Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a foldable stepladder, and more particularly to a stepladder that can be used stably and is convenient to carry by being folded into one.
A normal folding stepladder is a structure in which two ladder bodies are rotatably coupled at one end, and a member for holding an opening angle is provided. However, even if such a stepladder is folded, it becomes only a stack of two small ladders and is bulky.
In Patent Document 1, there is a stepladder in which two ladder bodies each having three U-shaped support legs attached to two U-shaped support legs so as to be rotatable on both sides are rotatably coupled at one end. Are listed. Such a stepladder is convenient for carrying and storing because the four support legs are combined into one when folded.
Further, Patent Document 2 describes a stepladder in which the center of the footboard can be bent. The length of the stepladder when folded can be made shorter than that of the stepladder disclosed in Patent Document 1.
However, since the stepladders described in these documents have a structure in which both ends of the treadle are rotatable, a simple detent is provided on the support leg so that the stepladder does not fall over when it is made to stand on its own. However, it was easily shaken to the left or right and lacked stability.
However, in the footboard stopper described in Patent Document 3, since the coupling pin is engaged with the long hole, the coupling pin can move in the long hole, and the width of the long hole is compared with the width of the long hole. Because it is larger, there is rattling and the stepping of the stepladder cannot be completely stopped.
The present invention is based on such a fact, and is a stepladder that can be folded into a single step, and is provided with a stepladder that is excellent in stability when it is opened, self-supported, and put into use. It is aimed.
In order to achieve the above object, the folding stepladder of the present invention is opened and closed in a use state in which a lower end is opened and a retracted state in which the lower end is opened and a retracted state that is substantially parallel to each other. Three or more possible leg portions, a central shaft that is freely supported in the axial direction on the top, a stopper fixed to the upper end of the central shaft, and a fixed block fixed to the lower end of the central shaft One or more slide blocks provided slidably in the middle of the central axis, and a plurality of legs each having one end pivotally coupled to each leg and the other end pivotally coupled to the fixed block or slide block. And a reinforcing spacer that is provided between the fixed block and the slide block or adjacent slide blocks and maintains the upper and lower treads in a substantially horizontal state when in use. .
Or three or more legs that are gathered together at one point on the top and are rotatably coupled, and can be opened and closed in a use state in which the lower end is opened and in a retracted state that is closed substantially parallel to each other; Is fixed, and is arranged at the center of the plurality of legs, a plurality of slide blocks slidably provided on the center axis, and the center axis for setting a lower limit position of each slide block And a plurality of treads that are provided at different positions on the leg portion, and each of which is rotatably coupled to the leg portion and the other end to the separate slide block. It is characterized by having.
When the outer surface of each leg is a part of a cylindrical surface, and the three or more legs are stored and combined into one, a plurality of legs can be substantially cylindrical. .
The reinforcing spacer is composed of two large and small cylinders, and a small cylinder can enter the large cylinder. When the small cylinder is pulled out of the large cylinder and rotated by a predetermined angle around the central axis, the small cylinder The structure prevents the body from entering the large cylinder or prevents the small cylinder or the large cylinder from rotating around the central axis of the small cylinder when the cylinders come into contact with each other with a predetermined angle rotated. The uneven | corrugated | grooved part to be made can be set as the structure currently formed in the big cylinder and / or the small cylinder.
Alternatively, the reinforcing spacer is composed of a rod-like body that is located between upper and lower adjacent treads and one end of which is pivotally attached to the block or the tread. It is good also as a structure which rotates about 90 degrees from a state and a front-end | tip contacts the upper or lower tread.
Furthermore, the reinforcing spacer may be a rod-shaped body that is detachably provided between the upper and lower treads.
