Description

The present invention relates to a flexible divided tide plate that can be moved up and down at a building opening, and more particularly to an improved technique that enables the tide plate to be wound around a storage unit that is disposed in a ceiling of a building.

Inundation damage to buildings has become a major problem due to typhoons, heavy rains, or sudden rainfall in rivers and beaches, especially in low-elevation areas. Not only large-scale disasters, but even a few centimeters of inundation can cause rainwater that has entered a building to damage flooring and furniture. Inundation is also a problem in a building structure having a space lower than the ground, that is, a basement. In the lower part of the opening of the building, there is a thing that a tide plate can be arranged for such damage. This type of tide plate has traditionally been provided with a U-shaped groove facing each other on both sides of the opening of the building, and both ends of the dam plate are fitted into this groove during water discharge.

However, with such a tide plate structure using a dam plate, it is necessary to transport and install a dam plate stored at a remote location each time the water is discharged. There was a problem that it took time and was necessary to remove and transport the weir plate to a storage box or the like at a remote location.

To solve such a problem, there is a tide plate combined shutter disclosed in Patent Document 1. As shown in FIG. 17, the tide plate / shutter 1 has a predetermined height below the shutter curtain 7 which can be raised and lowered along the guide rails 5 and 5 provided on the left and right of the building opening 3. One tide plate 9 is connected. When the wind-up device 13 is driven by the operation switch 11, the tide plate 9 winds up the shutter curtain 7, and rises the building opening 3 while being guided by the guide rails 5 and 5. Become. When the tide plate 9 is not in use, the shutter curtain 7 is supported in a state where the shutter curtain 7 hangs downward from the storage port 17 of the storage unit 15 as shown in FIG. .
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-8785

However, the conventional tide plate combined shutter can be opened and closed easily by connecting to the shutter curtain, but the tide plate is a single plate with a predetermined height, so it cannot be pulled into the storage unit. And had to be placed in a state of hanging from the storage opening. For this reason, there was a problem of deteriorating appearance. If the tide plate cannot be stored, and if it tries to improve the unsightly state of hanging from the ceiling surface, the tide plate is lowered by the height of the tide plate, the building is lowered or the height of the tide plate is increased. In the case of a newly built building, whether it can be adopted or not can be determined at the design stage, but space for placing a tide plate below the storage part for renovation and retrofitting work. However, there was a problem that it was impossible to install if it could not be secured.

The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and provides a flexible split tide plate that can be freely set to the extent that the height of the tide portion is present, and winds and stores part or all of the tide plate. Alternatively, by storing in a flexible state, it is possible to reduce the size of the tide plate when fully opened, and to ensure a wide effective opening height of the opening.

Next, means for solving the above problems will be described with reference to the drawings corresponding to the embodiments.
The flexible split tide plate according to claim 1 of the present invention is a storage portion 23 in which a turning shaft 27 is provided and a long slit-like storage opening 31 is opened in the ceiling surface 25a along the turning shaft 27. A pair of rail-shaped guide means 35 suspended from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the storage opening 31 across the building opening 21, and both ends in the longitudinal direction are guided by the rail-shaped guide means 35 and the direction change is made. A flexible split tide plate 100 comprising a tide plate 41 that is movable up and down the building opening 21 by connecting an upper portion to a connecting member 39 that is accommodated in the accommodation portion by a shaft 27;
The tide plate 41 is
A plurality of divided platelets 43 divided in the vertical direction;
A connecting means 45 that allows the divided small plates 43 adjacent to each other in the upper and lower states to be in a contact and separation state and flexibly connects the divided small plates 43 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction;
It is characterized by comprising.

