Description

The present invention relates to a mounting construction technique for an outdoor fan motor of an air conditioner.

Conventionally, in an air conditioner, an outdoor unit in which a compressor, a heat exchanger, and a refrigerant pipe are accommodated in one package is known. When the heat exchanger is an air-cooled heat exchanger, the outdoor fan and the outdoor fan electric motor are accommodated in the outdoor unit in order to ventilate the outside air with the heat exchanger. A top blow type outdoor unit in which a heat exchanger is disposed on the front or back surface of the outdoor unit and at least one outdoor fan and outdoor fan motor is disposed on the top surface of the outdoor unit is also known. The top-blowing outdoor unit constitutes a ventilation path that sucks outside air from the side of the outdoor unit and blows it out from the top. The top-blowing outdoor unit can be used for a large air conditioner because it can increase the surface area of the heat exchanger.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a mounting configuration of an outdoor fan motor in an up-blowing outdoor unit. The mounting configuration of Patent Document 1 is configured to provide a ventilation opening in the fan motor mounting portion in order to increase the fan air volume.

In the top blow type outdoor unit, the outdoor fan motor needs to be fixedly arranged on a mounting base or the like along the ventilation path. However, an obstacle on the ventilation path becomes ventilation resistance and leads to a decrease in the fan air volume. The attachment configuration of Patent Document 1 has a large ventilation resistance because there are many frame frames.
Therefore, the problem to be solved is to achieve both reduction of ventilation resistance and mounting rigidity in the top-blowing outdoor unit.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is as described above. Next, means for solving the problem will be described.

That is, according to claim 1, in an air conditioner having a plurality of outdoor fan motors, an outer surface of an air conditioner configured by a frame forming a skeleton of the air conditioner is divided into sections in which outdoor fans are accommodated, and the skeleton frame Separately, an attachment wire for the outdoor fan motor is provided, the plurality of outdoor fan motors are directly attached to the wire for each of the sections, and the wire and the skeleton frame are connected by a support wire.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the air conditioner having the plurality of outdoor fan electric motors according to the first aspect, the attachment wire and the skeleton frame are connected to each of the sections by the support wire.

As effects of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.

In claim 1, by forming one section for each outdoor fan, a ventilation path for each outdoor fan is formed, and by attaching an outdoor fan motor to the wire, obstacles are excluded from the ventilation path as much as possible. The resistance is reduced.

In the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the attachment rigidity can be increased because the outdoor fan electric motor attachment member and the skeleton frame are connected by the support wire corresponding to the number of outdoor fans.

Next, embodiments of the invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a rear view showing an overall configuration of an engine-driven heat pump according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an up-blowing type ventilation configuration, and FIG. 3 shows an entire upper frame. It is a perspective view.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an enlarged part.

The present invention will be described as an example of an engine-driven heat pump 1 that is one of air conditioners and configured to drive a compressor 27 by an engine.
First, the overall configuration of the engine-driven heat pump 1 will be briefly described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the engine-driven heat pump 1 includes two device chambers 10 and 20 that are divided vertically. The upper device chamber is a heat exchange chamber 10, and the lower device chamber is an engine room 20. The heat exchange chamber 10 and the engine room 20 are separated by a partition plate (not shown).
The heat exchange chamber 10 is an apparatus room configured to allow outside air to flow for heat exchange of the outdoor heat exchanger 11. In the heat exchange chamber 10, an outdoor heat exchanger 11, a radiator (not shown), an outdoor fan 12, and an outdoor fan motor 13 are arranged. The heat exchange chamber 10 is provided with a blowing cover 14 on the upper surface, a protective net 15 for the exposed outdoor heat exchanger 11 on the front and rear surfaces, and a side cover 16 on the side surface. In the heat exchange chamber 10, the outdoor heat exchanger 11 and the radiator (not shown) are heat-exchanged by outside air.
On the other hand, the engine room 20 is a substantially hermetically sealed device room that communicates with the outside only through an intake pipe (not shown) and an exhaust pipe (not shown). In the engine room 20, main devices of the engine-driven heat pump 1 such as an engine system device, a refrigerant circuit device, and an electrical component box (not shown) are arranged. An engine 21, an intake silencer (not shown), an exhaust silencer 23, an air cleaner (not shown), and the like are arranged as engine peripheral devices. Moreover, the compressor 27, the receiver 29, etc. are arrange | positioned as a refrigerant circuit apparatus.

