Description

The present invention relates to a deck system for constructing a terrace, a balcony or the like installed outdoors in a building or a garden using a combination set of predetermined members, a deck member used for the deck system, and a deck member fastening device.

Standardize the parts required for installing terraces, balconies, etc. outside the building or in the garden, etc., and adjust the dimensions by making it possible to cut these parts according to the conditions of the installation site A deck system has been developed that facilitates construction and simplifies construction.
However, when the deck member for forming the floor surface is made of ordinary wood, the wood is easily decayed by moisture, so that there are difficulties in durability and weather resistance. Therefore, a hollow synthetic wood is manufactured by extrusion molding or injection molding a resin and cellulose-based fine powder, or a mixed material mainly composed of resin and wood flour, and the floor surface using the synthetic wood as a deck member. Techniques for forming the are disclosed.
For example, a technique of fixing a deck member to a large pull with a fixing member in which a concave portion is provided at each position where the deck member intersects with the large pull and a head is engaged with the concave portion (see Patent Document 1). The technology of laying adjacent deck members apart by a certain distance by providing recesses over the entire length of both side surfaces of the deck member and making the engagement depth between the left and right engagement plates of the fixture and the recesses asymmetrical to the left and right. It is disclosed (see Patent Document 2). In addition, the lower part of the concave part of the deck member is pressed with a pressing piece of the fixing tool to fix the screw, while the upper part of the concave part protrudes from the lower part of the concave part so that the screws are not easily seen and the appearance is improved. There is a thing (refer patent document 3).
JP 2001-317121 A JP 2002-47782 A Japanese Patent No. 3709528

However, according to the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the engagement position is fixed, the degree of freedom in design is reduced, and if the degree of freedom is to be increased, it is necessary to provide a large slit. There is a problem that the ease of construction is impaired. Further, according to the technique disclosed in Patent Document 2, the deck member and the joist are almost in contact with each other due to the structure of the fixture. Therefore, when the joist is made of wood, a countermeasure against decay is taken separately. There is a need. On the other hand, the synthetic wood used as the deck member in Patent Document 3 is excellent in durability and corrosion resistance, while the linear expansion coefficient is significantly larger than that of metal, so the lower part of the recess is pressed down by a metal fixture. There is a risk of the deck members competing at high temperatures.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to construct a deck system that is less likely to be damaged by moisture. Furthermore, even when the deck member is made of synthetic wood, an object is to construct a deck system in which the deck member is less likely to compete by temperature expansion and contraction.

The deck system of the present invention is a deck in which a deck member, which is disposed adjacently on the joist, is fixed to the joist using a deck member fastening device that engages with the recess to form a floor surface. In the system, the deck member has a concave portion in the center of both side surfaces over the entire longitudinal direction, and the deck member fastening device supports both the deck members arranged adjacent to each other from the joists. A support portion, an engaging portion that engages with each of the opposing concave portions of both of the deck members supported by the support portion, and the support portion at a position lower than both of the deck members supported by the support portion. And a fixing portion fixed to the joist.
In this way, the deck member arranged adjacent to the joist is fixed by floating from the joist by the deck member fixing tool, so that a predetermined gap is generated between the bottom surface and the joist and the joist is wet. Even if it gets wet, it dries early due to air circulation, so there is little risk of decay even if the joists are made of wood. Further, both deck members arranged adjacent to the joists are secured to the joists by engaging the engaging portions of the deck member fasteners with the respective concave portions facing each other, so that the deck members are composed of synthetic members. Even if the temperature expands and contracts, there is little risk of the deck members competing. Furthermore, since the concave portion of the deck member is formed in the center over the entire longitudinal direction of both side surfaces, any surface of the deck member may be on the front side, and the position to be fastened to the joist is also free. Can be set.
In this case, the deck member may have a plurality of grooves formed on at least one surface. Furthermore, the deck member has a hollow portion partitioned by a partitioning wall, in which pulverized wood and resin are kneaded and molded, even if chemical liquid is pressure-injected into predetermined wood It may be.

