Description

The present invention relates to a shoulder belt for hanging a bag on a shoulder.

Conventionally, various devices have been proposed to prevent slipping from the shoulder and to evenly distribute the weight to both shoulders in a shoulder belt that hangs a heel on one shoulder (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 4).

The suspension band of Patent Document 1 has both ends of a thin string, which is a slip prevention means, locked to a locking tool provided on both mounting brackets of the suspension band, and an intermediate portion is mounted near both sides of the shoulder pad. A structure that is inserted through a locking tool, passes an arm through a loop formed by a thin string and a suspension band, and supports the bag and suspension band from the shoulder of the loop through the front of the body to the side It has become.

Moreover, the shoulder bag with a side belt of Patent Document 2 has a structure in which an auxiliary side belt formed in a loop shape is detachably provided on the shoulder strap of the shoulder strap. In use, the side belt is hung on the side opposite to the shoulder on which the shoulder belt is hung, that is, the arm is passed through the side belt.

In addition, the shoulder belt with pulley of Patent Document 3 is provided with a pulley through which a shoulder belt that suspends a bag or the like is inserted, and the pulley portion is locked to a hanging ring of the bag with a locking tool. The structure can be folded in half via a pulley. In use, one shoulder belt is hung on the right shoulder and the other shoulder belt is hung on the left shoulder to prevent slipping from the shoulder and distribute the weight substantially equally.

In addition, the shoulder bag of Patent Document 4 moves the position of the hanging fulcrum of the shoulder belt by connecting the shoulder belt, the fulcrum moving belt, the fulcrum distance adjusting belt, and the fulcrum pulling belt to the fulcrum moving connection fitting. The shoulder belt is attached to the moved fulcrum.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-262721 JP 2002-119317 A JP 2002-253326 A Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-21630

According to the structure of the shoulder belt according to Patent Documents 1 to 4, it is possible to prevent slippage from the shoulder and to distribute the weight substantially equally to both shoulders.

However, the suspension band of Patent Document 1 has both ends of a thin string as a slip prevention means locked to a locking tool provided on both mounting brackets of the suspension band, and an intermediate portion is mounted near both sides of the shoulder pad. It is structured to be inserted and disposed in the latching tool. For this reason, there has been a problem that this thin string gets in the way when only a hanging band is hung on one shoulder as usual. In addition, there was a problem that it was difficult to open and close this thin string when it was opened and closed.

Moreover, the shoulder bag with a side belt of patent document 2 has a structure in which an auxiliary side belt formed in a loop shape is provided on the shoulder strap of the shoulder strap. Therefore, in the case where only the shoulder belt is hung on one shoulder as usual, the side belt is hung from the bag, which causes a problem. In order to solve this problem, it is only necessary to remove the side belt from the bag when not in use and attach it to the bag only when it is used, but this is inconvenient for use. turn into. In addition, since it must be put in the bag when not in use, there is a problem that the storage space for other luggage will be reduced accordingly, and there is a risk that it will be lost by removing the side belt from the bag Some problems also occur.

Further, the shoulder belt with pulley of Patent Document 3 has a problem that the structure is complicated because it is necessary to attach a pulley to the belt itself. In addition, the folded shoulder strap is set to the right length when both shoulder straps are hung on both shoulders. There was a problem that it fell down to the knee and was unusable. In other words, the structure cannot be used as usual. If both shoulder belts are hung on one shoulder, the two shoulder contacts will be hung on one shoulder, causing problems such as very poor stability and wearability.

Further, the shoulder bag of Patent Document 4 has a structure in which a shoulder belt, a fulcrum moving belt, a fulcrum interval adjusting belt, and a fulcrum pulling belt are connected to a fulcrum moving connecting metal fitting. For this reason, when only the shoulder belt is hung on one shoulder as usual, there is a problem that the fulcrum pulling belt is hung from the heel, which is obstructive.

