By the way, when the showcase is installed in the vicinity of the cash register counter, it is difficult to install the showcase on the counter or the like if the height dimension is large as in Patent Document 1. However, when the vertical dimension of the display room is simply reduced to reduce the height of the showcase, there is now a problem that the product storage / display capability of the display room cannot be secured.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional technical problems, and has a showcase in which the required product display capability is maintained while the height dimension is kept low, and the cold air circulation structure is simplified. It is to provide.

The showcase of the present invention comprises a machine room configured by circulating and supplying cool air exchanged with a cooler by a blower into a display room of goods, and a machine room configured below a heat insulating wall constituting the display room. A compressor and a condenser that are installed on one side in the horizontal direction in the room and constitute a cooling device together with the cooler, and a cooling unit that is located on the other side in the horizontal direction in the machine room and houses the cooler and the blower And a partition wall that is located above one end of the cooling chamber and divides the display chamber into one partition chamber and the other partition chamber, and is configured in the partition wall, the lower end communicating with the cooling chamber The partition wall duct, the cold wall outlet formed on the partition wall side surface of the partition wall and communicating between the partition chamber and the partition wall duct, and the other side wall located at the other end of the cooling chamber. Cooling air inlet for communicating the compartment and the cooling chamber, and a duct in the compartment wall The air blower sucks the cold air from the cold air inlet and exchanges heat with the cooler, and then supplies the air to the duct in the compartment wall from one end of the cooling chamber. It is characterized by doing.

The showcase of the invention of claim 2 is provided with a heating device for heating one compartment in the above, and a damper for opening and closing the cold air discharge port and the communication portion on the surface on the one compartment side. Features.

The showcase of the invention of claim 3 is characterized in that, in the above, the damper simultaneously opens and closes the cold air outlet and the communication portion by sliding.

The showcase of the invention of claim 4 is characterized in that in the invention of claim 2 or claim 3, a heating device for heating the other compartment is provided.

According to the present invention, in a showcase in which cold air having been heat-exchanged with a cooler is circulated and supplied by a blower into a display room of goods, a machine room configured below a heat insulating wall constituting the display room, A compressor and a condenser which are installed on one side in the horizontal direction and constitute a cooling device together with the cooler; and a cooling chamber which is located on the other side in the horizontal direction in the machine room and accommodates the cooler and the blower. A partition wall that is located above one end of the cooling chamber and divides the display chamber into one partition chamber and the other partition chamber; a partition that is configured in the partition wall and that has a lower end communicating with the cooling chamber A cool air discharge port formed on the surface of the partition wall on the side of both compartments and communicating with both the compartments and the duct on the partition wall; and the other compartment located at the other end of the cooling chamber Cool air intake port communicating with the cooling chamber and duct in the partition wall The air blower sucks the cold air from the cold air inlet and exchanges heat with the cooler, and then supplies the air to the duct in the compartment wall from one end of the cooling chamber. As a result, the vertical dimension of the machine room is reduced by the horizontal arrangement of the compressor and the condenser and the cooling chamber, and the overall height of the showcase is reduced without reducing the display room volume. It becomes possible. Thereby, the restriction of the installation location accompanying the height dimension can be solved.

In this case, the cool air exchanged with the cooler enters the duct in the partition wall from one end of the cooling chamber by the blower, and is supplied to both the partition chambers from the cool air discharge port of the partition wall. Then, the cold air circulated through the other compartment returns to the cooling chamber from the cold air inlet, and the cold air circulated through the one compartment enters the other compartment via a communication portion configured outside the duct in the compartment wall, Similarly, since the cooling air is returned from the cold air inlet to the cooling chamber, the simple air can be circulated through the entire display chamber so that the cooling can be performed satisfactorily.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above, a heating device for heating one of the compartments, and a damper for opening and closing the cold air discharge port and the communication portion on the surface of the one compartment are provided. Therefore, when the cooling device is in operation and the cooling air discharge port and the communication portion on one compartment side are closed by the damper and the heating device is heated, one of the compartments is used while being cooled. The compartment can be used in a heated state. As a result, it is possible to adopt a sales form in which the cooled product is displayed in the other compartment and the warmed product is displayed in the one compartment.

