Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat mainly applied to automobiles, trains, aircraft, ships, and the like.

A seat in which an elastic fabric is stretched between a left frame member and a right frame member supported by a seat frame to form a seating surface is used in automobiles, trains, aircraft, ships, and the like.
In this type of seat, the elastic fabric is tensioned when the body is placed on the seating surface, and the body is supported by being pushed up by the reaction force N from the elastic fabric in the tensioned state.
When the mounted posture is inclined to the left and right sides, much of the weight G 2 acts on the inclined side and the elastic fabric sinks greatly, and the elastic fabric is relatively lifted on the opposite side.

Although the one side is relatively lifted, the weight applied to the entire elastic fabric does not change even if the posture is inclined to either the left or right side, so the tension (tension) of the elastic fabric itself changes so much. Without being reduced, the amount of subsidence is reduced and one side that is relatively lifted is still in a strong tension.
For this reason, on one side where the posture is inclined and the sinking amount is increased, a strong reaction force N 2 from the elastic fabric acts on the body, but from one side where the sinking amount is reduced and relatively lifted, The reaction force N 1 that still tries to push up the body acts on the body from the elastic fabric (FIG. 1-a).
In the state where the balance is lost, the posture is greatly collapsed even if a slight external force is applied.

For this reason, in many cases, the vehicle in use is swaying to the left and right in many cases, and in the seat formed by stretching the elastic fabric, the elastic fabric is placed in a relatively lifted state with the inclination being adjusted. The reaction force suppression means for suppressing the push-up reaction force N 1 acting on the body from the left and right sides is required (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In JP-A-2001-149167 (Patent Document 1), a part of an elastic fabric constituting a seating surface is used as one member, and a belt is constructed between left and right side frame members on the back side of the seating surface. There is disclosed a reaction force suppressing means configured by connecting a part of the belt and a belt into an endless belt shape.
In this reaction force suppressing means, when a difference occurs in the external force (weight) G 1 · G 2 applied to the left and right sides of the seat surface, the difference (G 1 to G 2 ) between the left and right external forces (weight) is seated via the belt. The configuration is such that the difference (G 1 to G 2 ) between the left and right external forces (weight) is eliminated from one side on the left and right sides of the surface.

However, in this reaction force suppressing means, even if the difference in the left and right tensions of the elastic fabric caused by the difference (G 1 to G 2 ) in the left and right external force (weight) is eliminated, the left and right external force (weight) It is difficult to expect an effect as a reaction force suppressing means for preventing one side from being relatively lifted due to the difference (G 1 to G 2 ).
In addition, the structure of the reaction force suppression means is complicated, and there are many cases in which it is difficult to secure a space for arranging the endless belt on the back side of the seat surface of the vehicle seat. The practicality is questioned.

In view of this, the present invention provides a simple and easy-to-implement mechanism that suppresses the relative rise of the elastic fabric on the left and right sides of a seat in which a seat is formed by stretching an elastic fabric between the left and right frame members. An object of the present invention is to provide a reaction force suppressing means having a sufficient reaction force suppressing effect.

In the vehicle seat according to the present invention, (a) an elastic fabric 13 is stretched between the left frame member 11 and the right frame member 12 supported by the seat frame 16 to form a seat surface 14; )
One end of each of the elastic retracting members 15a and 15b is joined to the left and right sides of the middle part of the elastic fabric 13 sandwiched between the left frame member 11 and the right frame member 12, respectively. (C) These left and right elastic retracting members 15a and 15b The first feature is that each of the other ends is directed in directions opposite to each other and joined to the seat frame 16.

A second feature of the vehicle seat according to the present invention is that, in addition to the first feature, the elongation stress when the elastic fabric 13 is stretched by 10% in the direction W in which the left frame member 11 and the right frame member 12 face each other is 100. It is in the point which is -400N / 5cm.

A third feature of the vehicle seat according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first and second features, the joint 21 between the elastic pull-in member 15 and the elastic fabric back surface 13 and the seat frame 16 are joined. Point where the elongation stress at the time of 10% elongation of the elastic retracting material 15 in the direction X where the point 22 faces is larger than the elongation stress at the time of 10% elongation of the elastic fabric 13 in the direction W where the left frame material 11 and the right frame material 12 face each other. It is in.

