Description

The present invention relates to a banknote depositing / dispensing apparatus for depositing / dispensing banknotes and a banknote depositing / dispensing apparatus for depositing / withdrawing banknotes.

Conventionally, as a machine for depositing and receiving banknotes, a banknote depositing and dispensing machine capable of depositing and dispensing transactions, and a large-scale depositing machine that is operated mainly by retailer managers and employees to deposit retailer sales. and so on.

In the banknote depositing / dispensing machine, a depositing unit having a depositing port and a dispensing unit having a dispensing port are individually arranged on the upper surface side of the machine body, and a temporary holding unit whose front surface can be opened and closed by a door body on the front surface side of the machine body Is arranged. When depositing, banknotes inserted from the deposit slot into the depositing section are fed from the depositing section to the banknote identifying and conveying section, and banknotes that can be identified and deposited by the banknote identifying and conveying section are transported to the temporary storage section and temporarily held. The banknotes are paid out from the temporary storage unit by the deposit approval command after temporary storage and stored in the storage, and the door in front of the temporary storage unit is opened by the payment return command to take out the returned banknotes. Yes. At the time of withdrawal, banknotes fed out from the storage are conveyed to the withdrawal unit for withdrawal (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Further, in the depositing machine, the depositing unit and the temporary holding unit are also formed in a large capacity so that a large amount of bills can be inserted and processed at a time.
JP 2004-149264 A (page 5-6, FIG. 6)

However, in the banknote depositing and dispensing machine, since the banknote depositing part, temporary holding part and withdrawal part are individually arranged, the machine body becomes large as much as it requires space to install them individually, Furthermore, it is necessary to provide a mechanism for feeding and retracting bills in each of the depositing unit, the temporary holding unit, and the dispensing unit, which causes an increase in cost. In addition, when returning banknotes after being temporarily held, the returned banknote can be quickly taken out by opening the door on the front side of the temporary holding unit, but it is possible to take out banknotes from a surface different from the upper surface of the machine body that has been loaded. Therefore, the return operation is not easy.

In addition, in particular, since a depositing machine inserts and processes a large amount of banknotes at a time, a large-capacity banknote storage space is required in the depositing part and the temporary holding part, and the machine body is large in order to install these individually. There is a problem that tends to form.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the banknote depositing apparatus and banknote depositing / withdrawing apparatus which can be comprised compactly and cheaply and can return a banknote easily.

The banknote transaction part 15 supports the banknote transaction port 13, the banknote stacking part 31 which is arrange | positioned behind this banknote transaction port 13, and accommodates the banknote P in the accumulation | stacking state, and supports the accumulation | stacking banknote P in the banknote stacking part 31 The banknote pressing means 32 that moves upward at times, the feeding means 33 that feeds the banknotes P one by one from the upper part of the banknote stacking section 31 to the banknote identification transport section 23, and the banknotes P that are transported by the banknote identification transport section 23 are stacked. A stacking mechanism 34 for stacking in the lower part of the unit 31 and a lift means 35 for delivering the banknotes P stacked by the stacking mechanism 34 to the banknote pressing means 32 are provided.

The banknote transaction port 13 is formed such that the upper side is inclined rearward and is opened and closed by the shutter 14. The shutter 14 moves up and down by driving the shutter motor 38, opens the banknote transaction port 13 when lowered, and closes the banknote transaction port 13 when raised.

Moreover, the banknote stacking unit 31 stores the banknotes P in the stacking direction with the longitudinal direction of the banknotes P facing the machine body width direction, and the stacking direction of the banknotes P is the vertical direction. It is a direction inclined with respect to the vertical direction in which the upper side is inclined rearward. The stacking direction of the banknote stacking unit 31 and the surface of the banknote transaction port 13 and the opening / closing direction of the shutter 14 are parallel.

The banknote stacking unit 31 has a stacking frame part 41 that guides the edge of the banknote P in the stacked state. The stacking frame portion 41 is composed of a back guide 42 and side guides 43 on both sides, and the front face is opened facing the banknote transaction port 13. An opening 44 is formed in the central area of the back guide 42.