In this flexible divided tide plate, a plurality of divided small plates 43 are connected by a connecting means 45, and can be flexed in these connected states, and through the connecting member 39 by the rotation of the deflection shaft 27. The tide plate 41 can be drawn from the storage port 31 and guided to the storage portion 31 by the turning shaft 27. Therefore, if the turning shaft 27 is configured as a winding shaft, the tide plate 41 can be housed in the storage portion 23 as in a general shutter curtain. As a result, the tide plate 41 is not exposed in a state of hanging from the ceiling surface 25a, and the appearance can be improved. Moreover, since the tide plate 41 can be accommodated in the storage part 23 even in a conventional installation location where the tide plate hanging space cannot be secured due to ceiling height restrictions or the like, the tide plate 41 can be installed. Can do.

The flexible divided tide plate according to claim 2 is characterized in that the divided small plate 43A at the lowermost part in the ascending / descending direction has a height in the vertical direction larger than that of the other divided small plate 43.

The flexible split tide plate according to claim 3 is characterized in that the connecting member is a shutter curtain 39.

With this flexible split tide plate, the tide plate 41 can be easily added using an existing shutter device without securing a new installation space. That is, it can be configured by connecting to the lower part of the existing shutter curtain. Further, by using the weight of the shutter curtain 39, the tide plates 41 can be pressed in a direction in close contact with each other from above.

The flexible split tide plate according to claim 4 includes stepped parts 63 each having a pair of horizontal planes 59 and a vertical plane 61 connecting the pair of horizontal planes 59 to each other. Are in contact with each other.

In this flexible divided tide plate, when external water pressure is applied, the vertical surfaces 61 of both the divided small plates 43 that are adjacent in the vertical direction are brought into contact with each other, and the divided small plates 43 are in close contact with each other. .

The flexible divided tide plate according to claim 5 is characterized in that the divided small plates 43 adjacent in the vertical direction are in contact with each other via a packing 57 provided on at least one side.

In this flexible divided tide plate, when the divided small plates 43 that are vertically adjacent to each other come into contact with each other, the contact surfaces are brought into contact with each other through the packing 57, and the watertightness between the contact surfaces is improved. .

The flexible divided tide plate according to claim 6 presses each of the divided small plates 43 against the inner abutment surface 65 of the rail-shaped guide means 35, and the divided small plate at the lowermost end of the divided small plate is A pressing means 67 is provided on the inner abutting surface of the rail-shaped guide means 37 and the inner abutting surface of the lower drop groove 53 of the floor surface 37 formed continuously with the pair of rail-shaped guide means 37,
The pressing means 67 is
A roller 71 protruding from end faces 69 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the divided small plate 43 and rotatable around an axis along the longitudinal direction;
An inclined surface 73 provided inward of the rail-shaped guide means 35 and in contact with the roller 71 immediately before the lowest position, and moves both ends of the divided small plate 43 toward the inner contact surface 65 via the roller 71. A pressing protrusion 75 having
A gasket 77 provided on the inner contact surface 65 of each rail-shaped guide means 35 and the lower drop groove 53 and in close contact with both ends of the divided small plate 43 and one surface of the lowermost divided small plate;
It is characterized by comprising.

In this flexible split tide plate, the entire tide plate made up of a plurality of divided small plates 43 is pressed against the inner abutment surface 65 of the rail-shaped guide means 35 and the lower drop groove 53 in the direction in which water pressure is applied. High watertightness is ensured by the gasket 77. The gasket 77 preferably has a substantially U-shape that is continuous between the rail-shaped guide means 35 and the lower drop groove 53.

The flexible split tide plate according to claim 7 is characterized in that a water draining plate 87 having a similar shape larger than the area of the storage port 31 is provided at a lower portion of the divided small plate 43 connected to the lowermost portion. To do.

In this flexible divided tide plate, the storage port 31 of the storage unit 23 is blocked by the draining plate 87 when the tide plate 41 is stored, and the appearance that the storage port 31 remains open on the ceiling surface 25a is prevented. Is done. In addition, excessive wrapping of the tide plate 41 is prevented.

The flexible split tide plate includes a first turning shaft 79 and a separate second turning shaft 27 parallel to the first turning shaft 79.
The rail-shaped guide means comprises a first rail-shaped guide means 81 and a second rail-shaped guide means 35 parallel to the first rail-shaped guide means 81,
The tide plate 41 is wound around the first turning shaft 79 through the flexible elongated body 83 which is the connecting member, and is guided by the first rail-shaped guide means 81,
The shutter curtain 39 may be wound around the second turning shaft 27 and guided by the second rail-shaped guide means 35.

