Description

The present invention relates to a sheet for creating a sealed letter, and in particular, a sealed letter for obtaining a sealed letter in which the printed information can be seen by concealing the printed information by folding and raising a part when necessary. The present invention relates to a creation sheet.

Conventionally, in this type of sealed letter preparation sheet, two paper pieces are continuously connected via a folding portion so that they can be folded together, and an adhesive is applied to the periphery of one of the paper pieces, and the inner surface is formed by folding. There has been proposed a method in which sealed information such as personal information is printed and then sealed and sealed in a sealed form.
Then, when one paper piece is folded to be larger than the paper piece that serves as a concealment, a part is exposed, and the surface of the part to be exposed and the surface to be concealed are the same on the sheet for creating a letter. By laying out on a flat surface, information such as the recipient can be printed on the exposed portion, and personal information about the recipient can be printed on the concealed surface. Make it possible to print information efficiently with a printer, and cut perforations along both sides of the form so that it passes through both sides of the paper piece that serves as a concealment. Cut the perforation along the side opposite to the folding part of the paper piece to be removed and remove the sealing part from the cut perforation on both sides when opening from the sealed form, and the side opposite to the folding part Devised was to be able to open one's eyes a hidden portion by separation from the sealing portion has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
JP 2002-178672-A

Although it was useful in many respects in that the non-impact printer can be used in the sealed sheet creating sheet that prints concealment information on the concealed information by printing information such as the recipient on the exposed part, When the recipient opens the created seal, cut the cut perforation located on both sides of the concealed part to the exposed part (the piece of paper on which information such as the recipient is printed), and then There is a disadvantage that it is necessary to cut the perforation on the remaining one side (sealed portion opposite to the folding portion), and the procedure for determining the concealment information is complicated because the cutting procedure is defined. Further, since the outer portion from the cut perforation is cut and removed at the exposed portion, there is also a disadvantage that the information printing area is limited to be narrow at the exposed portion.
Therefore, the present invention further examines the above-mentioned seal preparation sheet, an opening is obtained in a piece of paper that serves as a concealment when opening the seal obtained from this seal preparation sheet, the separation position for obtaining the opening is The purpose is to make it fit only in a piece of paper that serves as a concealment, and the purpose is to secure a wide information printing space in the exposed part where the concealment paper pieces do not overlap and the cutting procedure for opening is not limited Is.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and is a laminated sheet in which an upper sheet and a lower sheet are bonded together via an adhesive applied to the entire surface of the lower sheet, and the laminated sheet is folded. Is divided into an information notification paper piece and a concealment paper piece that can be folded from the folding part to the information notification paper piece side, and when the concealment paper piece is folded from the folding part to the upper sheet side of the information notification paper piece, The length in the direction perpendicular to the folded part of the cover sheet is shorter than the length in the direction perpendicular to the folded part of the information notification sheet so that the surface of the upper sheet on the opposite side of the folded part is exposed. The concealing paper piece is provided with a first separating portion composed of a cut perforation penetrating the lower sheet in three directions, and is raised by cutting the concealing paper piece at a position along the first separating portion. There is a closure that allows The lower sheet along the side portion of the concealing paper piece that is outward from the closing portion is made of the adhesive applied to the surface of the lower sheet, and the concealing paper piece is folded from the folding portion to the information notification paper piece side. A slit that is provided with a sticking means that is opposed to the upper sheet with a piece of information notification paper, and the sticking means penetrates the upper sheet at the outer peripheral position of the closing portion and has a depth that does not penetrate the lower sheet It can be removed from the second separation part consisting of, etc., and the back surface is peelably covered by the part to be peeled off, and the part that appears when the concealment paper piece of the information notification paper piece is folded is a title etc. Is provided with a heading print area in which information such as personal notification information can be printed on a portion corresponding to the closed portion hidden by the cover paper piece when folded. One concealment information printing area Information is output to the headline print area and the first concealment information print area, the sticking means is exposed by removing the part to be peeled off, and the concealment paper piece is folded from the folding part to the information notification paper piece. For sealed letter creation, characterized in that a sealed part is formed in which the information in the first hidden information printing area is hidden by overlapping the information notifying paper piece and the hidden paper piece by the sticking means. A sheet is provided to solve the above problems.