A retreat opening 45 is formed in the vicinity of the upper portion of the back guide 42 so that the banknote pressing means 32 retreats backward from the inside of the banknote stacking section 31, and an entrance 46 through which the banknote pressing means 32 enters the banknote stacking section 31 is formed in the vicinity of the lower section. Is formed. An opening / closing guide 47 is disposed in the retracting port 45. The opening / closing guide 47 can be opened rearward with a support shaft 48 on the upper end side as a fulcrum, and is biased by a spring in a direction to close the retracting port 45. An opening / closing guide 49 is disposed at the entrance 46, and the opening / closing guide 49 can be opened forward with a support shaft 50 on the lower end side as a fulcrum, and is biased by a spring in a direction to close the entrance 46.

The banknote pressing means 32 has a stage 53 on which the banknote P can be placed and moved in the banknote stacking section 31 in the vertical direction, and both sides in the machine body width direction can pass through the retreat opening 45 and the entrance 46. The stage 53 is supported by a stage advance / retreat mechanism 54. The stage advance / retreat mechanism 54 includes a main body 55, and a stage support 57 that advances and retreats with respect to the main body 55 through the opening 44 of the back guide 42 of the integrated frame 41 by driving the stage advance / retreat motor 56. The stage 53 is supported by the part 57 so as to be able to advance and retreat inside and outside the banknote stacking part 31. The main body 55 is movable in the vertical direction along the guide rail 58 and parallel to the stacking direction of the banknotes P in the banknote stacking section 31. A belt 59 is stretched in parallel with the guide rail 58, and a main body 55 is connected to the belt 59. When the belt 59 is rotated by driving the stage up / down motor 60, the stage 53 is moved in the vertical direction together with the main body 55. Move to.

One end of a plurality of banknote guides 61 such as a belt-like sheet having flexibility is connected to the stage 53 so as to correspond to a plurality of positions in the machine body width direction in the opening 44 of the stacking frame section 41. The other end of 61 is wound up by a reel (not shown) disposed on the upper side of the accumulation frame portion 41. When the stage 53 is lowered, the bill guide 61 is pulled out from the reel, and when the stage 53 is raised, the bill guide 61 is wound around the reel. These banknote guides 61 do not completely cover the opening 44, and the openings 44 are opened on both sides of the banknote guide 61.

A stacking space 62 for storing the bills P in an accumulated state is formed above the stage 53 disposed in the bill stacking unit 31, and a temporary hold for temporarily holding the bills P during the depositing process is provided below the stage 53. A portion 63 is formed.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 6, and 7, the feeding means 33 is provided in the banknote stacking unit 31 from the front side outlet 66 that is the upper side of the banknote stacking unit 31 and has a high slope to the feeding path 67. The banknotes P are fed out one by one. In the feed passage 67, a vertical passage portion 71 is formed upward from the delivery port 66 through the lower curved portion 70 in the substantially vertical direction, and from the upper end of the vertical passage portion 71 to the upper curved portion 72. A downstream passage portion 73 is formed toward the rear, and the downstream passage portion 73 is connected to the banknote identification transport portion 23.

The feeding passage 67 is arranged from the front side of the banknote stacking portion 31 to the front passage member 74 disposed over the curved portion 72 above the feeding passage 67, and from the upper side of the banknote stacking portion 31 to the vertical passage portion 71 of the feeding passage 67. A rear passage member 75, an upper passage member 76 disposed above the downstream passage portion 73, and a lower passage member 77 disposed below the downstream passage portion 73. Yes. The front passage member 74 is configured such that the upper side of the passage member 74 can be opened / closed forward so as to open the upper side of the feeding passage 67, and is opened / closed by an opening / closing drive means (not shown) such as a solenoid or a motor.

The passage interval between the lower curved portion 70 and the vertical passage portion 71 formed between the front and rear passage members 74 and 75 is such that the foreign matter C mixed in the bill P is fed into the feeding passage 67. If the foreign object C is a coin, for example, it is wider than the thickness of the coin and is formed in a dimension that allows the coin to move. The lower curved portion 70 of the feeding passage 67 is formed with a radius of curvature that allows the coin to move, while the upper curved portion 72 is formed with a radius of curvature of, for example, about R15, through which the coin cannot pass. A foreign matter stopping portion 78 that allows the bill P to pass through the curved portion 72 and stops the foreign matter C is formed.

As a feeding member that protrudes into the banknote stacking unit 31 from the rear passage member 75 and feeds the uppermost banknote P in the banknote stacking unit 31 one by one toward the feeding port 66 at the upper part of the banknote stacking unit 31. A kick roller 79 is provided. A part of the peripheral surface of the kick roller 79 is made of a material such as rubber having a plurality of irregularities and a large friction coefficient in the circumferential direction in order to draw the banknote P into the feeding passage 67.

