Description

The present invention relates to a reinforced joint used for preventing devices and furniture from falling down due to vibration such as an earthquake.

Many cases were reported during the Hyogo-Nansei-Oki earthquake that equipment and furniture that were relatively large and heavy in the home were toppled by the earthquake and residents were laid down. Since then, inventors and devices have been invented and designed for fall prevention devices or fall prevention devices that can be attached to items that would be dangerous if they fall in the home in the event of a major earthquake, such as large TVs, refrigerators, chests, bookshelves, and cupboards. ing.

The tipping prevention tool described in Patent Document 1 has a structure in which a connection neck and a holding part rise integrally from a base. Adhesive materials are affixed to the bottom surface of the base portion and the mounting surface of the holding portion, respectively. The base is affixed to the floor surface on which equipment or the like to be subjected to a fall prevention measure is placed, and the holding part is affixed to the outer surface of the lower part of the equipment or the like.

The spring-type turnbuckle described in Patent Document 2 connects between a fixture that is attached to furniture with screws and a fixture that is attached to walls and pillars with screws. In this spring-type turnbuckle, the body part is constituted by a coil spring with tightly wound windings. By rotating and tightening the body part to give an appropriate tension, when the furniture is shaken by an earthquake, the furniture is expanded and contracted appropriately to absorb the vibration.

The fall prevention device described in Patent Document 3 includes a base plate attached to each of the column side and the furniture side, and a connecting bracket that has a curved portion formed in a semicircular arc and swings about an axis along the base plate And the both ends are comprised by the strip-shaped intermediate member loosely fitted with each connection metal fitting. In this fall prevention device, the connecting bracket is swingable with respect to the base plate, and the intermediate member is loosely fitted to the connecting bracket. Can be fixed in a suitable manner. Moreover, when furniture is shaken by an earthquake, excessive stress is prevented from concentrating on the fall prevention device.

Registered Utility Model No. 3044539 Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-248023 JP-A-8-252137 JP 2005-31842 A

However, since the tipping prevention device of Patent Document 1 is configured in a continuous manner from the side fixed to the installation surface to the side fixed to the target device, when mounting a plurality of devices on one device, there are some Deviation occurs. This deviation causes the equipment to rattle during an earthquake, and also causes variations in the stress applied to the individual fall prevention devices.

In addition, the spring-type turnbuckle of Patent Document 2 can be appropriately adjusted in its mounting state, but in order to mount it so that tension is always applied, the fixing bracket is firmly fixed with a screw etc. Must be joined to Therefore, the position for attaching the fixing bracket is limited, and the installation work is troublesome. In addition, when moving the target equipment or furniture, such as changing the design of a room, it is necessary to examine whether the fixture can be attached in a suitable state.

In the fall prevention device described in Patent Document 3, since there is a play in which the connecting portion of each member can move to some extent freely in the attached state, sound is generated by rubbing or contacting each other even with slight shaking. . In addition, when a shake exceeding play is applied, such as in the case of a large earthquake, a large impact load is applied to the connecting part at the moment when the fall prevention device is fully stretched, so that the connecting part is damaged or a fixing bracket secured with a screw is attached. It is also expected to rise and fall off.

Furthermore, the fall prevention device described in Patent Document 4 is limited to a certain degree in the direction in which the fixing portion is attached to the installation surface or the target device, as in Patent Document 1, and the locking portion is provided discontinuously. So fine adjustment is not good.

Therefore, the present invention can be easily mounted in a suitable state regardless of the distance and mounting angle from the mounting side to equipment, furniture, etc. to the fixed side to the wall, floor, etc. A reinforced joint capable of absorbing and mitigating impact loads such as the above is provided.

The reinforcing joint according to the present invention includes an objective side base plate, a wall surface side base plate, and a connecting portion. The objective side base plate is bonded to an object placed indoors via a vibration damping member having elasticity. The wall surface side base plate is bonded to a wall surface adjacent to the object via a vibration damping member having elasticity. The connecting portion has a turnbuckle structure, one is attached to the objective side base plate perpendicularly, and the other is attached to the wall surface side base plate via a universal joint.

In this case, when the wall surface is not suitable for bonding the vibration damping member, it is preferable to apply an anchor plate having a larger area than the bonding surface of the vibration damping member to the portion. In order to effectively install this reinforcing joint, the object-side base plate has a difference in length between two line segments that are perpendicular to each other at the center of gravity of the object and extend to the outer periphery of the bottom surface with respect to the shape of the bottom surface of the object. Affix to the outer wall of the object along the longest line of the largest case.

According to the reinforcing joint according to the present invention, the wall surface side base plate is connected to the connecting member through the universal joint, and the connecting member has a turnbuckle structure. Therefore, it is possible to attach the reinforcing joint while positioning the object indoors without positioning the object at a predetermined angle with respect to the wall surface. In other words, this reinforcing joint can be easily mounted in a suitable state regardless of the distance and mounting angle from the mounting side to equipment or furniture to the fixed side to the wall or floor, and It can absorb and relax shock loads such as earthquakes.

Further, the objective side base plate and the outer wall of the object, and the wall surface side base plate and the wall surface are bonded to each other with a vibration damping member having elasticity. Therefore, even when an object is shaken due to an earthquake or the like, the vibration damping member is flexibly deformed, and an excessive tensile load applied to the bonding surface is applied, so that the bonding surface is prevented from peeling off. Can do. As a result, even when the object is shaken by an external force such as an earthquake, the reinforcing joint holds the object to the nearby wall surface and holds the object so as not to fall down.

In addition, by mounting an anchor plate with a larger area than the adhesive surface of the vibration damping member on the wall surface, a stable adhesive strength can be obtained regardless of the surface roughness of the wall surface and the wall surface being covered with wallpaper. It is done.

