Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plant cultivation planter for home use, business use, or park use for planting plants such as flowers and planted trees.
Conventionally, planters have been widely used to plant plants such as flowers and planted trees. Commercially available general planters are made of materials such as plastic, wood, earthenware, and glass fiber (FRP), but each has the following drawbacks.
The plastic planter was weak against sunlight and deteriorated in 1 to 2 years, and its lifetime was very short. Also, the recycling of the waste planter had to be treated as waste plastic. Since the wooden planter is corroded and deteriorated by rain water or the like, its lifetime is at most 2 to 3 years. Also, the disposal planter had to incinerate. The pottery planter has a semi-permanent life, but it has a high possibility of cracking and is very difficult to handle. Also, the disposal planter had to landfill. The glass fiber (FRP) planter has a longer life than the plastic planter, but the disposal of the disposal planter is very difficult.
Among the planters described in the patent documents, the planter described in
Such planters are worth recycling because they have reused the waste, but when the planter has reached the end of its life, it could not be reused. In addition, the planter described in
The present invention has been invented to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional defects, and not only can the waste be reused for a long period of time, but also can be reused after its disposal, and the waste resources can be effectively utilized. Therefore, it is an object to provide a planter for plant cultivation that can make a great contribution to environmental problems on the earth.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a rust preventive paint is applied to all the inner and outer surfaces of a planter body formed by cutting a waste metal container for high pressure so as to open upward, and draining water on the bottom surface of the planter body. A planter for plant cultivation characterized by forming a hole.
The invention according to
The invention according to
The invention according to
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the planter body, a cylindrical portion that is cut and removed from a waste product of the high-pressure metal container so that the upper and lower ends thereof are cut in a ring is divided into two in parallel with the axial direction. The plant cultivation planter according to
According to the plant cultivation planter of the present invention, the high-pressure metal container waste can be reused as a planter for a long period of time, and even after its disposal, it is further recycled as metal scrap (metal raw material) such as iron scrap and aluminum scrap. It can be used and waste resources can be used effectively. Moreover, since it is made of metal, it has a permanent strength against ultraviolet rays of sunlight. In addition, since it has a rust-proof coating, it is far less susceptible to corrosion and deterioration than wood. Furthermore, since the metal plate which forms a pressure vessel is used, it is very strong.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

In this high
The planter A for plant cultivation of the present invention is manufactured using the waste product of the
First, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the waste product of the high-
The
A pair of left and
Note that the
After the
A plant cultivation planter A shown in FIG. 5 is a plant cultivation planter A mainly formed by the
In addition, when forming the plant cultivation planta A for plant cultivation only by the
The plant cultivation planter A shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is a plant cultivation planter A mainly formed by the
In addition, when forming the planter A for plant cultivation only by the
A plant cultivation planter A shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B is a plant cultivation planter A composed of only the
In addition, if the
In the above description, after the
The plant cultivation planter A shown in FIG. 9 is a plant cultivation planter A produced by using the
When the plant cultivation planter A as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B and the plant cultivation planter A as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 are produced from the waste product 0 of one high-
The plant cultivation planter A shown in FIGS. 11 to 14 is not the plant cultivation planter A produced from the three-part container described above but a plant cultivation planter A produced from the two-part container. In particular, the plant cultivation planter A shown in FIG. 11 and the plant cultivation planter A shown in FIG. 14 are not different from the plant cultivation planter A produced from a three-part container. Unlike the planter planter A formed by the
In addition, since the planter A for plant cultivation made of metal has a higher thermal conductivity than those made of plastic, wood, ceramics, or FRP, the soil temperature may be high under the hot weather in summer. . As a countermeasure, a heat insulating material such as foamed polystyrene having an appropriate thickness may be attached to the inner wall surface of the plant cultivation planter A.
