金型の型開閉を行う駆動源を有する型締駆動手段と、該型締駆動手段を搭載した支持部材と、固定側金型の取り付けられる固定ダイプレートと、該固定ダイプレートと前記支持部材に架設されたタイバーと、該タイバーに案内され型開閉方向に進退する可動側金型の取り付けられる可動ダイプレートと、前記可動ダイプレートを進退させると共に前記型締駆動手段により発生した推力をより大きな力に増幅して前記金型の型締めを行うトグルリンク機構とを備えた射出成形機であって、前記トグルリンク機構に構成され回動自在に接続された複数のリンクアームの接続部に、固形潤滑部材を具備した転がり軸受を介在させたことを特徴とする射出成形機。   A mold clamping drive means having a drive source for opening and closing the mold, a support member mounted with the mold clamping drive means, a fixed die plate to which a fixed mold is attached, the fixed die plate and the support member A tie bar installed, a movable die plate that is guided by the tie bar and attached to a movable mold that advances and retreats in the mold opening and closing direction, and the movable die plate is advanced and retracted and the thrust generated by the mold clamping driving means is increased.