Furthermore, according to the invention of claim 3, in addition to the above, since the damper is configured to simultaneously open and close the cold air discharge port and the communication portion by sliding, the operation of switching the use state of one compartment by the damper is remarkably improved. Is.

Furthermore, according to the invention of claim 4, in addition to the invention of claim 2 or claim 3, a heating device for heating the other compartment is provided, so that both compartments can be heated with the cooling device stopped. By heating the apparatus, it becomes possible to display and sell the warmed goods in both compartments, thereby further improving convenience.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a front view of a showcase 1 according to an embodiment to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal front view of the showcase 1 of FIG. 1, and FIGS. 3 to 5 are longitudinal views of different parts of the showcase 1 of FIG. FIG. 6 shows a side sectional view of the showcase 1 of FIG. The showcase 1 is attached to a horizontally long heat insulating wall 2, transparent glass walls 3, 4, 6 standing on the left and right and rear sides of the heat insulating wall 2, and the transparent walls 3, 4, 6. The space above the heat insulating wall 2 surrounded by the heat insulating wall 2, the transparent walls 3, 4, 6 and the top plate 7 is a display chamber 8 opened forward.

The front opening of the display chamber 8 is closed so as to be freely opened and closed by double doors 9 and 9 made of pair glass. The upper surface of the heat insulating wall 2 is a sloped surface with a low front side, and the lower surface has a staircase shape with a high rear side. A machine room 11 is formed below the heat insulating wall 2. The right side (one side in the horizontal direction) is higher and the left side (the other side in the horizontal direction) is continuously recessed toward the machine room 11 side, and the cooling chamber 12 is formed inside the recessed portion. Yes.

And the condenser 13 which comprises a cooling device on the front side of the right side (one side of a horizontal direction) in the machine room 11, the blower 14 for condensers behind that, and the compressor 16 which comprises a cooling device behind it further. Is installed in the cooling chamber 12, which is located on the left side (the other side in the horizontal direction) in the machine room 11, and includes a cooler 17 constituting a cooling device and a blower for circulating cold air. 18 is stored and installed.

In the display chamber 8 on the heat insulating wall 2, shelves 21 and 22 for displaying the product G are provided on the right side and the left side, respectively, and the front side is lowered along the upper surface inclination of the heat insulating wall 2. Has been. And the electric heaters 23 and 24 as a heating apparatus are attached to the back surface of each shelf 21 and 22. FIG. Further, the shelf 22 on the left side closes the upper surface of the cooling chamber 12, and the air outlet 26 that is located on the right side, that is, on one end of the cooling chamber 12 and communicates with the cooling chamber 12 is configured. A cold air inlet 27 that communicates with the cooling chamber 12 is configured on the left side, that is, at the other end of the cooling chamber 12. Moreover, the blower outlet 26 located in the one side edge part of the cooling chamber 12 is located in the approximate center of the left-right direction of the display chamber 8, and the partition wall 28 is provided above it.

The partition wall 28 divides the display chamber 8 into a right side and a left side, and configures one partition chamber 31 on the right side and the other partition chamber 32 on the left side in the display chamber 8. The shelves 21 and 22 constitute the bottom surfaces of the compartments 31 and 32, respectively. Further, the cold air inlet 27 is located at the other end of the compartment 32. Furthermore, the doors 9 and 9 open and close the front openings of the compartments 31 and 32, respectively.

The inside of the partition wall 28 is hollow, and a duct 33 in the partition wall is formed inside, and the lower end of the duct 33 in the partition wall communicates with and seals with the outlet 26 of the cooling chamber 12 (in FIG. 2). Although it is floating, the outlet 26 and the partition wall 28 are actually in close contact). A plurality of cold air discharge ports 36 arranged in the vertical direction are formed in the front and rear rows on the surface of the partition wall 28 on the side of the partition chamber 31, and each cold air discharge port 36 connects the partition wall duct 33 and the partition chamber 31. Communicate. A plurality of cool air discharge ports 37 are formed in the upper part of the partition wall 28 on the partition chamber 32 side, and each cool air discharge port 37 communicates the partition wall duct 33 and the partition chamber 32 with each other. To do.

