Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicular brake control device that automatically reduces a braking force applied to a wheel to alleviate a shock when the vehicle is stopped.
However, since the first reference speed for starting the shock relaxation control is constant in this brake control device, when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated and stopped, the vehicle speed reaches the first reference speed until the vehicle stops. The time is short. For this reason, the braking force is rapidly reduced by the shock mitigation control, and the shock when the vehicle is stopped cannot be sufficiently mitigated. On the other hand, when the vehicle is slowly decelerated and stopped, the time from when the vehicle speed reaches the first reference speed until the vehicle stops increases, so the braking force begins to decrease at an earlier timing than necessary. Give the person a sense of incongruity
In addition, the brake control device reduces the vehicle deceleration when the vehicle speed becomes lower than a second reference speed (for example, 1 km / h) smaller than the first reference speed after starting the shock relaxation control. Fix to a certain size and stop the vehicle. At this time, the forward leaning posture (so-called nose dive) of the vehicle that has occurred at the time of deceleration returns to the original, and a shock due to the vehicle swinging back occurs.
In order to prevent the shock caused by the swing back, when the vehicle speed is lower than the second reference speed, when the control for decelerating the vehicle at a deceleration proportional to the vehicle speed is continuously performed, Due to errors in the vehicle speed sensor in the low speed range and changes in deceleration due to the inclination of the road surface, errors in the vehicle speed and deceleration are likely to occur, and it is difficult to prevent a shock due to the vehicle swinging back immediately after stopping.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to reduce the braking force applied to the wheels to alleviate the shock when the vehicle is stopped, when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated or stopped, or the vehicle is slowly decelerated and stopped. Even in such a case, it is possible to perform the operation without giving the driver a sense of incongruity, and to prevent a shock due to the vehicle swinging back immediately after stopping.
In order to solve the above problem, when the speed acquisition means for acquiring the speed of the vehicle and the speed acquired by the speed acquisition means in a state in which a braking force is applied to the wheel is equal to or lower than the first reference speed, Deceleration shock mitigation control means for controlling the braking force applied to the wheels to a magnitude corresponding to the speed of the vehicle, deceleration acquisition means for acquiring the vehicle deceleration, and the deceleration acquired by the deceleration acquisition means The speed acquired by the speed acquisition means in a state where the control by the first reference speed changing means for changing the first reference speed to a magnitude corresponding to the speed and the deceleration shock mitigation control means is performed. When the speed falls below the second reference speed, which is smaller than the one reference speed, the braking force applied to the wheels is reduced to a preset minimum braking force, and then the stop shock is relaxed for control to increase the braking force. A structure and a control unit adopted in a brake control system for a vehicle.
The vehicle brake control device is preferably configured such that the first reference speed changing means changes the first reference speed to a magnitude proportional to the deceleration acquired by the deceleration acquiring means.
The deceleration acquisition means is preferably configured as follows.
1) The vehicle deceleration is calculated based on the speed acquired by the speed acquisition means.
2) The vehicle deceleration is calculated based on a detection signal from a hydraulic pressure sensor that detects the pressure in the master cylinder or a detection signal from a hydraulic pressure sensor that detects the pressure in the wheel cylinder.
3) The deceleration of the vehicle is calculated based on a detection signal from a stroke sensor that detects the depression amount of the brake pedal or a detection signal from a depression force sensor that detects the depression force of the brake pedal.
In addition, the vehicle brake control device is more preferable when the following configuration is added.
1) Nose dive amount acquiring means for acquiring the nose dive amount of the vehicle, and second reference speed changing means for changing the second reference speed to a magnitude corresponding to the nose dive amount acquired by the nose dive amount acquiring means. Is further provided.
2) Nose dive amount acquisition means for acquiring the nose dive amount of the vehicle, and minimum braking force change means for changing the minimum braking force to a magnitude corresponding to the nose dive amount acquired by the nose dive amount acquisition means. Provide.
3) Nose dive amount acquisition means for acquiring the nose dive amount of the vehicle, and the increase rate of the braking force by the stop shock mitigation control means is changed to a magnitude corresponding to the nose dive amount acquired by the nose dive amount acquisition means And an increasing speed changing means.
The nose dive amount acquisition means is preferably configured as follows.
1) The vehicle deceleration is calculated based on the speed acquired by the speed acquisition means, and the nose dive amount of the vehicle is calculated based on the calculated deceleration.