Furthermore, with respect to the shape of the bottom surface of the target object, the outer wall of the target object along the longer line segment when the difference in length between the two line segments orthogonal to each other at the center of gravity of the target object and extending to the outer periphery of the bottom surface becomes maximum By affixing the objective side base plate, the reinforcing joint is attached in a direction in which the shake is easily amplified when the object is shaken. Therefore, this reinforcing joint can effectively suppress the object from falling due to the amplification of the vibration such as an earthquake.

The reinforcing joint 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, taking as an example a case where the reinforcing joint 10 is applied to a large panel television 1. The large panel television 1 is, for example, a liquid crystal television or a plasma display television, and is an example of an object to which a fall prevention measure is applied so as not to easily fall down due to an earthquake or the like by mounting the reinforcing joint 10. . In addition to this, the object placed indoors can be applied to household appliances such as a chest, a bookshelf, a cupboard, a refrigerator, and a personal computer.

The reinforcing joint 10 shown in FIG. 1 is attached between the back cover 2 of the large panel television 1 and the wall surface W behind the large panel television 1 indicated by a two-dot chain line. As shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing joint 10 includes an objective side base plate 11, a wall surface side base plate 12, and a connecting member 13. The objective-side base plate 11 is bonded to the upper side of the back cover 2 of the large panel television 1 with the vibration damping member 14 interposed therebetween. The wall surface side base plate 12 is bonded to the wall surface W with the vibration damping member 14 interposed therebetween. As shown in FIG. 2, the connecting member 13 has a turnbuckle structure in which a right screw S1 and a left screw S2 are provided symmetrically at both ends, and connects the objective side base plate 11 and the wall surface side base plate 12 to each other. Yes.

The objective side base plate 11 is attached to the back cover 2 so that the connecting member 13 extends in a direction perpendicular to the display surface 3 of the large-sized panel television 1. The back cover 2 has a maximum difference between the lengths of two line segments perpendicular to each other at the center of gravity of the bottom surface 4 of the large panel television 1 and extending to the outer periphery of the bottom surface 4, that is, the longer line in FIG. When the minute 5 is in the direction along the display surface 3 and the shorter line segment 6 is in the direction perpendicular to the display surface 3, the outer wall of the object along the longer line segment 5, that is, in parallel with the display surface 3. The objective side base plate 11 is attached to the rear cover 2 provided.

In addition, a universal joint 15 is incorporated between the wall surface side base plate 12 and the connecting member 13, and the angle to be attached to the wall surface W in the vertical and horizontal directions can be finely adjusted. The vibration damping member 14 sandwiched between the adhesive portions has sufficient thickness and flexibility, and deforms itself when an instantaneous bending moment is applied in the direction of peeling with respect to the objective-side base plate 11. The load in the peeling direction acting on the mutual adhesive surfaces is relaxed. In addition, with respect to the instantaneous shear load, the load applied to the bonding surface is reduced by flexibly deforming.

As a specific material of the vibration damping member 14, a urethane-based elastomer, a silicon-based elastomer, and a fluorine-based elastomer having low resilience characteristics can be applied. In this case, it is preferable that the surface of the vibration damping member 14 itself has adhesiveness because an adhesive or a tape with adhesive material on both sides is not required.

When an earthquake occurs, the large panel television 1 itself has a large weight, so that an inertial force acts on the large panel television 1, and the so-called foot is in a state where the floor F or the wall W is moved. That is, the large panel television 1 is shaken violently and irregularly with respect to the floor F. As shown in FIG. 1, by attaching the reinforcing joint 10, the large panel television 1 is held in a direction in which the large-sized panel television 1 is easily overturned by the shape of the bottom surface 4, i. Therefore, the large panel television 1 cannot fall down even when it receives an earthquake.

In addition, since the vibration damping member 14 having an appropriate thickness is sandwiched between the bonding surfaces, even if the direction of the earthquake is oblique to the display surface 3 of the large panel television 1, The applied bending moment can be absorbed and relaxed, and separation of the objective side base plate 11 and the wall surface side base plate 12 can be prevented. As a result, since the state in which the large panel television 1 is joined to the wall surface W by the reinforcing joint 10 is maintained, the large panel television 1 can be prevented from falling.

Next, a reinforcing joint 20 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the structure which has the same function as the reinforcement joint 10 shown in 1st Embodiment attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits the description. In the reinforcing joint 20 in this embodiment, the universal joint 15 incorporated between the wall surface side base plate 12 and the connecting member 13 is also incorporated between the objective side base plate 11 and the connecting member 13.

By having the universal joints 15 at both ends, the attachment angle can be adjusted not only for the wall W side but also for the large panel TV 1 side that is the object, and the reinforcement is reinforced regardless of the relative positional relationship between the object and the wall W. The joint 10 can be easily attached. In FIG. 3, the objective side base plate 11 is attached to the upper edge of the back cover 2 of the large panel television 1.

The wall surface side base plate 12 is bonded to the anchor plate 16. The anchor plate 16 has an area larger than the bonding area of the vibration damping member 14 to which the wall surface side base plate 12 is bonded, and the square is fixed to the wall surface W with screws 17. Instead of the screws 17, nails or a synthetic resin adhesive may be used. By providing the anchor plate 16, it is possible to obtain a stable adhesive strength without being affected by the surface roughness of the wall surface W or when a wallpaper cloth is applied.

One set of the reinforcing joint 10 of the first embodiment and the reinforcing joint 20 of the second embodiment is used for an object. Depending on the size, weight, and shape of the object, it is preferable that two or more sets of reinforcing joints 10 and 20 are appropriately attached.
