 of the tapered portion 30 is 1 mm or less, the back surface of the flat portion 20 at the side edge 32 is obtained. The step 36 between 33 and the back surface 26 of the base fabric 12 hardly appears on the pile surface 35, and the appearance of the pile surface 35 is not damaged by the step 36.

In the present invention, the anti-slip property of the back surface 33 of the flat portion is made higher than that of the back surface 26 of the base fabric, so that the trouble of applying an anti-slip resin to the back surface 26 of the pile fabric 34 can be saved.

In order to provide the end stop edge material 11 with a function as an anti-slip material, the width (W) of the flat portion 20 is preferably 30 mm or more. However, if the width (W) of the flat portion 20 is too wide, the carpet tends to warp due to the difference in expansion and contraction between the flat portion 20 and the pile fabric 34 (base fabric 12). Considering these points, it is desirable that the width (W) of the flat portion 20 be 70 mm or less, and therefore 30 to 70 mm. The height (V) of the standing wall portion 21 is about 4 mm, and the thickness (X) of the standing wall portion 21 is about 1 mm.

For the end-stop material 11, synthetic rubber such as natural rubber, styrene / butadiene / rubber, acrylonitrile / butadiene / rubber, methyl methacrylate / butadiene / rubber, ethylene / propylene / rubber, soft polyvinyl chloride resin, ethylene / vinyl acetate Resin, Ethylene / Acrylate resin, Ethylene / Methyl acrylate resin, Ethylene / Methyl methacrylate resin, Ethylene / Ethyl acrylate resin, Ethylene / Ethyl methacrylate resin, Ethylene / Methyl methacrylate / Acrylate ester resin, Urethane resin , Acrylic / urethane resin, acrylic / silicone resin, silicone resin, polyethylene / butylene / block copolymer resin, polyethylene / propylene / block polymer resin, styrene / vinyl isoprene / styrene / ternary block polymerization Non-slip elastic resin such as oil, styrene, butadiene, styrene, ternary block polymer resin, vulcanizing agent (crosslinking agent), anti-aging agent, antioxidant, stabilizer, plasticizer, filler, pigment, etc. Are blended in accordance with a conventional method to prepare and use as a resin composition.

The end stop edge material 11 is extruded by splitting several types of resin compositions into a flat portion 20 and a standing wall portion 21 by a biaxial coextrusion molding machine, or divided into an upper end portion 22 and other portions of the standing wall portion. It can be formed by extrusion and partially different resin compositions. An anti-slip layer made of an adhesive resin composition can be laminated on the back surface 33 of the flat portion 20.

As the pile material 34, a pile fabric and a tufted pile fabric can be used. The pile woven fabric may be woven as a woven carpet (woven carpet) such as a moquette, an akisminster carpet, or a Wilton carpet. The pile fabric 34 may be finished by applying and backing a backing agent (backing adhesive) on the back surface thereof in order to fix the pile 19 to the base fabric 12.

FIG. 1 shows a Mitsukoshi pile fabric 34 woven by a double Wilton loom. The base fabric 12 includes a ground weft 14 for locking the pile 19, and a pair of warp yarns 17a and 17b for sandwiching the weft yarn 14. The pile 19 is woven thickly by the ground warps 15 sandwiched between the piles 19. The pair of warp yarns 17a and 17b has an inverted vertical relationship each time three ground wefts are sandwiched from above and below.
The ground warp yarn 15 is divided into three upper and lower two weft yarns sandwiched from above and below by a pair of warp warps 17a and 17b, and is vertically clamped by these three weft yarns from above and below. It is continuous.
Two types of colored yarns 16a and 16b having different colors are used for the pile yarn, and the two types of colored yarns 16a and 16b selectively form a pile, and the pile yarn (16a remaining without being selected) is selected. Alternatively, 16b) is woven into the base fabric 12 as a yarn 31.

1 and 2 show an end stop edge material according to a first embodiment of the present invention. This end stop edge material 11 serves as a protective material for the periphery of the pile fabric 34. More specifically, covering the side surface 13 of the base cloth 12 that is a cutting opening with the standing wall portion 21 prevents the base cloth 12 from being unwound at the cutting opening. The edge stopper material 11 also serves as an anti-slip material for the carpet in use.

