Claims (8)

A bathroom space with a bathtub and washing area;
A toilet space with a toilet,
A bathroom vanity that is disposed at a position separating the bathroom space and the toilet space and can be used from either the bathroom space or the toilet space;
Sanitary equipment room characterized by comprising. The said vanity is provided with a basin that is symmetrical with respect to a line that becomes a boundary between the bathroom space and the toilet space, and a faucet and a drain outlet are disposed on the axis of symmetry. 1. Sanitary equipment room. The sanitary equipment room according to claim 1, wherein each of the bathroom space and the toilet space has a dedicated entrance. The sanitary equipment room closes the opening on the counter top on the bathroom space side of the vanity when fully opened, and closes the opening on the rim of the bathtub facing the washing area when closed. The sanitary equipment room according to claim 1, further comprising a single door. The vanity is provided with an upper storage cabinet at a position where it can be used from either the bathroom space or the toilet space at the top, and the door of the cabinet is formed to be openable and closable in either the left or right direction. The sanitary equipment room according to claim 1. The sanitary equipment room according to claim 1, wherein a lower part of the wash basin of the vanity is divided into a bathroom cabinet accessible from the bathroom space and a toilet cabinet accessible from the toilet space. The toilet includes a top plate that is installed horizontally in a region extending from the periphery of the toilet to the wall on the back side of the toilet and the walls on both sides at the same height as the top of the toilet with the toilet seat raised. 2. The sanitary equipment room according to claim 1, further comprising a toilet seat cover which is surrounded by a side plate standing upright from a lower front surface of the plate to the floor surface and covers the top plate together with the toilet seat. Provided between the side wall of the toilet bowl and the side surface of the toilet bowl is a partition erected at a height from the floor to the toilet seat cover, and on the space partitioned by the partition, the toilet seat cover and 8. The sanitary equipment room according to claim 7, wherein a storage space is formed by juxtaposing a cover that can be opened and closed substantially in the same section with the toilet seat cover.