The present invention was devised to solve such problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to use the shoulder belt only on one shoulder without any discomfort as before, and from the shoulder. An object of the present invention is to provide a shoulder belt that can surely prevent slipping and provide a stable feeling when shouldered.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the shoulder belt according to the present invention is a shoulder belt that hangs a heel on a shoulder and is attached to both ends with a locking tool that is detachably locked to the suspending bracket of the heel. A belt body and an auxiliary belt provided so as to overlap the belt body, and the auxiliary belt is rotatably attached to the belt body by one end portion of the auxiliary belt, The other end portion is provided with an engaging member that can be attached to and detached from the engaged member provided on the belt main body.

That is, according to the present invention, when the auxiliary belt is not used, the auxiliary belt is integrated with the belt main body, so that the auxiliary belt does not interfere with how the belt main body is hung on the shoulder. Absent.

On the other hand, when it is desired to prevent the shoulder belt from slipping off or to stabilize the bag by fitting it to the body, the fastening member at the other end of the auxiliary belt is attached to the belt body while the belt body is hung on one shoulder. The engagement member may be detached (pulled away) from the other engagement member, hung on the opposite shoulder while rotating around the rotation mechanism portion, and then the engagement member is engaged with the engagement member again. As a result, the belt body is hung on one shoulder and the auxiliary belt is hung on the other shoulder, so that the shoulder belt can be prevented from slipping down and the heel fits the body and stabilizes. Can do.

Here, in this invention, the said engaging member and the said to-be-engaged member are formed of the hook_and_loop | surface fastener. For example, one hook-shaped hook-and-loop fastener member is used as the engaging member, and the other pile-shaped hook-and-loop fastener member is used as the engaged member. In the present invention, the engaging member is formed in a predetermined length along the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary belt, and the engaged member is also formed in a predetermined length along the longitudinal direction of the belt body. Is formed. Thus, by forming the hook-and-loop fastener to a predetermined length, it is possible to adjust the length when the auxiliary belt is turned around the other shoulder.

According to the shoulder belt of the present invention, when the auxiliary belt is not used, the auxiliary belt overlaps with the belt main body, so that the auxiliary belt interferes with how the belt main body is hung on the shoulder. There is no. On the other hand, when you want to prevent the shoulder belt from slipping down and to stabilize the bag by fitting it to the body, with the belt body hanging on one shoulder, hang the auxiliary belt around the opposite shoulder, The shoulder belt can be prevented from slipping down and the heel can be fitted to the body and stabilized.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which the shoulder belt according to the present embodiment is attached to a heel.

The shoulder belt 1 according to the present embodiment includes a belt body 10 and an auxiliary belt 20. At both ends of the belt body 10, engagement and disengagement are performed with annular hanging brackets 51, 51 respectively provided at the left and right upper ends of the flange 50. Hook-like stoppers 11, 11 that can be locked are attached.

Further, an adjustment fitting 12 for adjusting the length of the belt is attached to a portion near one end of the belt main body 10. As the structure and adjustment method of the adjustment fitting 12, various well-known structures and methods can be used in the shoulder belt 1 of the present embodiment, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted here.

On the other hand, the auxiliary belt 20 has substantially the same width as the belt main body 10 and is formed shorter than the belt main body 10, and is integrated so as to overlap the lower surface side (surface side to be hung on the shoulder) of the belt main body 10. Provided.

One end portion 21 of the auxiliary belt 20 is rotatably attached to the belt main body 10 by a rotation mechanism portion 30, and is provided on the lower surface side of the belt main body 10 on the upper surface side of the other end portion 22. An engaging member 25 detachably attached to the engaged member 15 is provided.

2A and 2B show the peripheral structure of the rotating mechanism 30. FIG. 2A is a plan view seen from the auxiliary belt 20 side, FIG. 2B is a plan view seen from the belt body 10 side, and FIG. FIG.

One end 21 of the auxiliary belt 20 is covered with a protective member 23 made of a material such as synthetic leather. That is, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the strip-shaped protective member 23 is folded in a substantially U shape so that the one end 21 is sandwiched from above and below, and in this state, the protective member 23 and the auxiliary belt 20 The one end 21 is fixed by adhesion and / or stitching. Further, a protective member 13 made of a material such as synthetic leather is fixed to the upper surface side of the belt main body 10 facing the one end portion 21 of the auxiliary belt 20 by adhesion and / or stitching. And the opening part 14 and 24 penetrated up and down is formed in the one end part 21 and the belt main body 10 of the auxiliary belt 20 to which the protection members 23 and 13 were fixed in this way, and the opening parts 14 and 24 rotate. A rivet 31 constituting the mechanism unit 30 is attached. At both ends of the rivet 31, heads 32 for retaining are formed. The rivet 31 can be a round rivet, a dish rivet, a flat rivet or the like depending on the shape of the head.

