Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a building having a storage space and a building having a structure suitable for providing the storage space.
In a building such as a house, a storage space such as a close-in, a top bag, a storage door, etc. is generally provided to store articles. In addition to these traditional storage spaces, in recent years, an intermediate floor lower than the upper and lower floors is formed between the upper and lower floors, and the intermediate floor is used as a storage space. Buildings have been put into practical use (for example, see
However, in the general two-
Then, in the
It is an object of the present invention to provide a building capable of constructing a large storage type storage space having a vertical position relative to a living room or the like without increasing the height of the building and without causing a significant cost increase. One of them.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a building having such a structure that can realize such a storage space without significant changes to the structure of an existing building.
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the first invention, a storage room is provided below the lower surface of the boundary between adjacent upper and lower floors, and a living room or garage is provided between the lower surface of the storage room and the lower floor surface. Is provided. In this case, a floor surface of a living room or a garage formed between the lower surface of the storage room and the floor surface of the lower floor is formed lower than the floor surface of another living room formed on the lower surface of the boundary portion. Is preferred.
According to the first invention, without providing an intermediate floor between the upper and lower floors, the lower floor is provided with a storage chamber below the lower surface of the boundary between the upper and lower floors, and between the lower surface and the lower floor surface. A living room and garage are provided. Therefore, a large storage type storage room can be obtained without increasing the overall height of the building and without causing a significant cost increase. In this case, the height of the living room or the garage can be secured by setting the position of the floor surface of the living room or the garage provided below the storage room to be lower than the standard lower floor.
The second invention is characterized in that a storage room is provided upward from the upper surface of the boundary between adjacent upper and lower floors, and a living room is provided between the upper surface of the storage room and the roof. In this case, it is preferable that the ceiling surface of the living room is formed higher than the ceiling surface of another living room formed on the upper surface of the boundary portion.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a room is provided above the upper surface of the boundary between the upper and lower floors adjacent to each other, and a storage room is provided between the upper surface of the room and the roof. In this case, it is preferable that the ceiling surface of the living room is formed lower than the ceiling surface of another living room formed on the upper surface of the boundary portion.
According to the second and third aspects of the present invention, the living room and the storage room are arranged in a vertical relationship on the upper floor above the boundary between the upper and lower floors without providing an intermediate floor between the upper and lower floors. Is done. Also in this case, it is possible to obtain a large storage type storage room without increasing the height of the entire building and without causing a significant increase in cost.
The fourth invention is characterized in that a living room is provided downward from the lower surface of the boundary between adjacent upper and lower floors, and a storage room is provided between the lower surface of the living room and the floor surface of the lower floor. In this case, the ceiling surface of the storage room formed between the lower surface of the living room and the floor surface of the lower floor is formed higher than the top of the foundation, and further, the floor surface of the storage room is formed with the boundary portion. It is preferable to form it lower than the floor surface of another living room formed on the lower surface. Further, the height position of the top edge of the foundation surrounding the storage room is formed lower than the height position of the top edge of the other foundation, or the height position of the top edge of the foundation other than the foundation surrounding the storage room is set. More preferably, it is formed higher than the height position of the top edge of the foundation surrounding the storage chamber.
According to the fourth invention, without providing an intermediate floor between the upper and lower floors, the lower floor is provided with a room below the lower surface of the boundary between the upper and lower floors, and is stored between the lower surface and the lower floor surface. A room is provided. Therefore, a large storage type storage room can be obtained without increasing the overall height of the building and without causing a significant cost increase. In this case, the height of the living room above the storage room can be secured by setting the position of the floor of the storage room to be lower than the standard lower floor. Furthermore, if the height position of the top edge of the foundation surrounding the storage room is formed low or the height position of the top edge of the other foundation is formed high, the height of the living room and the storage room arranged above and below is further increased. It becomes easy to secure.
In each of the first to fourth inventions, it is preferable that the height of the storage chamber is set to a range of 1.4 m or less. This is because the upper limit of 1.4 m is advantageous in that the storage room is not regarded as a living room in the Building Standard Law. In each of the first and fourth inventions, a part of the boundary between the upper and lower floors may be deleted so that the upper floor room or the step floor is blown up.
Here, the following fifth to seventh inventions can be cited as inventions related to a frame structure suitable for obtaining the storage chamber.
