Description

The present invention relates to a clip for attaching an attachment member such as a console box or an instrument panel to an attachment member such as an automobile body. In particular, the attachment member is always handled integrally in a state where the clip is assembled to the attachment member. It is related with the clip which can perform attachment and removal of the attachment member with respect to an extremely simple one-touch operation.

Conventionally, various clips used for attaching a console box, an instrument panel, and the like to various panels constituting a vehicle body have been proposed.
For example, in the state where the fitting hole formed in the flange of the console box and the through hole formed in the pedestal portion are matched with each of the two fitting holes formed in the floor of the vehicle body, There is a console device that is attached to the floor of a vehicle body by inserting a clip composed of a hood and an inner member (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

2)JP-A-11-70838 (paragraphs (0028) to (0037), FIG. 2)

Here, in the clip composed of the outer member and the inner member described in Patent Document 1, the outer member has a small diameter when the inner member is pulled out from the outer member, and the clip is placed on the floor and the flange. The fitting hole and the floor fitting hole can be removed from the through hole of the pedestal, and the outer member has a large diameter when the inner member is inserted into the outer member. The console box is fixed to the floor of the vehicle body by being restrained by a through hole.

However, when the console box is fixed to the floor of the vehicle body using the clip used in the console device described in Patent Document 1, each fitting hole formed in the floor of the vehicle body is a long hole. Thus, the displacement in the longitudinal direction of the long holes of the fitting holes of the console box and the long holes of the floor can be absorbed, but the positional shift in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction cannot be absorbed. is there.
In order to fix the console box to the floor of the vehicle body, first, the console box is positioned on the floor of the vehicle body, and then the operation of inserting the clip into the fitting hole and the long hole in this state, and the inner member The operation | work which presses in an outer side member and inserts is required. These operations are quite complicated, and there is a problem that it takes time to fix the console box to the floor of the vehicle body.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and easily absorbs the displacement of the mounting member with respect to the mounted member while always handling the clip integrally with the mounting member. The clip according to claim 3 is the clip according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the base portion has a positioning hole formed in an upper end surface portion of the receiving portion, and the outer member is Each of the locking pieces has a contact piece that extends downward from a base end portion thereof and can be elastically deformed inward integrally with each of the locking pieces, and the inner member extends from a side surface portion of the operating wall. It has a notch groove part which is formed in the inward direction over the contact part and into which each contact piece can enter, and the contact piece is a function of the operating wall of the inner member. If not received, each mounting locking piece of the outer member is fitted into the receiving portion from above, and each first locking hole is locked to each of the inclined locking claws. Disposed from the positioning hole and cannot be inserted, and the outer state is maintained while maintaining the above state. Characterized in that a member is elastically deformed inwardly when inserted through the long hole of the attachment receiving member is disposed in the insertion can be positioned in the positioning hole.

The clip according to claim 4 is the clip according to claim 3, wherein the positioning groove is formed in a peripheral portion of the positioning hole.

Moreover, the clip which concerns on Claim 5 is a clip in any one of Claim 1 thru | or 4, The said base part is a base end part of each side edge of the longitudinal direction which the said receiving part mutually opposes A pair of through-holes drilled over the entire width of the both base end portions, and the second locking holes of the mounting locking pieces of the outer member are locked to the inclined surfaces of the receiving portions. When locked to the claw, each mounting locking piece is inserted into the through hole.

Furthermore, the clip which concerns on Claim 6 is the clip in any one of Claim 1 thru | or 5 WHEREIN: This inner member facing one working wall of the said inner member inserted in the insertion part of the said outer member An elongate thin plate-like connecting portion that connects one side edge of the contact portion and the side edge of the bottom of the outer member facing the one side edge of the contact portion, The connecting portion is formed to have a length that allows the inner member to be inserted through the insertion portion of the outer member.

In the clip according to claim 1 having the above configuration, the inner member is inserted in a state where the upper end portion of the working wall of the inner member is inserted into the insertion portion of the outer member, and the locking piece of the outer member is not subjected to the action of the working wall. The locking groove is locked to the locking claw of the outer member. Then, in this state, each mounting locking piece of the outer member is fitted into the receiving portion from above, and each first locking hole drilled in the lower end portion of each mounting locking piece is formed on the receiving portion. Each side surface is locked to each slanted claw projecting at the upper edge of the longitudinal center of each side so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the first locking hole.
As a result, the clip can be assembled to the receiving part of the base part in a state in which the inner member is assembled to the outer member via the respective locking claws to constitute the clip, and the clip can be attached to the base part of the mounting member. It becomes possible to always handle it integrally in the assembled state.

In addition, with the clip attached to the base portion, the locking piece of the outer member of the clip is inserted through a long hole formed along a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion of the attached member. The outer member is moved in the longitudinal direction of the first locking hole, that is, the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion, and the upper end surface of the receiving portion is brought into contact with the bottom portion of the outer member with the contact portion of the inner member interposed therebetween. Further, by further inserting the working wall of the inner member into the insertion portion, the locking piece of the outer member is elastically deformed to be locked in the long hole of the attached member, and each inclined locking claw of the receiving portion is The attachment member is attached to the attached member by engaging with the second engagement hole of the outer member.
Accordingly, it is possible to absorb the displacement of the mounting member relative to the longitudinal direction of the long hole of the mounted member, and the first member in which the outer member of the clip is formed in the mounting locking piece of the outer member. Since the clip moves in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole of the mounted member by moving along the longitudinal direction of the stop hole, the clip is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole of the mounted member. It is possible to absorb the displacement of the mounting member.

