Description

The present invention is a thermocompression bonding that is affixed as a means for displaying a team name of a team to which a player wearing the uniform belongs and a player's spine number on a uniform made mainly of a fabric dyed with a sublimation dye. It relates to type marks.

There are various types of conventional thermocompression-bonding type marks, but a typical example is a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer that is highly flexible and colored in a desired color. The mark fabric is backed with an adhesive layer made of a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin to make the fabric for the mark, and this is formed into the desired shape such as the name of the team to which the athlete wearing the uniform belongs and the athlete's spine number. The one made by molding is generally used.

When trying to thermocompress a conventional thermocompression-type mark having the above-described configuration to a uniform made of a fabric dyed with a sublimation dye, the hot-melt type mark of the thermocompression-type mark having the above configuration is used. An adhesive layer made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is layered on the uniform, and heating and pressurizing means are used. The sublimation dye that dyes the uniform fabric is sublimated by the heat and pressure during the heating and pressurization. The adhesive layer made of the hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin is dyed, and the resublimated dye is dyed up to the mark, and the color of the mark is changed to a mixed color by the resublimated dye, resulting in the original color of the mark. There was a problem that the color changed.

The present invention provides a uniform fabric by heating and pressurizing work when a thermocompression type mark for displaying a team name and a number is attached to a uniform made of a fabric dyed with a sublimation dye. Even if the sublimation dye dyed is resublimated, it is intended to provide a thermocompression bonding type mark in which the mark area of the thermocompression bonding mark is not discolored by the resublimation dye. is there.

On the surface of the release material, a mark ground made of a thermocompression-bonded thermoplastic synthetic resin layer colored in a desired color is formed, and an adhesive layer made of a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin is formed on the mark ground. In the mark of the formed configuration type, a gas barrier film is provided between the mark ground and the adhesive layer, and a thermoplastic synthetic resin that is a component of the mark ground and a heat that has affinity for the components of the gas barrier film on the mark ground side. A first intervening layer made of a plastic synthetic resin is arranged, and on the adhesive layer side, a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin that is a constituent component of the adhesive layer and a thermoplastic synthetic resin that is compatible with the constituent components of the gas barrier film It comprises as a laminated body which arranged the 2nd intervening layer which consists.

The thermocompression bonding mark according to the present invention is formed by integrally laminating an adhesive layer made of a release material, a mark base, a first intervening layer, a gas barrier film, a second intervening layer, and a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin. Therefore, even if the sublimation dye dye | stained the cloth of the said uniform is re-sublimated when carrying out thermocompression-bonding to the uniform etc. which were made from the cloth dye | stained with the sublimation dye with this thermocompression-bonding type mark, the sublimation By using the dye, it is possible to prevent the mark mark from changing its color and to maintain the original color of the mark mark.

As shown in FIG. 2, the thermocompression bonding mark according to the present invention has a mark base 2, a first intervening layer 3, a gas bath barrier film 4, a second intervening layer 5, a hot melt system on a release material 1. A mark fabric is formed as a polymer in which the thermoplastic synthetic resin layers 6 are integrally laminated, and the mark fabric is punched or cut into a desired pattern to form the mark shown in FIG. Details of the procedure and configuration will be described below.

The release material 1 is coated with an ink made of a flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin colored in a desired color, or a film made of the thermoplastic synthetic resin is laminated to form a layer made of the thermoplastic synthetic resin. This is designated as mark 2.
The synthetic resin for forming the mark base 2 is, for example, a colored resin ink in which a pigment is blended with a thermoplastic resin such as polyurethane, (polyester) polyvinyl chloride, and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, as in the past. Alternatively, a film made of the colored thermoplastic synthetic resin is formed as a layer by a laminating method.

In the present invention, to make the mark place 2, urethane-based ink Sericol SG of Teikoku Ink Co., Ltd. was distributed and used as a pigment to a polyurethane resin called Nippon Polyurethane # 5115, trade name of Nippon Polyurethane Industry.
In the case of a colored layer of polyester resin, a pigment called Toyobo's trade name Byron 103 was used.

