The soundproof carpet described in "Kani" was taken as its gist.

The gist of the invention described in claim 10 is the “soundproof carpet according to claim 9, wherein the sound absorbing layer is made of a nonwoven fabric”.

The soundproof carpet of the present invention is lined with a lower sound insulating layer having a large number of locking projections on the upper surface and a backing layer having a large number of locking projections on the lower surface and a large number of through holes penetrating the front and back. An upper fiber layer, and since the lower sound insulation layer and the upper fiber layer are laminated via the sound absorption layer, the sound absorption effect by a large number of through holes formed in the backing layer of the upper fiber layer, It has excellent soundproofing performance due to the sound absorption effect by the sound absorption layer disposed between the lower sound insulation layer and the upper fiber layer and the sound insulation effect by the lower sound insulation layer.

Further, in the soundproof carpet of the present invention, the lower sound insulating layer and the upper fiber layer are used as a carpet laminated through a sound absorbing layer, or the upper fiber layer is removed and the upper fiber layer without the sound insulating layer is used. The soundproofing performance can be changed according to the application, such as using as a carpet made of only the material.

When the soundproof carpet of the present invention is used for automobiles, the lower sound insulation layer can be used as a carpet for laying on the automobile floor, and the upper fiber layer can be used as an automobile mat for placing thereon. In this case, the lower sound insulating layer and the upper fiber layer have a large frictional force due to the large number of locking protrusions provided on the lower surface or the upper surface of the sound absorbing layer disposed between the lower sound insulating layer and the upper fiber layer. This is advantageous in that it is possible to reliably prevent the displacement between the lower sound insulation layer and the upper fiber layer.

On the other hand, when the soundproof carpet of the present invention is used as a carpet laid on the floor surface of a room or a corridor in a building, the lower sound insulation layer is used in addition to the case where the entire soundproof carpet of the present invention is used as a carpet laid on the floor surface. Can be used as a carpet for laying on the floor surface, and as a floor mat for placing the upper fiber layer thereon. In this case as well, the lower sound insulation layer and the upper fiber layer have a large frictional force due to the large number of locking projections provided on the lower surface or the upper surface and the sound absorbing layer disposed between the lower sound insulation layer and the upper fiber layer. There is an advantage that the deviation between the lower sound insulation layer and the upper fiber layer can be surely prevented.

The invention according to each claim configured as described above will be described in accordance with the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of a soundproof carpet according to claim 1. This soundproof carpet 10 is laid on the floor F in the interior of a house or the interior of a car. In addition to excellent soundproof performance, the soundproof carpet 10 has a function of absorbing and removing static electricity charged on the human body, as well as deodorization and antiallergen. It also has an action.

A soundproof carpet 10 shown in FIG. 1 includes a lower sound insulating layer 11 and an upper fiber layer 12 laminated via a sound absorbing layer 13. The lower sound-insulating layer 11 is made of a foamed sheet formed by foaming a resin such as styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS), polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene. The sheet is filled with inorganic fillers such as mica flakes and calcium carbonate, and has excellent vibration damping properties and sound insulation properties. In the illustrated example, a foam sheet formed by filling SBS with mica flakes and calcium carbonate and foaming into a closed cell type with a foaming agent was used as the lower sound insulating layer 11. A number of locking projections 11 a are provided on the upper surface of the lower sound insulating layer 11.

On the other hand, the upper fiber layer 12 shown in FIG. 1 includes a fiber base material 14 into which a pile yarn 15 is driven and a backing layer 16 that backs the back surface of the fiber base material 14. As the fiber base material 14, a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a paper, or a felt can be used. However, the non-woven fabric is preferable from the viewpoint of handleability and cost. As the nonwoven fabric, for example, a nonwoven fabric containing antibacterial deodorant fibers in which antibacterial deodorant particles obtained by coating the surface of photocatalyst particles such as titanium, cerium, zinc, and copper with a fluorine-based porous layer are attached to the fiber surface, or a conventionally known antibacterial agent It is preferable to use an antibacterial non-woven fabric such as a non-woven fabric that is applied or sprayed together with a binder to adhere to the surface of the constituent fiber because it efficiently absorbs bad odor in the room and decomposes or removes it.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, for example, the fiber base material 14 includes a core portion composed of a thread 18 including a large number of phthalocyanine fibers and a thread 19 including a conductive fiber, and a natural portion around the core portion. It is also possible to include a composite yarn 21 in which a sheath portion is constituted by a yarn 20 made of fiber, synthetic fiber, semi-synthetic fiber or regenerated fiber. Thereby, an antibacterial and antiallergen effect and a conductive effect can be obtained.