Therefore, it is easy to absorb the positional deviation of the mounting member with respect to the mounted member while always handling the clip integrally with the mounting member, and attach the mounting member to the mounted member with a very simple one-touch operation. Is possible. In addition, by providing a plurality of base parts on the mounting member, after mounting the mounting member on the mounted member, the displacement of the mounting member with respect to the mounted member due to impact force applied to the mounting member from the outside, etc. It is possible to reliably prevent rattling.

In the clip according to claim 2, the attachment member is attached to the member to be attached, and the upper end surface of the receiving portion of the base portion is brought into contact with the bottom portion of the outer member with the contact portion of the inner member of the clip interposed therebetween. In such a case, the locking projection provided on the bottom surface of the contact portion is fitted into a positioning groove formed on the upper end surface of the receiving portion.
Thereby, the positioning groove formed in the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion is notched at a predetermined depth in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion, and a plurality of the positioning grooves are continuously provided along the longitudinal direction. When the locking projection provided on the bottom surface of the contact portion is inserted into the opposing positioning groove, the clip is displaced with respect to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion, that is, the longitudinal direction of the long hole of the mounted member. It is possible to prevent the positional deviation of the clip in the direction orthogonal to the direction. That is, it is possible to prevent the clip from being displaced or rattling with respect to the mounting member due to an impact force or the like applied after the mounting member is mounted on the mounted member.

Further, in the clip according to claim 3, the abutting piece of the outer member is configured such that each of the outer member locking pieces is fixed when the outer member locking piece is not subjected to the action of the operation wall of the inner member. Since the piece is fitted into the receiving portion from the upper side and each first locking hole is locked to each slanted locking claw, it is arranged at a position where it cannot be inserted by shifting from the positioning hole. Before attaching the outer member not subjected to the action of the working wall of the inner member to the mounted member, the contact piece is inserted into the positioning hole of the receiving portion, and the receiving portion of the base portion and the outer member are erroneously inserted. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent the locked state that is fastened to each other. The contact piece of the outer member is elastically deformed inward when the outer member is inserted into the long hole of the mounted member while the locking piece is not subjected to the action of the operation wall of the inner member. Therefore, when the outer member is attached to the mounted member, the contact piece of the outer member is inserted into the positioning hole of the receiving portion, and thereby the receiving portion of the base portion. And the outer member can be locked together.

Thereby, while transporting the clip while holding the receiving part of the base part and the outer member of the clip integrally in a temporarily locked state, the receiving part of the base part and the outer member of the clip are In the case of accidentally entering the locked state, or during the insertion work of inserting the outer member of the clip into the receiving portion of the base portion, the receiving portion of the base portion and the outer member of the clip are It is possible to reliably prevent the lock state from being accidentally set.
In addition, when the outer member locking piece is inserted into the elongated hole of the attached member while holding the receiving part of the base part and the outer member of the clip in a temporarily locked state, the contact piece is inward Since it is elastically deformed and arranged at a position where it can be inserted into the positioning hole of the receiving portion, the contact piece of the outer member is not positioned for the first time when the locking piece of the outer member is inserted into the long hole of the mounted member. Therefore, the temporarily locked state of the inner member and the outer member in the clip attached to the receiving portion of the base portion can be maintained extremely safely.

Further, in the clip according to claim 4, since the positioning groove formed in the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion is formed in the peripheral portion of the positioning hole, the locking projection formed in the bottom surface portion of the inner member of the clip is provided. It surely faces the positioning groove. Thus, when the attachment member is attached to the attached member and the upper end surface of the receiving portion of the base portion is brought into contact with the bottom portion of the outer member with the contact portion of the inner member of the clip interposed therebetween, this contact The latching protrusion protruding from the bottom surface of the contact portion can be surely fitted into the positioning groove formed in the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion.

Further, in the clip according to claim 5, when the second locking hole of each mounting locking piece of the outer member is locked to each slope-shaped locking claw of the receiving portion and the locked state is reached, Each mounting locking piece is inserted into each through-hole formed in the base end portion of each side edge in the longitudinal direction opposite to each other of the receiving portion over the entire width of both base end portions.

Thus, even when the height of the receiving portion is low, the second locking hole of each mounting locking piece can be inserted into each of the receiving portion without the outer member of the clip coming into contact with the mounting member in the locked state. It is possible to engage with the slope-like engaging claws, and it is possible to reduce the size of the base portion, and in turn reduce the size of the clip.
Further, by pushing the attachment locking pieces of the clip outward from the back side of the attachment member, the second locking holes of the mounting locking pieces and the inclined locking claws of the receiving portion are locked. In addition, a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver can be inserted through this through hole to release the locking between the first locking hole of each mounting locking piece and each inclined locking claw of the receiving portion. It becomes possible to remove the mounting member from the mounted member by a simple operation.