In the present invention, a part of the closing part is extended to a part of the side or a part of the lower side of the concealing paper piece, and this extension part makes it possible to form a notification information piece when forming the sealed part by the sticking means. It is possible to provide a finger-hanging portion that is non-adhesive.

According to the present invention, since it has a closing part that can be lifted up by cutting the first separating part provided on the masking paper piece, when opening the sealed letter obtained from the information-printed sheet for preparing sealed letter, It can be opened by an easy operation of cutting the separation part of the paper piece and rolling up the closing part, and the information located in the concealment information print area of the information notification paper piece can be confirmed without any trouble. And since it becomes a sealed letter that only raises the closing part of the concealment paper piece at the time of opening, it is possible to use the headline print area of the exposed part of the information notification paper piece widely as an information print part, and is excellent in practicality. It is effective.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a sealed letter creating sheet. The sealed letter creating sheet 1 is composed of, for example, an upper sheet 2 and a lower sheet 3 which are respectively sized to have an A4 size, and the entire surface of the lower sheet 3 is superposed. 2 is a laminated sheet bonded via an adhesive 4 applied to the sheet (see FIG. 2), and a piece of information notification paper on the upper side by a fold portion 5 formed of a crease in the lateral direction so that the laminated sheet can be bent. 6 and the lower-side concealment paper piece 7 (see FIG. 3A), the concealment paper piece 7 can be folded from the folding part 5 to the upper sheet 2 side of the information notification paper piece 6. Then, when the concealment paper piece 7 is folded from the folding portion 5 to the upper sheet 2 side of the information notification paper piece 6, the surface of the upper sheet 2 at the portion opposite to the folding portion 5 of the information notification paper piece 6 appears. As shown, the length of the masking paper piece 7 in the direction orthogonal to the folding part 5 is shorter than the length of the information notification paper piece 6 in the direction orthogonal to the folding part 5. In addition, the front and back surfaces of the sealed letter making sheet 1, that is, the front surface of the upper sheet 2 and the back surface of the lower sheet 3 are both printable and printable, and can be printed by a normal printing or non-impact printer such as an electrostatic printer. It is.

This sealed letter preparing sheet 1 is a sheet on which information is printed on a surface suitable for printing and printing (the surface of the upper sheet) using, for example, a non-impact printer. A portion of the upper sheet 2 that is displayed when 7 is folded on the upper sheet 2 side of the information notification paper piece 6 is used as a header print area 8 for printing information such as a title. Further, the information notification paper piece 6 and the concealment paper piece 7 which are opposed to each other by folding the masking paper piece 7 together form a sealed section 9 which will be described later, and the first portion of the notification information paper piece 6 is inside the sealed section 9. There is a concealment information print area 10, and a second concealment information print area 11 is provided on the inside of the sealed part 9 in the concealment piece 7.

This sealed letter creating sheet 1 has a contrivance for obtaining a sealed letter capable of confirming concealment information by opening a part of the sealed letter part 9, and this point will be described below.
In the masking paper piece 7, as shown in the drawing, the masking paper piece 7 is continuous along the three sides of the side (side) facing the fold 5 and the side (bottom) facing the fold 5. In addition, a first separation portion 12 is provided in which each end portion reaches the folding portion 5 that is the position of the upper side of the masking paper piece 7. The first separating portion 12 is formed by a perforated perforation or the like inserted through the lower sheet 3 from the lower sheet 3 side to a depth not penetrating the upper sheet 2. 7 has a substantially U-shape which is continuous and located on three sides of the both sides and the lower side. A portion surrounded by the three-way first separation part 12 and the folding part 5 is provided as a closing part 13, and the closing part 13 cuts the three-way first separation part 12 and the folding part 5 side is cut off. Can be raised as a base. In addition, although the 2nd separation part 15 mentioned below has a part which overlaps with the 1st separation part 12, since it cuts at the time of seal letter formation beforehand, when the 2nd separation part 15 is a slit, Since it is cut at the position of the second separation portion 15 at the time of slitting, the second separation portion 15 is not cut when the closing portion 13 is lifted.

