Claims (10)
- インペラを具備し、このインペラは、ハウジング内で、前記インペラ上にあるいはその中に配された磁石と前記ハウジング上にあるいはその中に配されたステータとの相互作用によって磁気的に回転させられるよう構成されてなる軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプであって、
前記インペラは、複数のブレードを支持する少なくとも一つの支持リングと、前記インペラの回転軸線に関して少なくとも軸方向および半径方向に作用を及ぼす流体式ベアリングと、を具備してなることを特徴とする軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。 - 前記流体式ベアリングは専ら前記インペラを空隙内で浮遊させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- 前記流体式ベアリングは傾斜パッドによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- 前記支持リングは前記流体式ベアリングを具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- 前記支持リングは前記磁石を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- 前記複数のブレードは、前記支持リングからポンプ中心に向かって延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- 前記ブレードは、ポンプから流れ出る血液を整流するために、ピッチが減少するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- スパイダーおよびシールを具備していないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- 作動時、前記インペラは、その外面周りの逆行血液流にさらされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ロータリー式血液ポンプ。
- 図面のいずれか一つを参照して明細書中で説明された血液ポンプ。
