Description

The present invention relates to a rubber veil box and a rubber bale storage method. More specifically, the present invention is a box for storing a rubber veil containing moisture, and does not confine moisture deposited during storage of the rubber veil, thereby preventing deterioration of the quality of the rubber veil due to moisture. And a rubber veil box that has excellent characteristics of being able to prevent foreign matter from being mixed into the rubber veil to be stored and having sufficient mechanical strength, and a rubber veil for storing and storing a water-containing rubber bale in the box It is about the method.

The rubber veil is made of a synthetic rubber before being molded into a rubber product, and usually refers to a solid body of a rectangular parallelepiped having a length of about 20 to 45 × width of 50 to 80 × height of about 15 to 40 cm. The rubber veil is kneaded and processed with various additives, and is processed into a final rubber product through processes such as molding and vulcanization.

The produced rubber veil contains about 0.1 to 1.0% by weight of water used in the production process. Rubber bales are generally stored and stored in a box (container) (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). However, the water contained in the rubber veil is precipitated during storage, the water is condensed on the surface of the rubber bale, and the water accumulated at the bottom of the container significantly wets the rubber veil stored in the bottom of the container. There has been a problem in that the generation of mold on the surface is promoted, and thus the quality of the rubber veil is lowered.

In such a situation, the problem to be solved by the present invention is a box for storing a rubber veil containing water, and does not confine water that precipitates during storage of the rubber bale, and hence the quality of the rubber bale is reduced due to water. A rubber veil box having excellent characteristics that it can prevent foreign matter from entering the rubber veil to be stored, and has sufficient mechanical strength, and a rubber veil containing moisture is stored in the box. It is a point to provide a method for storing rubber veil.

That is, the first invention of the present invention is a box for storing a rubber bale containing moisture, and relates to a box for a rubber bale that satisfies all the following conditions (A) to (E): It is.
(A): The side wall surface has an opening, and the opening ratio is 50 to 90%. (B): The side wall surface of the box is composed of a column portion and a side wall plate for strength compensation, and the column portion is (C): having a bottom plate made of corrugated paper without surface coating at the bottom of the box, and four sides of the bottom plate along the inside of the side wall of the box (D): having side plates made of corrugated paper without surface coating on the inside of the side wall of the box, and the side plates are composed of two sets in which two adjacent surfaces are integrated, and different sets (E): a top plate made of corrugated paper having no surface coating is provided on the top of the box body; and the lower portion of the side plate has a structure that overlaps the outside of the rising portion of the bottom plate. The four sides of the top plate are inside the box side wall, It has a structure that overlaps the outside of the side plate and falls, and has an oblique notch at the end of the falling part.

A second invention of the present invention relates to a rubber bale storage method for storing and storing a water-containing rubber veil in the box according to claim 1.

According to the present invention, a box for storing water-containing rubber bales, which does not trap water deposited during storage of the rubber bales, and thus can prevent and store the quality of the rubber bales due to water. Provided are a rubber veil box having an excellent feature that foreign matter can be prevented from being mixed into the rubber veil, and a sufficient mechanical strength, and a rubber bale storage method for storing and storing a rubber bale containing moisture in the box. be able to.

The box of the present invention has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped or cubic shape, and its size is usually about 110 to 120 cm in length, 110 to 150 cm in width, and about 90 to 130 cm in height.

The box of the present invention has an opening on the side wall surface, and the opening ratio is 50 to 90%, preferably the opening ratio is 65 to 85%. If the opening ratio is too low, the moisture that precipitates during storage of the rubber veil cannot be confined, and thus the problem of preventing deterioration of the quality of the rubber veil due to moisture cannot be solved, while if the opening ratio is too high, the box itself The problem of strength occurs.

The aperture ratio of the present invention refers to the ratio of the total area of the opening portions to the total area of the side wall surface. In calculating the aperture ratio, the area of the side wall surface made of corrugated cardboard without surface coating is included in the area of the opening.

In the box of the present invention, the side wall surface includes a column portion for strength compensation and a side wall plate, the column portion includes a column for longitudinal strength compensation and a column for lateral and longitudinal strength compensation, and an opening is formed inside the box body. 1 having a side plate made of corrugated cardboard without a surface coating for closing (FIG. 1). By doing so, the strength of the box itself is sufficiently compensated, and the water deposited from the rubber veil is actively absorbed and removed by corrugated paper without a surface coating, and the absorbed moisture is removed from the box. The problem due to moisture can be solved by evaporating from the opening to the outside of the box and preventing moisture from staying on the rubber veil surface.