The cross-section is U-shaped, and includes a fitting portion that is fitted to the prism and a flat portion that is bent at a right angle from the fitting portion and screwed to the floor surface, and the prism is fixed to the floor surface. It is also a preferable aspect that a prism fixing device having a width smaller than a half of the width of the prism to be fitted is provided on the opposing surface of the fitting portion.
In this way, if the width of the opposing surface of the fitting portion in the U-shape of the column fixture is narrower than half of the width of the prism to be fitted, a pair of column fixtures, When fitted to the opposing positions of the prisms, the respective fitting parts can be brought into close contact with the prisms and firmly fixed to the floor surface, so that the prisms do not wobble.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the support part is composed of a deck member mounting table having a predetermined height on which both the deck members are mounted and a groove is formed in the bottom.
By doing so, the deck member can be supported by being lifted from the joist, and an air flow path is also formed between the support portion and the joist, so that the possibility that the joist will decay with moisture is further reduced. The fixing portion is integrally formed with the deck member mounting table and has a flat surface screwed to the joist. The flat surface is formed from the bottom surfaces of both the deck members mounted on the deck member mounting table. However, the height is preferably as low as at least the head of the screw.
In this way, since the bottom surface of the deck member does not hit the screw, the deck member can be stably supported by the deck member mounting table.
In addition, the deck member fastening device has an isolation portion having a predetermined height that separates both the deck members placed on the deck member mounting table, and the engaging portion extends from the upper portion of the isolation portion. Preferably, the deck member is formed of a plate-like member that protrudes horizontally toward each of the concave portions of the deck member separated by the separating portion, and the edge engaged with each of the concave portions of the plate-like member has a sawtooth cross section. It is also preferable to have
In this way, the width of the recess is adjusted according to the material of the deck member. For example, in the case of wood into which a chemical solution is injected under pressure, it can be in close contact with the engaging plate-like member, or synthetic wood In this case, the cross-section of the edge of the plate-like member is formed in a sawtooth shape, and the sawtooth portion bites into and out of the wall surface of the recess according to the deformation of the recess due to temperature expansion and contraction. The rise can also be prevented.
Further, the fixed portion is provided with an edge portion having the same height as the deck member mounting table, and the separation unit is configured to connect both the deck members mounted on the deck member mounting table to the deck member mounting table. It can also be separated at a position near the edge.
If comprised in this way, the size of a deck member mounting base can be made small.
Further, the deck member of the present invention is a deck member having a hollow portion partitioned by a partition wall and kneaded and molded with crushed wood and resin, and has a plurality of grooves on at least one surface. And it has a recessed part in the center of both side surfaces over the whole longitudinal direction.
If the synthetic wood having such a structure is used as a deck member, it is possible to reduce the weight while ensuring a required strength, and it is possible to select either one of both surfaces according to the application.
Further, the deck member fastening device of the present invention is a deck member fastening device that is disposed adjacent to the joist and attaches both the deck members having recesses on the side surfaces to the joist. A deck member mounting table having a predetermined height with a groove formed on the bottom, and a lower position than both of the deck members formed integrally with the deck member mounting table and mounted on the deck member mounting table A fixed portion fixed to the joist, and an isolation portion having a predetermined height separating both the deck member mounted on the deck member mounting table, and the concave portions of both the deck members from the upper portion of the isolation portion. And an engaging portion that protrudes horizontally and engages with each of the recesses.
If such a deck member fastening device is used, the deck member is fixed by floating from the joist, so a gap is generated between the deck member and the joist, and even if the joist or the deck member is made of wood, it will decay. There is little fear of. In addition, even if the deck member is composed of a composite member, it is possible to prevent the deck member from advancing due to temperature expansion and contraction.

According to the present invention, since the deck member is floated and fixed from the joist by the deck member fixing tool, it is possible to prevent decay due to moisture even when general wood is used for the deck member or joist. Even when synthetic wood is used for the deck member, the cross section of the engaging portion that engages with the concave portion of the deck member is configured in a sawtooth shape, for example, so that the temperature expansion and contraction can be absorbed and the deck member can be Can be prevented.

Yes.
Although not shown, the deck member 4 of the present embodiment has a plurality of grooves formed on one surface in the longitudinal direction, but the other surface is smooth. Moreover, the recessed part of the side surface of the deck member 4 is formed in the center of both side surfaces. Therefore, when installed outdoors, if the floor surface is configured with the surface with a plurality of grooves formed on the front side, even when the floor surface is wet, drainage is good and people can walk. It can be made slippery even when it hits. Moreover, when installed indoors or from the viewpoint of walking ability, the side with a smooth surface can be made the front side.

