Description

The present invention relates to a louver and a duct with a louver.

Conventionally, as a louver attached to an opening of a ventilation duct in a building, for example, one disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. As shown in the schematic cross-sectional view of FIG. 8, this louver has a horizontal louver portion 102 in which a plurality of horizontal blades 101 are arranged at equal intervals in the vertical direction, and a vertical louver in which a plurality of vertical blades 103 are arranged in the horizontal direction. A portion 104 is provided inside the frame 105. Further, a baffle plate 106 in which a plurality of air passage holes are formed is disposed between the horizontal louver portion 102 and the vertical louver portion 104.

According to the louver 100 configured as described above, the horizontal louver portion 102 first prevents entry of raindrops entering from the outside, and the baffle plate 106 prevents raindrops that have passed through the horizontal louver portion 102. Prevent the intrusion. The raindrops that have passed through the air passage holes of the baffle plate 106 are prevented from entering the louver 100 because the vertical louver portion 104 prevents entry of the raindrops.
JP 2004-360390 A

However, even if the louver described above is used, it is difficult to reliably prevent raindrops from passing through the louver, and the raindrops that have passed through the louver enter the duct and the raindrops accumulate in the duct. There was a problem.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a louver and a duct with a louver that can prevent water droplets such as raindrops from accumulating in the duct.

The above-mentioned object of the present invention is a duct with a louver comprising a duct and a louver attached to the opening of the duct, wherein the louver is disposed inside the frame and the frame, and the airflow A louver blade that collides with and a receiver that receives water droplets contained in the airflow flowing into the duct, the receiver being achieved by a duct with a louver disposed in a lower portion near the opening of the duct. The

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a louver and a duct with a louver that can prevent water drops such as raindrops from accumulating in the duct.

Hereinafter, a louver according to the present invention and a duct with a louver provided with the louver will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a louvered duct 5 according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view seen from the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the louver 1. It is. As shown in FIG. 1, the louvered duct 5 includes a duct 51 and a louver 1. The duct 51 is disposed such that its axis is in the horizontal direction, and has a rectangular opening 52 that opens to the outdoor side and whose opening direction is the horizontal direction. The louver 1 is attached to the opening 52 of the duct 51.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the louver 1 includes a rectangular frame 2, a plurality of louver blades 3 with which airflow collides, and a receiver 4. The frame 2 is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from the front, and includes a top plate portion 21, a bottom plate portion 22, and side plate portions 23 and 23. As shown in FIG. 1, the lower surface 22 a of the top plate portion 21 is formed so as to have an inverted V shape when viewed in cross section, and the air between the louver blades disposed at the uppermost part of the plurality of louver blades 3. A passage is formed.

A plurality of louver blades 3 are arranged inside the frame 2. In addition, the frame body 2 includes a discharge passage 24 disposed below the plurality of louver blades 3, and a cover body 25.

The discharge flow path 24 is configured by a flat plate member that is sandwiched between the side plate portions 23 and 23 of the frame body 2, and includes an exposed surface 24 a that guides water drops received by the receiving body 4 to the outside as will be described later. Yes. The flat discharge channel 24 is arranged to have an upward slope from the outdoor side toward the duct 51 side.

The cover body 25 is a member that covers the upper surface of the exposed surface 24a of the discharge channel 24, and includes a first support plate 251 and a second support plate 252 that are erected from the bottom plate portion 22 of the frame body 2, and upper ends of both support plates. And an upper plate 253 connected to the section. Both ends of a flat plate member constituting the discharge channel 24 are connected to the first support plate 251 and the second support plate 252, respectively. The first support plate 251 is formed with an introduction hole 26 that guides water droplets received by a later-described receiving body 4 to the exposed surface 24 a of the discharge flow path 24. The second support plate 252 is formed with a discharge hole 27 for discharging water droplets flowing on the exposed surface 24 a to the outside of the louver 1. In the present embodiment, the introduction hole 26 and the discharge hole 27 are formed in a slit shape. Further, the upper plate 253 is formed to have an inverted V shape in cross section as shown in FIG. 1, and between the upper surface 253 a and the louver blades arranged at the lowermost part of the plurality of louver blades 3. To form an air passage.

The louver blade 3 is a two-blade type louver blade that is placed horizontally. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, both ends of the louver blade 3 are connected to the side plate portions 23, 23 of the frame body 2. Installed to connect. Moreover, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.3, it arrange | positions at predetermined intervals in the up-down direction. The direction of the louver blade 3 is set so that the airflow flowing into the duct 51 is guided obliquely downward. The louver blade 3 may be, for example, a single blade type louver blade or a vertical louver type louver blade that is placed vertically.

The receiver 4 is a member that receives and collects water droplets contained in the airflow that passes through the frame 2 and flows into the duct 51, and is constituted by a flat plate material. This receptacle 4 is attached to the lower part of the frame 2 so that it can be inserted and arranged near the opening 52 of the duct 51. Further, in order to allow the received water droplets to automatically flow into the discharge flow path 24 in the frame body 2, the water drops are inclined toward the introduction hole 26 formed in the first support plate 251 so as to have a downward slope. It is attached.