That is, the fifth invention comprises a main frame constituting the entire structure of the building and a skip frame forming a storage room, and the skip frame is supported by a load bearing wall provided between the columns of the main frame. It is characterized by. In this case, it is preferable that at least a part of the pillar of the main frame and the column of the skip frame are combined. Further, the columns of the main frame and the skip frame are both supported by the top end of the foundation, and the skip floor beam of the skip frame is provided in an area surrounded by these columns, and the outer periphery side of the skip floor beam and It is more preferable to connect the columns of the main frame facing each other.
According to the fifth invention, the skip frame is supported by the load-bearing walls provided between the columns of the main frame, so that the structure calculation of the main frame is avoided as much as possible while maintaining the seismic strength of the skip frame. can do. And the space of a foundation can be used effectively by arrange | positioning the bearing wall which supports a skip frame between the pillars of a main frame. Further, if the pillar of the main frame is also used as the column of the skip frame, the skip frame can be used as a bearing wall of the main frame, which is advantageous in terms of cost. Furthermore, the main frame and the skip frame columns are supported on the top of the foundation, and the skip floor beam of the skip frame is provided in the area surrounded by each of these columns, the outer side of the skip floor beam and the main frame column facing it. By connecting them to each other, the pillar of the main frame does not get in the way when installing the skip frame.
The sixth invention is characterized by comprising a main frame constituting the entire structure of the building and a skip frame forming a storage room, wherein the skip frame is set independently of the main frame. In this case, it is preferable that the skip frame is self-supporting by being connected to the foundation at a position different from the main frame. Furthermore, it is more preferable that the skip frame includes at least a plurality of skip pillars and skip floor beams connected to the skip pillars, a support fitting is provided on a side surface of the foundation, and the skip pillars are fixed to the support fitting. .
According to the sixth invention, since the main frame and the skip frame are provided independently, the addition of the skip frame does not complicate the structure calculation of the main frame, and the mass production and the diversification of the layout are possible. It will be suitable. In order to set the skip frame independently, the skip frame may be connected to the foundation to be independent. In this case, it is conceivable to add a separate foundation for the skip frame. However, if a support bracket is provided on the side of the foundation used for the main frame and the skip column of the skip frame is fixed to the support bracket, the skip frame is skipped. A foundation dedicated to the frame is not required, which is advantageous in terms of cost.
The seventh invention comprises a main frame constituting the entire structure of the building and a skip frame forming a storage room, the skip frame is connected to the upper floor beam of the main frame, the upper floor beam and the The skip frame and the upper floor structure are integrated. In this case, it is preferable that the skip frame is provided so as to be suspended from the main frame. Moreover, it is preferable to connect the skip floor beam and the upper floor beam of the skip frame with a bearing wall. Furthermore, it is preferable to use at least a part of the main frame pillar and the skip frame pillar.
According to the seventh invention, the upper floor beam and the skip frame are integrated into the upper floor structure so that the skip frame can be regarded as an attached part of the upper floor beam in the structural calculation of the main frame. Therefore, the addition of the skip frame does not complicate the structural calculation of the main frame and is suitable for mass production. In addition, in order to configure the upper floor beam and the skip frame to be regarded as an integral upper floor structure, it is easily realized by connecting the skip floor beam of the skip frame and the upper floor beam with a bearing wall. be able to. Further, if the pillar of the main frame is also used as the column of the skip frame, the skip frame can be used as a bearing wall of the main frame, which is advantageous in terms of cost.
In each of the above inventions, a skip floor or the like can be obtained without changing the height of the substructure member such as the outer wall as in the prior art, which is extremely advantageous in terms of cost.
In this specification, the skip frame refers to a structure that constitutes a skip floor, and has, for example, a skip floor beam that constructs a skip floor as a specific frame structure, and in some cases, the skip floor beam. It also includes skip pillars connected to
(Explanation about the overall structure of the building)
Below, the building which is one embodiment which actualized the invention is demonstrated, referring FIG. In addition, FIG. 1 is a schematic longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the whole building of this embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In the
In the present embodiment, a plurality of
Each of the
And although the
In addition, although the large storage
2A, a
In addition, although not shown, in the second-

In FIG. 3B, the
In FIG. 3 (c), the

(Description of concrete structure to realize the above frame model)
Next, a specific structure for realizing the frame model will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 is a front view showing a framework structure in the

First, the

Next, the
Of the skip frames 54a and 54b, the
The

The upper ends of the
Next, a
The
Skip
The
The upper ends of the
Moreover, it is good also as a frame structure shown in FIG. 8 instead of the example of FIG. This corresponds to the structure of the

(Description of interior finish)
When the
In the case of adopting such a frame structure in which the
That is, the
With this configuration, even if the
In the example of FIG. 9, a
In addition, a fire-