The conductive fiber contained in the composite yarn 21 is not particularly limited. For example, carbon fiber, metal fiber, conductive fiber such as conductive fiber is mainly used as the main material, and copper, silver, Examples thereof include a plating fiber plated with a metal such as aluminum, a fiber kneaded with a metal such as copper, silver, or aluminum, or a fiber containing a conductive resin in the fiber component.

Similarly, the pile yarn 15 can include the composite yarn 21 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. If the composite yarn 21 is included in both the fiber base material 14 and the pile yarn 15, the effect can be further improved. In particular, antibacterial, antiallergen, and conductive effects can be obtained.

The pile yarn 15 is driven so as to be substantially U-shaped from the front side of the fiber base material 14 made of non-woven fabric, and a foamed resin layer 17 (open cell type) made of SBR is provided on the back side of the fiber base material 14 to The pile yarn 15 is prevented from coming off. A backing layer 16 is provided on the back side of the foamed resin layer 17 via a nonwoven fabric layer 18 having a sound absorbing property.

The backing layer 16 that backs the back surface of the fiber substrate 14 is made of a foamed sheet formed by foaming a resin such as SBS, polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene. The sheet is filled with an inorganic filler such as mica flakes and calcium carbonate, and has excellent vibration damping properties and sound absorbing properties. In the illustrated example, a foamed sheet formed by filling SBS with mica flakes and calcium carbonate and foaming into an open cell type with a foaming agent was used as the backing layer 16. A large number of locking projections 16 a are provided on the lower surface of the backing layer 16.

The backing layer 16 has a large number of through holes 16b penetrating the front and back surfaces. For this reason, innumerable sound absorbing holes (not shown) are formed on the inner surface of each through hole 16b. That is, since the backing layer 16 has an open cell structure in which a resin is foamed, each foamed portion communicates with the through hole, and an infinite number of sound absorbing holes (not shown) are opened in the through hole 16b. The sound propagated to the backing layer 16 is absorbed through the through hole 16b, through the inner wall of the through hole 16b, and through an infinite number of sound absorbing holes (not shown) opened in the through hole 16b. An excellent sound absorbing effect will be exhibited.

The sound absorbing layer 13 is made of one or a composite selected from nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric, paper, felt, and foamed resin layer, and the carpet 10 is interposed between the lower sound insulating layer 11 and the upper fiber layer 12. The sound-absorbing property and the cushioning property are imparted. In the illustrated example, a non-woven fabric was used as the sound absorbing layer.

The soundproof carpet 10 according to the present invention is configured such that when the lower sound insulation layer 11 and the upper fiber layer 12 are laminated via the sound absorbing layer 13, the engagement protrusion on the upper surface of the lower sound insulation layer and the lower surface of the upper fiber layer are engaged. The positions of the protrusions are shifted and arranged alternately. Accordingly, the sound absorbing layer 13 is locked by the locking protrusions 11a and 16a protruding from the upper surface of the lower sound insulating layer 11 and the lower surface of the upper fiber layer 12, respectively. As a result, the lower sound insulation layer 11 and the upper fiber layer 12 have a plurality of locking projections 11a and 16a provided on the lower surface or the upper surface of the sound absorption layer 11 disposed between the lower sound insulation layer 11 and the upper fiber layer 12, respectively. It enters the layer 13 and locks it, so that the displacement between the lower sound insulation layer 11 and the upper fiber layer 12 is reliably prevented. For this reason, the lower sound insulating layer 11, the upper fiber layer 12, and the sound absorbing layer 13 do not need to be basically joined with an adhesive or the like. However, when long-term unity is required, the components can be joined with an adhesive or the like.

In addition, as described above, the lower sound insulation layer 11, the upper fiber layer 12, and the sound absorption layer 13 do not basically need to be joined with an adhesive or the like, depending on the application or the upper fiber layer 12 When the upper fiber layer 12 is removed for the purpose of cleaning, it is possible to separate by simply lifting the upper fiber layer 12.

The scope of the present invention is defined in “Claims”, and all modifications and forms included in the scope can be adopted.