Furthermore, in the clip according to claim 6, one side edge portion of the abutting portion of the inner member facing one working wall of the inner member inserted into the inserting portion of the outer member and one of the corresponding portions The side edge portion of the bottom portion of the outer member facing the side edge portion is an elongated thin plate-like connecting portion formed to a length that allows the inner member to be inserted into the insertion portion of the outer member. Therefore, the outer member and the inner member can be formed integrally, and the number of parts can be reduced. Further, since the connecting portion is connected to the side edge portion of the bottom portion of the outer member facing the one side edge portion of the contact portion of the inner member facing the one working wall of the inner member, By bending the portion and inserting the inner member through the insertion portion of the outer member, the insertion direction of the inner member with respect to the locking piece of the outer member can be matched, and workability can be improved.

Next, a schematic configuration of the clip 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a state before the inner member of the clip 1 is inserted into the outer member. FIG. 10 is a front view showing a state before the inner member of the clip 1 is inserted into the outer member. FIG. 11 is a left side view showing a state before the inner member of the clip 1 is inserted into the outer member. FIG. 12 is a right side view showing a state before the inner member of the clip 1 is inserted into the outer member. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. FIG. 15 is an enlarged view of a portion Y in FIG.
The clip 1 is integrally formed from various resins, for example, polypropylene.

As shown in FIGS. 9 to 15, the clip 1 includes an inner member 16 and an outer member 17, and the inner member 16 and the outer member 17 are connected by a pair of elongated thin plate-like connecting portions 18. Yes.
Here, first, the configuration of the inner member 16 will be described.
The inner member 16 has a planar contact portion 20 having a substantially square shape in plan view to which one end of each connecting portion 18 is connected, and a working wall 21 having a substantially rectangular horizontal section at the center of the lower end surface of the contact portion 20. It is erected.

The actuating wall 21 has respective sloped cam portions 22, 22, 22, 22 whose tip portions are tapered, and each wall portion formed continuously from the sloped cam portions 22, 22, 22, 22. 23, 23, 23, 23. Further, a notch groove portion 25 is formed in the center portion in the width direction of each of the left and right wall portions 23 and 23, and is continuously cut from the inclined cam portions 22 and 22 over the entire width in the left and right direction of the contact portion 20. Has been. In addition, locking grooves 26 and 26 are formed adjacent to the inclined cam portions 22 and 22 in the center portion in the width direction of the front and rear wall portions 23 and 23.
Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the upper end surface portion of the contact portion 20 has a predetermined height (in this embodiment, which is inserted into each positioning groove 10 formed in the upper end surface of the receiving portion 6 as described later. A plurality of locking projections 27 having a depth of about 0.4 mm to 0.5 mm are provided along the notch groove 25 (see FIG. 9).

Next, the outer member 17 will be described.
The outer member 17 has a bottom portion in which the pair of connecting portions 18 are connected to side edge portions (the left side edge portion in FIG. 9), and a substantially quadrilateral insertion portion 31 is formed at the center position. The operation wall 21 of the inner member 16 is inserted into the insertion portion 31 from below as will be described later (see FIG. 16). Further, on the upper surface of the bottom surface portion 32, a pair of locking pieces 33 are erected across the entire width at the side edge portions of the insertion portion 31 on the left and right sides in the plan view (left and right direction in FIG. 9). The locking piece 33 is configured to be elastically deformable outward as the operation wall 21 is inserted through the insertion portion 31.

In addition, a pair of abutment ribs 35 that are substantially parallel to the side edges of the bottom portion 32 facing each other are provided on the outer side of each locking piece 33. A member to be attached is brought into contact with the contact rib 35 as described later (see FIGS. 35 and 38). Further, at the center position in the width direction of the base end portion of each locking piece 33, each recessed portion 36 cut out to each contact rib 35 is formed, and the width direction of the base end portion of each locking piece 33 is formed. Each abutting piece 37 having a substantially quadrangular cross section extends from the center position downward. Further, the outer side surface portion of each contact piece 37 is provided so as to slightly protrude to the outside of each locking piece 33. Thereby, as will be described later, when the base end portion of each contact piece 37 is fitted into the long hole 52 of the attached member 51, the front end portion of each contact piece 37 approaches each other (see FIG. 35). Moreover, when each latching piece 33 elastically deforms in the outward direction, each contact piece 37 will have the tip part of each contact piece 37 approach each other.

In addition, a pair of locking claws 38 that can be elastically deformed outwardly are provided on the upper surface of the bottom portion 32 on both sides of the insertion portion 31 between the locking pieces 33. Each claw portion 39 is formed at the tip of each locking claw 38 in the inner direction. As will be described later, each claw portion 39 has the distal end portion of the working wall 21 of the inner member 16 inserted through the insertion portion 31, and each locking piece 33 receives the action of each inclined cam portion 22 of the operating wall 21. In the temporarily locked state, the claw portions 39 are elastically locked to the locking grooves 26 formed in the wall portions 23 on the front and rear sides of the opposing working wall 21, and the inner member 16 is inserted into the insertion portion 31. Is held (see FIG. 22).