The basic concept of the present invention is to resublimate a sublimation dye that dyes uniform fabric between the colored synthetic resin layer as the mark base 2 and the adhesive layer 6 made of a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin. It has been found that the gas barrier film 4 that has recently been researched and developed as a packaging material for retort foods is the most suitable as the intervening layer. It is said to utilize.

このガスバリアフィルムには、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、ONY(2軸延伸ナイロン)、OPP(2軸延伸ポリプロピレン)などを主材料としたものがある。
Some of these gas barrier films are mainly composed of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), ONY (biaxially stretched nylon), OPP (biaxially stretched polypropylene) and the like. Among them, there are a film in which PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) is coated on OPP, and a film in which aluminum is deposited on PET / OPP.
This gas barrier film is excellent in gas barrier properties. Therefore, it is excellent in the function of preventing the permeation of colored gas due to resublimation of the sublimable dye. In addition, it has been found that it is extremely thin but excellent in shear strength, excellent in transparency, and suitable for the mark place so that it does not impair the flexibility of the mark place.

Among the gas barrier films having the properties described above, a transparent gas barrier film called trade name TL-PET manufactured by Tosero Co., Ltd. is used as the gas barrier film used for constituting the present invention. Transparent cell barrier film TL-PET manufactured by Tosero Co., Ltd. is a transparent gas barrier film having a thickness of 12 μm obtained by depositing alumina (aluminum oxide) on a PET film. The thickness of the barrier film is preferably 10 μm to 15 μm, and if it is thinner than that, the shear strength becomes brittle, and if it is thick, it has been found that the barrier film lacks flexibility.

As described above, the basic concept of the present invention is derived from the idea of laminating the mark base 2, the gas barrier film 4, and the adhesive layer 6 made of a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin. Therefore, when the above three components are made of compatible components, the adhesive layer 6 made of a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin is coated on the surface of the gas barrier film 4 superimposed on the surface of the mark 2. Alternatively, the idea of forming by a laminate method may be executed.

However, the components of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer forming the mark base 2 may not be compatible with the components of the gas barrier film 4. In this case, there arises an inconvenience that the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer and the gas barrier film 4 forming the mark base 2 are not integrated.

Further, the compatibility between the components of the gas barrier film 4 and the hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin forming the adhesive layer 6 may not be compatible. In this case, there arises a problem that the hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin for forming the adhesive layer 6 and the gas barrier film 4 are not integrated.

In the present invention, in order to complete the thermocompression bonding type mark that solves the above-mentioned disadvantages, the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer that forms the mark base 2 on the surface of the release material 1 and the gas barrier film 4 in order to integrate the respective layers. In the meantime, the first intervening layer 3 was selected by selecting a thermoplastic synthetic resin having a good compatibility with both constituent components.
The thermoplastic synthetic resin that forms the first intervening layer will be described.
To make the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer for forming the mark base 2 of the thermocompression bonding type mark according to the present invention, a polyurethane resin called Nippon Polyurethane # 5115, which is a product name of Nippon Polyurethane Industry, is used. When -PET (PET) was used, it was found that a polyurethane resin called trade name SF1208G manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd. or a product name Nippon Polan # 3113 manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Industry Co., Ltd. was suitable between them.
Moreover, the synthetic resin layer which makes the mark place 2 is comprised with the polyester resin called the product name Byron 103 of Toyobo Co., Ltd., and between both of the gas barrier films called the product name TL-PET (PET) made by Tosero Co., Ltd. When a thermoplastic synthetic resin having a good compatibility with the constituent components is selected and used as an intervening layer, it has been found that a polyester resin called trade name SF primer # 930 manufactured by Dainippon Ink is suitable.

