Description

The present invention relates to a single-piece type luminaire having a structure in which a base portion of a single-piece discharge lamp provided with a discharge tube having a double spiral structure is mechanically and electrically connected to a socket by being fitted into the socket and rotated. It is about.

As a conventional single-piece type lighting fixture, a single-piece discharge lamp is provided with a single-piece discharge lamp and a socket attached to the ceiling, etc., and the single-piece discharge lamp is fitted into the socket and rotated slightly to rotate the single-piece discharge lamp. Is configured to be mechanically fixed to the socket and electrically connected to the socket at the same time (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Hereinafter, this type of structure is referred to as a lock type.

Compared to a so-called screw-type lamp, the conventional lock-type single-piece luminaire is screwed into a socket and fixed into a socket, like a normal light bulb. There is an advantage that it can be easily attached to the socket.
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-285508

However, in the conventional lock-type single-piece type lighting fixture, when the single-piece discharge lamp is attached to the socket, a considerable amount of torque is required, and there are cases where simple installation is not possible. On the other hand, there is a case in which the single-piece discharge lamp is detached from the socket only by applying a slight torque, and there is a concern that an unnecessary drop may occur when the single-piece discharge lamp is replaced.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described background art, and it is possible to attach a single-piece discharge lamp relatively easily to a socket, and there is a concern that unnecessary drops may occur when replacing the single-piece discharge lamp. It is an object of the present invention to provide a non-single-piece type lighting fixture.

The inventor of the present application has intensively studied the relationship between the winding direction of the discharge tube with respect to the base portion and the rotation direction when the base portion is attached to the socket. It has been found that when the rotational direction at the time of mounting is the same direction, the mounting can be performed with a relatively low torque, while when the directions are opposite, a relatively high torque is required.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a single-piece type lighting fixture according to the invention includes a single-piece discharge lamp and a socket to which the single-piece discharge lamp is mounted, and the single-piece discharge lamp has a double helix. A discharge tube having a structure, a base portion in which an end portion of the discharge tube is accommodated, a base portion provided on a side of the base portion opposite to the discharge tube, and a socket protruding electrically from the base portion And a winding direction with respect to the base portion of the discharge tube, and a rotation direction when the base portion is attached to the socket are formed in the same direction. It is said.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the winding direction of the discharge tube with respect to the base portion and the rotation direction when the base portion is attached to the socket are formed in the same direction, The electric lamp can be attached to the socket with a relatively low torque, and the attachment becomes easy. On the other hand, when removing the single-piece discharge lamp, a relatively high torque is required, and it is not easily detached due to an unexpected contact or the like, and an unnecessary fall can be prevented.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front sectional view of a single-piece luminaire according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a single-piece discharge lamp and a socket constituting the luminaire, and FIG. 3 shows a single-piece discharge lamp. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the single-cap discharge lamp as viewed from the base portion side, and FIG. 5 is a plan view of the socket as viewed from the bottom side.

The lock-type single-piece luminaire of this embodiment is of a ceiling-embedded type, and includes a single-piece discharge lamp 1, a socket 2 to which the single-piece discharge lamp 1 is connected, and a single-piece discharge lamp. And a hood 3 for covering. The socket 2 and the hood 3 are integrally arranged and fixed by an attachment member (not shown), and a lighting circuit (not shown) is connected to the socket 2.

Here, the single-neck discharge lamp 1 includes a double spiral type discharge tube 11, a base portion 12 in which an end portion of the discharge tube 11 is accommodated, and a side of the base portion 12 that accommodates one end of the discharge tube 11. And a base part 13 provided on the opposite side of the base part and four terminal parts 14 protruding from the base part 13.

In this case, the discharge tube 11 is wound clockwise when viewed from the end on the side opposite to the attachment side with the base portion 12. The configuration of the discharge tube 11 itself is a known one as described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-173760.

Moreover, the base part 12 is a molded body of a PET resin having a substantially cylindrical appearance, and a film in which aluminum is vapor-deposited is provided on the entire surface exposed to the outside. An end electrode (not shown) of the discharge tube 11 is accommodated and fixed inside the base portion 12, and a lead wire (not shown) drawn from the end electrode is connected to the terminal portion 14 through the base portion 12 and the base portion 13. Electrically connected.

As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of convex portions 12 a having a substantially square shape in plan view are formed opposite to each other at the upper end of the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 12. These convex parts 12a function as a mark when aligning with the convex part 3d provided in the collar part 3c of the hood 3 described later.

As shown in FIG. 4, the base portion 13 is integrally formed with the base portion 12 and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped appearance, and the outer dimensions of the left and right front and rear are smaller than the outer diameter size of the base portion 12. It has become. A terminal portion 14 that is electrically connected to the power supply terminal 17 of the socket 2 projects from the base portion 13 at the center thereof. In addition, a pair of engaging protrusions 13 a that regulate the insertion position into the socket 2 and a pair of notches 13 b that guide the insertion position when inserted into the socket 2 are formed on the outer periphery of the base part 13. ing.

