Description

The present invention relates to a stove packaging structure, and more particularly to a stove packaging structure coated with a glass top plate.

As a structure for packing a so-called drop-in stove that is mounted in a drop state in an opening provided in a countertop of the system kitchen, for example, there is a structure as shown in FIG.
This has an outer peripheral flange part (10) for locking to the periphery of the opening formed in the countertop of the system kitchen from the upper open end of the stove body (1) containing three gas burners. The top plate (2) is placed on the upper surface of the outer peripheral flange portion (10), so that the upper open end of the stove body (1) is closed.

The top plate (2) is a horizontally long rectangle from the glass top plate main body (2a), the exhaust frame (2b) disposed behind it, and the frame portion (21) attached to the entire periphery. The top plate body (2a) is formed with three openings (20) for exposing the flame hole portion of the gas burner.

In addition, it is equipped with the five virtues (13) used by assembling to the stove body (1) and the top plate (2) during use, the exhaust guard (14) to be disposed on the exhaust frame (2b), and other accessory parts. ing.
As a packing structure for packing the drop-in stove, a pair of side surface pads (31) (31) disposed on the left and right sides of the stove body (1) and mounting the left and right pieces of the outer peripheral flange portion (10), In the outer box (30), the front and rear pads (3a) (3b) are positioned in front and rear of the stove body (1) and positioned in the front-rear direction, and the front of the outer peripheral flange (10). In addition, the front upper pad (3c) for positioning the outer peripheral flange portion (10) in the front direction in the outer box (30), and the outer peripheral flange via the covering cover (32) on the upper surface of the outer peripheral flange portion (10) A pair of top plate support pads (33a) and (33b) are disposed along the front and rear sides which are the long sides of the portion (10).

The front top plate support pad (33a) supports a portion of the top plate (2) near the front end of the top plate body (2a), and the rear top plate support pad (33b) ) In the vicinity of the rear end of the exhaust frame (2b) and the subsequent top plate body (2a).

The top plate (2) is wrapped with a covering cover (34), and a covering plate (35) is disposed thereon. Furthermore, the component storage pad (36) and the five virtue storage pads are laid on the component storage pads (35a) (35b) disposed along the front and rear sides of the covering plate (35). (37) are arranged on the left and right.
All of these packing materials are formed by folding corrugated paper, and are packed in a corrugated cardboard outer box (30) together with a stove body (1), a top plate (2), and various parts.

In the conventional packaging structure described above, the load when an impact is applied to the top plate (2) from above is received by the component storage pad (36) and the virtuosity storage pad (37), and then the component storage pad (35a). (35b) is transmitted to the top plate (2) by being distributed back and forth, and the load transmitted to the front and back of the top plate (2) is received by the top plate support pads (33a) and (33b). It becomes.

As described above, in the conventional packing structure, the load from above can be received by the top plate support pads (33a) and (33b) provided before and after the top plate (2). In addition, the inconvenience of damaging the top plate (2) due to the impact from above is prevented, and in particular, the risk of breaking the top plate body (2a) made of glass can be avoided.

Also, the impact applied from below, such as dropping the outer box (30) together, can be received by the side pads (31) (31) and the top plate support pads (33a) (33b), so the top plate (2) The shock to the can be reduced.
JP 2005-247331 A

However, recently, a top plate (2) has been developed in which a burner ring made of aluminum die-casting is attached in advance to the periphery of the opening (20) of the top plate body (2a). Although not shown, the burner ring is for closing a gap between the peripheral edge of the opening (20) provided in the top plate (2) and the outer peripheral surface of the burner part constituting the flame hole part of the gas burner. It is mounted via an auxiliary component that is mounted so as to sandwich the periphery of the opening (20) from above and below. For this reason, in the top plate with the burner ring, the weight of the top plate body (2a) itself is increased as compared with the top plate (2) having the top plate body (2a) without the conventional burner ring. Therefore, in the conventional packing mode in which only the front and rear of the top plate (2) are installed on the top plate support pads (33a) and (33b), the central portion of the glass top plate body (2a) is easily bent downward by its own weight. Also, the amount of deflection is larger than that of the conventional product.

