The present invention relates to a cooking device including an operation panel for inputting cooking conditions such as cooking time, such as a microwave oven and a microwave oven.

In a cooking device in which a door is provided in front of a cooking chamber for storing and heating an object to be cooked, an operation panel is disposed adjacent to the door, and a plurality of operation keys are disposed on the operation panel. As shown in FIG. 1, there is a configuration in which an operation panel is manually tilted up and down.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-79307

On the other hand, in the configuration described in Patent Document 1, once the operation panel is inclined according to the installation conditions of the cooking device, the operation panel is inclined regardless of the use of the cooking device, and the upper end portion of the operation panel from the front surface of the main body. Or there exists a problem that a lower end part protrudes ahead and gives a discomfort in appearance.

In addition, the operation panel may be returned to the vertical state every time use is completed, but there is a problem that the operation is troublesome. For example, a configuration in which the operation panel is electrically tilted by a motor is conceivable.

In that case, generally, the position of the operation panel is detected by position detection means such as a micro switch, and the power supply to the motor is controlled based on the output of the position detection means. There is a problem that it is necessary and causes an increase in cost due to an increase in the number of parts.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to detect an inclination of an operation panel to a predetermined position with a relatively simple configuration with a small number of parts in the case where the operation panel is tilted by a motor.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, an operation panel is mounted at an appropriate position of the cooker body, and the operation panel is configured to be tiltable in the vertical direction by the electric mechanism, and controls the drive motor that constitutes the electric mechanism. A control means is provided, and the control means is configured to detect the tilt of the operation panel to a predetermined position by a change in the current value of the motor.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the control means is configured to stop energization of the motor when the current flowing through the motor changes after the motor starts rotating. Is.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first or second aspect, the control means is configured such that a change in current flowing through the motor is ignored for a predetermined time immediately after the start of the motor.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first to third aspects, when the current flowing through the motor exceeds a predetermined value for a predetermined period of time set immediately after starting the motor, Is configured to stop energization of the motor.

According to the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the inclination of the operation panel is detected by detecting the inclination of the operation panel to a predetermined position based on a change in the value of the current flowing through the motor that tilts the operation panel. Therefore, it is possible to detect the inclination of the operation panel to a predetermined position with a relatively inexpensive configuration.

With the configuration according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the current value flowing through the motor changes after the motor is energized and started to rotate, the motor is stopped from energizing. If the load on the motor increases for some reason, such as when a part or obstacle hits, the motor can be stopped immediately and control can be performed on the safe side.

According to the configuration of the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent a malfunction due to an inrush current at the start of the motor by ignoring a change in the current flowing through the motor immediately after the start of the motor.

According to the configuration of the fourth aspect of the present invention, immediately after the start of the motor, when the motor current increases for a predetermined time or more, the energization to the motor is stopped, so that an abnormality such as the electric mechanism of the operation panel can be reliably ensured. It can detect and reliably prevent damage caused by overheating of the motor coil.

An embodiment according to the present invention will be described first with reference to FIG. 1. The operation panel 4 includes a panel case 9 constituting the outer shell made of a conductive member such as aluminum, stainless steel, or a resin mixed with a conductive material, and a fixed plate below the rack gear 8. 5, a pinion gear 10 that meshes with the rack gear 8 and a geared motor 11 that rotationally drives the pinion gear are arranged, and an electric mechanism 12 is configured by these.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the operation panel 4, in which a display device 20 composed of a liquid crystal panel, a fluorescent display tube or the like is arranged at the top, and an operation unit 21 is provided below the display device. .

The display 20 displays a plurality of automatic menus 22 for automatic cooking, a manual menu 23 for manual operation, a setting display unit 24 for displaying temperature and output, and a time and a timer. A timer unit 25 and the like are arranged.

The operation panel 4 is composed of a semi-transparent resin panel or a glass plate colored on the back surface, which displays nothing by smoke such as black when not energized, and indicates the operation position on the back surface. A plurality of touch keys 26 are printed. Thereby, when the cooker main body 1 is not used, as shown in FIG. 1, nothing is displayed on the entire surface of the operation panel 4.

The display 20 is configured to turn off and display nothing when the standby power is reduced by the power saving function. When displaying the clock, the timer unit 25 displays the clock. You may comprise so that it may perform.

On the other hand, the operation unit 21 includes a lock key 27 that is located below the display 20 and sets a key lock, a voice key 28 that sets a sound volume, and an operation panel that returns the operation panel 4 to an inclined or vertical position. The keys 29 are arranged side by side, the automatic cooking key 30 for selecting and setting the automatic cooking menu below these keys, the manual cooking key 31 for selecting and setting the manual cooking menu, and the finished state of cooking to be strengthened or weakened. The finish keys 32 to be set are arranged side by side, the temperature keys 33 and 34 for setting the cooking temperature are arranged side by side below these keys, and the time and timer time are set below these keys 3 The time keys 35, 36 and 37 are arranged side by side, and a start key 38 and a cancel key 39 are arranged below these time keys.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the touch keys 26 are arranged on the back surface of the operation unit 21 by a capacitance method described in, for example, USP 5,730,165, USP 6,452,514, USP 6,466,036. An operation board 40 for detecting an input operation due to the proximity or contact of a finger to the print range is arranged.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the control circuit 60 constituting the control means. A power supply circuit 62 is connected to a commercial AC power supply 61, and a main controller 63 constituted by a microcomputer is connected to the output of the power supply circuit. In addition, a door switch 64 that opens and closes contacts according to the opening and closing of the door 3 is connected to the output of the power supply circuit 62, and the output of this door switch is connected to the input port of the main control unit 63. The opening and closing of the door 3 is detected and the opening and closing of the door 3 is detected.

