Claims (3)

筒状の胴部に天板及び底板を備えた密閉容器状のタンク本体と、
前記タンク本体内に夫々連通させた給湯入口管、給湯戻り管、及び、給水又は湯水供給を行なう給水兼昇温送り管と、
前記天板を貫通させ、下端部を前記天板から垂設して前記タンク本体内に夫々連通させた給湯出口管、余剰空気を排出するための余剰空気排出管、及び、膨張した水を逃がすための膨張逃がし管と、
前記底板から前記タンク本体内に連通させた排水管とを備えた膨張タンクレス給湯・貯湯タンクであって、
前記給湯出口管の下端開口部が前記余剰空気排出管の下端開口部よりも下方位置に設けられ、
前記タンク本体内に水又は湯水が充分に供給された時、前記余剰空気排出管の下端開口部よりも上方のタンク本体内に空気室が形成されるように構成されたことを特徴とする膨張タンクレス給湯・貯湯タンク。
