Description

The present invention relates to a blister container, and more particularly to a simple blister container in which a blister cover is not easily damaged even when subjected to an impact due to transportation, dropping, or the like in a state where an article is stored.

So-called blister containers are widely used as means for packaging and selling articles (commodities) such as daily goods, toys, office supplies, machine parts, electrical appliances, and dry batteries (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3). .
A blister container is usually composed of a blister cover formed by bulging a transparent synthetic resin sheet, and a mount that closes the opening surface side of the blister cover, and after the article is stored in the bulge-shaped part in the blister cover The container is a container that is used by integrally assembling both covers on the opening surface of the blister cover.

The blister container is assembled by folding both side edges of the blister cover and sandwiching the mount between the folded pieces, and forming a hole in a part of the edge of the folded piece of the blister cover. A so-called “slide assembly type” is formed by forming an engaging portion for retaining to be locked to a portion on the mount, and the mount is slide-fitted to the blister cover, and the blister cover and the mount are shrink-wrapped and stapled There is a so-called “joint assembly type” which is assembled using an adhesive seal or the like.
These blister containers have a hook hole on the top and can be hung to save display space. However, when a customer takes out a target one, the adjacent blister container is caught and dropped. There are many things. In this case, especially the “slide assembly type” blister container is easily damaged around the corners.

Blister containers may be damaged or damaged when the corners of the blister cover are cracked or damaged due to impact during transportation or due to dropping, etc. There are problems such as contamination and the appearance of the product is impaired. For blister container breakage, the container material and structure may be strengthened, and cushioning materials may be used from the viewpoint of protection of stored items. However, this increases the cost of packaging and the ease of opening the container. There was a fear.
Therefore, in order to increase the durability against the impact due to the drop of the blister container containing the articles, a package provided with a bending guide wire that bends the flange portion away from the opening portion of the container at the time of the drop impact (Patent Document 4) Has been proposed. However, when the flange portion is bent, the appearance and appearance are impaired, and the package of Patent Document 4 requires a larger area of the blank portion of the mount other than the container portion. There was a problem of needing.

An object of the present invention is to provide a simple blister container in which a blister cover is hardly damaged even when an impact is received in a state where an article is stored.

The present invention comprises a blister cover in which a storage recess for storing articles is formed, and a mount that closes the opening surface side of the blister cover, and both side edges of the blister cover are folded back to form a folded piece. And a blister container that is assembled by sandwiching a mount between the folded pieces, wherein at least two corners adjacent to the blister cover are provided with notches, and the corner of the mount overlapping the blister cover is the cutout. A blister container configured to be exposed by a notch is provided.

Even if the blister container of the present invention receives an impact in a state where an article is stored, the blister cover is hardly damaged. In addition, the appearance and appearance are good, and it is not necessary to increase the margin of the mount of the blister container, so that the display space can be saved, the manufacturing cost is not increased, and the ease of opening is not impaired.

The blister container of the present invention comprises a blister cover in which a storage recess for obtaining a space for storing articles is formed, and a mount for closing the opening surface side of the blister cover, and both side edges of the blister cover are back A blister container that is folded back to form a folded piece, and a mount is sandwiched between the folded pieces, the blister cover being provided with notches at at least two corners adjacent to each other, and the blister cover The corner portions of the overlapping mounts are configured to be exposed by the notches.

First, the blister container of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example of the blister container (after assembly) of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the blister container of FIG. 1, (a) is a front view of a blister cover, and (b). Is a bottom view of the blister cover, and (c) is a front view of the mount. 3 is a perspective view of the blister cover shown in FIG. 2A, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the right corner of the blister container of FIG.
A so-called slide assembly type blister container 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 includes a blister cover 2 formed from a transparent synthetic resin sheet or the like, and the blister cover 2 has substantially the same or slightly the same size in the lateral direction. It is smaller and is composed of a mount 3 that closes the opening surface side of the blister cover 2. The blister cover 2 and the mount 3 do not have to have the same planar shape, but are at least partially overlapped, particularly in the vicinity of both corners of the lower part of the blister container 1.
The blister cover 2 is formed with a storage recess (article storage portion) 4 that matches the shape of the goods to be stored (daily goods, toys, office supplies, machine parts, electrical appliances, dry batteries, etc.).

In FIG. 2A, both side edges of the blister cover 2 are folded back to form a folded piece 5, and a hole 6 is formed in a part of the side edge of the folded piece 5. On the other hand, in FIG. 2 (b), the mount 3 is provided with an engagement portion 7 for retaining to be locked to the hole 6 of the blister cover 2, and the hole 6 and the hole 6 on both side edges of the blister cover 2. Projecting to be wider than the width between the two. The engagement portion 7 for retaining is tapered so that the width gradually increases from the side in which the mount 3 is inserted, and the side edge opposite to the insertion direction is substantially perpendicular or acute with the side edge of the mount 3. It is preferable that the base plate 3 is slid onto the blister cover 2 to facilitate the insertion, and the retaining after insertion is ensured.
That is, when the mount 3 is slid and inserted between the folded pieces 5 of the blister cover 2 from below, the side edge of the engagement portion 7 gradually increases in width in the region of the engagement portion 7 of the mount 3. When the engaging portion 7 is fitted into the hole 6 of the blister cover 2 while being insertable by the taper, the side edge opposite to the insertion direction of the engaging portion 7 is engaged with the hole 6, and the blister cover 2 Is irreversibly locked so as not to come off the mount 3, and the mount 3 is sandwiched between the blister covers 2. For this reason, after the blister container 1 is assembled, the blister cover 2 and the articles stored therein do not fall off the mount 3.
The blister cover 2 and the mount 3 of the blister container 1 are detachable, and the design, article information display, etc. can be printed on the mount 3.