Further, the masking paper piece 7 is provided with a sticking means 14 for sticking the masking paper piece 7 folded from the folding portion 5 to the upper sheet 2 side of the information notification paper piece 6 on the information notification paper piece 6. The adhering means 14 is composed of the adhesive 4 applied to the lower sheet 3 and is adhered to the surface of the lower sheet 3 at a position along three sides that are outward from the closing portion 13. The adhering means 14 is configured by the agent 4, and the adhering means 14 is positioned to face the upper sheet 2 when the concealing paper piece 7 is folded from the folding portion 5 to the information notification paper piece 6 side. . And in the upper sheet 2 of the masking paper piece 7, at the outer peripheral position of the closing part 13, that is, along the sides, the lower side, and the three sides of the masking paper piece 7, A second separation part 15 made of a substantially U-shaped slit or the like, which is cut at a position where the upper sheet 2 is divided and the lower sheet 3 is cut to a depth not to be separated, is removable from the second separation part 15. Then, a peeling scheduled portion 16 whose back surface is stripped 16a is provided, and this scheduled peeling portion 16 covers the sticking means 14 in a peelable manner.
Note that the second separation portion 15 is also provided at portions along both ends of the folding portion 5 so that the separation scheduled portion 16 can be removed. And although this 2nd separation part 15 is shown as a slit, a cut perforation may be sufficient.
In FIG. 2, the peeling process 16 a is provided only on the back side of the planned peeling part 16, but the peeling process 16 a may be provided on the entire back surface of the upper sheet 2.

In this way, in the normal state in the envelope creating sheet 1, the above-mentioned peeling part 16 covers and protects the sticking means 14 so as not to be exposed, so that it is suitable for feeding to a normal printer or electrostatic printing machine. Is also good.
Therefore, in the sealed letter creating sheet 1, as described above, the header print area 8 for printing information such as a title is provided on the upper sheet 2 of the information notification paper piece 6 and the first concealment information print area 10. However, in the upper sheet 2 of the notification information piece 6, when the concealment piece 7 is folded on the information notice piece 6, it is hidden by the concealment piece 7 and is set to a portion corresponding to the closed portion 13. Such information can be printed in the first concealment information printing area 10. Further, the second concealment information print area 11 is also set on the upper sheet 2 in the closing portion 13 of the concealment paper piece 7 so that personal notice information or the like can be printed on the second concealment information print area 11. .
In the sealed letter creating sheet 1, the headline print area 8, the first concealment information print area 10, and the second concealment information area 11 are all located on the surface of the upper sheet 2. Information can also be output by other printers.

In order to create a sealed letter from the sealed letter creating sheet 1, after the information is printed in the headline printing area 8, the first hidden information printing area 10, and the second hidden information area 11, FIG. As shown in the figure, after the peeling-off portion 16 is peeled off (a) and the sticking means 14 is exposed (b), the masking paper piece 7 is folded on the upper sheet 2 of the information notification paper piece 6 and the sticking means 14 is shown. Thus, a sealed letter provided with the sealed letter part 9 sealed on the three sides is obtained (c). In this sealed letter, the information in the header print area 8 can be visually observed from the outside, but the information in the first and second concealed information print areas 10 and 11 is inside the sealed part 9 and cannot be visually observed from the outside.
When viewing the information provided in the first and second concealed information printing areas 10 and 11 from this sealed letter, the first separating part 12 is cut and the closing part 13 is turned downward ( d) Open so that the entire upper sheet 2 of the closing portion 13 appears (e). As a result, the information provided in the first and second concealment information print areas 10 and 11 can be confirmed.