In this case, the number of the cool air discharge ports 36 (total opening area) is larger than the number of the cool air discharge ports 37 (total opening area) (approximately twice in the embodiment). This is because the cold air inlet 27 is located on the compartment 32 side, so that the amount of cool air discharged to the compartment 32 side through the duct 33 in the compartment wall is inevitably larger than the amount of cool air discharged to the compartment 31 side. This is because it becomes. In the embodiment, the total opening area of the cold air discharge port 36 is made larger than that of the cold air discharge port 37 so that the amount of cold air discharged to the chambers 31 and 32 is made uniform.

A heat insulating material (not shown) is attached to the inner surface of the partition wall 28 on the partition chamber 31 side. Further, dampers 38 and 39 are attached to the front and rear of the partition wall 28 on the partition wall 31 side (removed in FIGS. 4 and 5). A vertically long through hole 41 is formed in the substantially central portion of the damper 38, and a sealing material 42 is attached to the front end. Further, a vertically long through hole 43 is formed in a substantially central portion of the damper 39, and a sealing material 44 is attached to the rear end. The dampers 38 and 39 are supported so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the partition wall 31.

Here, although the partition wall 28 divides the inside of the display chamber 8 substantially to the left and right, the front and rear thereof are separated from the support 46 at the center of the front end and the transparent wall 6, and the front and rear communication portions 47 and 48 (partitions). (There is outside the in-wall duct 33), and the compartments 31 and 32 communicate with each other through these communicating portions 47 and 48. In the state where the front damper 38 is located on the rear side as shown in FIG. 3 (FIG. 6), the through hole 41 matches the cold air discharge port 36 in the front row and opens the cold air discharge port 36. Further, the sealing material 42 is separated from the support column 46 and opens the front communication portion 47. Similarly, in a state where the rear damper 39 is located on the front side, the through hole 43 matches the cold air discharge port 36 in the rear row, and the cold air discharge port 36 is opened. Further, the sealing material 44 is separated from the transparent wall 6 and opens the rear communication portion 48.

On the other hand, in the state where the front damper 38 is located on the front side as shown in FIG. 7 (FIG. 8), the through hole 41 is displaced from the cold air outlet 36 in the front row, and the damper 38 closes the cold air outlet 36. Further, the sealing material 42 simultaneously abuts on the support column 46 and closes the front communication portion 47. Similarly, in a state where the rear damper 39 is positioned on the rear side, the through hole 43 is displaced from the cold air discharge port 36 in the rear row, and the damper 39 closes the cold air discharge port 36. Further, the sealing material 44 simultaneously contacts the transparent wall 6 and closes the rear communication portion 48.

Reference numeral 51 denotes a fluorescent lamp (illuminating device) attached to the upper portion of the communication portion 47 at a position avoiding the movement range of the damper 38, and illuminates the display chamber 8 across both the compartments 31 and 32.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
(1) Cold / cold use mode First, the case where both compartments 31 and 32 (all display rooms 8) are cooled and used will be described. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the damper 38 is moved to the rear side, and the damper 39 is moved to the front side. By this operation, the cool air discharge port 36 and the communication portion 47 in the front row are simultaneously opened, and the cold air discharge port 36 and the communication portion 48 in the rear row are also simultaneously opened.

In addition, the compressor 16 and the fans 14 and 18 of the cooling device are operated. The refrigerant compressed and discharged by the compressor 16 is condensed by the condenser 13 and then decompressed by a decompression device (expansion valve or the like) (not shown) and flows into the cooler 17 and evaporates. Thereby, the cooler 17 exhibits a cooling action. The cool air cooled by the cooler 17 is blown out to the outlet 26 by the blower 18 and flows into the duct 33 in the partition wall. And it discharges in both the compartments 31 and 32 from the cold air discharge ports 36 and 37 of the partition wall 28. Here, since the cold air inlet 27 is provided only on the compartment 32 side, if the total opening area of the cold air outlet 36 and the cold air outlet 37 is the same, the amount of cold air discharged on the compartment 32 side increases. End up. Therefore, in order to supply cold air to the compartment 31 and the compartment 32 substantially uniformly, the total opening area of the cold air outlet 36 is considered in consideration of the balance between the total opening area of the cold air outlet 37 and the total opening area of the cold air outlet 36. Is larger than the cold air outlet 37. The above-mentioned approximately double ratio is set in consideration of such balance. Thereby, cold air is supplied into each of the compartments 31 and 32 substantially evenly.

