Description

The present invention relates to a puff used during face washing (hereinafter simply referred to as a face washing puff).

Conventionally used face-washing puffs are generally flat, for example, oval, entirely covered with a sponge core material with a cloth or the like. However, this conventional face-washing puff mainly removes makeup, dirt, dirt, fat and the like, and little consideration has been given to the effect of the material on the skin.

There exists patent document 1 as what considered the influence which a raw material has on skin. The purpose of this is to provide a facial puff with antibacterial, antifungal and deodorant properties that can remove fats and wastes that are harmful to beauty from the surface of the skin and does not adversely affect the skin. In a face washing puff comprising a cushion material as a core material and encapsulating a cloth body, a fiber pile knitting in which a surface cloth body is fixed to a fiber surface with a composite of deacetylated chitin and sericin It is characterized by being formed of a dough.

Adoption of the above fiber is excellent in water absorption and drying properties, has resistance to wrinkles, and has properties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, reduction resistance and organic solvent, so it can be used for a long time. Is based on the result that it is not affected by cosmetics and face wash, and does not affect the skin.

And since this fiber is relatively thin and loop pile knitted fabric, sweat glands and pores, dirt on the surface such as dirt, fat and waste products that clog deep in the pores and cause acne Can be removed. Therefore, it is said that facial beauty and health are improved.

Moreover, there exists patent document 2 as what improved these effects further. This aims to further improve the beauty and health of the face by more effectively removing dirt and surface dirt such as dirt and fat and waste products that clog deep in pores and cause acne. Yes, it was achieved by making the fiber fabric a special configuration.

The technical content is a face-washing puff made of a soft urethane foam material with the cell membrane removed and encapsulated in a fiber fabric, the fiber fabric being a knitted pile knitted fabric, It is characterized by being a knitted or knitted fabric composed of 10 to 90% of microfiber and other spun yarns of 90 to 10%. Microfiber is a fiber of 1 dtex or less, usually Polyester or nylon fibers are preferably used.

However, it cannot be said that there is no problem even if it is in the face washing puff in Patent Document 2, for example, there is an influence on the skin that comes from the fact that the microfiber is very thin, It has been pointed out that the effect of the pile, which is easy to “sit” and that should directly touch the skin and perform functions such as makeup removal, is reduced. And if “plum” occurs in the pile, so-called drainage will be worsened and the feeling of use will be reduced.

The gist of the present invention is a face-washing puff 10 comprising a soft foam material as a core material 1 and encapsulated in a pile knitted fabric 2, wherein the pile knitted fabric 2 is a cotton / chitin chitosan bisucose short fiber. A cotton / chitin chitosan viscose short fiber A and a polylactic acid fiber long fiber B are twisted from an opening 4 provided in the ground part 3 of the pile knitted fabric 2 and composed of A and a polylactic acid fiber long fiber B. The loop pile portion 5 is formed without matching, and then the polylactic acid fiber-based long fiber B of the loop pile portion 5 is contracted by a heat set, and the base of the cotton / chitin chitosan bisucose-based short fiber A is A face-washing puff supported by lactic acid fiber-based long fibers B and having cotton / chitin chitosan viscose-based short fibers A raised, more specifically, a plurality of loop pile portions 5 And loop pileless part 6 are alternately formed Is a cleansing for the puff was.

The constitution of the present invention is as described above, and the base of the cotton / chitin chitosan biscorse short fiber A in the loop pile portion 5 of the pile knitted fabric 2 is supported by heat shrinking the polylactic acid fiber long fiber B. In this way, it is possible to efficiently remove dirt, fat and waste products on the surface of the skin without damaging the skin.

The present invention is a structure in which the cotton / chitin chitosan viscose short fiber A in the pile knitted fabric 2 is erected and has a structure with less “sagging”, is soft against the surface of the human skin, is long The cleaning action with good time is exhibited. That is, the dirt on the surface of the skin goes into the fine gaps in the skin from the beginning, and effects such as removal of dirt (removal of cosmetics) are achieved.