Folding stepladder with slidable central axis When the lower ends of three or more legs are expanded in an umbrella shape, the folded footboard is almost horizontal between each leg and the central axis become. In this use state, the central axis cannot be lowered any further by the action of the stopper at the upper end. Moreover, since the center axis side of the lowest tread is locked by the fixed block, it cannot be lowered. Since the leg side of this tread plate cannot be lowered, the bottom tread plate is kept in a substantially horizontal state and is stable even if a person gets on it. However, when a person gets on the upper tread board, the end portion supported by the slide block on the central axis side is lowered and becomes unstable. Accordingly, a reinforcing spacer is provided between the fixed block and the slide block immediately above or between adjacent slide blocks so that the slide block of the upper tread plate does not fall. When the reinforcing spacer is attached, each tread plate is not lowered in the center axis side in a substantially horizontal state. In this way, all the treads will eventually be supported by the stoppers, so that people can get on. Since it has three or more legs and spreads in the shape of an umbrella, it is very stable as a stepladder and can be used safely without falling down even if a person gets on it.
When folding, when the reinforcing spacer is in the retracted state and the lower ends of the leg portions are moved to the center and gathered around the lower ends of the leg portions, the stepladder is folded into one. At this time, the central axis rises and a part of the central axis protrudes from the leg.
When the central axis is fixed so that it cannot move in the axial direction, all blocks are made slide blocks that are slidable with respect to the central axis. A stopper for determining the lower limit position of each slide block is provided on the central axis. When the leg is opened, the bottom slide block contacts the stopper provided at the lower end of the central axis, the slide block above it contacts the next stopper, and each slide block contacts each stopper. . By doing so, the center axis side of each tread plate is not lowered, the tread plate can maintain a horizontal state, and a person can get on.
When folding, when the reinforcing spacer is in the retracted state and the lower ends of the leg portions are moved to the center and gathered around the lower ends of the leg portions, the stepladder is folded into one. At this time, the lower slide block rises on the central axis but is arranged so as not to hit the upper stopper.
The folding stepladder of the present invention can be expanded in a use state and folded in a stored state very easily and in a short time. Moreover, it is excellent in stability in use. When folded, it becomes a single bar, so it is very compact and easy to carry.
By preventing the central axis from moving in the axial direction, the central axis can be prevented from protruding upward from the top of the leg when folded.
If you make the shape of each leg part of the cylindrical surface and make it cylindrical when all legs are gathered, the folded stepladder will be like a single round bar, so it will be easier to hold, Furthermore, it becomes easy to handle.
The reinforcing spacer is composed of two large and small cylinders, and in the retracted state of the stepladder, it can be shortened by the small cylinder entering the large cylinder. When the stepladder is in use, pull out the small cylinder from the large cylinder and rotate it around the central axis by a predetermined angle, making it impossible for the small cylinder to enter the large cylinder. The interval can be kept constant. With this configuration, the configuration of the reinforcing spacer can be simple and reliable.
The reinforcing spacer may be composed of a rod-shaped body, and when the rod-shaped body is in use, the reinforcing spacer may be rotated by approximately 90 ° from a retracted state where it overlaps with the footboard, and the tip may contact the upper footboard. Even in this configuration, a person can stably ride on the tread board. Further, the reinforcing spacer can be manufactured at a low cost.
The reinforcing spacer may be attached to the central shaft so as to be detachable, for example, in a cylindrical shape with one cylindrical opening opened and formed into a rod shape having a C-shaped cross section. With such a configuration, the reinforcing spacer can be manufactured at a lower cost.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a use state of a folding stepladder of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view showing a storage state, (a) is a front view, and (b) is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line AA of (a). FIG. The
As shown in FIG. 2B, each
The
One end of each of two
In the embodiment of the present invention, the
When the
In this state, one end of the
On the other hand, the
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the
As shown in FIG. 2, when the stepladder of the present invention is folded, the distance H1 between the
The reinforcing
When the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
When the
When the reinforcing
In this state, even if a person rides on the
In the above embodiment, square cylinders are used for the
When folding, the

FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example in which the
A plurality of slide blocks 113 and 116 pass through the
