Traditionally, fabrics and paper have been used to make flower-like ornaments, but many of them are cut with a scissors or knife to make cloth or paper look like petals. Or rounding with an electric trowel to add a facial expression to the flower, or using glue, needles or threads to combine the flowers.
"Corsage fashion" Chihiro Sakamoto Jakomete Publishing Co., Ltd.

The first object of the present invention is to enable anyone to experience the enjoyment of making artificial flowers.
That is, in the conventional method, in order to give the appearance of the petal, it has been necessary to cut using a paper pattern or the like, but in the method according to the present invention, the paper pattern becomes unnecessary.
In the conventional method, tools such as an electric iron, a scissors, and a knife had to be arranged in order to express the expression of flowers. However, in the method according to the present invention, it is not necessary to arrange such tools.
In addition, when using an electric iron to express the expression of a flower, it is extremely dangerous and requires skill in using an electric iron or the like, but this need not be used.
When using needles, threads, etc. to combine flowers, small children and the elderly could hardly experience the pleasure of making artificial flowers, but anyone can easily experience anywhere with the method according to the present invention.

The second object of the present invention is to supply inexpensively a decorative product simulating a flower with rich colors and expressions, and to reduce the environmental load as much as possible when it is disposed of.
According to this method, various petal expressions can be expressed by changing the color, pattern, and width of the ribbon that is the material, and by changing the shape and position of the ribbon when tied with a wire. In addition, since the petal-like parts can be manufactured by the apparatus according to the present invention, a large amount of ornaments can be supplied at low cost.

Since the material is only the fiber constituting the ribbon, the wire, and the paper covering the wire, it can be produced using only natural materials, and the environmental load when discarded can be extremely light.

Cut a ribbon with a width of about 1 cm to 14 cm to make a ribbon piece of almost square shape, place a wire on an arbitrary straight line across the ribbon piece, fold the ribbon pieces so as to cover this wire, and stack both ends of the wire. By pulling the wire in the opposite direction to the overlapping part, the wire is bent into a U shape, and the ribbon piece is pulled along the wire by pressing both ends of the wire. While twisting in the opposite direction, the wires are twisted together to form a petal-shaped part with a tack-like ridge formed on the joined part, and by bundling a plurality of these petal-shaped parts, Produce fake ornaments.

Another way to make petals of facial expression is to create a hexagon by folding a pair of diagonal square ribbons so that they are approximately in the middle of the ribbon piece. A wire is placed on a straight line that passes through and substantially perpendicular to the two sides, and the ribbon pieces are folded and overlapped so as to cover the wire. After that, a petal-like part is manufactured in the same manner as described above.

To make a petal with a different expression, cut the ribbon into a rectangle, fold it so that it has 2-5 ridges at almost right angles to the long side, and place the wire almost at right angles to the heel. The ribbon pieces are folded and overlapped so as to cover them, and then a petal-like part is manufactured by the same method as described above.

Since the method for producing the petal-like parts is a simple operation, some of these can be manufactured by a machine.

Since needles and threads are not used, it is easy to make from small children to the elderly.
Since it can be made with only a wire and a ribbon cut into a square, fewer tools are required.
Simply twist the ribbon with a wire and you can easily create a shape that looks good.

Since the ribbon is cut in the width direction, there is no waste of material, and the ribbon ends are ears (parts formed by folding back of the weft), so no fraying occurs, A variety of petals can be expressed by using a ribbon with a gradation in the width direction or using a petal with a suitable weave pattern.

Since petal-like parts can be manufactured by simple work, mechanization is easy, and a large number of petal-like parts can be supplied at low cost. This makes it possible to deal with hobbies that place emphasis on arranging and combining parts, and it is also possible to supply a large amount of finished products for event decoration.

First, a method for manufacturing a petal-like part will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 shows that a substantially square ribbon piece 1a is produced by cutting a narrow woven fabric (ribbon) 1 having a width of about 1 cm to 14 cm, and a diameter of 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm is formed on a diagonal line of the ribbon piece 1a. A state in which the wire 2 having a length longer than the diagonal line of the ribbon piece is placed, the position where the wire 2 is placed becomes a broken line 3, and the ribbon piece 1a is folded so as to cover the wire 2 and overlapped is shown. Yes.
The wire 2 used at this time is generally suitable to be covered with paper, but it is not always necessary to be covered.

FIG. 2 shows a state in which the wire 2 is bent into a U shape by pressing almost the center of the portion where the ribbon piece 1a overlaps and pulling both ends of the wire 2 in the direction opposite to the portion where the ribbon piece overlaps. ing.

FIG. 3 shows that the ribbon piece 1 a is pressed in the U-shaped part along the wire 2, and both ends 4 of the ribbon piece are opposite to the direction in which the wire 2 is pulled. By pulling, the broken line part 3 of the ribbon piece 1a is gathered into the bent part of the wire, a small ring is formed while crossing the wire 2, and the wire 2 is twisted together to tack the part connected by the wire 2 The state which produced the petal-like component 6 in which the shape-like eyelid 5 was formed is shown.

FIG. 4 shows an example in which three types of facial expressions (foliate shape, spoon shape, bowl shape) are made by arranging the shape of the petal portion 7 shown in FIG. 3 with a finger.
Here, the foliate shape is a state in which the petals are spread in both directions, the spoon shape is a state in which the petals are stacked and recessed in the same direction, and the bowl shape is a state in which the petals are opposed and recessed so as to wrap the sphere with the petals. is there.