A plurality of feed rollers 80 are disposed in the lower curved portion 70 of the feeding passage 67 in the passage from the rear passage member 75 so as to protrude into the passage from the front passage member 74. A plurality of drawing rollers 82 are provided in the axial direction to hold the bill P between the feed roller 80 and pull the bill P from the bill stacking portion 31 into the passage. The drawing roller 82 is urged toward the feed roller 80 by a spring (not shown), and when foreign matter C enters the feed roller 80, the pulling roller 82 retreats against the spring bias and allows passage of the foreign matter C. The feed roller 80 includes a plurality of drawing roller portions 80a for drawing a bill P into the feeding passage 67 and a drawing roller 82. A plurality of sandwiching roller portions 80b that sandwich the bill P and draw it into the feeding passage 67. The feed roller 80 and the kick roller 79 are rotationally driven by an interlocking belt 81.

A plurality of reverse rotation rollers 83 that protrude into the passage from the front passage member 74 and rotate in the reverse direction with respect to the feed roller 80 are disposed in the feeding port 66 in the axial direction. The reversing roller 83 is divided into a plurality of positions corresponding to the plurality of drawing roller portions 80a of the feed roller 80, and is pivotally supported by a swinging member 85 that can swing about the support shaft 84 as a fulcrum. The spring 86 connected to the swing member 85 is biased toward the feed roller 80. When the foreign object C enters the feed roller 80, the foreign object C is retracted against the spring bias. Is allowed to pass through. Then, the feed roller 80 and the reverse rotation roller 83 restrict the passage of the bill P fed out by the kick roller 79 to one sheet, and when the foreign matter C is mixed and fed out of the bill P, the foreign matter C is regulated. A gate portion 87 that allows passage of the foreign matter C when a load exceeding a predetermined level is applied is configured.

In the downstream-side passage portion 73 of the feeding passage 67, a plurality of conveyor belts 89 stretched by pulleys 88 and a plurality of rollers 90 that convey the banknotes P between these conveyor belts 89 are disposed. ing. The pulley 88 is disposed on the lower passage member 77 side, and the peripheral surface of the conveyor belt 89 stretched around the pulley 88 is disposed on the inner diameter side of the upper curved portion 72.

The vertical passage portion 71 of the feeding passage 67 between the feed roller 80 and the drawing roller 82 and between the conveyance belt 89 and the roller 90 is a non-conveying force application region in which no conveyance force is applied to the bills P and foreign matter C. 91. On the lower side of the non-conveying force application region 91, the front passage member 74 is formed with a foreign matter discharge portion 92 that discharges the foreign matter C in the supply passage 67 to the front outside the supply passage 67. At a plurality of positions in the width direction of the machine body excluding the position of the feed roller 80 on the lower side of the foreign matter discharge section 92, a substantially triangular discharge claw 93 is disposed so as to be swingable with the support shaft 94 as a fulcrum. The spring is biased in the direction of entering the passage. These discharge claws 93 allow passage of the bills P and foreign matter C in the downstream direction of the passage against the spring bias, and discharge the foreign matter C falling in the non-conveying force application region 91 from the foreign matter discharge portion 92. Even if the foreign matter C sent to the non-conveying force application area 91 together with the banknote P is stopped by the foreign matter stopping portion 78, if the banknote P is fed out, no conveying force is applied, so that the foreign matter C naturally falls by its own weight. It is easy to be discharged from the foreign matter discharge portion 92 through the discharge claw 93.

A plurality of detection means 95 for detecting the foreign matter C stopped by the foreign matter stopping portion 78 is disposed at a plurality of positions in the width direction of the machine body in the position of the foreign matter stopping portion 78. These detecting means 95 are constituted by a light projecting / receiving optical sensor, and are shielded from light by the bill P or foreign matter C. When the bill P passes or the foreign matter C falls, it enters a light projecting state and continues to be shielded for a predetermined time or longer. If the operation continues, the foreign object stopping unit 78 detects that the foreign object C has stopped.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), when the control unit 29 detects that the foreign matter C is stopped by the foreign matter stopping portion 78 during the feeding operation of the banknote P, As shown in 6 (c) (d), the foreign matter stopping section 78 stops the feeding operation and moves the upper side of the front passage member 74 forward by the opening / closing driving means to open the feeding passage 67. The stopped foreign matter C is discharged from the foreign matter discharge portion 92, and when the detecting means 95 no longer detects the foreign matter C, the opening / closing drive means closes the feeding passage 67 and resumes the feeding operation.

Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the stacking mechanism 34 is provided at the bottom of the banknote stacking unit 31 with the machine body width direction as the axial direction and positioned in the front-rear direction so as to be freely rotatable. The lower shafts 101a, 101b, and 101c are provided, and three integrated belts 103, 104, and 103 are stretched in the body width direction by pulleys 102a, 102b, and 102c attached to the lower shafts 101a, 101b, and 101c. Has been. The collecting belts 103, 103 on both sides are extended to the bill passage 18 side and are wound around pulleys (not shown). The central collecting belt 104 does not use the front pulley 102a, but is wound around the intermediate pulley 102b and the rear pulley 102c.

On the upper side and the rear side of the rear lower shaft 101c, two upper shafts 105a and 105b whose axial direction is the body width direction are disposed in the front-rear direction and are rotatably disposed. , 105b, three pull-in belts 107, 107, 107 are stretched in the body width direction by pulleys 106a, 106b.

Each stacking belt 103, 104, 103 and each pull-in belt 107, 107, 107 are located at the same position in the machine body width direction, sandwich the banknote P conveyed through the banknote passage 18, and below the banknote stacking section 31. To the banknote stacking unit 31, that is, into the temporary storage unit 63. The integrated belts 103, 103 on both sides are inclined so that the belt upper surface between the intermediate pulley 102b and the rear pulley 102c is lower than the belt upper surface between the front pulley 102a and the intermediate pulley 102b. That is, the belt is inclined so that the upper surface of the belt rises from the rear pulley 102c toward the intermediate pulley 102b, and the banknote P is inserted into the banknote stacking section 31 from the diagonally lower side of the banknote stacking section 31. Is configured to do.

A plurality of leading end lifting rollers 108 for lifting the leading ends of the banknotes P inserted in the banknote stacking unit 31 are attached to the front lower shaft 101a at a plurality of positions in the axial direction. On the front side of the banknote stacking unit 31, a positioning guide 109 is arranged in parallel with the stacking direction so that the leading end in the insertion direction of the banknote P lifted by the tip lifting roller 108 contacts and is positioned at a predetermined stacking position of the banknote stacking unit 31. It is installed.

The upper upper shaft 105a on the rear side has a plurality of protrusions 110 on the circumferential surface at a plurality of positions in the axial direction, and a stacking roller that lifts the rear end in the insertion direction of the banknote P inserted into the banknote stacking unit 31 by the protrusions 110. 111 is installed.

The rear guide 42 of the stacking frame 41 is engaged with the rear end in the insertion direction of the banknote P lifted by the stacking roller 111 at a plurality of positions in the machine width direction, and the load of the stacked banknote P in the banknote stacking section 31 is engaged. A banknote receiving portion 112 for receiving is projected.

By the action of the stacking roller 111 and the banknote receiving unit 112, the rear end in the insertion direction of the banknotes P stacked in the banknote stacking unit 31 is arranged above the stacking belts 103, 104, 103, and A bill insertion space is formed between the rear end in the insertion direction and the stacking belts 103, 104, and 103, and a subsequent bill P is inserted into the bill insertion space so as to be reliably stacked below the stacked bill P. it can.

Above each of the stacking belts 103, 104, 103, three stacking levers 113, 114, 113 are arranged in the machine body width direction to advance into the banknote stacking unit 31 and hold the banknote P from above. The rear stacking levers 113 positioned on both sides are pivotally supported so as to be swingable in the vertical direction with respect to the back guide 42 of the stacking frame portion 41, and the front end side is bent upward so as to hold the banknote P. . The front-side stacking lever 114 located at the center is pivotally supported by the shaft-supporting member 115 at the front-side portion of the stacking frame portion 41 so as to be swingable in the vertical direction, and the bill P is inserted on the lower end side. It is bent upward.

