以下、本発明の第一実施の形態を図１から図５を利用して説明する。
本発明は複数の昇降コード（２）用のコード穴（３）と、コード穴（３）に到達する切り込み（４）を有するスラット（１）と、スラット（１）の切り込み（４）を覆うように着脱できるクリップ（５）とより構成されるものである。
スラット（１）は、図１に示すように金属あるいは合成樹脂などよりなり、前後方向に緩やかな湾曲形状を有する細長い薄板状となっている。
コード穴（３）の位置は、任意の昇降ブラインドの昇降コード（２）にあわせた位置となる。
スラット（１）にはコード穴（３）位置手前側辺からコード穴（３）に到達する切り込み（４）が設けられている。
クリップ（５）は前記スラット（１）の切り込み（４）を覆うものであり、手前で折り返された上下部材より構成され、スリット（１）を挟み込むように挿入して装着できるようになっている。上下部材はスラットの湾曲形状に合わせて湾曲した形状になっている。
また、上下部材の折り返し（６）部に対抗する辺の中央に、弧状の切り欠き（７）が設けられている。この弧状の切り欠き（７）は、図２に示すように、スラット（１）のコード穴（３）の形状に合わせたものである。
また、クリップ（５）先端の一部は図３に示すように、コード穴（３）に引っかかるように下方に折れ曲がったストッパー（８）を有している。
本発明は以上の構成からなる、ブラインド（９）の交換用スラットである。
以下、本発明の使用方法について説明する。
本発明はブラインド（９）のスラット（１）が折れ曲ったりしたときに交換し、ブラインド（９）を修理する目的で使用される。以下、その手順を図４に示して説明する。
ブラインド（９）のスラット（１）が変形したり損傷したりした際は、該当するスラット（１）に対して、側辺からコード穴（３）に到達する位置まで鋏みで切り込み、ブラインド（９）からスラット（１）を取り外す。
次に本発明のスラット（１）を、スラット（１）の切り込み（４）から昇降コード（２）をコード穴（３）に通して装着する。