FIG. 5 shows that the ribbon piece 1 passes through substantially the center of the substantially square ribbon piece 1a and the wire 2 is placed parallel to the ear (the end that is not the cut surface) so that the position where the wire 2 is placed becomes the broken line 3. A state in which 1a is folded so as to cover the wire 2 is shown.

FIG. 6 shows the arrangement of the wire shown in FIG. 5, a petal-like part is formed by performing the same process as described above, and then the shape of the petal portion 7 is adjusted with a finger to obtain 3 as described above. This is an example of creating different types of facial expressions.

FIG. 7 shows that the wire 2 is placed on a line that is parallel to one diagonal line of the substantially square ribbon piece 1a and passes through almost the center of adjacent sides, so that the position where the wire 2 is placed becomes a broken line 3; A state where the ribbon piece 1a is folded so as to cover the wire 2 is shown.

FIG. 8 shows how to place the wire shown in FIG. 7, and the petal-like parts are formed through the same process as described above. This is an example.

FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show the method according to claim 2, wherein a pair of opposed corners of the ribbon piece 1 a is folded into a hexagonal shape so as to be close to the center of the ribbon piece, and two sides formed by folding are formed. Place the wire on a straight line that passes through almost the center and is substantially perpendicular to the two sides (FIG. 9), so that the position where the wire 2 is placed becomes the broken line 3 so that the ribbon piece 1a covers the wire 2 The folded state is shown (FIG. 10).

In FIG. 11, the petal-like part 6 is formed by performing the same process as described above in the manner of placing the wire shown in FIG. 10, and thereafter, the shape of the petal portion 7 is adjusted with a finger to obtain three types of facial expressions. This is an example.

FIGS. 12 and 13 show the method according to claim 3, wherein the ribbon piece 1 b cut into a rectangular shape is folded so that two to five ridges 8 are formed substantially perpendicular to the long side of the ribbon piece 1 b, The wire 2 is placed at a substantially right angle to the heel (FIG. 12), and the ribbon piece 1b is folded and overlapped so as to cover the wire 2 so that the position at which the wire 2 is placed becomes the fold line 3 (FIG. 13).

FIG. 14 shows how to place the wire shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, by forming the petal-like parts by going through the same process as described above, and then adjusting the shape of the petal part with fingers. This is an example of creating a facial expression.

FIG. 15 is a simulation of a flower by collecting a plurality of petal-like parts created by the above method, bundling the wire part, winding and binding the bundled wire with a flora tape (trade name), and covering. This is an example of a completed decoration.

Next, a method for manufacturing a petal-like part using a mechanical device will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of an apparatus for producing a petal-shaped part using a ribbon and a wire according to the present invention as materials.

When the ribbon 1 wound in a roll shape is fed onto the table 10 by a predetermined length by at least a pair of rollers 9, for example, when sucking air with a suction force due to static electricity or from many holes provided on the table The ribbon is held on the table by the generated suction force.

The ribbon 1 is cut by a cutter 11 or a heat ray provided at a predetermined position on the table, and then the table 10 is rotated by a predetermined angle to hold both ends of the wire 2 cut to a predetermined length. The mechanical part 12 of the machine moves so as to place the wire at a predetermined position on the ribbon piece 1a.

In the table, there are a number of devices 13 that push out part of the ribbon piece from the table surface according to the control signal and push up a part of the ribbon piece from the lower surface, corresponding to the size of the ribbon piece and the position of the wire. Then, the pin push-up device 13 at a preselected position is activated to lift the predetermined position of the ribbon piece.

The holding device 14 that moves the portion of the ribbon piece 1a lifted from the table 10 parallel to the table surface at a position slightly away from the table surface is folded back so that the ribbon piece 1a is turned, and the ribbon piece is folded back to be doubled. Press and hold the part on the table with a certain force.
At this time, since the wire 2 on the ribbon piece 1a is held, the portion through which the wire passes is almost a folded line.

The arm-shaped mechanical part 12 holding the wire 2 moves in an arc shape around the part where the ribbon piece 1a is pressed on the table on the plane including the upper surface of the table, and moves the wire 2 while approaching each other. Since the portion where the ribbon piece is folded back is pulled, the wire 2 bends in a U-shape.

Thereafter, the movable stopper 15 for shifting the end 4 of the ribbon is lowered, and stops at a position where the gap with the fixed stopper 16 is slightly wider than the diameter of the wire 2. Thereafter, the pressing force of the pressing device 14 is released, and the wire 2 is further pulled, whereby the ribbon piece 1a is pulled by the wire 2 and moves in the right direction in FIG. 16 while being guided by the upper and lower guides 15a and 16a.

When the ribbon piece 1a comes to a narrow position between the movable stopper 15 and the fixed stopper 16 and then pulls the wire 2 further, the end 4 of the ribbon that has been U-shaped along the wire becomes the end of the wire. It is brought close to the top of the bend.

In this state, the wire 2 is crossed, and the wire is twisted by rotating the arm-like mechanical portion 12 while closing the wire in the direction in which the wire is drawn, thereby completing the petal-like part.

When the petal-like part is completed, the wire 2 is opened, the part is dropped onto a shooter (not shown), a new wire is supplied, and this is held at the tip of the arm-like mechanical part 12 to obtain the next part. Start production.