The operation of the louver 1 and the louvered duct 5 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIG. First, when wind and rain are blown onto the louver 1, most of the raindrops contained in the wind and rain collide with the plurality of louver blades 3 and are captured and flow downward along the surface of the louver blades 3. Of the raindrops flowing on the surface of the louver blade 3, the raindrops flowing toward the duct 51 are received by the receiver 4 disposed at the lower part of the frame body 2, and are introduced into the introduction hole 26, the exposed surface 24 a of the discharge channel 24, and the discharge hole. 27 and discharged to the outside of the louver 1.

Raindrops that pass through the air passage formed by the lower surface 22 a of the top plate portion 21 of the frame 2, the plurality of louver blades 3, and the upper surface of the cover body 25 without flowing into the louver blade 3 flow into the duct 51. . At this time, the airflow passing through the louver 1 and flowing into the duct 51 is disturbed in the vicinity of the opening 52 of the duct 51 by the influence of the louver blade 3, so The air current flows while colliding with the receiving body 4 and the inner upper surface 53 and the inner side surface 54 near the opening 52 of the duct 51. Therefore, raindrops that flow into the duct 51 collide with the receiver 4 and the inner upper surface 53 and the inner side surface 54 in the vicinity of the opening 52 of the duct 51 and are captured by the airflow. Raindrops adhering to the inner upper surface 53 and the inner side surface 54 of the duct 51 fall due to their own weight and are received by the receiver 4. The received raindrops are discharged to the outside of the louver 1 through the introduction hole 26, the exposed surface 24 a of the discharge channel 24 and the discharge hole 27.

Thus, according to the louver 1 and the duct 5 with a louver according to the present embodiment, the receiving body 4 that receives the water droplets included in the airflow is provided in the vicinity of the opening 52 of the duct 51. Water can be captured and water droplets can be reliably prevented from collecting in the duct 51.

Further, since the louver blade 3 is configured to guide the airflow flowing into the duct 51 obliquely downward, the airflow flowing into the duct 51 can be efficiently collided with the receiving body 4. As a result, water droplets contained in the airflow flowing into the duct 51 can collide with the receiver 4 to efficiently capture water.

Further, since the frame body 2 includes the cover body 25 that covers the exposed surface 24a of the discharge flow path 24 disposed below the louver blade 3, raindrops flowing on the exposed surface 24a of the discharge flow path 24 are It is possible to effectively prevent the airflow passing through the frame 2 from being blown away, and it is possible to efficiently and reliably discharge raindrops to the outside.

As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of the duct 5 with a louver which concerns on this invention was described, the specific aspect of this invention is not limited to the said embodiment. In the above-described embodiment, the receiving body 4 is made of a flat plate material, and in order to automatically move the received raindrops to the introduction hole 26 side, the reception body 4 is tilted toward the introduction hole 26 side. Although it is attached to the lower part, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, an accommodating portion 41 that prevents the received raindrops from falling into the duct 51 is formed by bending the edge of a flat plate material upward. The receiver 4 may be configured to be attached to the lower portion of the frame 2 so that the bottom 42 of the receiver 4 is horizontal. Even in such a configuration, the raindrops flowing into the duct 51 are received by the accommodating portion 41 and the raindrops accumulated in the accommodating portion 41 are guided to the discharge passage 24 through the introduction hole 26 and discharged to the outside of the louver 1. can do.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the receiving body 4 is formed so as to have a mortar shape with the opening 43 as the center, and the pipe 6 that connects the opening 43 and the discharge flow path 24 is further provided. You can also. Even with such a configuration, the mortar-shaped receiving body 4 can receive raindrops and prevent the received raindrops from falling into the duct 51 to discharge the raindrops to the outside.

Moreover, in this embodiment, although the slit shape is employ | adopted as the shape of the introduction hole 26 and the discharge hole 27, you may form so that it may become a through-hole of a cross-sectional view circular shape, for example. Thus, when adopting a circular cross-sectional shape as the shape of the introduction hole 26 and the discharge hole 27, the discharge flow path 24 can also be configured by a pipe-like member connected to the introduction hole 26 and the discharge hole 27.

Further, in the present embodiment, a configuration in which the discharge flow path 24 for discharging raindrops received by the receiving body 4 is provided in the frame body 2 is employed, but the configuration is particularly limited to such a configuration. Instead, for example, it is configured by a pipe-shaped member that connects the discharge flow path 24 to the receiving body 4, and adopts a configuration that passes below the bottom plate of the frame body 2, so that raindrops received by the receiving body 4 are received. A configuration that discharges to the outside can also be adopted.

Moreover, in this embodiment, although the structure which attaches the receiving body 4 to the lower part of the frame 2 is employ | adopted, it is not specifically limited to such a structure, For example, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the receiving body 4 is attached to the lower part near the opening 52 of 51 and the received raindrops are guided to the discharge channel 24 through the introduction hole 26. Even with such a configuration, the same effect as described above can be obtained, and raindrops can be prevented from accumulating in the duct 51. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, a configuration in which the opening lower portion 55 of the duct 51 and the discharge flow path 24 are connected via the receiving body 4 may be employed.
