Description

The present invention relates to a fireproof attachment that is attached to a drain pipe or joint that penetrates a fire prevention compartment such as a floor or wall of a building such as a mid-to-high-rise apartment. Specifically, the attachment is attached to a drain pipe or joint that penetrates the fire prevention compartment of each floor. The present invention also relates to a fireproof attachment that prevents similar firing to another fireproof section through the drain pipe or the pipe line of the joint.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a drainage facility 1 for a building such as a mid-to-high-rise apartment with a plurality of exclusive units is provided on each floor of the building, and a drainage pipe 2 extending in the vertical direction of the building. A drainage side branch pipe 3 that guides the drainage from the facilities of the dwelling part on each floor to the drainage standpipe 2 and a drainage pipe or joint 4 that connects the drainage standpipe 2 and the drainage side branch pipe 3. Thus, the drainage pipe or joint 4 has a trunk portion 4a passed through the through hole C1 of the concrete slab C, and the trunk portion 4a allows a drainage standpipe 2 on the upper floor and a drainage standpipe 2 on the lower floor to Are to be connected. In the drain pipe or the joint 4, after the trunk portion 4a is passed through the through hole C1 of the concrete slab C, the gap between the trunk portion 4a and the through hole C1 is backfilled with mortar M (see Patent Document 1). .

In the conventional drainage system, the drainage stand 2 extending in the vertical direction of the building has a mortar layer around a metal pipe such as a steel pipe or a copper pipe or a resin pipe for the purpose of preventing similar firing from the lower floor to the upper floor. A piping member such as a fire-resistant double-layer pipe provided with the above was used. However, metal pipes and refractory double-layer pipes are heavy, and piping work such as bringing such piping members into the piping place, cutting them to the predetermined dimensions at the piping place, and connecting them is very laborious and requires technology. .

Therefore, drainage connected to drainage pipes or joints that penetrates fire prevention compartments such as floors or walls of buildings with light weight and excellent workability, such as PVC pipes that can greatly reduce the labor of transportation and piping work It was also considered to use it as a vertical pipe.

However, since resin pipes such as PVC pipes are flammable materials, if they are used as drainage standpipe, they will melt and disappear due to the heat generated in the event of a fire. There was a risk of causing similar burning to other fire protection areas.
JP 2005-146525 A

The present invention has been made in view of such a technical problem, and is heavy as a drainage pipe connected to a drainage pipe or a joint penetrating a fire prevention section such as a floor or a wall of a building such as a mid-to-high-rise apartment house. Even when a lightweight plastic resin pipe with good handleability is used in place of piping members such as metal pipes and fireproof double-layer pipes that are not easy to handle, in the event of a fire, to other fireproof compartments through drainage pipes or joint pipes It is an object of the present invention to provide a fireproof attachment that can reliably prevent the like burning.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the spring member is composed of a plurality of leaf springs having a substantially S-shape, and the curved portions of the plurality of leaf springs are in contact with each other so that the insertion path of the tubular member is closed. The gist of the fireproof attachment according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the spring member for closing the pipe line of the cylindrical member is provided at two locations, the attachment side end portion and the non-attachment side end portion of the cylindrical member. The gist of the fireproof attachment described in 2 was used.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the flammable fixture that fixes the tension end of the spring member to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member is a resin pin. The gist was attachment.

The fireproof attachment 20 of the present invention has a flange portion 21b attached to the lower end portion 14b of the drain pipe or joint 14, and has a cylindrical shape that constitutes the insertion path 21a of the drainage vertical pipe 12 connected to the drain pipe or joint 14. It consists of a member 21 and a spring member 22 fixed to the inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the tubular member 21, and the spring member 22 closes the insertion path 21a of the tubular member 21. The spring member 22 is pulled and the tension end 22b of the spring member 22 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the tubular member 21 by the combustible fixture 23. The insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 is secured.

For this reason, the resin drainage pipe 12 is melted and carbonized by the heat at the time of fire and disappears. At this time, since the combustible fixture 23 that fixes the tension end 22b of the spring member 22 also melts and disappears, the spring member 22 is restored to the original shape having the curved portion 22b by its restoring force. For this reason, the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 is closed by the curved portion 22b of the spring member 22, and the residual product X of the drainage standpipe 12 melted and carbonized by heat at the time of the fire is the curved portion 22b of the spring member 22. Received by. As a result, the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 that leads to the drain pipe or the joint 14 is completely blocked by the curved portion 22b of the spring member 22 and the residual product X of the drainage stand 12 that is received by the curved portion 22b. Similar firing to other fire protection sections through the pipe or pipe line of the joint 14 is prevented.

In addition, when this attachment 20 is applied, since it is possible to reliably prevent similar fire burning to other fire prevention compartments through the drain pipe or the pipe line of the joint 14, the drainage vertical pipe 12 connected to the drain pipe or the joint 14 of each floor Since resin pipes such as polyvinyl chloride, cross-linked polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene that are light and easy to process can be used, piping work for buildings can be performed more efficiently.