Then, the cold air circulated in the compartment 32 returns directly to the cooling chamber 12 from the cold air inlet 27 and is sucked into the blower 18. The cold air circulated in the compartment 31 enters the compartment 32 through the front and rear communication portions 47 and 48, and returns to the cooling chamber 12 from the cold air inlet 27 through the compartment 32. The operations of the compressor 16 and the fans 14 and 18 are controlled based on the temperature in the compartment 32. Thereby, it becomes possible to circulate cool air throughout the display room 8 with such a simple air passage configuration, and to cool the product G on the shelves 21 and 22 to a predetermined temperature. It is suitable for the season when many are consumed.

(2) Cold / warm use mode Next, a case where the compartment 31 is heated and the compartment 32 is cooled will be described. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the damper 38 is moved to the front side, and the damper 39 is moved to the rear side. By this operation, the cool air discharge port 36 and the communication portion 47 in the front row are simultaneously closed, and the cold air discharge port 36 and the communication portion 48 in the rear row are simultaneously closed.

The compressor 16 and the fans 14 and 18 of the cooling device are continuously operated. In this case, the cool air discharged from the cooler 17 is blown out by the blower 18 because the cool air discharge port 36 is closed. Then, after flowing into the duct 33 in the partition wall, it is discharged only into the partition chamber 32 from the cold air discharge port 37 of the partition wall 28.

Then, the cold air circulated in the compartment 32 returns to the cooling chamber 12 from the cold air inlet 27 as it is, and is sucked into the blower 18. On the other hand, the electric heater 23 of the shelf 21 is energized and generates heat, and the product G on the shelf 21 is heated. Thus, the compartment 31 can be heated while being used while the compartment 32 is cooled. In the season when both the cooled product and the warmed product are consumed, It is possible to adopt a sales form in which the heated product is displayed in the compartment 31.

In the above, the dampers 38 and 39 simultaneously open and close the cold air outlet 36 and the communication portions 47 and 48 by sliding, so that the use state switching operation of the compartment 31 by the dampers 38 and 39 is remarkably facilitated.

(3) Temperature / temperature use mode Next, the case where both compartments 31 and 32 are heated and used will be described. In addition, the compressor 16 and the fans 14 and 18 of the cooling device are stopped. On the other hand, the electric heater 23 and the electric heater 24 on the shelf 21 and the shelf 22 are energized to generate heat, and warm the product G on the shelf 21 and the shelf 22 (FIG. 9). As a result, both compartments 31 and 32 can be heated and used, and the convenience is greatly improved in seasons when a large amount of heated products are consumed, such as in winter. In this case, the dampers 38 and 39 may be located at any position.

In the present invention, since the compressor 16, the condenser 13 and the cooling chamber 12 are arranged in the horizontal direction as described above, the vertical dimension of the machine chamber 11 is reduced, and the internal volume of the display chamber 8 is reduced. It is possible to reduce the overall height of the showcase 1 without any problems. Thereby, the restriction of the installation location accompanying the height dimension can be solved.

In the embodiment, the present invention is applied to a showcase that can be switched between cold / temperature, but the invention of claim 1 is also effective in a showcase in which only the entire display chamber 8 is used for cooling. In the embodiment, the communication portions 47 and 48 are formed before and after the partition wall 28 and opened and closed by the two dampers 38 and 39. However, for example, the communication portion is formed only on the rear side and one damper is formed. The communication part and the cold air discharge port 36 may be opened and closed simultaneously. In the embodiment, the communication portions 47 and 48 are configured outside the partition wall 28, but the communication portion may be configured in the partition wall 28 in a form separated from the partition wall duct 33.

Further, in the embodiment, the present invention is applied to a showcase having a front door 9. For example, the present invention is also applied to a so-called flat open showcase in which the peripheries of front, rear, left and right are surrounded by a transparent wall and the upper surface is opened. The invention is effective.