Next, the top blowing type ventilation structure will be described in detail with reference to FIG. In FIG. 2, the outdoor fans 12 a, 12 b, and 12 c, the side cover 16, and the blowout cover 14 are omitted for easy understanding. Moreover, the arrow in FIG. 2 has shown the ventilation path.
As shown in FIG. 2, the heat exchange chamber 10 is configured such that the frame constituting the skeleton has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and outdoor fan motors 13 a, 13 b, and 13 c supported by the upper surface frame 31 are provided on the upper surface thereof Outdoor heat exchangers 11 are provided on the front and the back, and the bottom is cut off from the engine room 20 by a partition plate (not shown). The outdoor fans 12a, 12b, and 12c are fixed on output shafts that protrude above the outdoor fan motors 13a, 13b, and 13c. The outdoor fans 12a, 12b, and 12c are driven by the outdoor fan motors 13a, 13b, and 13c to form a wind flow vertically upward, respectively.
With such a configuration, the outside air is sucked into the heat exchange chamber 10 from the outdoor heat exchanger 11, and after heat exchange is performed in the outdoor heat exchanger 11, the heat exchange chamber 10 is blown up in the vertical direction, and the upper surface blowing cover 14 is blown out.
In other words, the engine-driven heat pump 1 is configured to ventilate outside air from the front or back surface and blow it out to the top surface. In an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, such a ventilation structure is generally called a top blowing type. The top blow type outdoor unit can be used for a large air conditioner because the area of the heat exchanger can be increased.

Next, the configuration of the upper surface frame 31 will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the inside of the upper frame 31 is divided into the number of outdoor fans 12 installed. In the present embodiment, corresponding to the three outdoor fans 12a, 12b, and 12c, the upper surface frame 31 has horizontal frames 31a and 31a that are divided into three at substantially equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and are horizontally mounted in the front-rear direction. 35a, 35b, and 35c are configured.
By adopting such a configuration, the upper surface frame 31 has respective ventilation paths corresponding to the outdoor fans 12a, 12b, and 12c. In other words, the ventilation resistance can be reduced without disposing a member in the section 35 serving as a ventilation path.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the wire rod 32 to which the outdoor fan electric motors 13 a, 13 b, and 13 c are attached by the support wire rod 33 and the upper surface frame 31 to be the skeleton frame are connected to each of the sections 35 a, 35 b, and 35 c. ing. That is, the attachment wire 32 is disposed below the upper surface frame 31 and in parallel with the lateral direction of the upper surface frame 31. Two attachment wires 32 are arranged at a slightly larger interval than the outer diameter of the outdoor fan motor 13. The outdoor fan motors 13a, 13b, and 13c are directly attached to the mounting wire 32 with bolts or the like at the mounting portions provided on the outer circumferences of the respective sections 35a, 35b, and 35c.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the support wire 33 is formed in a substantially bathtub-like shape when viewed from the side, is supported by the upper frame 31 at the upper ends on both sides, and supports the attachment wire 32 at the lower horizontal portion at the center. It is configured as follows. The support wire 33 is disposed in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the upper surface frame 31. Further, the same number of support wire members 33 as the partitions delimited by the upper surface frame 31 are arranged. That is, in this embodiment, three support wires 33a, 33b, and 33c are provided.
Note that both the attachment wire 32 and the support wire 33 are formed with a width and thickness having sufficient rigidity to withstand the weight of the outdoor fan 12 and the outdoor fan electric motor 13, and are formed in a round bar shape or a square bar shape.

The feature of the present invention is that one section 35 is formed for one outdoor fan motor 13 of the top blow type, and the support of the outdoor fan motor 13 in the section is supported by two attachment wires 32 and 32 and one support wire. By using only 33, the obstacle in the compartment 35 is eliminated as much as possible. In this way, the heat exchange capacity of the engine-driven heat pump 1 is improved by minimizing the ventilation resistance of the heat exchange chamber 10.