The box of the present invention has a longitudinal strength compensation column and a lateral strength compensation column, and has a side wall plate on the side wall portion adjacent to the bottom portion, so that a side plate made of corrugated paper without a surface coating has a side wall portion. Protruding from the opening can be prevented. In addition, the top plate made of corrugated paper without surface coating is structured to be sandwiched between the side plate made of corrugated paper without surface coating, the longitudinal strength compensation column and the lateral strength compensation column by the stored rubber veil. Since there is no gap and the structure is such that no deviation occurs due to vibration or the like during transportation, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering.

It is preferable that the opening portions are distributed over the entire side wall surface, rather than being concentrated in a portion having the side wall surface.

The box of the present invention has a bottom plate, a side plate, and a top plate made of corrugated paper having no surface coating on the inside. Corrugated paper without surface coating does not use liners laminated with polyethylene terephthalate or polyethylene film used for water repellency and waterproofing, or liners with aluminum vapor deposition, etc., but breathability, water absorption, economy From the standpoints of properties, availability, etc., the liner uses C liner and K liner, and medium shin is general shin (120 g / m 2 , 150 g / m 2 , 180 g / m 2 ) and reinforced shin (180 g). / m 2 , 200 g / m 2 ) are preferred. From the viewpoint of preventing the corrugated paper adhesive from being mixed into the rubber veil, those using double-sided corrugated paper and double-sided corrugated paper are preferred.

The box of the present invention has a bottom plate made of corrugated paper without surface coating at the bottom of the box, and has a structure in which the four sides of the bottom plate rise along the inside of the side wall of the box, and There are side plates made of corrugated paper without surface coating inside the side wall of the body, the side plates are composed of two sets in which two adjacent surfaces are integrated, and the contact portions with different sets are overlapped, and the side plates The lower part of the top plate has a structure that overlaps the outside of the rising part of the bottom plate, and the top of the box has a top plate made of corrugated paper with no surface coating, and the four sides of the top plate are inside the side walls of the box. And it is the structure which overlaps and falls on the outer side of the said side plate, and has a notch of the diagonal direction in the edge part of this falling part. By doing in this way, the side board which consists of corrugated paper without a surface coating of two adjacent surfaces overlaps the outside of the rising part of the bottom board which consists of corrugated paper without surface coating, and the side board which consists of corrugated paper without surface coating overlaps When the top board made of corrugated paper without surface coating overlaps the outside of the side board made of corrugated paper without surface coating, there is no gap between the corrugated papers closing the opening of the box. , Foreign matter can be prevented from entering the rubber veil to be stored. When there is no overlap, when the rubber bale is stored, a gap is generated between the corrugated cardboard sheets, so that it is impossible to prevent foreign matters from being mixed.

In addition, the top plate made of corrugated cardboard without surface coating has a notch in an oblique direction, so that after storing the top rubber veil, between the pillar portion for strength compensation and the side plate made of corrugated paper without surface coating. It has a structure that can be easily inserted. As a result, when it is necessary to inspect the rubber veil stored in the box that is being stored, the top plate made of corrugated cardboard without surface coating can be used for the inspection of the topmost rubber bale without removing the side wall surface. It can be inspected by removing.

When checking the side of the rubber veil, remove the appropriate side wall, fold up only the part that is inserted inside the side wall of the top board made of corrugated paper without surface coating, and remove it from the corrugated paper without surface coating. It can be easily inspected by pulling out the corresponding side wall surface portion of the side plate. At this time, since the side plate made of corrugated paper without surface coating is outside the rising portion of the bottom plate made of corrugated paper without surface coating, it can be easily pulled out. After the inspection of the rubber veil is completed, the above procedure can be reversed to easily restore the original shape. From the viewpoints of preventing contamination and checking during storage, the shapes of the bottom plate, the side plate and the top plate made of corrugated paper without the surface coating of the present invention and the method of overlaying them are extremely important.

Components other than the cardboard portion of the box can be made of metal such as iron or stainless steel, various plastics, or the like. Specific examples of the box of the present invention include those described in JP-A-8-143097 and JP-A-2001-240183, in which openings are provided in the column portion and side wall surface for strength compensation. Can give.