The fourth feature of the vehicle seat according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first, second and third features, the surfaces of the left frame member 11 and the right frame member 12 facing the elastic fabric 13 are: It is in the point which becomes the inclined surface where inclination-angle (phi) was attached so that it might become low toward the inner edge 41 * 42 from those outer edges 31 * 32.

The fifth feature of the vehicle seat according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first, second, third and fourth features, the inner edge 41 of the left frame member 11 and the inner side of the right frame member 12. The edges 42 protrude toward the center of the seating surface 14, and the joining point 21 of the elastic retractable material 15 with the elastic fabric back surface 13 and the joining point 22 of the seat frame 16 are respectively left and right side frame members 11. The position is set at a position that is biased toward the outer edges 31 and 32 with respect to the inner edges 41 and 42 of the 12, that is, a position hidden under the left and right side frame members 11 and 12.

One end of each of the elastic retracting members 15a and 15b is joined to the left and right of the back surface of the intermediate portion of the elastic fabric 13 (FIG. 1-e), and the other ends of the left and right elastic retracting members 15a and 15b are opposite to each other. When joined to the seat frame 16 in the direction, the elastic pull-in member 15 is stretched and tensioned between the joint point 21 with the elastic fabric and the joint point 22 with the seat frame, and the joint point 21 with the elastic fabric. Is pulled into the elastic pull-in member 15, and the seating surface 14 at the joining points 21 and 21 is pulled down accordingly (FIG. 1-b).

When the body is placed thereon, the seating surface 14 is further depressed, but the elastic retractable material 15 is still in a tensioned state (FIG. 1-c).
In this state, when the posture is tilted and the weight applied to the joint 21b on one side increases, the joint 21a on the other side becomes in a state where it can float by the amount that the weight has moved to the joint 21b on one side. .

In that case, the elastic retractable material 15 is placed in a state where the body is not tilted to the left and right and the seating surfaces (21a and 21b) are in a depressed state (FIG. 1-c). In a possible state, it acts to lower the junction 21a (FIG. 1-d).
For this reason, even if the weight applied to any of the left and right junctions (21b) increases, the strong reaction force N that tries to make the posture unstable from the other junction 21a does not work.

As described above, the left and right elastic retracting members 15a and 15b function as a reaction force suppressing means for suppressing the relative lift on the left and right sides of the elastic fabric, and since the structure as the reaction force suppressing means is simple, the implementation is possible. It is easy to obtain a vehicle seat having excellent responsiveness in the reaction force suppressing effect of suppressing the relative lift on the left and right sides of the elastic fabric because the expansion / contraction / tension change of the elastic pull-in material 15 is directly transmitted to the elastic fabric.

The elastic pull-in member 15 may be prepared in a state where one end of the elastic pull-in member 15a or 15b is bonded and the other end is bonded to the seat frame 16 and the bonding points 21 or 21 are pulled down to prepare a sheet (FIG. 1-b). In addition, it is desirable to be in a tension state even when the body is placed and the seat surface (21a, 21b) is depressed (FIG. 1-c).
However, it is not always necessary to do so, when the posture tilts to the left and right and loses balance, and when the joint point 21a on one side is in a dangerous state capable of rising (FIGS. 1-d and 1-a). If the elastic and elastic retractable material 15 joined to the joining point 21a in a state where it can float is in a tension state, the elastic retractable material 15 is otherwise (FIG. 1-b, FIG. 1-c). , You may be in a state of tension (relaxation).

For this purpose, the left frame member 11 and the right frame member 12 have a flat cross-sectional shape, and the inner edge 41 of the left frame member 11 and the inner edge 42 of the right frame member 12 protrude toward the center of the seating surface 14 respectively. The joining point 21 of the elastic retractable material 15 with the elastic fabric back surface 13 and the joining point 22 of the seat frame 16 are more biased toward the outer edges 31 and 32 than the inner edges 41 and 42 of the left and right side frame members 11 and 12, respectively. The crossing angle θ formed by the elastic retracting material 15 joined to the seat frame 16 with respect to the seating surface 14 between the joining point 21a and the joining point 21b is set at a position hidden under the left and right side frame members 11 and 12. It is good to make 20 to 60 degrees.