Therefore, in the conventional packing structure including the top plate support pads (33a) and (33b), in the case of a stove having a top plate with a burner ring, there is an impact such as dropping the outer box (30) during transportation. If applied many times, the inconvenience of bending the central portion of the top plate body (2a) cannot be prevented, and the bending of the central portion is repeated in the top plate body (2a), so that such bending is accumulated. This causes a problem that the top plate body (2a) is easily broken.

The present invention relates to "a stove packaging structure in which a top plate having a rectangular top plate body made of glass is covered on an upper surface of a stove body", and the central portion of the top plate body is lowered by a drop impact. The problem is to prevent bending.

(1) The technical means of the invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problem is as follows: "The top plate support member for supporting the top plate is a top plate tray having a size capable of accommodating the entire top plate; A cushion member that is disposed in the top plate tray and supports only the top plate body,
The top plate tray is composed of a bottom plate and an outer frame provided on the periphery,
The cushion member is fixed to a predetermined position on the bottom plate in a positioning state to support substantially the entire area of the top plate body.
The technical means operates as follows.
The top plate support member that supports the top plate is integrally formed from a top plate tray that can store the entire top plate and a cushion member that is fixed inside the top plate. The entire top plate is stored in the outer frame portion of the top plate tray so that the top plate main body is placed on the upper surface of the cushion member. As a result, the upper surface of the cushion member is supported on substantially the entire area of the top plate body, so even if the impact is transmitted to the top plate body during transportation or storage, It will be dispersed and absorbed over the entire upper surface of the cushion member, and the central part of the top plate body will not bend downward.

(2) The stove packing structure of the invention of claim 2 is the one according to claim 1, wherein the top plate body is substantially rectangular and the cushion member is sized to the top plate body. A substantially rectangular backing plate that is substantially matched, and a pair of rectangular cylindrical portions that are provided along both long sides of the lower surface of the backing plate and have vertical column portions,
At least one of the vertical column portions is disposed along the vicinity of the center line parallel to the long side of the top plate body '', and the cushion member is a pair of rectangular cylindrical portions, and both long sides of the receiving plate Cushioning is provided by adopting a configuration in which the is supported from below. In addition, the vertical column portion supports the receiving plate vertically, and at least one of the vertical column portions is arranged along the vicinity of the center line parallel to the long side of the top plate main body, so that it is most resistant to a drop impact. The center part of the top plate body that is easily bent downward can be supported by the vertical column part.

(3) The stove packing structure of the invention of claim 3 is the one according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the top plate has an exhaust frame disposed behind the top plate body,
Between the rear edge of the cushion member and the outer frame portion, a gap portion having a width that can accommodate the exhaust frame is formed. ”When the top plate is stored, the top plate body is cushioned. When placed on the member, the exhaust frame is fitted into a gap formed between the rear edge of the cushion member and the outer frame. In other words, in the top plate, the cushion member is not provided below the exhaust frame, and the packing form is not supported from below.

(4) The stove packaging structure of the invention of claim 4 is the one according to any of the above claims, wherein "the gas burner is accommodated in the stove body,
The top plate main body is formed with a burner opening through which the burner portion constituting the flame hole portion of the gas burner is inserted,
A burner ring that closes an annular gap formed between the outer peripheral surface of the burner portion and the peripheral edge of the burner opening is attached in advance to the peripheral edge of the burner opening,
The bottom plate of the top plate tray and the cushion member are provided with holes at positions corresponding to the opening for the burner '', and relates to the packing structure of the gas stove having the top plate with burner ring. When housed in the top plate tray, the burner ring is fitted into the holes provided in the cushion member and the bottom plate of the top plate tray.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, the present invention has the following specific effects.
Since the packing mode is such that almost the entire area of the glass top plate body is supported by a cushioning cushion member, even if an impact is applied to the top plate body by dropping it while the stove is being transported, the impact Can be dispersed and absorbed by the cushion member to reduce the amount of bending of the glass downward. Therefore, it is possible to prevent inconvenience that the top plate body is deformed or broken.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above-described effect, the vertical column portion of the rectangular cylindrical portion is disposed in the central portion of the top plate body that is most easily bent downward during a drop impact to support the central portion. Since it was set as the structure which carries out, the downward bending in the center part of a top-plate main body can be prevented further, and a top-plate main body can be protected reliably.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, only the top plate main body is received by the cushion member even when the top plate is made of glass and the exhaust frame is provided. It is possible to reduce the material cost of the support member and reduce the waste.
In addition, there is a difference in weight between the glass top plate body and the exhaust frame. For this reason, if the cushion member is disposed so as to support the entire top plate, there is a difference in the amount of cushioning (the amount by which the cushion member sinks) during the drop impact. The boundary between and may be bent. In the present invention, the cushion member supports only the top plate main body, and the exhaust frame portion escapes into the gap provided between the rear edge of the cushion member and the outer frame portion. There is no inconvenience.