In addition, on the lower surface of the bottom portion 32, a pair of mounting locking pieces 41 that can be elastically deformed in the outer direction from the mutually opposing side edges orthogonal to the width direction of the respective locking pieces 33 than the contact pieces 37. It stands up below. Here, the distance between each attachment locking piece 41 is formed so that both side surface parts of the receiving part 6 in the width direction in the plan view can be clamped when fitted into the receiving part 6 from above.

In addition, a pair of first locking holes 42 are formed in the lower end portions of the respective mounting locking pieces 41 so as to have a substantially horizontally long rectangular shape in a side view when the width in the longitudinal direction is wider than the width of the inclined locking claws 12. And a pair of second holes that are formed in a laterally long rectangular shape in side view adjacent to the upper side of each of the first locking holes 42 and having a width in the longitudinal direction wider than the width of the inclined locking claws 12. A locking hole 43 is formed. Further, the vertical width dimension of each pair of the first locking hole 42 and the second locking hole 43 is formed to be substantially equal to the height dimension of the sloped locking claw 12.

Further, the upper end edge of each pair of first locking holes 42 is substantially opposite to the lower end of each contact piece 37, and each first locking hole 42 corresponds to each slope of the receiving portion 6 as will be described later. In the case of a temporary lock state that is respectively engaged with the hooks 12, the lower end portion of each contact piece 37 is displaced from the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6, and the upper surface portion of the receiving portion 6 is in a position where it cannot be inserted. (Refer to FIG. 28 and FIG. 29). Further, as will be described later, when the pair of second locking holes 43 are locked in the inclined locking claws 12 of the receiving portion 6, respectively, the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 is in the locked state. Comes into contact with the upper surface of the receiving portion 6 (see FIG. 38).
Also, each pressing portion 45 is provided that extends a predetermined length (in the present embodiment, about 3 to 4 mm) obliquely downward and outward from the lower edge of each mounting locking piece 41.

A method of constructing the clip 1 in the temporarily locked state by inserting the inner member 16 configured in this way into the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17 will be described with reference to FIGS. 16 to 22.
FIG. 16 is a front view showing a state in which the inner member 16 of the clip 1 is inserted through the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17. FIG. 17 is a plan view showing a state in which the inner member 16 of the clip 1 is inserted through the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17. FIG. 18 is a left side view showing a state in which the inner member 16 of the clip 1 is inserted through the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17. FIG. 19 is a right side view showing a state in which the inner member 16 of the clip 1 is inserted through the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17. FIG. 21 is a cross-sectional view taken along line EE in FIG. 22 is a cross-sectional view taken along line FF in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 16 to 22, the inner member 16 of the clip 1 is inserted into the insertion portion 31 from the lower side of the outer member 17 while bending the connecting portions 18, and the inclined cam portions 22, 22 of the operating wall 21 are inserted. , 22, 22 are brought into contact with the inner surface of each locking piece 33. Thereby, each latching claw 38 standing on both sides of the insertion part 31 is elastically deformed outward between each latching piece 33, and each claw part 39 is a wall part before and behind the opposing working wall 21. The inner member 16 is held in the insertion portion 31 by being elastically locked in the respective locking grooves 26 formed in 23. In this state, each locking piece 33 is not subjected to the action of each inclined cam portion 22 of the operating wall 21.
Each contact piece 37 is inserted into a notch groove 25 cut out over the entire width in the left-right direction of the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16, and protrudes below the contact portion 20. Yes.

Next, a method for assembling the clip 1 configured as described above to the base portion 3 of the mounting member 2 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 23 is a front view for explaining assembly of the clip 1 to the base 3. 24 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line GG in FIG. FIG. 25 is a plan view for explaining a state in which the clip 1 is assembled to the base portion 3. FIG. 26 is a front view illustrating a state in which the clip 1 is assembled to the base unit 3. FIG. 27 is a left side view for explaining a state in which the clip 1 is assembled to the base portion 3. 28 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line JJ in FIG. 29 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line KK in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 23 to 29, first, the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 inserted through the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17 of the clip 1 and the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6 are made to correspond to each other. At the same time, each mounting piece 41 of the outer member 17 of the clip 1 is made to correspond to each slope-like locking claw 12 of the receiving portion 6. Thereafter, the clip 1 is moved toward the receiving portion 6, and each attachment piece 41 is brought into contact with each slope-like locking claw 12 of the receiving portion 6 to be elastically deformed outward, and further pushed into this. Each first locking hole 42 formed in the lower end portion of each mounting piece 41 is elastically locked to each inclined locking claw 12 of the receiving portion 6.

