Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composite molded article such as an air-tight piece for an aluminum sash window frame made of a hard resin and a soft resin.
Conventionally, as an airtight piece for an aluminum sash window frame, one having a shape as shown in an overall perspective view of FIG. 4 is known. The
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the airtight piece has a large number of
In the conventional
From the above, the problem that the airtight piece composed of the plate-
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to generate warpage as a whole even if a soft member having a certain thickness is integrally joined to a plate-like member made of a hard resin having a certain thickness and area, such as an airtight piece. It is to provide a composite molded product such as an airtight piece that does not.
The above object is achieved by the present invention described below. That is, the present invention provides a composite molded article comprising a plate-
In the present invention, the
According to the present invention, a soft member is joined substantially discontinuously to a plate-
Next, the present invention will be described in more detail by taking a hermetic piece for an aluminum sash window frame which is a preferred embodiment as a representative example. The air-tight piece for an aluminum sash window frame of the present invention comprises a plate-
The plate-
On one surface of the plate-
The thickness of the
The feature of the present invention is that, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Moreover, the width | variety of the groove |
FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining another embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, when the plate-
Next, the manufacturing method of the airtight piece of this invention is demonstrated. The airtight piece of the present invention can be produced by a conventionally known method. For example, it can be manufactured by insert molding and two-color molding. The molding conditions are not particularly limited. For example, the molding conditions are the same as those of conventional general insert molding and two-color molding described in “Recent injection molding technology—its practice and application” (Sanko Publishing Co., Ltd.). .
As described above, the present invention has been described with the configuration of an airtight piece for an aluminum sash window frame. However, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example, and is fused to a plate-like member made of a hard resin and most of its surface. Of course, the present invention can also be applied to a composite molded product made of a soft member, which warps due to the difference in shrinkage between the two members.
As hard resin used by this invention, a polypropylene, a polystyrene, a polycarbonate, polyester, polyamide etc. can be used, for example. Polypropylene is preferred, and any polypropylene conventionally used for producing molded articles and the like is useful in the present invention.
In addition, the soft resin used in the present invention includes an elastomer, and a thermoplastic elastomer can be preferably used. For example, polystyrene (S) -polybutadiene (B) (or polyisoprene (I))-polystyrene (S) block copolymer (referred to as SBS, SIS) and hydrogenated products of these conjugated dienes (hydrogenated products of SBS) Is called polystyrene-based thermoplastic elastomer such as SEBS (polystyrene-poly (ethylene-butylene) -polystyrene block copolymer)); polyolefin rubber (mainly partially or fully crosslinked EPR, EPDM) as soft segment and hard segment Polyolefin-based resins (mainly PP), polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomers such as blends of PP and EPR and / or EPDM; polyester-based and polyurethane-based block copolymers, etc. Luo is a material that can be obtained from any market.