2) The nose dive amount of the vehicle is calculated based on a detection signal from a stroke sensor that detects the stroke of the suspension or a detection signal from a vertical acceleration sensor that detects vertical acceleration of the suspension.
In addition, the vehicle brake control device includes a travel inhibition braking force calculation unit that calculates a braking force necessary to prevent travel due to road gradient (travel due to the vehicle's own weight and engine creep force), and a driver's Braking operation amount acquisition means for acquiring a braking operation amount is further provided, and an increase in braking force by the stop shock mitigation control means is determined by the braking force calculated by the travel inhibition braking force calculation means and the braking operation amount acquisition means. It is more preferable to perform the larger one of the acquired braking operation amounts as the upper limit.
At this time, the travel inhibition braking force calculation means includes, for example, deceleration calculation means for calculating vehicle deceleration based on the speed acquired by the speed acquisition means, and before and after detecting deceleration in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A braking force necessary to prevent the vehicle from traveling due to a road surface gradient is calculated based on the deceleration detected by the front and rear G sensors and the deceleration calculated by the deceleration calculation means. It is possible to adopt a configuration to
The vehicle brake control device of the present invention changes the first reference speed to a magnitude corresponding to the signal corresponding to the deceleration of the vehicle. Therefore, when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated and stopped, the vehicle speed is the first speed. It is possible to secure a time from the reaching of the reference speed to the stop and to gradually reduce the braking force, and to surely reduce the shock when the vehicle stops. Further, even when the vehicle is slowly decelerated and stopped, the timing at which the braking force is reduced can be prevented from being earlier than necessary, and the shock when the vehicle stops can be alleviated without a sense of incongruity.
Further, when the vehicle speed becomes lower than the second reference speed, the braking force is reduced to a preset minimum braking force, and the forward leaning posture of the vehicle caused by the deceleration is relaxed. Shocks due to vehicle swingback are less likely to occur.
Further, the first reference speed changing means that changes the first reference speed to a magnitude proportional to the deceleration acquired by the deceleration acquiring means rapidly decelerates the vehicle and stops. Even when the vehicle is slowly decelerated and stopped, the vehicle stops approximately the same time after the control of the deceleration shock mitigation control means starts. Therefore, the timing at which the reduction of the braking force by the deceleration shock mitigation control means starts according to the driver's feeling, and the braking feeling is excellent.
Further, the deceleration acquisition means calculates the vehicle deceleration based on the speed acquired by the speed acquisition means, and the vehicle deceleration based on the vehicle speed that is stable and easy to detect. Since the calculation is performed, the value of the first reference speed is stable and is unlikely to malfunction.
The deceleration acquisition means calculates the deceleration of the vehicle based on a detection signal from a hydraulic pressure sensor that detects the pressure in the master cylinder or a detection signal from a hydraulic pressure sensor that detects the pressure in the wheel cylinder. In such a case, the deceleration of the vehicle is acquired without the operation of the wheel cylinder. Therefore, the response of the change in the first reference speed when the deceleration of the vehicle changes is good, and even when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated and stopped, the shock at the time of stopping can be more reliably mitigated.
Similarly, the deceleration acquisition means calculates the deceleration of the vehicle based on a detection signal from a stroke sensor that detects the depression amount of the brake pedal or a detection signal from a depression force sensor that detects the depression force of the brake pedal. Since the vehicle deceleration is acquired without the operation of the wheel cylinder, the response of the change in the first reference speed is good when the vehicle deceleration changes, and the shock at the time of stopping is more reliable. Can be relaxed.
A nose dive amount acquiring means for acquiring a nose dive amount of the vehicle; a second reference speed changing means for changing the second reference speed to a magnitude corresponding to the nose dive amount acquired by the nose dive amount acquiring means; Can further prevent the braking feeling from becoming undesirably when the second reference speed is reduced when the nose dive amount of the vehicle is small and the vehicle is slowly decelerated to stop.
Further, nose dive amount acquisition means for acquiring the nose dive amount of the vehicle, and minimum braking force change means for changing the minimum braking force to a magnitude corresponding to the nose dive amount acquired by the nose dive amount acquisition means What is provided is that the minimum braking force is reduced when the nose dive amount of the vehicle is large, and even when the vehicle is decelerated rapidly and stopped, the shock due to the swingback immediately after stopping is more reliably prevented. can do.