According to the invention according to claim 4, the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 can be implemented in a top plate having a top plate body with burner ring, and the burner ring is attached. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the top plate body having increased weight from being deformed by a drop impact.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In particular, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a burner ring (22) made of aluminum die-casting is attached to each opening (20a) (20b) (20c) of the top plate body (2a). In addition, a back plate (24) is disposed over the entire back surface of the top plate body (2a).

As shown in the figure, the burner ring (22) has the stove body (1) placed in the opening (16) formed in the countertop (15) of the system kitchen at the outer peripheral flange (10) at the upper end. In the installed state, the periphery of the opening (20a) (20b) (20c) provided in the top plate (2) and the burner portion (12) constituting the flame hole portion of the gas burners (11a) (11b) (11c) ) Is closed to the peripheral part of the opening (20a) (20b) (20c) and fixed to the auxiliary part (25) such as the lower ring by screwing or the like. .

As described above, the top plate (2) employed in the embodiment of the present invention employs a configuration in which the burner ring (22) is mounted in advance on the top plate body (2a). The weight of the top plate body (2a) is increased as compared with the case without 22).

Among the packing structure for packing the drop-in stove according to this embodiment, the packing structure for the stove body (1) and various parts such as the virtues (13) and the exhaust guard (14) is as shown in the conventional example. Similarly, a box-shaped pad made of corrugated cardboard is adopted, and the stove body (1) has a pair of side surface pads (31) (31) disposed on the left and right sides of the outer peripheral flange portion (10). In this state, the front and rear pads (3a) (3b) and the front upper pad (3c) are stored in the outer box (30).
Thereafter, the top plate (2) is housed in the outer box (30) via the top plate support member (5).

Hereinafter, the top plate support member (5) will be described with reference to FIGS.
The top plate support member (5) according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a top plate tray (50) having a size that the entire top plate (2) can be accommodated, and is stored and fixed in the top plate tray (50). Both of which are assembled by folding corrugated paper.

The top plate tray (50) is composed of a rectangular bottom plate (51) that substantially matches the size of the top plate (2) and an outer frame portion (52) that stands upright from the front, rear, left and right edges, Holes (53a) (53b) (53c) are provided at positions corresponding to the openings (20a) (20b) (20c) provided in the top plate body (2a) of the bottom plate (51). .
In addition, the hole (53a) formed in the rear center has a cut-and-raised piece (54) from a substantially trapezoidal notch raised upward from the bottom plate (51), and is perpendicular to the rear at a predetermined height. It is bent. The cut-and-raised piece (54) is inserted into the insertion hole (55) provided in the approximate center of the rear wall (52a) of the outer frame portion (52) with the insertion piece (54a) protruding from the tip. The protruding state in the top tray (50) is maintained.

In addition, notches (56) and (56) are formed so as to open upward at substantially central portions of the left and right side walls (52b) and (52b) of the outer frame portion (52).
The cushion member (40) housed in the top plate tray (50) is formed by bending the rectangular corrugated cardboard in order from the end, and the bottom surface of the receiving plate (41) having a size substantially matching the top plate body (2a). A pair of rectangular cylindrical portions (42) and (43) that are open at both ends are formed along both the long sides, and an opening provided in the top plate body (2a) of the receiving plate (41) ( Holes (44a), (44b), and (44c) are opened at positions corresponding to 20a), (20b), and (20c), and the vertical column part (42a) on the outside of one rectangular tubular part (42). ), Two cut and raised pieces (4a) and (4b) protrude outward.
The short side length of the backing plate (41) is set to be shorter than the distance from the base end portion of the cut and raised piece (54) to the inner wall of the front wall (52c) of the outer frame portion (52). .