The first in the pile knitted fabric 2 is cotton / chitin chitosan bisucose-based short fiber A, and the ratio thereof is arbitrary. For example, cotton may not be used, but usually 60-80 / 40-20, specifically Specifically, it is 70/30. An example of chitin chitosan bisucose fiber is Clavion (Patent Document 3) manufactured by Ohmi Kenshi Co., which removes protein from crab shell with caustic soda and calcium with hydrochloric acid. It is a fiber that leaves chitosan, dissolves cellulose and cellulose from the pulp, and is fused at the molecular level. It is a fiber that has a soft and natural antibacterial action, excellent heat retention, and a soft feel.

Japanese Patent No. 2736868

The second in the pile knitted fabric 2 is a polylactic acid fiber-based long fiber B. As an example of this, there is a polylactic acid fiber-based long fiber manufactured by Unitika Ltd. (trade name: Terramac) (Patent Document 4). Is a polylactic acid fiber extracted from corn, which is one of the natural long fibers.
A fiber with low skin irritation.

The pile knitted fabric 2 is a fabric having a loop pile shape such as a single-sided or double-sided circular knitted pile structure, a tricot knitting, a raschel knitting, and the like, and thereby encapsulates one or both sides of a soft foam material as a core material. If necessary, other fibers can be used together. For the skin, soy protein fiber, cotton, other natural or synthetic fibers, and in some cases, microfibers may be used as a part thereof. Can be used.

For example, soy protein fiber is a regenerated fiber obtained by extracting a globular protein from soybean grains as a raw material and adding a processing agent by a wet prevention method, and is a fiber having moisture permeability, breathability, and soft touch texture.

It is also possible to use a protein-based semi-synthetic fiber (Toyobo Co., Ltd .: trade name “Sinon”) obtained by graft polymerization of natural protein and acrylonitrile, using milk casein as the natural protein, silk It has a skin-friendly texture similar to that of the skin, and by using such fibers in the combined structure of the long fibers and / or short fibers of the present invention, the characteristics of being gentle to the skin and excellent in use comfort are better exhibited. Can be made.

The face-washing puff 10 of the present invention uses a soft foam material for the core material 1, and a preferred example of the core material 1 is a soft urethane foam, and a foam material from which the cell membrane has been removed is particularly desirable. And since it is for face washing, the number of cells of the flexible urethane foam material is 10 to 60 cells / inch, and depending on the case, a plurality of foam materials having different numbers of cells may be laminated. Good. Here, the soft urethane foam cell is foamed and formed by foam containing foaming gas. The film that forms these foam particles is called the cell film, and the film is formed leaving the skeleton. By removing, not only the foaming effect but also the water draining property becomes extremely excellent.

If necessary, sericin is applied by post-processing, and the sericin treatment soaks deep into the cotton / rayon fiber A to provide moisture retention and flexibility. Many proposals have been made for sericin treatment, and some of them are described here (Patent Documents 6 to 9), and the technical contents are not mentioned.

The present invention has the above-described configuration, and effectively utilizes the characteristics of the combination of the specific short fibers A and long fibers B, taking advantage of the characteristics of each of the fibers A and B, In particular, it embodies an excellent face-washing puff 10 that feels good and is difficult to “sag” even when used for a long time.

It has been pointed out that the cotton / clabion short fiber A used in the present invention is soft but easy to “sag”, but the terramac long fiber B spreads with thin threads scattered, but shrinks when set weakly to heat. In the present invention, utilizing this property, cotton / Clavion A, which is a soft thread, is supported by Terramac B, which is a shrinkable thread, supporting its base, and the “sag” of the cotton / Clavion fiber A is raised. It is a thing that lost.