Further, in a state where the first locking holes 42 of the mounting pieces 41 are elastically locked to the inclined locking claws 12 of the receiving portion 6, the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 of the clip 1. And the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion 6 are spaced apart from each other, so that each locking piece 33 of the outer member 17 of the clip 1 is in a temporarily locked state in which the action of each inclined cam portion 22 of the operating wall 21 is not received. It is. Further, a predetermined gap (in this embodiment, in the left-right direction in FIG. 26) between each first locking hole 42 and each slope-shaped locking claw 12 It is a gap of about 3 mm to 5 mm.).
Thereby, the clip 1 can be held at all times while being slidably movable in the longitudinal direction (left and right direction in FIG. 26) of the receiving portion 6 along the inclined locking claws 12, and the clip 1 in the temporarily locked state can be held. In the state where it is assembled to the base portion 3 of the mounting member 2, it becomes possible to always handle it integrally.

At this time, the inner member 16 and the outer member 17 of the clip 1 are in a temporarily locked state, but the front end portions of the contact pieces 37 of the outer member 17 are as shown in FIGS. Furthermore, it faces the outside of the positioning hole 7 penetrating the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion 6 and is disposed at a position where it cannot be inserted.
Accordingly, the inner member 16 and the outer member 17 of the clip 1 are transported while being held integrally with each other while the clip 1 in the temporarily locked state is assembled to the base portion 3 of the mounting member 2. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent the lock state from being accidentally entered.

Here, the long hole in which the clip 1 of the attached member 51 which is a metal plate (body) constituting the vehicle body of the automobile is locked will be described with reference to FIG.
30A and 30B are diagrams showing the long hole 52 in which the clip 1 of the attached member 51 is locked, in which FIG. 30A is a plan view and FIG. 30B is a cross-sectional view taken along line LL in FIG.

図30に示すように、厚さ寸法T1(本実施例では、T1は約0.8mm〜2mmである。)
As shown in FIG. 30, the attachment member 51 having a thickness T1 (in this embodiment, T1 is approximately 0.8 mm to 2 mm) has a substantially rectangular oblong hole in which the clip 1 is locked. 52 is formed. Further, the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 (X direction in FIG. 30A) is drilled so as to be substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 of the mounting member 2. ing. Thereby, it is comprised so that the position shift of the said X direction of the clip 1 assembled | attached to the base part 3 of the attachment member 2 and the to-be-attached member 51 may be absorbed.
Further, the width dimension in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52, that is, the width dimension in the Y direction is formed to be substantially equal to the distance dimension between the outer end faces of the respective locking pieces 33, 33 of the clip 1. Then, as will be described later, the respective locking pieces 33, 33 of the clip 1 are elastically locked to the respective long sides of the long hole 52 (see FIG. 37).

Next, a method of attaching the attachment member 2 to the attached member 51 which is a metal plate (body) constituting the vehicle body of the automobile through the clip 1 attached to the attachment member 2 in a temporarily locked state as described above. This will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 31 is a front view for explaining the attachment of the clip 1 to the attached member 51. FIG. 32 is a right side view for explaining the attachment of the clip 1 to the attached member 51. FIG. 33 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the attached member 51 is in contact with the contact rib 35 of the clip 1 in the temporarily locked state. FIG. 34 is a front view for explaining a state in which the clip 1 is locked to the attached member 51. FIG. 35 is a right side view illustrating a state where the clip 1 is locked to the attached member 51. FIG. 36 is a bottom view for explaining a state in which the clip 1 is locked to the attached member 51. 37 is a cross-sectional view taken along line MM in FIG. 38 is a cross-sectional view taken along line NN in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 31 and 32, first, the distal ends of the respective locking pieces 33, 33 of the clip 1 assembled to the base portion 3 of the mounting member 2 are inserted into the long holes 52 of the mounted member 51. Then, it is pushed downward (in the direction of the arrow P1) and inserted into the long hole 52. Further, the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 (X direction in FIG. 30A) is drilled so as to be substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 of the mounting member 2. Therefore, the locking pieces 33, 33 of the clip 1 are inserted through the long holes 52 in a state of facing the long side portions of the long holes 52. This insertion operation is performed until the contact ribs 35, 35 of the clip 1 are brought into contact with the attached member 51.

Further, as shown in FIG. 31, the width dimension in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52, that is, the width dimension in the Y direction is the distance dimension between the outer end faces of the respective locking pieces 33, 33 of the clip 1. It is formed to be approximately equal to For this reason, the end portions of the respective locking pieces 33, 33 are inserted into the long holes 52 of the mounted member 51 and pushed downward (in the direction of the arrow P1), whereby the locking pieces 33, 33 and the long holes 52 are pressed. Are shifted in the Y direction, the clip 1 slides in the Y direction along the inclined locking claws 12 of the receiving portion 6 along the inclined surface of the tip of each locking piece 33, 33. By moving and moving, the respective locking pieces 33 and 33 are fitted into the long holes 52 while being positioned in the Y direction with respect to the long holes 52 of the mounting member 51. Thereby, the positional deviation in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 (the Y direction in FIG. 30) between the clip 1 and the long hole 52 assembled to the base portion 3 of the mounting member 2 is absorbed. The respective locking pieces 33, 33 of the clip 1 can be fitted into the long holes 42.