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, two reinforcing pieces (45) and (46) formed by raising and lowering the lower surface are provided in the rectangular cylindrical portions (42) and (43), respectively. 42) The hollow rectangular shape of (43) is prevented from being deformed.

The rear rectangular cylindrical part (43) is configured to be wider than the front rectangular cylindrical part (42), and the vertical column part (43b) inside the rectangular cylindrical part (43) is a receiving plate ( It is set to be located near the center line parallel to the long side of 41).

As shown in FIG. 4, the cushion member (40) is housed in the front area of the cut and raised piece (54) in the top tray (50).
At this time, the vertical cylindrical portion (43a) outside the rectangular cylindrical portion (43) contacts the vertical piece (54b) of the base end portion of the cut and raised piece (54), and at the same time, the rectangular cylindrical portion (42) Two cut-and-raised pieces (4a) and (4b) projecting forward from the front are respectively inserted into the insertion ports (57) and (57) formed on the inner side of the front wall (52c) of the outer frame portion (52). Plugged in.
Although not shown, a stopper portion is formed on the inner side of the insertion port (57) by cutting out the corrugated cardboard forming the lower surface of the front wall (52c) into a predetermined shape. The tips of the pieces (4a) and (4b) are brought into contact with the stopper portion, thereby preventing insertion into the insertion port (57) having a predetermined depth or more.

Thus, the cushion member (40) is positioned in the front-rear direction in the top tray (50) by the stopper in the insertion port (57) and the vertical piece (54b) of the cut and raised piece (54). In addition, the lateral width of the cut and raised pieces (4a) and (4b) is set to a size that can be tightly inserted into the insertion ports (57) and (57), thereby being positioned in the left-right direction. Then, it is fixed in the top plate tray (50).
Thus, the top plate support member (5) is completed, and a gap portion having a predetermined width is formed between the cushion member (40) and the inner wall of the outer frame portion (52).

As described above, the top plate (2) has a configuration in which the exhaust frame (2b) is disposed behind the glass top plate main body (2a), and the top plate main body (2a) is the receiving plate (41). When the top plate (2) is stored in the top plate tray (50) so as to be placed on the vertical column portion (43a) and the rear wall (52a) outside the rear rectangular tubular portion (43). ), The exhaust frame (2b) of the top plate (2) and the surrounding frame portion (21) fit into the gap (S1) between the support plate (41) and the front wall (52c) The frame portion (21) around the top plate body (2a) is fitted into the U-shaped gap (S2) formed between the side walls (52b) and (52b).

At the positions corresponding to the rear center opening (20a) to which the burner ring (22) of the top plate body (2a) is mounted, and the front left and right openings (20b) (20c), the receiving plate (41) The holes (44a), (44b) and (44c) correspond to the holes (53a), (53b) and (53c) of the bottom plate (51) of the top tray (50), respectively.

The rectangular cylindrical portions (42) and (43) are respectively provided with reinforcing pieces (45) and (46) inside, and in the vicinity of the center line parallel to the long side of the backing plate (41), there are vertical columns. Since the portion (43b) is configured to stand upright, even if the heavy glass top plate body (2a) is placed on the upper surface of the receiving plate (41), it is rectangular through the receiving plate (41). It can be supported by the cylindrical portions (42) and (43).

To store the drop-in stove in the outer box (30) using each packaging material having the above configuration, first, place the side pads (31) and (31) on the left and right sides (short sides) of the outer box (30). The front and rear pads (3a) and (3b) are respectively stored along the front and rear sides (long sides) of the outer box (30). In the housed state, the top surfaces of the side pads (31) and (31) protrude upward from the front and rear pads (3a) and (3b).