A suspending portion 8 made of a hook hole or the like is provided on the top of the blister container 1. By using the suspending portion 8 to suspend the blister container 1 through the bar of the display stand, a large number of blister containers 1 can be displayed in an orderly manner in a narrow space.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the lower part (bottom surface) of the blister cover 2 is self-supporting so that it can be erected and displayed and sold when the blister container 1 is placed on a showcase or the like. A bulging portion 9 is provided. The blister container 1 can be self-supporting with the bottom surface of the self-supporting bulging portion 9 serving as a leg in contact with a mounting surface such as a showcase.

The synthetic resin for forming the blister cover 2 is not particularly limited, and various resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, and polycarbonate can be used. It is preferable to form the blister cover 1 using a transparent synthetic resin sheet because the excellent appearance, pattern, color, etc. of the article can be visually recognized at the time of display.
The thickness of the sheet made of these synthetic resins may be adjusted as appropriate in consideration of the characteristics of the articles to be stored, and is usually about 0.1 to 1 mm. A sheet made of a synthetic resin is processed into a desired shape by molding or the like.
The material of the mount 3 is not particularly limited, and a synthetic resin sheet, paperboard, synthetic paper, a laminated material composed of a synthetic resin sheet and paperboard, synthetic paper, or the like can be used. Among these, paperboard is preferable from the viewpoint of impact absorption, and coated paperboard is preferable from the viewpoint of workability such as printing.

In the blister container 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, at least two corners adjacent to the blister cover 2, in particular, notches 10 at both corners where the bottom and both sides of the blister cover 2 intersect. The corner portion of the mount 3 that overlaps the blister cover 2 is exposed by the notch portion 10.
When the blister container 1 is accidentally dropped, for example, since the blister container 1 is usually dropped in a slightly inclined state, any one of the corners of the lower part of the blister container 1 receives a large impact. Therefore, by forming the notch 10 in the blister cover 2, it is possible to prevent the corner of the blister cover 2 from directly colliding with the floor even if the blister container 1 falls.

That is, even when the corner portion of the blister container 1 is subjected to an impact due to dropping or the like, the corner portion of the mount 3 exposed by forming the notch portion 10 becomes a cushion to reduce the impact, or the mount 3 The corners are curved along the outer peripheral edge of the notch 10 of the blister cover 2 to absorb the drop impact. For this reason, even if the strength of the blister cover 2 is not so high, it is possible to prevent the periphery of the corner of the blister cover 2 from being cracked, damaged, or the stored product being exposed. Furthermore, even if a slight curvature occurs at the corner of the mount 3, the corner of the mount 3 is not greatly bent, so that the appearance and appearance of the product are not impaired.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, even when the blister container 1 is self-supported with the self-supporting bulging portion 9 as a lower portion (bottom surface), both corner portions of the bottom piece of the blister cover 2 do not contact the mounting surface. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage around the corner of the blister cover 2 due to an impact when it is self-supporting or contact with the placement surface.

The shape of the notch 10 of the blister cover 2 is not particularly limited as long as it has a shape and size that can moderately absorb or absorb the drop impact energy. For example, it may be formed in an arc shape slightly along the outer peripheral edge of the mount 3 of the blister container 1, or may be formed in a semicircular shape, a triangular shape, a rectangular shape, a trapezoidal shape, or the like. The size of the notch 10 can be appropriately determined in consideration of the weight, size, material, convenience during storage of the blister container 1 and the stored article.
In these, it is preferable to provide the triangular notch part 10 notched diagonally from the bottom to the side from the viewpoint of shock absorption and simplicity. In this case, the dimension of the triangular notch 10 is preferably 5/1 to 1/1 in the ratio of the base (horizontal) / height (vertical) of the virtual right triangle in FIG. / 1 is more preferable, and 3/1 to 1/1 is still more preferable.

At least two notches 10 are provided at both lower corners, but may be provided at four corners.
Further, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, since the engaging portion 7 of the mount 3 is fitted with the hole 6 of the blister cover 2 and the mount 3 is irreversibly locked, after the blister container 1 is assembled, The blister cover 2 and the articles stored therein do not fall off the mount 3. However, a folded piece can be further formed on the upper edge and / or the lower edge of the blister cover 2 in order to further prevent the fall. In this case, from the viewpoint of preventing damage to the lower part of the blister cover 2 and from the viewpoint of ease of assembly of the blister container 1, ease of opening, and shock absorption, as shown in FIGS. It is preferable that the folded pieces 5, 5 ′ are formed on both side edges and the upper edge, and the folded pieces are not formed on the lower edge. This is because if the folded piece is formed on the lower edge, the lower edge becomes too rigid, and the possibility that the folded piece on the lower edge is damaged by an impact at the time of dropping increases.

In conventional blister containers, impact energy such as dropping received at the lower corner of the blister container is directly transmitted to the end of the blister container, and the corner of the blister container (blister cover) is cracked or damaged by the drop impact. Or the stored items might be exposed.
On the other hand, the blister container 1 of the present invention has a simple and low-cost configuration in which the notch 10 is formed at the corner of the blister cover 2, and the blister container 1 is easily opened without impairing the ease of opening. Even in a state where the container is stored, it is possible to ensure excellent durability against an impact such as dropping.