According to this flexible split tide plate, the tide plate 41 and the shutter curtain 39 are separated and arranged in a double manner, and when the normal building opening 21 is opened and closed, only the shutter curtain 39 is lifted and lowered. 41 remains in the stowed state. Then, it is lowered when the tide plate 41 is used. That is, the tide plate 41 is wound around the first turning shaft through the flexible long body 83 and guided by the first rail-shaped guide means, and the shutter curtain is wound around the second turning shaft and the second rail. Since the tide plate 41 and the shutter curtain 39 are separated and disposed in a double manner, only the shutter curtain 39 is raised and lowered when the normal building opening 21 is opened and closed. The board 41 remains in the housed state, and an effect of improving the appearance when the tide plate 41 is not used can be obtained.

According to the flexible split tide plate according to claim 1 of the present invention, the tide plate can be divided into a plurality of divided small plates in the vertical direction, and the divided small plates can be in both contact and separation states. In addition, since it comprises at least a connecting means that flexibly connects the divided platelets to a desired curvature, the tide plate is drawn from the storage port via the connecting member by rotation of the deflection shaft, and is stored by the deflection shaft. To the department. Therefore, if the turning shaft is configured as a winding shaft, the tide plate can be accommodated in the storage portion, as in a general shutter curtain. As a result, the tide plate is not exposed in the state of hanging from the ceiling surface, and the appearance can be improved. Further, even if the conventional installation location where the tide plate hanging space cannot be secured due to ceiling height restrictions or the like, the tide plate can be stored in the storage portion, so that the tide plate can be installed.

According to the flexible split tide plate according to claim 2, the split plate at the lowermost part in the ascending / descending direction is higher in the vertical direction than the other split plates, so that the split position is higher than the floor. This makes it difficult to generate water.

According to the flexible split tide plate according to claim 3, since the connecting member is a shutter curtain wound around the turning shaft, it is possible to use the existing shutter device to secure the tide without securing a new installation space. The board can be easily added. Further, the tide plate can be pressed by the weight of the shutter curtain, and the adhesion of the divided small plate can be improved.

According to the flexible split tide plate according to claim 4, the divided small plates adjacent in the upper and lower sides are brought into contact with each other by engaging the stepped portions formed of a pair of horizontal surfaces and a vertical surface connecting the pair of horizontal surfaces. Therefore, when the external water pressure acts, the vertical surfaces of the stepped portions can be brought into contact with each other so that the divided platelets can be brought into close contact with each other.

According to the flexible divided tide plate according to claim 5, the divided small plates adjacent to each other in the upper and lower sides are in contact with each other via the packing provided on at least one side, so that the water tightness of the contact surface between the divided small plates is improved. Can be improved.

According to the flexible divided tide plate according to claim 6, the pressing means includes a roller protruding from the end face of the divided small plate, a pressing protrusion provided on the inner side of the rail-shaped guide means and having an inclined surface. The rail-shaped guide means and the gasket provided on the inner abutting surface of the lower drop groove and in close contact with the divided small plate, the entire tide plate made up of a plurality of divided small plates is rail-shaped in the direction in which water pressure is applied. It is possible to prevent inundation with high water tightness by the gasket interposed between the guide means and the inner contact surface of the lower drop groove.