Then, the stove body (1) is stored in the outer box (30) so that the left and right side pieces of the outer peripheral flange portion (10) are locked to the side pads (31) (31), and the stove body (1) Cover the cover (32), and fit the front upper pad (3c) between the front end of the outer peripheral flange portion (10) and the outer box (30). Further, the top plate support member (5) is placed thereon.
The top plate support member (5) is a unit in which the cushion member (40) is fixed and integrated in advance in the top plate tray (50). Store in (30). At this time, the dimension of the top plate tray (50) is set so that the outer surface of the top plate support member (5) is in contact with the inner surface of the outer box (30).

Then, the top plate (2) covered with the covering cover (34) is placed on the top plate support member (5) so that the top plate body (2a) corresponds to the upper surface of the cushion member (40). . Thus, the top plate (2) is housed between the upper surface of the receiving plate (41) of the cushion member (40) and the upper end of the outer frame portion (52) and has a heavy top plate body (2a). Is supported by the cushion member (40), and the frame portion (21) around the exhaust frame (2a) and the top plate (2) escapes to the gap portions (S1) (S2) around the cushion member (40), respectively. And is stored in a floating state.

In addition, the peripheral area of the opening (20a) (20b) (20c), which is increased in weight by attaching the burner ring (22), is the hole (44a) (44b) (44c) of the cushion member (40). And the center region of the top plate body (2a) that is most flexible is the vertical column portion (43b) as well as the holes (53a), (53b), and (53c) of the bottom plate (51) of the top plate tray (50). ) Is supported from below.

After that, on the top plate (2), the cover plate (35) provided with the component storage pads (35a) (35b) on the front and rear is placed, and the exhaust guard is placed on the component storage pads (35a) (35b). (14) and other parts are stored, and the parts storage pad (36) and the virtuosity storage pad (37) are placed so as to be installed on the parts storage pads (35a) and (35b). The remaining accessory parts such as Gotoku (13) and burner head are stored, and the packing of the drop-in stove is completed.

In the conventional packing structure, the top plate (2) is supported by the top plate support pads (33a) and (33b) only in the vicinity of the front end and the vicinity of the rear end, and the range parallel to the long side including the center is downward. Was not supported at all. Thereby, in the conventional top plate main body (2a), the central portion of the top plate main body (2a) was easily bent and easily damaged due to a drop impact during storage or transportation of the stove. In the packaging structure of the form, since the cushion member (40) supports substantially the entire area including the central portion of the top plate body (2a), the shock received by the top plate body (2a) during transportation is cushioned. The member (40) can be received while being dispersed over the entire area of the receiving plate (41), and the downward bending of the center of the top plate body (2a) can be prevented.

In particular, in the packaging structure of the embodiment of the present invention, the burner ring (22) is attached to the top plate body (2a), and the weight of the top plate body (2a) itself is increased. 2a) is easy to bend, but a vertical column portion (43b) of a rectangular cylindrical portion (43) having a reinforcing plate (46) inside is raised below a portion near the center where it is most likely to bend. The cushion member (40) should be supported while absorbing the impact on the top plate body (2a) without losing its shape even if a downward bending force is applied to the top plate body (2a). Can do. Since the vertical column portion (43b) is configured to support the central portion along the long side of the top plate body (2a), the range to be supported is wider than that formed along the short side, The bending prevention effect of the top plate body (2a) becomes more advantageous.

Since the exhaust frame (2b) and the frame part (21) that are lighter than the glass top plate body (2a) are not supported by the cushion member (40), the entire top plate (2) is loaded. If this happens, the difference between the amount of cushioning applied to the cushion member (40) on the top plate body (2a) side and the exhaust frame (2b) side will cause a difference between the top plate body (2a) and the exhaust frame (2b). In addition, it is possible to prevent inconvenience that the frame portion (21) is deformed.
In addition, in order to take out the top plate (2) stored in the top plate tray (50), from the notches (56) provided on the left and right side walls (52b) (52b) of the outer frame portion (52), the top plate ( If the left and right edges of 2) are supported and lifted, they can be easily removed from the top tray (50).