In addition, the nose dive amount acquisition means for acquiring the nose dive amount of the vehicle, and the increase rate of the braking force by the stop shock mitigation control means is changed to a size according to the nose dive amount acquired by the nose dive amount acquisition means. In addition, when the vehicle nose dive amount is large, the increase speed changing means for reducing the braking force increase speed by the stop shock mitigation control means is reduced, and the vehicle is rapidly decelerated to stop. Further, it is possible to more reliably prevent a shock caused by the vehicle swinging back immediately after stopping.
Further, the nose dive amount acquisition means calculates the vehicle deceleration based on the speed acquired by the speed acquisition means, and calculates the vehicle nose dive amount based on the calculated deceleration. The device configuration is simple and economical.
The nose dive amount acquisition means calculates a nose dive amount of the vehicle based on a detection signal from a stroke sensor that detects a suspension stroke or a detection signal from a vertical acceleration sensor that detects vertical acceleration of the suspension. In such a case, since the nose dive amount of the vehicle is acquired from the operation of the suspension, even when the on-vehicle weight is large, it is possible to more reliably prevent a shock due to the swingback immediately after the stop.
Further, the braking force is increased by the stop shock mitigation control means with the larger one of the braking force calculated by the travel inhibition braking force calculation means and the braking operation amount acquired by the braking operation amount acquisition means as an upper limit. As a result, the braking force necessary to prevent the vehicle from traveling due to the road surface gradient is secured at a minimum according to the road surface gradient, so it can be stopped even on steep downhill slopes, ensuring safety. Is expensive.

Control of the brake system configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 3 shows the main routine of this control. First, various variables are initialized (step S 1 ), and the detection signals of the sensors are captured (step S 2 ). (Step Subsequently, to calculate the speed of the present vehicle based on the detection signals from the wheel speed sensors 21FL~21RR (Step S 3), for calculating the deceleration of the current vehicle from the time variation of the velocity of the calculated vehicle S 4).

Subsequently, a travel inhibition braking force Fg is calculated (step S 6 ). The travel inhibition braking force Fg is a braking force required to prevent travel due to road gradient (travel due to the vehicle's own weight and engine creep force). The calculation of the travel inhibition braking force Fg will be described based on a subroutine shown in FIG.

On the other hand, when the acceleration due to the road surface gradient is negative (step S 32 ), it is considered that the vehicle is on an uphill, and therefore, the control obtained by subtracting the torque necessary to prevent the traveling due to the gradient from the creep torque. power is calculated as a running inhibiting component braking force Fg (step S 34).
Thereafter, the control mode is determined (step S 7 ). The control mode is a method for calculating the braking force applied to the wheel. In this embodiment, the braking force is calculated in any one of the
First, it is determined whether or not the driver is performing a braking operation based on the fluid pressure in the
When the control mode is not set to either
On the other hand, when the control mode is set to Mode 2 (Step S 43), it is determined whether or not the velocity of the present vehicle is smaller than the second reference speed (step S 50). When the current vehicle speed is lower than the second reference speed, the counter C in mode 3 is returned to zero (step S 51 ), and mode 3 is set as the control mode (step S 52 ).
Further, when the braking operation is stopped such as when the driver removes his / her foot from the brake pedal 1 (step S 41 ), the control mode is returned to mode 1 (step S 53 ).
After determining the control mode in this way, when the control mode is mode 1 (step S 8 ), the braking operation amount Fd is set as the braking force (step S 9 ). On the other hand, when the control mode is mode 2 (step S 8 ), the braking force is calculated so as to reduce the braking force to a magnitude corresponding to the current vehicle speed (step S 10 ).
As the calculation of the braking force in
When the control mode is mode 3 (step S 8 ), the braking force is reduced to the minimum braking force F 0 immediately after switching from
First, the counter C is incremented by 1 for each calculation cycle (step S 61 ), and when the counter C is 1 (step S 62 ), that is, the calculation cycle immediately after the control mode is switched from
The
Similarly, when the hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure sensors 9FL to 9RR is smaller than the hydraulic pressure corresponding to the braking force calculated by the
Further, when the hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure sensors 9FL to 9RR is equal to the hydraulic pressure corresponding to the braking force calculated by the
Next, the relationship between the vehicle speed and the braking force when the brake control device is used will be described. When the driver performs a braking operation, as shown in FIG. 9, when the vehicle speed is higher than the first reference speed, the braking force is calculated in the control mode of
When the speed of the vehicle becomes lower than the first reference speed, the control mode is switched from
Furthermore, the speed of the vehicle becomes smaller than the second reference speed, the control mode is switched from the
When this brake control device is used, when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated and stopped, the first reference speed also increases because the deceleration of the vehicle is large. Therefore, a time from when the vehicle speed reaches the first reference speed until the vehicle stops is ensured, the braking force is gently reduced, and the shock when the vehicle is stopped is surely mitigated.