Furthermore, the second intervening layer 5 is selected by selecting a thermoplastic synthetic resin that is compatible with the hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin forming the gas barrier film 4 and the adhesive layer 6.
The thermoplastic synthetic resin that forms the second intervening layer is Daicel Chemical Industries, Ltd., which forms an adhesive layer 6 made of TG-PET (PET) manufactured by Tosero of the gas barrier film and a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin. When selecting a thermoplastic synthetic resin that is compatible with the polyurethane-based hot-melt resin made as an intervening layer, the polyurethane resin that has an affinity for the polyurethane resin and PET, called the product name NIPPOLAN # 3113 (Japan Polyurethane Industry Co., Ltd.) Is preferred.
When a polyester resin hot melt (for example, Toyobo Byron 550 or Unitika Elite 3400) is adopted, the trade name SF primer # 930 (Dainippon, which has an affinity for polyester resin and PET as the intervening resin) A polyester resin called "Ink Company" is preferred.

That is, the first intervening layer and the second intervening layer are formed between the mark base 2 and the adhesive layer 6 made of a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin with the gas barrier film 4 interposed therebetween.

The mark fabric shown in FIG. 2 is made by performing the above operation.
The mark dough shown in FIG. 2 is punched or cut into a desired shape to make the mark shown in FIG.

An operation of attaching the thermocompression bonding type mark shown in FIG. 1 according to the present invention to a uniform or the like made from a fabric dyed with a sublimation dye will be described.

An adhesive layer of the mark shown in FIG. 1 punched out or cut out from the cloth for a mark shown in FIG. 2 is placed on the surface of an object to be adhered such as a uniform made of a cloth dyed with a sublimation dye placed on a mounting table. .

In this state, a heating and pressing operation is performed using a heating and pressing machine according to a conventional method.

By this operation, the constituent components of the hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin forming the mark adhesive layer 6 are melted and fused to the fabric such as uniform.

At this time, the sublimation dye which dye | stained material | doughs, such as the said uniform, exhibits a resublimation phenomenon by the said heating-pressing operation.
Due to this phenomenon, the sublimated dye sublimated dyes a layer made of a molten hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin constituting the adhesive layer 6.
When the gas barrier film 4 is not disposed on the thermocompression bonding type mark, the sublimated dye that has been sublimated also dyes even the mark area 2.
Therefore, when the above operation is finished and the release material is peeled off from the mark ground of the mark, the mark mark ground has a color changed by mixing a sublimation dye with the original color.

However, the thermocompression-bonding type mark according to the present invention is made of the mark base 2, the first intervening layer 3, the gas barrier film 4, the second intervening layer 5, and a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin in order to prevent the inconvenience. When the above operation is performed, the mark base 2 and the gas barrier film 4 are fused with the first intervening layer 3, and both the gas barrier film 4 and the adhesive layer 6 are the second layer. The thermocompression-bonding type mark according to the present invention is adhered to the uniform by fusing at the intervening layer 5. The sublimation dye that dyes uniform during the operation resublimates, and even if the dye passes through the adhesive layer 6 and dyes the second intervening layer 5, the dye sublimated by the gas barrier film 4 is The passage is blocked and the first intervening layer 3 and the mark ground 2 can be stained to prevent the mark ground from being discolored.

Since the gas barrier film 4 used in the present invention is made transparent, the cut surface of the mark is transparent when the mark shown in FIG. 1 is cut from the mark fabric shown in FIG. When the gas barrier film 4 is colored, the cut surface of the mark has a cut surface that allows the coloring of the gas barrier film 4 to be seen. I hate being. In the present invention, since the transparent gas barrier film 4 is used, the above-mentioned dislike does not occur.

When the peeling material 1 is peeled off from the surface of the mark ground 2 after the above operation is completed, the mark ground 2, the first intervening layer 3, the gas barrier film 4, the second intervening layer 5, and the adhesive layer 6 are integrated into a uniform layer. Thus, the mark layer 2 is firmly adhered to the uniform with an adhesive layer that can be adhered to the uniform or the like as a mark having the original coloring.