These stacking levers 113, 114, 113 are biased in the direction of pressing the banknotes P by springs, and as shown in FIG. 4 (a), they advance into the banknote stacking section 31 while the amount of stacked banknotes is small. The banknotes P are pressed from above to stabilize the accumulation of the banknotes P, and as shown in FIGS. 4 (b) and 4 (c), they are pushed against the stacked banknotes P due to an increase in the amount of banknotes to be countered against the spring bias. Rotate upward and retract from the banknote stacking unit 31. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4D in the case where the stacking levers 113, 114, 113 are not provided, the effect of preventing the stacking failure such as the front end or the rear end in the insertion direction of the bills P being raised. There is.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5, the lift means 35 is disposed at both side positions in the body width direction with respect to the stacking belts 113, 114, 113, and is moved in the stacking direction by a lifting mechanism (not shown). The left and right lifting parts 118 that can move in conjunction with each other have lift parts 119 that are moved in the stacking direction in the banknote stacking part 31 to each of the lifting parts 118. The lift arm 119 is pivotally supported so as to be pivotable upward from a fixed position in a horizontal posture on which the banknotes P are placed on the lift arm 119 with a support shaft 120 having an axial direction as a fulcrum, and a spring (not shown). It is biased toward a horizontal posture. The lift arms 119 on both the left and right sides are connected so as to rotate in conjunction with each other.

The lift arms 119 on both the left and right sides have a standby position at a position lower than the stacking belts 113, 114, 113, and the banknotes stacked by the stacking mechanism 34 as shown in FIG. 5 (b) (c) by lifting P and forming an insertion space for the stage 53 of the banknote pressing means 32 below the stacked banknote P and lowering the stage 53 inserted into the insertion space. As shown, the left and right lift arms 119 abut on the stage 53 and swing upward, and the left and right lift arms 119 are retracted from the bill stacking unit 31 while the stacked bills P are moved to the stage 53 of the bill pressing means 32. As shown in FIG. 5 (d), the left and right lift arms 119 get over the stage 53 and return to the horizontal posture and return to the lower standby position.

And at the time of deposit transaction, the control unit 29 feeds the banknote P inserted into the banknote stacking unit 31 from the banknote transaction port 13 to the banknote identification transport unit 23 by the feeding means 33 and makes the banknote identification transport unit 23 identify the banknote. The possible banknotes P are returned to the lower part of the banknote stacking unit 31 and temporarily held, and the banknotes P are again fed out by the feeding means 33 by the deposit approval command and stored in the storage 17, and the banknote stacking unit 31 by the deposit return command. It has a function of returning the temporarily held banknote P from the banknote transaction port 13.

Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.

First, the depositing process of the banknote depositing / withdrawing apparatus 11 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 8 (a), in the standby state, the shutter 14 of the banknote transaction port 13 is closed, and the stage 53 is at a height position that has entered the banknote stacking section 31 from the entrance 46 of the stacking frame section 41. .

As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the shutter 14 is opened and the bill transaction slot 13 is opened in accordance with a deposit transaction command by the operation of a customer such as a retail store manager or an employee. The customer places and sets a large amount of banknotes P on the stage 53 through the open banknote transaction port 13. At this time, since the banknote stacking unit 31 is inclined upward at the upper side, the foreign matter C mixed in the banknote P moves rearward, and the banknote stacking unit 31 outside the banking stacking unit 31 is moved from the opening 44 of the stacking frame unit 41. Easily excluded.

As shown in FIG. 8C, after the banknote P is set, the shutter 14 is closed and the banknote transaction port 13 is closed.

As shown in FIG. 8D, the stage 53 is raised and the uppermost banknote P of the stacked banknotes P on the stage 53 is pressed against the kick roller 79 of the feeding means 33. As the stage 53 rises, the opening / closing guide 49 that has been opened by being pushed by the stage 53 closes the entrance 46.

As shown in FIG. 8 (e), the feeding means 33 starts the feeding operation, feeds the banknotes P on the stage 53 one by one to the banknote path 18 through the feeding path 67, and identifies them by the banknote recognition unit 19 in the banknote path 18. Then, the regular banknote P is conveyed to the stacking mechanism 34 below the banknote stacking section 31 through the banknote passage 18, and the banknote P is transferred to the temporary storage section 63 below the stage 53 in the banknote stacking section 31 by this stacking mechanism 34. It is inserted and accumulated sequentially from the lower side. While the amount of stacked banknotes is small, the stacking levers 113, 114, 113 advance into the banknote stacking unit 31 to hold the banknotes P from above and stabilize the stacking of banknotes P. Further, the deposit reject banknote P is conveyed and stored in the deposit reject banknote storage unit 16 through the banknote passage 18.

