Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating the entire configuration of a short-circuit grounding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of an example of alarm means. The description will be made with reference to FIG.
The short-circuit grounding device 1 is a means for protecting an operator from an electric shock or the like during a power failure operation by being connected between a power line 102 and a grounding line 103 constituting the high-voltage power receiving facility 100.
The short-circuit grounding device 1 includes three power line cables 2 having a connector 3 that is attached to and detached from a terminal portion provided on the power line 102 by manual operation, and a grounding fitting 12 that is attached to and detached from the ground line 103. A grounding cable 11 that is grounded by being electrically connected to the cable 2, an alarm unit 20 that includes a light emitting unit or a ringing unit, and a power source (for example, a 12V battery) 25 that supplies power to the alarm unit 20. I have.

The connection tool 3 is, for example, a hook clip, and is always attached in a direction in which each holding piece 3a is closed, a metal holding piece 3a that is pivotally supported to be opened and closed, a grip 3b that extends integrally from each holding piece 3a, and the holding piece 3a. And a spring (not shown). The gripping piece 3a can be opened by gripping the grip 3b with one hand and gripping it against the spring force. When the gripping force is released, both clamping pieces return to the closed state by the spring force.
Each of the power line cables 2 extending from each connection tool 3 is connected to a grounding cable 11. In other words, the three power line cables 2 are branched and connected from the branch portion provided at the end of the ground cable 11.
The grounding cable 11 has a grounding fitting 12 that is detachably connected to the grounding wire at the tip thereof.

The power supply 25 may be arranged at any location, but is configured to be able to supply power by connecting to a lead wire extending from the alarm means 20.
While connecting the three connectors 3 to the overhead lead-in wire extending from the three-phase power line to the power receiving facility, and connecting the grounding metal 12 to the ground wire, The legal inspection can be implemented. Specifically, the short-circuit grounding device 1 is connected between the input side (power line) of the interruption device and the ground line in a state where the interruption device 101 on the power receiving facility side is closed.
The short-circuit grounding device 1 of the present invention is an alarm means 20 for notifying (warning) that the short-circuiting grounding device is connected to the power receiving facility visually by light emission (including blinking) or by sounding audibly. It is characteristic that it has

As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2, the alarm means 20 according to this embodiment includes LEDs 21 arranged at a predetermined pitch on the outer peripheral surface of the power line cable 2, lead wires 22 connecting the LEDs 21, LEDs 21, and leads. And a covering layer 23 made of a transparent vinyl tube or the like formed on the outer surface of the power line cable 2 so as to cover the wire 22. The lead wire 22 is connected to a power source 25, and is configured to light or blink the LED by operating a switch for turning on and off the power source 25. Therefore, it is necessary to turn on the power switch whenever the short-circuit grounding device 1 is connected to a required part of the power receiving facility.
The LED 21 may be provided at an appropriate position of the connector 3 or may be provided on the grounding cable 11 side. Since the LED 21 continues to emit light (flashes) unless the power switch is turned off, it is easy to visually check the light emission state even during the daytime, and know that the short-circuit grounding fixture 1 is still connected. Can do. Moreover, if it is a dark place, the alarm effect by light emission can be heightened further.

By using a buzzer sound or other sound source as the alarm means 20, it is possible to easily know the presence and position of the short-circuit grounding device in a connected state using the sound as a clue.
Further, a warning means by light emission and a warning means by voice may be used in combination.
In the above embodiment, if the power switch is forgotten to be turned on, the alarm means 20 will not operate even if the short-circuit grounding device 1 is connected to the required location, so it is assumed that the removal of the short-circuit grounding device is forgotten.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing a switch configuration for solving such a problem.
The connecting device 3 is operated when the gripping portion 3b is turned on when the clamping piece 3a is connected to the power line (when opened), thereby energizing the alarm means 20 with power from the power supply 25 and releasing the connection. A limit switch 30 is provided to stop the operation by shutting off the energization to the alarm means by turning off when it is turned off (when closed). When the alarm means 20 is the LED 21, the limit switch turns on and off the light emission of the LED, and when the alarm means is a sounding means such as a buzzer, the limit switch turns the buzzer on and off. .

The limit switch 30 fixes a switch body 31 to the inner surface of one grip 3b, and a switch piece 32 extends from the switch body 31 toward the inner surface of the other grip. As shown in the figure, when the clamping piece 3a is closed, the gap between the two grips 3b is widened, so that the switch piece 32 is off, but the clamping piece 3a is opened and connected to the power line. When in the state, both the grips 3b approach each other, so that the switch piece 32 is pressed by the other grip and is turned on. When the limit switch 30 is turned on, the LED 21 emits light and issues an alarm.

Next, FIG. 4 shows another example of the configuration of the limit switch for turning on / off the alarm means. This limit switch 35 is composed of a switch body 36 disposed inside one grip 3b, and a switch body 36. And a button-type switch piece 37 supported so as to be able to appear and retract. In the case of the limit switch 35, the switch piece 37 is turned on to energize the alarm means 20 when the grip 3b is grasped and both grips are approached. It is preferable that the outer surface of the limit switch 35 is covered with a waterproof cover 38 made of a rubber sheet or a resin sheet.

According to the short-circuit grounding device provided with the limit switch according to each embodiment of FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a switch for turning on / off the energization of the alarm means is arranged on the connection tool 3, and the connection tool 3 is opened and closed. Since the limit switch is turned on / off by an operation of attaching / detaching to / from the power line, the situation where the operation of the alarm means 20 is forgotten while the connector 3 is attached is eliminated. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an accident that may occur by recovery with the short-circuit grounding fixture connected.