Further, as shown in FIG. 32, the width dimension in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 (the width dimension in the X direction in FIG. 30) is larger than the width dimension of the respective locking pieces 33, 33. The positional deviation in the longitudinal direction (X direction in FIG. 30) of the long hole 52 between the clip 1 and the long hole 52 assembled to the base part 3 is absorbed.

Then, from the state shown in FIGS. 31 and 32, by pressing the mounting member 2 further downward (in the direction of the arrow P1), the locking pieces 31, 31 are fitted into the long holes 52, and the locking members The long side portions of the long holes 52 are in contact with the base end portions of the contact pieces 37 and 37 that slightly protrude outside the piece 33. Further, at this time, the front end portions of the contact pieces 37 and 37 are disposed outside the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6.
Furthermore, by pressing the mounting member 2 further downward (in the direction of the arrow P1) from this state, the contact pieces 37 and 37 are pressed by the long side portions of the long holes 52 and elastically move inward. It deforms and enters into the notch groove 25 of the inner member 16.

Then, as shown in FIG. 33, when the contact ribs 35, 35 of the clip 1 are brought into contact with the attached member 51, the contact pieces 37, 37 are elongated holes 52 at the base end side. The long side portions of the inner member 16 are pressed inwardly and are brought into contact with the notch groove portions 25 of the inner member 16. Further, the tip portions of the contact pieces 37 and 37 are arranged at positions where they can be inserted through the positioning holes 7 of the receiving portion 6.
As described above, when the clip 1 is inserted into the elongated hole 52 of the attached member 51 while maintaining the temporarily locked state of the inner member 16 and the outer member 17, the contact pieces 37, 37 are Since it is elastically deformed inward until it comes into contact with the notch groove 25 of the member 16 and is disposed at a position where it can be inserted into the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6, it is inserted into the elongated hole 52 of the attached member 51. For the first time, the contact pieces 37, 37 can be inserted into the positioning hole 7, so that the temporarily locked state between the inner member 16 and the outer member 17 can be held extremely safely.

33, by pressing the mounting member 2 further downward (in the direction of the arrow P1), the contact ribs 35, 35 of the outer member 17 are peripheral to the long hole 52 of the mounted member 51. Since the inclined locking claws 12, 12 of the receiving portion 6 move downward while expanding the mounting locking pieces 41, 41, the receiving portion 6 becomes the inner member. It abuts on the 16 abutment portions 20. At this time, the contact pieces 37 and 37 are inserted into the positioning holes 7 of the receiving portion 6, so that the outer member 17 does not move when the mounting member 2 is pressed.

Subsequently, by pressing the mounting member 2 further downward (arrow P1 direction) from this state, the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 is pushed downward (arrow P1 direction) by the receiving portion 6, The working wall 21 of the inner member 16 is inserted into the insertion portion 31. In accordance with the insertion operation, the locking pieces 33 and 33 of the outer member 17 are gradually subjected to cam action by the inclined cam portions 22 in the working wall 21 of the inner member 16 and elastically deformed outward. At this time, the attachment locking pieces 41, 41 of the outer member 17 are inserted into the through holes 14, 14 formed in the base end portions of the both side surfaces of the receiving portion 6, and the push portions 45 are attached. Projects to the back side of the member 2.
Then, the locking pieces 33 and 33 are further elastically deformed outward by the cam action of the inclined cam portions 22, so that the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 contacts the bottom portion 32 of the outer member 17. At this time, the locking pieces 33 and 33 are elastically deformed outward by the wall portions 23 of the working wall 21 of the inner member 16, and are locked to the long side portions of the long holes 52 of the mounted member 51. Then, the clip 1 is locked in the long hole 52. This state is shown in FIGS.

In the state shown in FIGS. 34 to 38, the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 contacts the peripheral edge portion of the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6 and also contacts the bottom portion 32 of the outer member 17. Thereby, each latching protrusion 27 formed on the bottom surface (upper end surface in FIG. 37) of the contact portion 20 is formed on the peripheral portion of the positioning hole 7 on the upper end surface (lower end surface in FIG. 37) of the receiving portion 6. It will be in the state inserted in each positioning groove 10 formed.

Further, the locking portions 33 and 33 of the outer member 17 are elastically deformed outward by the wall portions 23 of the working wall 21 of the inner member 16, so that the attached members 51 are in contact with the contact ribs 35. The long holes 52 are engaged with the long side portions. Further, the second locking holes 43, 43 of the mounting locking pieces 41, 41 of the outer member 17 are elastically locked to the inclined locking claws 12, 12 of the receiving part 6. Further, at this time, the pushing portions 45, 45 at the distal end portions of the respective mounting locking pieces 41, 41 are inserted into the respective through holes 14, 14 formed in the base end portions of the both side surface portions of the receiving portion 6. , Projecting to the back side of the mounting member 2.
As a result, the inner member 16 and the outer member 17 are locked, and the clip 1 and the proximal end portion 3 of the mounting member 2 are locked. The mounting member 2 is attached to the mounted member 51. . In addition, each long side portion of the long hole 52 of the attached member 51 is locked by elastically deforming the respective locking pieces 33, 33 of the clip 1 to the outside, and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 of the mounting member 2. It is possible to prevent displacement and backlash in the direction (Y direction in FIG. 36).