With the elastic fabric 13 having an elongation stress of 100 to 400 N / 5 cm when stretched by 10%, the seat surface 14 does not sink greatly even if the body is placed on the elastic fabric 13, and it is possible to rise even if the body is tilted slightly to the left or right. Since the reaction force N received from the joining point 21a in the state is also reduced, a sense of stability received from the sheet is increased.

When an elastic material having an elongation stress at the time of 10% elongation larger than the elongation stress at the time of 10% elongation of the elastic fabric 13 is used for the elastic retracting material 15, the joint point 21a on one side is in a dangerous state capable of rising. (FIG. 1-d) Since the force F acting on the joining point 21a from the elastic retracting member 15 is also increased so as not to float, the utility of the elastic retracting member 15 as a reaction force suppressing means is enhanced.

If the surfaces of the left frame member 11 and the right frame member 12 facing the elastic fabric 13 are inclined surfaces that are lowered from the outer edges 31 and 32 toward the inner edges 41 and 42, the left frame on which the elastic fabric 13 is stretched. Even when the span dimension P between the material 11 and the right frame member 12 is increased, the elastic fabric 13 is placed on the left frame member 11 and the right side when the body is placed thereon and the seat surface (21a, 21b) is depressed. The span dimension P changes to the span dimension Q from the inner edge 41 of the left frame member to the inner edge 42 of the right frame member 12, and as a result, the left frame member 11 and the right frame This is the same as the case where the elastic fabric 13 having a width substantially smaller than the dimension P of the span between the materials 12 is stretched.
As described above, when the stretched elastic fabric 13 is substantially reduced in width, the posture frequently fluctuates due to vibration transmitted from the frame of the vehicle in use of the elastic fabric 13 with the body on the seating surface. Even if it exists, the amplitude width (range) of the elastic fabric 13 which vibrates in response to the vibration also decreases.
As a result, even if the body is frequently shaken during use, the body does not tilt greatly and is stably supported, and is released from a sense of tension for maintaining the body stably, and the feeling of fatigue experienced during use is reduced.

The elastic fabric and the elastic retractable material 15 are elastic yarns having a breaking elongation of 60% or more and an elastic recovery rate of 90% or more after 15% elongation, such as rubber yarns, polyurethane (spandex) fiber yarns, Polyether ester type synthetic fiber yarn may be used.
However, a preferred elastic yarn is a polyetherester type synthetic fiber yarn having a low elongation at break.

The elastic fabric 13 and the elastic pull-in material 15 may be a woven or knitted fabric of elastic yarn, in which case the elastic yarn has its length direction in one direction of the elastic fabric, Weaving and knitting is performed so that the entire width or the entire length of the woven fabric or the knitted fabric or the entire width or the entire length of the woven fabric or the knitted fabric is partially and intermittently continued linearly.
An inelastic yarn is used for the yarn intertwined with the elastic yarn. For example, in a woven fabric, an elastic yarn is used for one of the warp and the weft, and an inelastic yarn is used for the other.
As the elastic pull-in member, a string-like elastic body such as a rubber string or a flat elastic body made of an elastic resin such as a rubber belt can be used.

The elastic pull-in material 15 may be sewn to the elastic fabric 13 directly or via a patch at the junction 21 with the elastic fabric 13 by the perforated line 17.
A hook or other locking member is attached to the end portion of the elastic retractable material 15 that becomes the junction point 22 with the seat frame 16 or the end of the elastic retractable material 15 is folded and sewn to form a tubular or bag-like engagement. An engaging portion 18 that engages with the seat frame 16 is provided by a portion or the like.
The side frame members 11 and 12 and the seat frame 16 of the illustrated vehicle seat are separately formed, assembled, and integrated. However, the side frame members 11 and 12 and the seat frame 16 can also be formed integrally. Similarly, the seat frame 16 can also be formed integrally with the vehicle body frame, that is, as a member of the vehicle body frame, for example, as a part of the floor frame of the vehicle.

The left frame member 11 and the right frame member 12 are formed in a flat cross-sectional shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and when the side edges protrude from the central portion side of the seating surface 14 and set to the seat frame 16, The effective width (PQ) of the elastic fabric 13 from the frame member 11 to the right frame member 12 is substantially shortened, and the depression (sink amount) of the elastic fabric 13 generated by placing the body on the seating surface 14 is also reduced. A vehicle seat with a stable body support and a comfortable seat is obtained.
