Claims (16)
- FCCライザーの底部に設けられたノズルアセンブリであって、
複数のフィードノズル;及び
炭化水素の供給原料と噴霧化ガスとの混合物を前記ライザー中に放出するための各前記フィードノズルの吐出し端部;
を備え、各ノズルの軸は底部にて前記ライザーの軸に平行であり、前記ノズルの前記吐出し端部は底部にて前記ライザーの軸に向かって内側に曲げられているノズルアセンブリ。 - 前記吐出し端部はノズルの軸から5°〜75°、好ましくは10°〜40°曲げられている、請求項1に記載のノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記フィードノズルの位置を互いに物理的に固定するための機械的連結手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 緊急水蒸気を供給するための中央水蒸気ノズルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 予備流動化ガスを供給する手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルが前記ライザーの軸の周りに等距離にて配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルが前記ライザー内に一様な間隔で配置される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザーが水平に又は傾斜して配置されている場合、前記ノズルが前記ライザー内で不均一な間隔で配置される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルの数が2〜8個、好ましくは4〜6個の範囲である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フィードノズルの位置を互いに物理的に固定するための機械的連結手段をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 緊急水蒸気を供給するための中央水蒸気ノズルをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 予備流動化ガスを供給するための手段をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルが前記ライザーの軸の周りに等距離にて配置される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルの数が2〜8個、好ましくは4〜6個の範囲である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 流動接触分解法において触媒と炭化水素の供給原料とを接触させるための装置であって、
再生された触媒を供給するための第1の導管;
前記再生された触媒を受け入れるために前記第1の導管の出口端部に連結された開口部を有する第2の導管;及び
炭化水素の供給原料と水蒸気との混合物を前記触媒中に供給するため前記第2の導管内に配置され且つ複数のフィードノズルを備えたフィードノズルアセンブリ
を備え、各ノズルの軸は底部にて前記第2の導管の軸に平行であり、各ノズルは、前記炭化水素の供給原料と噴霧化水蒸気とをノズルから前記第2の導管中に放出して前記再生された触媒と接触させるために、前記第2の導管の軸に向けて内側に曲げられた吐出し端部を備える装置。 - 流動接触分解装置において供給原料と触媒との所望の接触状態を得るための方法であって、
再生された触媒を導管に供給する工程;
前記導管内に複数のフィードノズルを配置する工程;
前記導管の軸中心に向けて前記各フィードノズルの吐出し端部を曲げる工程;
前記フィードノズルの入口に炭化水素の供給原料を供給する工程;
前記フィードノズルの第2の入口を介して噴霧化流体を前記フィードノズル中に供給する工程;
前記フィードノズル内で前記炭化水素の供給原料と前記噴霧化流体とを混合する工程;
前記炭化水素の供給原料と前記噴霧化流体とから得られた混合物を前記フィードノズルの曲げられた前記吐出し端部の開口部から噴出させる工程;
前記フィードノズルの前記吐出し端部にて前記炭化水素の供給原料と前記噴霧化流体との混合物を前記再生された触媒とすぐに直接接触させる工程;及び
前記再生された触媒と前記炭化水素の供給原料と噴霧化ガスとから得られた混合物を前記第2の導管の排出端部から噴出させる工程;
を含む方法。