Next, when the clip 1 is locked in the long hole 52 as described above, the attachment member 2 is attached to the attached member 51 and the locked state is reached. This will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 39 is a view for explaining a method of removing the mounting member 2 assembled from the mounted member 51 from the back side of the mounting member 2.

As shown in FIG. 39, each push portion 45 extending obliquely outward from the distal end portion of each attachment locking piece 41, 41 of the clip 1 inserted through each through hole 14 of the attachment member 2. , 45 are spread outwardly from the back side of the mounting member 2 (in the direction of arrow P2), whereby each second locking hole 43 of each mounting locking piece 41 and each inclined locking claw of the receiving portion 6 It becomes possible to release the engagement with the motor 12. Further, the locking between the first locking holes 42 of the mounting locking pieces 41 and the inclined locking claws 12 of the receiving portion 6 is released by inserting a tool such as a minus driver from the through holes 14. Thus, the attachment member 2 can be removed from the attached member 51 by a simple operation.
The clip 1 remaining in the state of being locked to the attached member 51 is easily moved to the inner side of the locking pieces 33, 33 by pushing the tip end portion of the inner member 16 inward. The locking between the stoppers 33 and 33 and the long hole 52 of the attached member 51 can be released, and the clip 1 can be removed from the long hole 52 of the attached member 51.

As described above, in the clip 1 according to the present embodiment, each inclined cam portion 22 at the upper end portion of the working wall 21 of the inner member 16 is inserted into the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17, and each locking of the outer member 17 is performed. The locking grooves 26 of the inner member 16 are locked to the locking claws 38 of the outer member 17 in a state where the pieces 33, 33 are not subjected to the action of the inclined cam portions 22 of the working wall 21. Then, in this temporarily locked state, each first mounting hole that is fitted into the receiving portion 6 from the upper side in each mounting locking piece 41 of the outer member 17 and is formed in the lower end portion of each mounting locking piece 41. 42 is locked to each slope-like locking claw 12 protruding from the upper edge of the longitudinal center of each side surface of the receiving portion 6 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the first locking hole 42. .
Thereby, in a state where the inner member 16 is assembled to the outer member 17 via the respective locking claws 38 to constitute the clip 1, the clip 1 is always integrated in a temporarily locked state in which the clip 1 is assembled to the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3. Can be handled in an automated manner.

Further, in a temporarily locked state in which the clip 1 is assembled to the base portion 3, the locking pieces 33 of the outer member 17 of the clip 1 are arranged along a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion 6 of the attached member 51. The outer member 17 is moved in the longitudinal direction of each first locking hole 42, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion 6, while being inserted through the long hole 52 formed in this manner, and the upper end surface of the receiving portion 6 is moved to the inner member. Each of the locking pieces 33 of the outer member 17 is elastically brought into contact with the bottom of the outer member 17 with the abutting portion 20 of the 16 interposed therebetween, and the operating wall 21 of the inner member 16 is further inserted into the insertion portion 31. While being deformed and locked in the long hole 52 of the mounted member 51, the inclined locking claws 12 of the receiving portion 6 are locked in the second locking holes 43 of the mounting locking pieces 41 in the outer member 17. The mounting member 2 can be obtained by making the locked state It is attached to the mounting member 51.
Accordingly, it is possible to absorb the positional deviation of the attachment member 2 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 of the attached member 51, and the outer member 17 of the clip 1 is attached to each attachment locking piece 41 of the outer member 17. Since the clip 1 moves in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 of the mounted member 51 by moving along the longitudinal direction of each first locking hole 42 formed in the It is also possible to absorb the displacement of the attachment member 2 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 of the member 51.

Accordingly, while always handling the clip 1 in a temporarily locked state in which the clip 1 is assembled to the mounting member 2, the positional deviation of the mounting member 2 with respect to the mounted member 51 is easily absorbed, and the mounting member 2 is operated in a very simple one-touch operation. Thus, it is possible to attach to the attached member 51 through the clip 1 in the locked state. In addition, by providing a plurality of base portions 3 on the mounting member 2, after the mounting member 2 is mounted on the mounted member 51, the mounting member 2 is covered by the impact force applied to the mounting member 2 from the outside. It is possible to reliably prevent displacement and backlash with respect to the mounting member 51.

Further, the attachment member 2 is attached to the attached member 51, and the upper end surface of the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 is brought into contact with the bottom portion 32 of the outer member 17 with the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 of the clip 1 interposed therebetween. In this case, the locking protrusions 27 protruding from the bottom surface of the contact portion 20 are inserted into the positioning grooves 10 formed in the peripheral edge portion of the positioning hole 7 in the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion 6. The
Thereby, each positioning groove 10 formed in the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion 6 is notched at a predetermined depth in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion 6, and a plurality of the positioning grooves 10 are continuously provided along the longitudinal direction. Therefore, each of the locking projections 27 protruding from the bottom surface of the contact portion 20 is fitted into each of the opposing positioning grooves 10, thereby shifting the position of the clip 1 relative to the longitudinal direction of the receiving portion 6, That is, it is possible to prevent the clip 1 from being displaced with respect to the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the long hole 52 of the attached member 51. That is, it is possible to prevent the clip 1 from being displaced or rattled with respect to the mounting member 2 due to an impact force or the like applied after the mounting member 2 is mounted on the mounted member 51.