Hereinafter, the fireproof attachment of the present invention (hereinafter simply referred to as an attachment) will be described in more detail in accordance with an embodiment shown in the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the attachment 20 of the present invention includes a drainage pipe 12 that extends in the vertical direction of the building in the drainage facility 11, and is provided for each floor of the building. It attaches to the lower end part 14b of the drainage pipe or coupling 14 which connects the drainage horizontal branch pipe 13 which guides the drainage from etc. to the said drainage standpipe 12.

In the illustrated drainage pipe or joint 14, the body portion 14 a is passed through the through hole C <b> 1 of the concrete slab C, and then the gap portion between the body portion 14 a and the through hole C <b> 1 is backfilled with mortar M.

When the attachment 20 of the present invention is applied, since the similar firing to the other fire prevention compartment through the drain pipe or the pipe line 14c of the joint 14 is reliably prevented, the drainage stand pipe 12 includes polyvinyl chloride, cross-linked polyethylene, A resin tube made of polypropylene, polybutene, polyester, or the like, or a member in which a soundproof member including a sound absorbing layer or a vibration damping layer is wound around the resin tube can be used.

Hereinafter, specific examples of attachments that exhibit the above-described effects will be described. The attachment 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 includes a cylindrical member 21 and a spring member 22. The cylindrical member 21 is a metal cylinder such as iron or stainless steel that constitutes the insertion path 21 a of the drainage stand 12 connected to the drain pipe or the joint 14, and the insertion path 21 a leads to the drain pipe or the joint 14. It becomes a conduit that leads to.

The cylindrical member 21 has a flange portion 21b at the upper end. The flange portion 21b is a thin plate obtained by punching a metal plate such as stainless steel into a circular shape. The flange portion 21b is provided with a bolt hole 24 corresponding to the bolt 14d of the lower end portion 14b of the drain pipe or joint 14, and the cylindrical member 21 is connected to the drain pipe or joint 14 through the bolt hole 21c of the flange portion 21b. The lower end portion 14b is bolted by a bolt 14d and attached.

The spring member 22 is composed of a plurality of plate springs having a substantially S shape, which are manufactured by punching and bending a metal plate such as spring steel or stainless steel. As shown in FIG. 3, one end of the spring member 22 is an inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21, and is fixed to the attachment side of the cylindrical member 21 by welding or the like, and the curved portion 22a. Is in a state of protruding into the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 so as to close the insertion path 21a. In the illustrated example, the curved portions 22a of the plurality of leaf springs constituting the spring member 22 protrude into the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21, respectively, and are brought into a butting state, and the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 is closed. It has become so.

In the attachment 20 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the bent portion 22a of the spring member 22 that protrudes into the insertion path 21a of the tubular member 21 and closes the insertion path 21a is stretched, and the tension end 22b thereof is extended. Is an inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21, and is fixed to the non-attachment side of the cylindrical member 21 by a combustible fixture 23 such as a resin pin, for example. The insertion path 21a is secured.

For this reason, when a fire occurs, the resin drainage stand 12 is melted and carbonized by the heat at the time of the fire and disappears. Similarly, the combustible fixture 23 that fixes the tension end 22b of the spring member 22 to the non-attached side of the cylindrical member 21 on the inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 also melts and disappears. The spring member 22 is slid up along the inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the tubular member 21 as indicated by the arrow in FIG. 3 by its restoring force, and has a shape having an original curved portion 22b (substantially S-shaped) ) To restore.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the curved portion 22b of the spring member 22 protrudes from the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 so that the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 is closed. Become. Along with this, the residual product X of the drainage standpipe 12 melted and carbonized by heat at the time of the fire is received by the curved portion 22b of the spring member 22. As a result, the insertion path 21a of the tubular member 21 leading to the drain pipe or the joint 14 is completely blocked by the curved portion 22b of the spring member 22 and the residual product X of the drainage vertical pipe 12 received by this, and It is ensured that similar burning to other fire protection compartments through the pipe or the pipe line of the joint 14 is prevented.

Next, another embodiment of the attachment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. This attachment 20 is provided with spring members 22 that close the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 at two places, an attachment side end portion and a non-attachment side end portion of the cylindrical member 21. In the case of this form, when a fire occurs, the resin drainage stand 12 is melted and carbonized by the heat at the time of the fire and disappears. At this time, the combustible fixture 23 that fixes the tensile end 22b of the spring member 22 provided on the non-attaching side end of the cylindrical member 21 on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 is provided. First melts and disappears. For this reason, the spring member 22 provided at the non-attachment side end portion slides up along the inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 as shown by the arrow in FIG. The shape is restored to the shape having the portion 22b (substantially S-shaped).

Similarly to the spring member 22 provided at the attachment side end portion following the spring member 22 provided at the non-attachment side end portion, the combustible fixture 23 that fixes the tension end 22b of the spring member 22 is melted by the heat at the time of fire. 5 and disappears and slides along the inner peripheral surface constituting the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 as indicated by the arrow in FIG. 5 and has the original curved portion 22b (substantially S-shaped). Restore to.

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 5, the curved portion 22b of the spring member 22 protrudes into the insertion path 21a of the cylindrical member 21 at two locations, that is, the non-attachment side end portion and the attachment side end portion. In addition, the insertion path 21a of the tubular member 21 is closed, and the residual product X of the drainage vertical pipe 12 melted and carbonized by the heat at the time of the fire is received. Thus, it is possible to prevent the burning of fire to the fire prevention section more reliably.
