Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case wherein PET bottles are kept stabilized for water-drops inside to fall on their own for the bottles to be dried. <P>SOLUTION: A receptacles drying case for PET bottles is composed of a supportive rack 1 and a supportive receptacle 2, capable of being disassembled for cleaning. The supportive rack 1 functions as a receiving tray for water-drops after rinsing of PET bottles. The supportive receptacle 2 is formed of four fixed frameworks, the top of each being opened. Each framework is provided with a bore of 40ϕ at the central section of its bottom, into which a rinsed PET bottle is inserted from above with its spout facing downward so that water-drops inside fall on their own for the bottle to be dried. Detailed Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a shape of a case in which an internal water droplet is naturally dropped and dried in a stable state in which a PET bottle does not fall down.

To remove water droplets from conventional PET bottles, there is no case of standing upside down and drying naturally. Instead, it is placed in one corner of the sink or dried together with a tableware dryer or the like.

Problems to be solved by the invention

According to the above technique, when a PET bottle is placed upside down, it is easy to fall down, and in a tableware dryer, water drops often remain inside.
In view of this, an object of the present invention is to provide a case in which a water droplet inside falls naturally and the PET bottle is stably dried.

Means for solving the problem

This container drying case is composed of a support base 1 and a support container 2 shown in FIG. 2, and can be disassembled and cleaned. The support table 1 serves as a tray for receiving water drops after washing the plastic bottle. The support container 2 is formed by four fixed frames, and the upper part of each frame is opened. A 40φ hole is provided at the bottom center of each frame, and the washed plastic bottle is inserted from the top with the mouthpiece down, and the internal water drops fall naturally and dry.

The invention's effect

Since the water droplets accumulate on the support base in a stable state without the PET bottle falling down, the place for placement is free.
Since the support table 1 has a wide open side surface, air ventilation is improved and natural drying is accelerated. The PET bottle container drying case can naturally dry four 500ml or 350ml PET bottles at a time. Can be used as a storage case after drying.
When processing PET bottles as recycled waste, the collector or self-made body can be used for simple drying to make internal cleaning and drying ideal.

The material for the PET bottle drying case is ideally made of polypropylene.

Effects of the embodiment

According to this embodiment, polypropylene is easy to mold in a factory and has excellent heat resistance.

Claims (4)

A container drying case characterized in that the water droplets fall naturally and dry while the washed PET bottle is stable in the fixed frame. Since the support base 1 has a bottom plate serving as a dish, it becomes a dish for collecting water drops after washing the plastic bottle, and can be placed at a place other than the sink. Since the plastic bottle container drying case can be disassembled into the support base 1 and the support container 2, the details can be cleaned and cleaned. The PET bottle drying case can dry naturally cleanly because the mouthpiece does not touch the base or frame during drying.