In addition, each abutting piece 37 of the outer member 17 is in a state in which each locking piece 33 of the outer member 17 is not subjected to the action of each inclined cam portion 22 of the operating wall 21 in the inner member 16. Each mounting locking piece 41 of the outer member 17 is fitted into the receiving portion 6 from above and each first locking hole 42 is locked to each slanted locking claw 12 so that it is displaced from the positioning hole 7 and cannot be inserted. Since each locking piece 33 is disposed at a possible position, each contact piece 33 is in contact with each other before the temporarily locked outer member 17 that is not subjected to the action of the operating wall 21 of the inner member 16 is attached to the mounted member 51. It is possible to reliably prevent the piece 37 from being inserted into the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6 and the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 and the outer member 17 from being locked together by mistake. it can. Further, each contact piece 37 of the outer member 17 holds the outer member 17 in the length of the attached member 51 while maintaining the temporary lock state in which each locking piece 33 is not subjected to the action of the operation wall 21 of the inner member 16. When the outer member 17 is attached to the attached member 51, each contact piece 37 of the outer member 17 is elastically deformed inward when inserted into the hole 52 and disposed at a position where it can be inserted into the positioning hole 7. Is inserted into the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6, whereby the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 and the outer member 17 can be brought into the final locked state.

Thereby, while transporting the clip 1 while holding the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 and the outer member 17 of the clip 1 integrally in a temporarily locked state, the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 is supported. And the outer member 17 of the clip 1 are accidentally locked, or during the insertion operation of inserting the outer member 17 of the clip 1 into the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 It is possible to reliably prevent the receiving portion 6 of the portion 3 and the outer member 17 of the clip 1 from being accidentally locked.
Further, when the locking pieces 33 of the outer member 17 are inserted into the long holes 52 of the attached member 51 while holding the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 and the outer member 17 of the clip 1 together in a temporarily locked state. Since each contact piece 37 is elastically deformed inward and is disposed at a position where it can be inserted into the positioning hole 7 of the receiving portion 6, each locking piece 33 of the outer member 17 is connected to the length of the attached member 51. At the time of insertion into the hole 52, each contact piece 37 of the outer member 17 can be inserted into the positioning hole 7 for the first time, and therefore the inner member 16 and the outer member in the clip 1 attached to the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3. It is possible to maintain the temporary lock state with 17 extremely safely.

Further, each positioning groove 10 formed in the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion 6 is formed in the peripheral portion of the positioning hole 7, and thus each formed in the bottom surface portion of the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 in the clip 1. The locking projection 27 is surely opposed to each positioning groove 10. As a result, the attachment member 2 is attached to the attachment member 51, and the upper end surface of the receiving portion 6 of the base portion 3 is brought into contact with the bottom portion 32 of the outer member 17 with the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 of the clip 1 interposed therebetween. In the locked state in contact with each other, each locking projection 27 protruding from the bottom surface of the contact portion 20 can be securely inserted into each positioning groove 10 formed on the upper end surface portion of the receiving portion 6. .

In addition, when the second locking holes 43 of the mounting locking pieces 41 of the outer member 17 are locked to the inclined locking claws 12 of the receiving portion 6, The attachment locking piece 41 is inserted into each through hole 14 formed in the base end portion of each side edge in the longitudinal direction opposite to each other of the receiving portion 6 over the entire width of the both base end portions.
Thereby, even if the height of the receiving portion 6 is low, the outer locking member 17 of the clip 1 does not come into contact with the mounting member 2 in the locked state, and the second locking holes of the mounting locking pieces 41 43 can be locked to the respective slant-like locking claws 12 of the receiving portion 6, and the base portion 3 can be downsized and the clip 1 can be downsized.

Furthermore, one side edge of the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 that faces one working wall 21 of the inner member 16 inserted through the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17 and one of the corresponding contact portions 20. The side edge of the bottom 32 of the outer member 17 facing the side edge is an elongated thin plate formed to a length that allows the inner member 16 to be inserted into the insertion part 31 of the outer member 17. Therefore, the outer member 17 and the inner member 16 can be formed integrally, and the number of parts can be reduced. In addition, each connecting portion 18 is provided at the side edge of the bottom of the outer member 17 that faces one side edge of the contact portion 20 of the inner member 16 that faces one working wall 21 of the inner member 16. Since they are connected, the insertion direction of the inner member 16 with respect to each locking piece 33 of the outer member 17 is adjusted by bending each connecting portion 18 and inserting the inner member 16 through the insertion portion 31 of the outer member 17. And workability can be improved.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example, Of course, various improvement and deformation | transformation are possible within the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the inner member 16 and the outer member 17 of the clip 1 are connected by the pair of connecting portions 18, but the inner member 16 is not connected to the outer member 17 by the connecting portions 18, and is separated. You may comprise so that it may provide.
