(ニ)果物を手に持って実を切り離していくうちに残った実が少なくなり持ちづらい形になるうえに、果汁で手がべとべとになり滑ってますます持ちづらくなった。また落とさないように少し力を加えて持つと実に傷が付き易い。
(ホ)まな板等の上に果物を置いて、実を切り離していくと、残った実が少なくなるに従い安定の悪い形になり、転がらないように抑えると実に傷が付き易い。