With such a structure, the auxiliary belt 20 is rotatable in the horizontal direction indicated by an arrow R in FIG. 2A with the rivet 31 as the rotation center (rotation axis). Here, as described above, the peripheries of the openings 14 and 24 are covered with the protective members 13 and 23, and some strength is added. This prevents the occurrence of unforeseen situations such as cracks in the peripheral portions of the openings 14 and 24 due to long-term use, and the durability is ensured.

On the other hand, the engaging member 25 provided on the other end portion 22 of the auxiliary belt 20 and the engaged member 15 provided on the belt body 10 are formed by, for example, a hook-and-loop fastener as shown in FIG. In this embodiment, one hook-shaped hook-and-loop fastener member is used as the engaging member 25, and the other pile-shaped hook-and-loop fastener member is used as the engaged member 15. Further, in the present embodiment, the engaging member 25 is formed to have a predetermined length L (for example, about 10 to 15 cm) along the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary belt 20, and the engaged member 15 is similarly a belt. A predetermined length L (also about 10 to 15 cm) is formed along the longitudinal direction of the main body 10. Thus, by forming the engaging member 25 and the engaged member 15 to a predetermined length L, the length can be adjusted when the auxiliary belt 20 is turned around the other shoulder.

Next, a usage state and a usage method of the shoulder belt 1 having the above-described configuration will be described.

FIG. 4 shows a conventional use state. That is, in the state where the auxiliary belt 20 is superimposed on the belt body 10 and integrated, only the belt body 10 is hung on one shoulder, and FIG. (B) shows a state in which the bag 50 and the shoulder belt 1 are hung on different sides (that is, a state in which the shoulder belt 1 is hooked). Show. That is, since the auxiliary belt 20 is integrated with the belt main body 10, the auxiliary belt 20 does not get in the way no matter how the belt main body 10 is hung on the shoulder.

On the other hand, when it is desired to prevent the shoulder belt 1 from slipping off or to stabilize the bag 50 by fitting it to the body, the auxiliary belt 20 is in a state where the belt body 10 is hung on one shoulder (the state shown in FIG. 4). The engaging member 25 of the other end portion 22 is detached (pulled away) from the engaged member 15 of the belt main body 10, and is rotated around the rotation mechanism portion 30 while being rotated around the opposite shoulder, The engaging member 25 may be engaged with the engaged member 15 again. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5C, the belt body 10 is hung on one shoulder and the auxiliary belt 20 is hung on the other shoulder. Can be reliably prevented, the weight of the heel 50 can be distributed substantially evenly to the left and right shoulders, and the heel 50 can be fitted to the body and stabilized. Incidentally, FIG. 5A shows a state in which the auxiliary belt 20 is swung around the opposite shoulder from the state shown in FIG. 4A, and FIG. 5C shows the auxiliary belt 20 in the state shown in FIG. 4B. Each of these shows a state in which is put on the opposite shoulder. Moreover, FIG.5 (b) has shown the state seen from the back, when the shoulder belt 1 is hung on both shoulders like Fig.5 (a).

At this time, since the engaging member 25 and the object 15 are formed to have a predetermined length L, the engaging position between the engaging member 25 and the object 15 can be freely selected within this range. The length can be adjusted when the auxiliary belt 20 is hung on the other shoulder.

Incidentally, FIG. 6 shows another use state of the shoulder belt 1 of the present invention. That is, in this use example, the auxiliary belt 20 is turned to the waist to fit the heel 50 to the body.

It is a perspective view which shows the state which mounted | wore the bag with the shoulder belt of this invention. The surrounding structure of the rotation mechanism part is shown, (a) is a plan view seen from the auxiliary belt side, (b) is a plan view seen from the belt main body side, and (c) is a longitudinal sectional view.