As shown in FIG. 2, the end edge material 11 includes a flat portion 20 that extends along the back surface of the pile ground 34, and a standing wall portion that extends upward from the side edge of the flat portion 20 and extends along the peripheral side surface of the pile ground 34. 21 has an L-shaped cross-sectional shape integrally formed. The upper end portion 22 of the standing wall portion is curved toward the pile ground side, and is partitioned by the side surface 23 of the curved standing wall portion 21 and the upper surface 24 of the flat portion 20 to form a lateral groove 25 for storing the adhesive 18. A minute space is formed. As shown in FIG. 2, the lateral groove 25 is formed over the entire length direction of the end stop edge material 11.

On the side surface 23 of the standing wall portion 21, a protruding portion 27 is formed so as to protrude to limit the insertion limit of the end stop edge material 11 with respect to the peripheral edge of the pile ground 34. The raised portion 27 includes a convex line 27a that is formed to protrude in the shape of a protruding corner at the corner where the flat portion 20 and the standing wall portion 21 intersect, and a vertical surface 28 that faces the side surface of the pile ground 34, and It has a rectangular cross-sectional shape with an upwardly directed upper surface 29. When the vertical surface 18 abuts against the side surface 13 of the base fabric 12, a facing distance between the side surface 23 of the standing wall portion 21 and the side surface 13 of the base fabric 12 is secured, and the lateral groove 25 is prevented from being inadvertently crushed.

A tapered portion 30 is formed at the side edge of the flat portion 20 so that the thickness dimension gradually decreases toward the side edge 32.

The end stop edge material 11 can also be used for fixing the pile ground 34 to the floor surface. In that case, it can be mounted and fixed to the periphery of the pile fabric 34 by the following procedure. That is, first, the adhesive 18 is applied to the upper surface 24 of the flat portion 20. Next, the flat portion 20 is inserted from the tapered portion 30 between the back surface of the pile ground 34 and the floor surface. At this time, the end stop edge material 11 is pressed against the pile ground 34 until the vertical surface 18 of the raised portion 27 contacts the side face 13 of the pile ground 34, and the end stop edge material is along the side face 13 of the pile ground 34. 11 is positioned. The end stop edge material 11 can be integrally bonded and fixed to the pile base 34 by leaving the end stop edge material 11 for a predetermined time in the posture state and curing the adhesive 18.

When the flat portion 20 is inserted into the back surface of the pile ground 34, a part of the adhesive 18 placed on the upper surface 24 of the flat portion 20 may be scraped off by the side surface 13 of the pile ground 34. Then, the adhesive 18 adheres to the side surface 13 of the pile ground 34. However, in the present invention, the upper end portion 22 of the standing wall portion 21 is curved inward, and the lateral groove 25 is formed on the side surface of the standing wall portion 21, so that the adhesive 18 can be stored in the lateral groove 25, As in the conventional embodiment, there is no problem that the adhesive 18 adhered to the side surface 13 of the pile base 34 is pushed upward along the standing wall portion 21.

When a raised portion 27 is provided on the side surface 23 of the standing wall portion 21 for restricting the insertion limit of the end edge material 11 with respect to the periphery of the pile fabric 34, the side surface 13 of the pile fabric 34 abuts against the raised portion 27. Thus, a facing gap between the standing wall portion 21 and the side surface 13 of the pile ground 34 can be secured. When the facing gap is ensured in this way, the lateral groove 25 can be effectively prevented from being pushed and crushed by the side surface 13 of the pile base 34, so that the adhesive 18 is pushed out from the lateral groove 25. Can be surely prevented.

When the convex line 27a is formed to protrude at the corner where the flat portion 20 and the standing wall portion 21 intersect, the raised portion 27 becomes rigid, so that the possibility of the lateral groove 25 being crushed is reduced.

FIG. 3 shows an end stop edge material 11 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The pile fabric 34 is applied with Ichikoshi pile fabrics woven by a double Wilton loom. The difference from the first embodiment is that the raised portion 27 that is formed to protrude from the side surface 23 of the standing wall portion 21 is omitted. Since other than that is the same as that of 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

Also in the end edge material 11 according to the second embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. However, since the raised portion 27 is omitted, the lateral groove 25 is easily crushed by being pushed by the side surface 13 of the pile ground 34, but the end stop edge material 11 according to the second embodiment is the end according to the first embodiment. It is advantageous in that the manufacturing cost is lower than that of the retaining edge material 11.

FIG. 4 shows an end stop edge material 11 according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The pile fabric 34 is applied with Ichikoshi pile fabrics woven by a double Wilton loom. A rib 27b is provided as a raised portion 27 at the central portion in the vertical direction of the side surface 23 of the standing wall portion 21, and this point is different from the first embodiment. Since other than that is the same as that of 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member and the description is abbreviate | omitted. Also in the end edge material 11 according to the third embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