In the above embodiment, the first separating portion 12 formed by cutting the perforated paper piece 7 from the lower sheet 3 side and forming perforations and the like is substantially U-shaped, and is continuous in three directions. Although the second separation part 15 formed by inserting a slit from the upper sheet 2 side is also described as being substantially U-shaped overlapping with the first separation part 12 and continuing in three directions, the present invention is limited to this. Is not to be done.
FIG. 4 shows another example, in which the closing portion 13 is easily lifted after the sealed portion 9 is formed. In this example, the first separation part 12 is discontinuous at a part of the lower side of the masking paper piece 7, and each end of the first separation part 12 at the discontinuous part reaches the lower edge of the masking paper piece 7. In addition, the second separating portion 15 is also discontinuous at a part of the lower side of the upper sheet 2 of the masking paper piece 7 so as to overlap the first separating portion 12, and the second portion 15 at the discontinuous portion. Each of the end portions of the second separation portion 15 reaches the lower end edge of the masking paper piece 7. In this example, a part of the closing part 13 reaches the lower end edge of the masking paper piece 7, and the finger hook part 17 is formed by this extended part. In this finger hooking portion 17, even if the peeling-scheduled portion 16 is peeled off, the sticking means 14 does not appear, and when the sealed letter portion 17 is formed as described above, the finger hooking portion 17 is located at the sealing portion. As a result, it is easier to lift up the closing portion 13 by starting to turn the finger-hanging portion 17.
When creating a sealed letter with the sealed letter creating sheet 1 of this embodiment, as in the case of the above embodiment, the peeling scheduled portion 16 in the masking paper piece 7 of the sealed letter creating sheet 1 shown in FIG. Then, the sticking means 14 is exposed (b), and the cover sheet 7 is folded on the information notification paper piece 6 side and pasted by the sticking means 14 to obtain a sealed letter having the letter seal portion 9 (c). In the case of opening the sealed part 9, the first and second concealment information printing areas 10 and 11 are printed by lifting the closing part 13 while holding the finger-holding part 17 as described above. Information can be confirmed (d).

In both the above embodiments, the closing portion 13 in the sealed portion 9 is opened downward, but the direction in which the closing portion 13 is lifted up is not particularly limited. 5 and 6 show an example in which the closing portion 13 can be opened in the lateral direction. In this case, the first separating portion 12 formed by cutting the perforated paper piece 7 from the lower sheet 3 side and putting a perforation or the like is folded between the adhering means 14 on both ends of the folding portion 5. One of the remaining two sides is positioned along the lower side of the lower sheet 3 of the masking paper piece 7 facing the folding part 5 and the other part is the masking paper piece. 7 is located along the side edge of the lower sheet 3, and the first separation portion 12 is discontinuous in a part of the side edge so that each end reaches the side edge of the lower sheet 3. Yes.
In addition, the second separation portion 15 put from the upper sheet 2 side of the masking paper piece 7 is located along the side edges on both sides and is also put along the lower side, and reaches the side edge. Similarly to the first separation portion 12, the second separation portion 15 is discontinuous on one side, and the second separation portion on the side and lower sides is overlapped with the first separation portion 12. Each of the end portions 15 reaches the side end of the upper sheet 2. As a result, the finger hooks 17 are obtained on one side of the masking paper piece 7.
Also in this example, when creating a sealed letter, as in the case of the above-described embodiment, the peel-off planned part 16 is peeled off (a), the sticking means 14 is exposed, and the concealed paper piece 7 is notified of information. A sealed letter having a sealed part 9 is obtained by folding it on the paper piece 6 side and pasting by the sticking means 14 (c). When opening the sealed letter part 9, the finger-hook part 17 on the side is picked. The information printed in the first and second concealment information print areas 10 and 11 can be confirmed by raising the closing portion 13 while holding it and opening it in the horizontal direction (d).
In the case of this embodiment, in the second concealment information print area 11, the information is printed in the state in which the vertical and horizontal directions are reversed so that the information is displayed normally when the closed portion 13 is opened. .

In addition, when the lower sheet 3 is a thin sheet in a state created as a sealed letter, the concealment information may be visually recognized through the lower sheet 3. In this case, it is possible to prevent see-through by printing a background pattern or the like on the back surface of the lower sheet 3. However, when it is desired to print information or print data on the back surface of the lower sheet 3, instead of printing a background pattern or the like on the back surface of the lower sheet 3, the surface of the lower sheet 3 (before applying the adhesive) State), or by applying a background pattern or black solid printing on the back surface of the upper sheet, it is also possible to form a see-through preventing layer. Further, a black pigment can be mixed with the adhesive 4 to form a see-through preventing layer.