In this case, the formation position of each engagement protrusion 13a is formed in correspondence with the formation position of the convex part 12a as a mark formed on the base part 12. That is, the both engaging projections 13a are formed so as to be located on the same line connecting the two convex portions 12a.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the socket 2 is a molded body of PET resin having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped appearance, and a recess 2c into which the cap portion 13 is fitted is formed therein, and the recess 2c is formed in the recess 2c. Is provided with a power supply terminal 17 in which each terminal portion 14 is inserted and electrically connected to the center bottom portion thereof, and an engaging projection portion 13a of the base portion 13 is inserted into the inner peripheral wall of the recess portion 2c. Two cut grooves 2a and two convex piece portions 2b that engage with the pair of cutout portions 13b of the base portion 13 are formed. In this case, each of the kerfs 2a is extended in the depth direction from the opening end side of the recess 2c, and then slightly in the same clockwise direction as the winding direction of the discharge tube 11 on the bottom surface side of the recess 2c. It is formed in a shape that wraps around.

The hood 3 is formed as a thin molded body made of PBT resin having an outer shape that is substantially drum-shaped and having both ends opened in the axial direction. Therefore, in the hood 3, a position that substantially corresponds to a connection portion between the discharge tube 11 and the base portion 12 in the middle of the both open ends 3a and 3b is a minimum diameter portion.

And the ring-shaped collar part 3c which protruded about 5 mm in width toward the radial inside is formed in the inner peripheral surface of this minimum diameter location, and the convex part 12a of the base part 12 is formed in this collar part 3c. A pair of convex portions 3d having a substantially triangular shape in a plan view, which serves as a mark for alignment with each other, are formed to protrude radially inward.

In this case, the formation position of each convex part 3d is formed corresponding to the formation position of the kerf 2a formed in the socket 2. That is, the convex portion 3d is formed so as to be located on the same line as the portion where the cut groove 2a of the socket 2 is formed.

In addition, a reflection film 3e having a mirror finish by aluminum deposition is formed on the inner peripheral surface (the inner peripheral surface extending from the collar portion 3c to the indoor opening end 3b) facing the discharge lamp 6 in the inner peripheral surface of the hood 3. ing.

In the single-piece type lighting fixture having the above-described configuration, when the single-piece discharge lamp 1 is inserted into the hood 3 and attached to the socket 2, the convex portion 12 a of the base portion 12 and the convex portion of the hood 3 of the single-piece discharge lamp 1. If the positioning is performed using 3d as a mark, the position of the engaging projection 13a of the base 13 matches the position of the groove 2a of the socket 2, and the position of the notch 13b of the base 13 and the socket 2 The position of the convex piece portion 2b coincides.

In this case, on the inner peripheral surface of the hood 3, the vicinity of the convex portion 3 d as a mark for alignment is formed with a mirror-finished reflective film 3 e, so that it protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the hood 3. The three-dimensionally formed convex portion 3d is reflected by the reflective film 3e and can be visually recognized. When the one-piece discharge lamp 1 is inserted into the hood 3, it serves as a mark formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 12. The convex part 12a is also reflected by the reflective film 3e and can be visually recognized. For this reason, the positional relationship between the base 13 and the socket 2 can be easily grasped visually.

Therefore, after confirming the positional relationship between the base part 13 and the socket 2, when the base part 13 of the single-base discharge lamp 1 is pressed against the socket 2, the engaging protrusion 13 a of the base part 13 becomes the groove 2 a of the socket 2. The convex piece 2 b of the socket 2 is engaged with the notch 13 b of the base portion 13, and the terminal portion 14 is inserted into the power supply terminal 17. Then, when the base part 13 is located at the innermost part of the concave part 2c of the socket 2, the engagement projection part 13a is rotated along the groove 2a by turning the single base discharge lamp 1 in the clockwise direction. The discharge lamp 1 is securely fixed to the socket 2.

In this case, as described above, the winding direction of the discharge tube 11 around the base portion 12 and the rotation direction when the base portion 13 is attached to the socket 2 are formed in the same direction. As shown in a) and (b), when the single-piece discharge lamp 1 is attached to the socket 2, the single-piece discharge lamp 1 is inserted into the socket 2 when the base 13 comes into contact with the innermost part of the recess 2c of the socket 2. When the force T1 is applied along the winding direction of the discharge tube 11 while being pressed toward the surface, the torque due to the force T1r along the circumferential direction of the discharge tube 11 is relatively reduced, and the engagement protrusion 13a is cut into the groove 2a. The single-piece discharge lamp 1 can be easily attached to the socket 2 with a relatively low torque.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b), when replacing the single-neck discharge lamp 1, a force T2 is applied along the direction opposite to the winding direction of the discharge tube 11, but in this case, Usually, since the one-piece discharge lamp 1 is rotated toward the socket 2 so as not to pull the socket 2 so much, even if T1 and T2 have the same force, T2r> T1r, Torque due to the force T2r along the circumferential direction of the discharge tube 11 becomes relatively large, and unnecessary dropping of the single-piece discharge lamp 1 can be prevented.

In addition, the result of having actually measured the torque when attaching and removing the single-piece discharge lamp 1 to the socket 2 is shown in FIG. As can be seen from the results shown in FIG. 8, the single-neck discharge lamp 1 can be easily attached to the socket 2 with a relatively low torque, and a high torque is required when removing the single-neck discharge lamp 1 from the socket 2. It is understood that it takes.