As shown in FIG. 8 (f), as the stage 53 rises, the accumulation space 62 above the stage 53 decreases, and the space of the temporary holding portion 63 below the stage 53 increases, temporarily holding. The increase in the amount of accumulated banknotes in the part 63 is allowed. With the increase in the amount of accumulated banknotes, the accumulation levers 113, 114, 113 are pushed by the accumulated banknotes P so that they rotate upward against the spring bias and retract from the banknote accumulation unit 31. Even if the stacking levers 113, 114, 113 are retracted, the stacked state of the banknotes P sequentially stacked from the lower side of the stacked banknotes P is stabilized by applying the load of the stacked banknotes P.

As shown in FIG. 9 (a), when all the banknotes P on the stage 53 have been fed out, the stage 53 is lowered to the position of the retraction opening 45 of the stacking frame portion 41 as shown in FIG. 9 (b). Then, the stage 53 is retracted from the retracting port 45 of the stacking frame portion 41 to the rear of the banknote stacking portion 31.

As shown in FIG. 9 (c), the lift arms 119 on both the left and right sides of the lift means 35 are raised, and the left and right lift arms 119 receive and raise the stacked banknotes P on the stacked belts 103, 104, 103, An insertion space for the stage 53 is formed below the stacked banknotes P. The stage 53 is lowered to the position of the entrance 46 of the stacking frame 41.

As shown in FIG. 9 (d), the stage 53 is advanced into the banknote stacking unit 31 through the entrance 46 of the stacking frame part 41, that is, the stage 53 is moved up by the lift arms 119 on both the left and right sides. Let go down.

As shown in FIG. 9 (e), the left and right lift arms 119 of the lift means 35 are lowered, and the left and right lift arms 119 abut against the stage 53 and rotate upward, whereby the stacked banknotes P are moved to the stage. Pass on 53.

Then, the identification result is displayed on the display panel 26, and the stage 53 is raised again by the deposit approval command by the operation of the customer who confirmed the identification result, and the banknote P on the stage 53 is fed one by one by the feeding means 33. Then, the bill is identified by the bill identification unit 19 of the bill passage 18 and is conveyed and stored in the corresponding denomination storage 17 in the bill passage 18. In addition, when the deposit reject banknote is stored in the deposit reject banknote storage unit 16, after all the banknotes P on the stage 53 are fed out and stored in the storage box 17, the deposit reject banknote is converted into the deposit reject banknote. The paper is fed from the storage unit 16 to the banknote passage 18, transported to the upper part of the banknote stacking unit 31 by the banknote path 18, transported in the reverse direction by the feeding means 33, and fed to the upper part of the banknote stacking unit 31. When the transfer of all the deposit reject banknotes is completed, the shutter 14 is opened and the deposit reject banknotes are returned.

Moreover, the shutter 14 is opened and the banknote transaction port 13 is opened by the deposit return command by the operation of the customer who confirmed the identification result. The customer takes out the banknote P on the stage 53 from the banknote transaction port 13. When the bill P is taken out, the shutter 14 is closed and the bill transaction port 13 is closed. In addition, when the deposit reject banknote is stored in the deposit reject banknote storage unit 16, before the shutter 14 is opened, the deposit reject banknote is fed out from the deposit reject banknote storage unit 16 to the banknote path 18, and the banknote path 18 Then, it is conveyed to the upper part of the banknote stacking unit 31, transported in the reverse direction by the feeding means 33, and fed into the upper part of the banknote stacking unit 31. When the transfer of all the deposit reject banknotes is completed, the stage 53 is lowered to the lower side of the banknote transaction port 13, the shutter 14 is opened, and the deposit reject banknotes are returned together with the return banknote P from the banknote transaction port 13.

When the deposited reject banknote is transferred to the upper part of the banknote stacking unit 31, the stage 53 is raised to receive the deposited reject banknote on the stage 53 or the returned banknote P on the stage 53, and a stacking lever (not shown) It is possible to accumulate normally by pressing with.