According to the flexible split tide plate according to claim 7, a similar draining plate larger than the area of the storage opening is provided at the lower part of the divided small plate connected to the lowermost part. The storage port of the storage unit can be closed by a draining plate, so that the appearance of the storage port remaining open on the ceiling surface can be prevented, and the feeding failure due to excessive entrainment of the tide plate can be reliably prevented. be able to.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a flexible split tide plate according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a front view of a flexible split tide plate according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a view taken along the line BB in FIG. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the tide plate in the state of being wound together with the shutter curtain, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view when the tide plate is not closed.
As shown in FIG. 1, a storage case 23 as a storage portion is attached to the upper part of the building opening 21, and the storage case 23 is housed in a ceiling 25 as shown in FIG. 2. The storage case 23 is provided with a winding device 29 having a winding shaft 27 as a turning shaft shown in FIG. 2, and a long slit-shaped storage port 31 is opened in the ceiling surface 25a along the winding shaft 27. I am letting. The winding device 29 is configured to allow the winding shaft 27 to be wound and fed and rotated by operating the operation switch 33.

A pair of rail-shaped guide means 35, 35 are installed on the left and right of the building opening 21 across the building opening 21, and the rail-shaped guide means 35, 35 extend from both longitudinal ends of the storage port 31 to the floor 37. It is suspended. The upper end of a shutter curtain 39, which is a connecting member, is fixed to the winding shaft 27, and the shutter curtain 39 is guided by rail-shaped guide means 35, 35 by the rotation of the winding shaft 27 so that the building opening 21 can be raised and lowered. Become. The shutter curtain 39 is formed by vertically connecting a plurality of strip-like slats that are long in the horizontal direction. A tide plate 41 is connected to the lower end of the shutter curtain 39. The tide plate 41 is guided at both ends in the longitudinal direction by rail-like guide means 35, 35 so that the building opening 21 can be raised and lowered as the shutter curtain 39 is raised and lowered. ing.

As shown in FIG. 3, the rail-shaped guide means 35, 35 include a tide plate rail portion 35 a having a U-shaped cross section, and a shutter curtain rail portion 35 b that is further recessed from the tide plate rail portion 35 a. It has a two-stage structure.

The tide plate 41 includes a plurality of divided small plates 43 that are divided in the vertical direction, and connecting means 45 that connects the divided small plates 43 that are adjacent in the vertical direction. Here, the connecting means 45 may be provided over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the divided small plate 43, or a plurality of connecting means 45 may be provided at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the divided small plate 43.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, the divided small plate 43 is formed in a rectangular tube shape having a square cross section, and has a connecting slit 47 on a pair of parallel sides positioned in the connecting direction. Both ends of the connecting plate 49 of the connecting means 45 are inserted into the connecting slits 47 between the adjacent divided small plates 43, and both ends of the connecting plate 49 are removed from the connecting slit 47 by the retaining portion 51 bulging at the tip. It is regulated.

The connecting means 45 has a retaining portion 51 and connects the divided small plates 43 with each other by a connecting plate 49 made of a metal material such as a steel plate that does not bend easily. In order to enable both states and at least allow winding by the winding shaft 27, the adjacent divided small plates 43 are connected flexibly to the winding curvature.

6 is a cross-sectional view of the lower indentation groove shown in FIG. 6 (a) in the lid attachment state, and in (b) in the lid removal state, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the tide plate when normally closed, and FIG. FIG.
In the floor 37, a lower drop groove 53 is formed at the lower end of the building opening 21 to connect the left and right rail-shaped guide means 35, 35. The lower drop groove 53 is usually closed by a lid 55. The lower drop groove 53 blocked by the lid 55 is flush with the surface of the floor 37. During normal closing, the tide plate 41 is closed with the lid 55 attached to the lower drop groove 53 as shown in FIG.

On the other hand, when the tide is closed, the tide plate 41 is closed with the lid 55 removed from the lower drop groove 53, as shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the connecting member is the shutter curtain 39 that is wound around the winding shaft 27, so that the tide plate 41 can be easily added using an existing shutter device without securing a new installation space. can do. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the tide plate 41 can be pressed from above by the weight of the shutter curtain 39, and the adhesion between the divided small plates 43 can be enhanced.

Furthermore, the divided small plates 43 that are vertically adjacent to each other are in contact with each other via a packing 57 provided on at least one side. In the present embodiment, packings 57a and 57b are attached to the front side of the lower surface of the upper divided small plate 43 and the inner side of the upper surface of the lower divided small plate 43, respectively, so that double watertight sealing is achieved. Yes. In this way, since the upper and lower divided small plates 43 are in contact via the packings 57a and 57b, the water tightness of the contact surface can be improved.

FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram of a modified example in which a tide plate in which divided plates having different heights are combined is shown in (a), and a tide plate having a step portion between the divided plates is shown in (b).
As shown in FIG. 9A, the tide plate 41 may be such that only the lower divided plate 43 </ b> A in the ascending / descending direction is higher in height in the vertical direction than the other divided plates 43. Of course, as shown in FIG. 5, in the tide plate 41, all the divided small plates 43 including the lowermost part in the ascending / descending direction may be formed at the same height. If the height of the tide plate 41 in the vertical direction of the divided small plate 43A at the lowermost part in the ascending / descending direction is larger than that of the other divided small plates 43, the number of divided portions will be reduced correspondingly, and water will not easily enter.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the divided small plates 43 that are adjacent in the upper and lower directions are stepped portions 63 each including a pair of horizontal surfaces 59 and a vertical surface 61 that connects the pair of horizontal surfaces 59, 59 to each other. 63 may be brought into contact with each other. Since the divided small plates 43 adjacent to each other in the upper and lower sides are in contact with each other by engaging the step portions 63 and 63 formed by a pair of horizontal surfaces 59 and a vertical surface 61 that connects the pair of horizontal surfaces 59 and 59, from the outside. When water pressure acts, the vertical surfaces 61 and 61 of the step part 63 can be contact | abutted, and the division | segmentation small plates 43 and 43 can be contact | adhered.

10A is a side view of a tide plate provided with pressing means, FIG. 10B is an explanatory view showing a schematic perspective view of the gasket, and FIG. 11 is a view taken along the line CC in FIG.
The tide plate 41 preferably includes pressing means 67 for pressing the divided small plates 43 against the inner contact surfaces 65 of the rail-shaped guide means 35, 35. The pressing means 67 protrudes from the end faces 69 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the divided small plate 43, and is provided inward of the rail-shaped guide means 35 and a roller 71 that is rotatable around an axis along the longitudinal direction. A pressing projection 75 having an inclined surface 73 that is in contact with the immediately preceding roller 71 and moves both ends of the divided small plate 43 toward the inner contact surface 65 via the roller 71, rail-shaped guide means 35, 35, and these The gasket 77 is provided on the inner contact surface 65 of the lower drop groove 53 that is continuous with the gasket, and is in close contact with both ends of the divided small plate 43 and one surface of the lowermost divided small plate 43.

As shown in FIG. 10, the pressing protrusions 75 and the rollers 71 are arranged closer to the inner contact surface 65 as corresponding to the lower divided small plate 43. As a result, at the lowest position of the tide plate 41, all the divided small plates 43 receive the reaction force from the inclined surface 73 and move toward the inner contact surface 65.

Thus, according to the tide plate 41 provided with the pressing means 67, the rail-like guide means 35, 35 and the lower drop groove are formed in the entire tide plate 41 including the plurality of divided small plates 43 in the direction in which the water pressure is applied. The gasket 77 (see FIG. 10B) that is pressed against the inner abutment surface 65 of 53 and formed in an approximately U shape along these continuous surfaces can prevent water infiltration with high water tightness. .

According to the flexible split tide plate 100 configured as described above, the tide plate 41 is drawn from the storage port 31 through the shutter curtain 39 by the rotation of the take-up shaft 27 and wound around the take-up shaft 27. it can. Accordingly, the tide plate 41 can be stored in the storage case 23 as in the case of the general shutter curtain 39. As a result, the tide plate 41 is not exposed in a state of hanging from the ceiling surface 25a, and the appearance can be improved. Moreover, since the tide plate 41 can be accommodated in the storage case 23 even in a conventional installation location where the tide plate hanging space cannot be secured due to ceiling height restrictions or the like, the tide plate 41 can be installed. Can do.