Further, the output port of the main control unit 63 is connected to an interior light driving circuit 66 that drives the interior light 65 that illuminates the interior of the cooking chamber 2 and a gas burner 67 that is a heat source for heating the interior of the cooking chamber 2. An electromagnetic valve drive circuit 69 for driving an electromagnetic valve 68 for controlling fuel supply, a circulation fan drive circuit 71 for driving a circulation fan 70 for circulating the hot air of the heat source in the cooking chamber 2, and another in the cooking chamber 2 A magnetron driving circuit 73 that drives a magnetron 72 that supplies high-frequency radio waves serving as a heat source, an ignition circuit 74 for igniting the gas burner 67, and a motor driving circuit that drives a geared motor 11 that tilts the operation panel 4 electrically by driving. 75 and a display circuit 76 for driving the display device 20 are connected.

Further, the geared motor 11 is constituted by a DC motor, and the power supply terminal is connected to one relay contact 78 of the forward / reverse switching relay 77 to the power supply 80 via the second relay contact 79 and the other relay. The contact 81 is connected to the ground 83 via the resistor 82, and the connection point between the relay contact 81 and the resistor 82 is connected to the analog input port 84 of the main control unit 63, and flows to the geared motor 11 with this input voltage. The current value is detected.

On the other hand, the coil of the forward / reverse switching relay contact 77 and the coil of the second relay contact 79 are connected to the outputs of the switching elements 85 and 86 connected to the output port of the main control unit 63, respectively. The power supply to the geared motor 11 is controlled by opening and closing, and the geared motor 11 is controlled to be switched between forward rotation and reverse rotation by switching the forward / reverse switching relay 77.

The input port of the main control unit 63 includes the output of the key input circuit 90 for detecting the input of each touch key 26... By an electrode (not shown) arranged on the operation board 40 and the temperature in the cooking chamber 2. The output of the internal temperature detection circuit 92 that is detected by the output of the thermistor 91 and the output of the flame detection circuit 93 that detects the ignition of the gas burner 67 are connected. Similarly, a data storage memory 94 is connected to the input / output port. Yes.

Thus, when the door 3 is opened, the main control unit 64 detects this by the output of the door switch 64, closes the second relay contact 79 of the motor drive circuit 75, energizes the geared motor 11 and performs normal rotation. The operation panel 4 is rotated and tilted as shown by a broken line in FIG. 2, so that the touch keys 26.

FIG. 5 shows a change in current of the geared motor 11 detected at the input port 84. When energization of the geared motor 11 is started at T1, an inrush current is generated at the start of energization. The main control unit 64 is configured so that the current change of the geared motor 11 is ignored for a predetermined time until the operation panel 4 is tilted and stopped at a predetermined angle at T3, and then the current flowing through the geared motor 11 is rapidly increased. When the threshold value preset at T4 is reached, the second relay contact 79 is opened to stop energization of the geared motor 11.

With these configurations, by ignoring the current change of the geared motor 11 for a predetermined time at the start of energization, the energization to the geared motor 11 can be stopped even if the starting current increases due to the engagement of the gear at the time of previous storage. Therefore, malfunction can be prevented.

Further, it is not necessary to provide a position detecting micro switch or the like by detecting the inclination or storage of the operation panel 4 to a predetermined angular position based on the change in the value of the current flowing through the geared motor 11, thereby reducing the cost by reducing the number of parts. It is possible to plan.

On the other hand, when the value of the current flowing through the geared motor 11 exceeds the threshold for a certain time during the tilting of the operation panel 4 indicated by T2 to T3 in FIG. Is opened, the second relay contact 79 is opened to stop energization of the geared motor 11. In this case, the threshold value may be set to be the same as the stop detection threshold value or may be set to a threshold value lower than this threshold value.

With these configurations, when the operation panel 4 is prevented from being tilted due to some cause while the operation panel 4 is tilted, the geared motor 11 is turned off to stop the gears constituting the electric mechanism. In addition to preventing damage and damage due to overheating of the motor coil, etc., when tilting of the operation panel 4 is prevented by contact with a human body or the like, control can be performed on the safe side by stopping tilting. is there.

Note that the main control unit 64 detects that a finger or the like touches any of the touch keys 26 arranged on the operation unit 21 while the operation panel 4 is tilted, and detects this to the geared motor 11. It is configured to stop energization.