Next, at the time of banknote withdrawal with the banknote depositing / withdrawing apparatus 11, a necessary number of banknotes P are sequentially fed out from the respective storage boxes 17 of the denomination corresponding to the designated withdrawal banknote P to the banknote passage 18 one by one. The bill is identified by the bill recognition unit 19 in the passage 18, and the regular bill P is transported to the upper portion of the bill stacking portion 31 through the bill passage 18, conveyed in the reverse direction by the feeding means 33, and fed into the upper portion of the bill stacking portion 31. At this time, the stage 53 is raised and the deposit reject banknote is received on the stage 53 or the withdrawal banknote P on the stage 53, and can be normally stacked by pressing with a stacking lever (not shown).

Further, the reject banknote is stored in the withdrawal reject banknote storage unit 20, and the banknote P is fed out again from the corresponding denomination storage box 17 as a shortage.

Then, after all the specified withdrawal banknotes P are sent to the banknote stacking unit 31, the stage 53 is lowered to the lower side of the banknote transaction port 13, and the shutter 14 is opened so that it can be taken out from the banknote transaction port 13.

Thus, in the banknote depositing / withdrawing apparatus 11, since the banknote accommodation space and mechanism of one banknote stacking unit 31 can be shared as the depositing part of the banknote P, the temporary storage part 63, and the withdrawal part, it can be configured in a compact manner, and the cost can be reduced. In addition, the banknote transaction port 13 can be shared as a banknote depositing port, a banknote return port, and a banknote dispensing port in order to accommodate the banknote P for deposit, temporary hold and withdrawal in the banknote stacking unit 31. Can be easily handled.

Further, the banknote P temporarily held in the banknote stacking unit 31 is lifted by the lift means 35 to form an insertion space for the stage 53 of the banknote pressing means 32 below the banknote P and the banknote pressing means 32 inserted into the insertion space. The banknote P can be delivered to the stage 53, and delivery of the banknote P to the stage 53 of the banknote pressing means 32 can be realized with a simple configuration.

Further, by pulling the banknote P inserted into the banknote stacking section 31 by the stacking belts 103, 104, 103 at the bottom of the banknote stacking section 31 into the banknote stacking section 31, the banknote P is reliably pulled to the stacking position. The stacking roller 111 having a plurality of protrusions 110 on the peripheral surface can be stacked and aligned at the tip, and by lifting the rear end of the banknote P inserted in the banknote stacking unit 31 by the protrusions 110, The succeeding banknote P can be securely inserted and accumulated under the stacked banknote P without being caught by the stacked banknote P, and the banknote P lifted by the stacking roller 111 can be collected. The load applied to the stacking roller 111 can be reduced by receiving the load of the stacked banknotes P in the banknote stacking section 31 by the banknote receiving section 112 engaged with the rear end in the insertion direction.

Furthermore, in addition to the rear end in the insertion direction of the banknote P inserted into the banknote stacking unit 31 by the tip lifting roller 108, the front end in the insertion direction is also lifted, and three in the width direction intersecting the insertion direction of the banknote P. Of the accumulated belts 103, 104, and 103 to prevent the stored banknotes P from being bent in a direction intersecting the insertion direction, and the subsequent banknotes P are not caught on the accumulated banknotes P. Subsequent banknotes P can be reliably inserted and stacked below the stacked banknotes P.

Further, while the amount of accumulated banknotes is small by the accumulation levers 113, 114, 113, the banknote P is advanced from the upper side to hold the banknotes P from above, and the accumulation of the banknotes P when the amount of accumulated banknotes is small can be stabilized. Also, the stacking levers 113, 114, 113 are retracted from the banknote stacking unit 31 due to an increase in the stacking banknote amount, allowing further stacking of banknotes P, and stacking banknotes P on the stage 53 of the banknote pressing means 32 after stacking. Is acceptable.

Further, the lift means 35 lifts the banknotes P stacked by the stacking mechanism 34 and presses the banknotes inserted into the insertion space from the state where the insertion space for the stage 53 of the banknote pressing means 32 is formed below the stacked banknotes P. In order to transfer the stacked banknotes P to the stage 53 of the banknote pressing means 32 while descending with respect to the stage 53 of the means 32 and swinging upward and retracting from the banknote stacking section 31, the stage 53 of the banknote pressing means 32 is transferred. The delivery of the bill P can be realized with a simple configuration.

The configuration of the banknote transaction port 15 and the like described above can be applied not only to the banknote depositing / withdrawing apparatus 11 that performs the depositing / withdrawing process of the banknote P but also to the banknote depositing apparatus that performs the depositing process of the banknote P.