The problem to be solved by the present invention can be solved by storing and storing a rubber veil containing water in the box of the present invention. In addition, the box of the present invention containing rubber bales is used in places where roofs such as warehouses, factories, workshops, etc. are covered, containers used for transportation, truck beds, ships, etc., which are not affected by water such as rain. Is preferable. In addition, since the box of the present invention can prevent foreign matters from being mixed, it can be stored in a rubber bale containing moisture and transported by truck, ship, or airplane.

The rubber veil is usually stored in a box wrapped in a film of polyethylene or the like (which may have a small hole for ventilation) in order to prevent contamination.

Comparative Examples 1-4
As a conventional box, as shown in JP-A-8-143097, a box whose side wall surface is covered with a polypropylene panel (length: 112.5 cm × width: 144.9 cm × height: 91.3 cm, (Excluding pallet height of 12.4 cm) (Comparative Example 1), as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-240183, a box body (length 112.5 cm × width 144.9 cm × height) covered with a side plate made of iron 95 cm in height, the height does not include the pallet height of 12 cm) (Comparative Example 2), a box (Comparative Example 3) in which the opening on the side wall surface of the box shown in FIG. A box (Comparative Example 4) using a corrugated paper (liner laminated with a polyethylene film) having a surface coating on the corrugated paper portion of the box shown in Example 1 was used. A total of 30 rubber veils (ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber, rectangular parallelepiped of about 35 × 70 × 19 cm, initial water content of about 1% by weight) were stacked and stored in a box. Similarly, with 40 boxes stacked in four layers, 20 are stored in a warehouse at 15 to 25 ° C for 7 days, and the remaining 20 are stored in a warehouse at 45 to 50 ° C for 2 days. After that, the inside of each box and the surface of the rubber veil were observed. As a result, when stored in a warehouse at 15 to 25 ° C. for 7 days, moisture stays at the bottom of the box and dew condensation is observed on the surface of the rubber veil, and the warehouse at 45 to 50 ° C. When stored for 2 days, no moisture stayed at the bottom of all the boxes, but dew condensation was observed on the surface of the rubber veil.

Comparative Example 5
As a conventional box, a box having no lateral strength compensating column (2) and side wall plate (3) of the box shown in FIG. 1 was used. The non-coated corrugated paper shown in FIG. 2 (170 g / m 2 C liner, 120 g / m 2 general medium shin, and 170 g / m 2 C liner are bonded to the inside of the box, and the thickness is about 5 mmA. For the bottom plate (4), side plates (5, 5 ') and top plate (6) made of flute corrugated paper), use corrugated paper processed into a shape without overlapping parts, and cover the opening to cover it, A total of 30 rubber veils (ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber, cuboid of about 35 × 70 × 19 cm, initial moisture content of about 1% by weight) were stacked and stored in the box. As a result, in all cases, no moisture retention or condensation was observed in all the boxes, but due to the flowability of the rubber veil in a stationary state (referred to as “flow”), the corrugated cardboard without surface coating was used. Pressure is applied to the side plate, and the side plate made of corrugated cardboard without surface coating is pushed in a form that floats to the outside of the box, resulting in a gap, and there is a gap between the side plate made of cardboard, the top plate, and the bottom plate As a result, the rubber veil stored from the outside of the box can be seen, and dust (dust) adheres to the surface of the stored rubber veil.

In order to check the mechanical strength under the same conditions as in Example 2, the box was set so that the load was evenly applied to the compression tester, at 100 kN (10.197 tf), and at 120 kN (12.237 tf) and 150 kN. At the time of (15.296 tf), the dimension of the 50 cm portion from the top of the box was measured. At 100 kN load, the dimensions of the box are 112.65 cm in length x 144.40 cm in width, which is the difference in dimensions of +0.95 cm in length and -1.05 cm in width compared to no load (0 kN). Although the distortion was larger than that in Example 2 under the same conditions, no damage was observed in appearance. In addition, when the load is 120 kN, the dimensions of the box are 113.05 cm long x 145.60 cm wide, which is a difference in dimensions of +1.35 cm vertical and +1.20 cm wide compared to no load (0 kN). The distortion of the body was larger than that under the same conditions as in Example 2 and larger than that under the load of 100 kN, and one of the longitudinal strength compensating columns was bent in appearance. In addition, at 150 kN load, the size of the box is 1140.0 cm long × 146.35 cm wide, which is a dimensional difference of 2.30 cm long and −1.95 cm wide compared to no load (0 kN). The distortion of the box body was larger than that under the same conditions as in Example 2 and larger than that under the 120 kN load. As a result, one of the longitudinal strength compensating columns was bent.