For this reason, the loop pile part 5 forms 5-6 loop pile parts 5 from the same opening part 4 without twisting the fibers of A and B, and then forms a pileless part 6. The pile knitted fabric 2 is repeatedly formed, and then heat set, and the pipe knitted fabric 2 used for the face-washing puff 10 is completed. The formation of the island pattern of the loop pipe portion 5 and the pipe-less portion 6 takes into consideration the foaming property, light weight, and air permeability of the face-washing puff 10.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a face washing puff (first embodiment) having a structure in which a core material is completely wrapped with a pile knitted fabric, FIG. 2 is a sectional view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of FIG.

In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a face-washing puff, which comprises a soft urethane foam core material 1 and a pile knitted fabric 2 that wraps the core material 1. In this example, it is flat and has an elliptical shape in plan view. Of course, the shape of the face-washing puff 10 is not limited to this example.

The pile knitted fabric 2 is formed of cotton / Clavion short fiber (70/30) A and Terramac long fiber B. Then, five pile knitted fabrics 2 are continuously formed from the ground portion 3 to form a loop pile portion 5 from the same opening 4, and then one portion 6 is formed which does not form a loop pile. The pile knitted fabric 2 is obtained. The loop pile 5 is formed into a loop pile shape without twisting the cotton / Clavion short fiber A and the Terramac long fiber B together. In addition, although the fiber which comprises the base part 3 is also selected suitably, in this example, it is comprised with 100% of polyester fiber.

Then, the obtained pile knitted fabric 2 was heat-set, the terramac long fiber B was heat-shrinked, the base of the cotton / clavion short fiber A loop was supported by the heat-shrinkable body of terramac B, and the short In this structure, the fiber A is erected. As the final product of the pile knitted fabric 2, the ground portion 3 is formed with relatively rough eyes, and the loop pile portion 5 of the cotton / Clavion short fiber A, which is formed in a five-string band, and the groove shape without the loop pile portion. The parts 6 to be formed are present alternately.

Therefore, the cotton / Clavion short fiber A erected in a loop shape does not “sag” and enables a comfortable touch, reduces the overall weight, and improves foaming of the facial cleanser. Further, the contact force of the loop pile portion 5 to the skin does not drop, and the specific effect is maintained.

The flexible urethane foam as the core material 1 has 25.3 cells / inch, and the urethane foam cell film is removed. The flexible urethane foam from which the cell membrane has been removed has an enhanced foam skeleton, and is less likely to be deteriorated by acids, alkalis, and other chemicals and cosmetics. It plays.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, the structure is such that the surroundings of the pile knitted fabrics 2 and 2 are bundled while the soft urethane foam core material 1 is enclosed, but the inclusion means is arbitrary. Further, although not shown, the pile knitted fabric 2 may be disposed only on one surface of the soft urethane foam core material 1, and these are bonded together by a conventionally known method.

The characteristics of the face washing puff 10 of the present invention will be further described by comparison with the face washing puff proposed in Patent Document 2. The pile knitted fabric of Patent Document 2 is preferably composed of fibers knitted in a loop shape of microfiber (45%) and lactron (55%) (manufactured by Kanebo Synthetic Fiber) of 1 dtex or less. However, there is a great effect in removing dirt by contact with the skin of the microfiber, but at the same time, since the cross section of the fiber has a polygonal shape, there is no possibility of damaging the skin due to the edge action. I was worried.

However, according to the face-washing puff 10 of the present invention, the cotton / Clavion short fiber A, which is extremely soft to the skin, is always erected in a loop shape without “sagging”. Thus, it is possible to eliminate the concern about the skin as described above and to provide a characteristic face-washing puff 10.

As described above, the face-puff 10 according to the present invention is extremely effective in removing makeup from the skin because the loop pile portion 5 is formed without the cotton / clabion short fibers A being “sagging”. It has a comfortable draining property and can satisfy ideal conditions such as being gentle to the skin, and has been widely adopted.