12 is a front view showing a modified example of the tide plate wound by the flexible long body, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view in the direction perpendicular to the take-up axis showing the storage state of the tide plate shown in FIG.
The flexible split tide plate 200 may be installed alone without being connected to the shutter curtain 39. In this case, the tide plate 41 is wound around a pulley 79a provided on a first winding shaft 79 serving as a first turning shaft via a wire 83 serving as a flexible elongated body. Guided by means 81, 81 is raised and lowered.

FIG. 14 is a front view of a modified example in which a tide plate is attached to the lower part of the grill shutter.
In addition to using the shutter curtain 39 and the wire 83 as a connecting member, the flexible split tide plate may include a grill shutter 85 shown in FIG. 14, a panel curtain (not shown), a sheet curtain, or the like as a connecting member.

FIG. 15 is a sectional view of a modified example in which a tide plate and a shutter curtain are provided in a double structure.
The flexible divided tide plate may be one in which the tide plate 41 and the shutter curtain 39 are installed separately. In this case, the take-up shaft as the turning shaft includes the first take-up shaft 79 as the first turn shaft and the second take-up shaft as a separate second turn shaft parallel to the first take-up shaft 79. It consists of a winding shaft (winding shaft 27 in this embodiment). The rail-shaped guide means includes first rail-shaped guide means 81 and second rail-shaped guide means (rail-shaped guide means 35 in this embodiment) parallel to the first rail-shaped guide means 81. The tide plate 41 is wound around the first winding shaft 79 via the wire 83 which is a connecting member and is guided by the first rail-shaped guide means 81. The shutter curtain 39 is wound around a winding shaft 27 that is a second winding shaft and is guided by rail-shaped guide means 35 that is a second rail-shaped guide means.

The tide plate 41 is wound around the first winding shaft 79 via the wire 83 and guided by the first rail-shaped guide means 81, and the shutter curtain 39 is wound around the winding shaft 27 and guided to the rail-shaped guide means 35. Therefore, the tide plate 41 and the shutter curtain 39 are separated and arranged in a double manner. When the normal building opening 21 is opened and closed, only the shutter curtain 39 is raised and lowered, and the tide plate 41 is in the stored state. It is possible to improve the appearance when the tide plate is not used.

FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of a tide plate with a water drainage plate showing (a) when the building opening is closed and (b) when the building opening is open.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 16A, the tide plate 41 may be provided with a drainage plate 87 having a similar shape larger than the area of the storage port 31 at the lower part of the divided small plate 43 connected to the lowermost part. . According to the tide plate 41 provided with the drain plate 87, when the tide plate 41 shown in FIG. 16B is stored, the storage port 31 of the storage unit 23 can be closed by the drain plate 87 and stored in the ceiling surface 25a. It is possible to prevent the appearance of the mouth 31 from being kept open and to prevent the tide plate 41 from being unwound due to excessive entrainment.

Therefore, according to the flexible split tide plate 100 described above, the tide plate enables a plurality of divided small plates 43 divided in the vertical direction and the divided small plates 43 to be in contact and separation states. Since at least the divided small plates 43 are connected to each other in a flexible manner with respect to the winding curvature, the tide plate 41 is drawn from the storage port 31 via the connecting member by the rotation of the winding shaft 27, and the winding shaft 27 can be wound up. Therefore, the tide plate 41 can be stored in the storage case 23 as in a general shutter curtain. Can do.

In the above-described embodiment, the deflection shaft 27 is configured as a winding shaft and the connecting member 39 is configured as a shutter curtain, and the shutter curtain 39 is wound up. Since the connecting member is stored in the storage direction, that is, to be guided into the storage portion 23, the shutter curtain is not wound around the direction of the turning shaft 27, for example, along the ceiling surface. The connecting member 39 such as the above may be accommodated, and is not limited to the above-described configuration by winding. And since the tide board 43 is a structure provided with flexibility, if it will be in an accommodation state by curving, for example in the direction guided in an accommodating part, the same effect as the above will be acquired.