Also, as shown in FIG. 10, when the vehicle is slowly decelerated and stopped, the first reference speed is also small because the deceleration of the vehicle is small. Therefore, it is prevented that the timing for starting the shock mitigation control is earlier than necessary, and the shock when the vehicle is stopped is mitigated without a sense of incongruity.
Further, when the vehicle speed becomes lower than the second reference speed, the braking force is reduced to the minimum braking force F 0 , and at this time, the nose dive energy is absorbed by the vehicle kinetic energy and reduced, so that the stop Shocks due to the vehicle swinging back immediately after are less likely to occur.
Since the first reference speed is set as a constant multiple of the vehicle deceleration, even when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated and stopped as shown in FIG. 9, the vehicle is slowly moved as shown in FIG. When the vehicle is decelerated and stopped, the vehicle stops approximately at the same time after the control mode is switched from
Further, since the deceleration of the vehicle is calculated based on the vehicle speed that is stable and easy to detect, the value of the first reference speed is stable and there are few malfunctions.
In addition, since the braking force is increased up to the upper limit of the braking force and the amount of braking operation after the sudden decrease, the braking force according to the road surface gradient is ensured, and a steep slope with a downward slope is secured. It is possible to stop reliably on the road.
In the above embodiment, the first reference speed is changed to a magnitude corresponding to the deceleration calculated based on the vehicle speed detected by each of the wheel speed sensors 21FL to 21RR. However, the
Similarly, the vehicle deceleration may be calculated based on the detection signals of the hydraulic pressure sensors 9FL to 9RR, and the first reference speed may be changed to a magnitude corresponding to the deceleration. Even in this case, since the vehicle deceleration is acquired without the operation of the wheel cylinders 7FL to 7RR, the response of the change in the first reference speed when the vehicle deceleration changes is good, Shock can be mitigated more reliably.
Similarly, a stroke sensor for detecting the depression amount of the
As shown in FIG. 10, the second reference speed is preferably set so as to decrease as the vehicle deceleration decreases. If it does in this way, when the energy of a nose dive is small, such as when stopping from a slow running state, the braking feeling is unlikely to become sweet. The second reference speed, and sets to zero when less than the reference value deceleration of the vehicle is set in advance, so as to set the minimum braking force F 0 at the same size as the travel blocking component braking force Fg May be.
Also, the minimum braking force F 0 is the smaller the larger the deceleration of the vehicle preferred. In this way, when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated and stopped, the energy of the nose dive can be greatly reduced, and the shock caused by the swingback immediately after the stop can be more reliably prevented. Furthermore, if the increase coefficient A is reduced as the vehicle deceleration increases, it is possible to secure a time for reducing the energy of the nose dive when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated and stopped, and the vehicle swings back immediately after stopping. The shock due to can be prevented more reliably.
The degree of forward leaning posture (nose dive amount) of the vehicle during deceleration increases as the vehicle deceleration increases. Therefore, in the above embodiment, using the deceleration calculated based on the speed of the vehicle detected by the wheel speed sensors 21FL~21RR as nose dive amount, the second reference speed, the minimum braking force F 0, a gain coefficient A The size is changed according to the nose dive amount, but the second reference speed, the minimum braking force F 0 , and the increase coefficient A are changed in accordance with the nose dive amount of the vehicle acquired in another form. You may do it.
For example, the vehicle is provided with a stroke sensor that detects the stroke of the suspension, and the second reference speed, the minimum braking force F 0 , and the increase coefficient A are changed according to the nose dive amount calculated based on the detection signal from the stroke sensor. You may make it make it. In this way, since the nose dive amount of the vehicle is acquired from the operation of the suspension, even when the vehicle weight is large, it is possible to more reliably prevent a shock due to the swingback immediately after the stop. Similarly, the vertical acceleration sensor for detecting a vertical acceleration of the suspension provided, in accordance with the nose-dive amount calculated based on the detection signal from the vertical acceleration sensor second reference speed, the minimum braking force F 0, increased The coefficient A may be changed.
In the above embodiment, the braking force when the driver performs the braking operation is controlled to reduce the shock by reducing the braking force. However, the brake control is performed according to the traveling environment of the vehicle (such as the distance between the vehicles). You may make it perform the same control about the braking force which an apparatus generate | occur | produces automatically.