FIG. 3 is a view showing a cross section of the deck member used in the first embodiment.
The deck member 4 shown in FIG. 3 has a recess 41 formed in the entire longitudinal direction of both side surfaces, and there are four hollow portions 43 partitioned by three partition walls 42 parallel to the side surfaces.
Here, although the three partition walls parallel to the side surface are provided in the deck member of the present embodiment, the number of partition walls is not necessarily three. Further, the partition wall is not necessarily provided in parallel to the side surface, and may be provided perpendicular to the side surface. Furthermore, a partition wall parallel to the side surface and a partition wall perpendicular to the side surface may be provided together.
When the floor surface is configured using the deck member 4, a plurality of deck members 4 are arranged side by side with a predetermined gap G on the joists 12 arranged so as to intersect with the large pull 11. Both of the deck members 4 arranged adjacent to each other are placed on the deck member fastener 20, floated from the joist 12, and supported at a predetermined height H, while each of the opposing concave portions 41 is the deck member fastener 20. Is engaged. And since the deck member fastening tool 20 is fixed to the joist 12 with the screw 25, both deck members 4 are fastened to the joist 12, and movement is restricted.
Here, it is preferable that the gap G between the deck members 4 arranged adjacent to each other is set to about 5 mm at room temperature in consideration of the temperature expansion and contraction of the deck member 4.
Further, the height H supported by the deck member fastener 20 so as to float from the joist is preferably set to at least 3 mm, more preferably 5 mm or more. Furthermore, it is desirable to provide a groove through which air flows at the bottom of the deck member fastening tool 20.
Since the partition wall 42 and the hollow part 43 are provided in the deck member 4 of this embodiment, the predetermined bending strength of a longitudinal direction can be ensured, reducing a weight. Moreover, since the recessed part 41 is provided in the center of both sides | surfaces, the floor surface can be comprised by making any surface of a deck member into the front side by selection. For example, if a plurality of grooves (not shown in the drawing) are provided on one surface of the deck member 4 and the other surface is smooth, either of them can be selected according to the use environment. it can.
Moreover, since the recessed part 41 is formed over the whole longitudinal direction of the deck member 4, a dimension adjustment can be freely performed by cut | disconnecting the dimension of the deck member 4 according to an installation environment.
Further, since the deck member 4 is supported in a state of being floated from the joist 12, even if the joist is damp due to rain water or the like, the joist 12 is easily dried by the circulation of air, and the joist 12 is less likely to decay. This also has the same effect when the floor surface is constituted by a deck member made of ACQ wood.

FIG. 4 is a view showing a deck member fastening device used in the first embodiment.
The deck member fastening device 20 shown in FIG. 4 includes both a deck member mounting table (corresponding to a support portion of the present invention) 21 on which the deck member is mounted and a deck member mounted on the deck member mounting table 21. The engaging portion 22 that engages with each of the opposing recesses, the separation portion 23 that keeps the height of the engaging portion 22 from the deck member mounting table 21 constant, and a screw that is horizontal to the bottom of the deck member mounting table 21. A fixing portion 24 having a flat surface 24c provided with a hole 24a is integrally formed.
The deck member mounting table 21 has a flat surface portion 21a having a height of H on which the deck member is mounted, and three grooves 21b are formed at the bottom.
The engaging portion 22 is composed of a plate-like member protruding from the upper portion of the separation portion 23 to both sides of the separation portion 23. The plate-like member has an end surface 22a abutting against the bottom surface 41a of the concave portion on the side surface of the deck member, and the cross section is serrated. The edge 22b of the sword bites into or disengages from the wall surface 41b of the recess according to deformation of the recess 41 due to expansion and contraction of the deck member 4.
Since the fixed portion 24 has an edge portion 24b having the same height as the flat surface portion 21a of the deck member mounting table 21 at the end, the deck member 4 can be placed on the edge portion 24b.
Since the separation portion 23 is formed as a partition wall having a certain height for partitioning the entire flat portion 21 a, both the deck members 4 placed on the flat portion 21 a are isolated by the separation portion 23.
In the present embodiment, the edge 24b having the same height as the flat surface portion 21a is provided at the end of the fixed portion 24, but the edge 24b is not necessarily required. However, if there is an edge portion 24b having the same height as the flat surface portion 21a, the support force of the deck member 4 placed on the deck member placement table 21 can be shared also by the edge portion 24b. The size of the deck member mounting table 21 can be reduced by forming the flat surface portion 21a near the edge 24b.
Further, if the height of the flat surface portion 21a of the deck member mounting table 21 is at least 3 mm, preferably 5 mm, the deck member 4 is supported in a state of being sufficiently lifted from the joist, so that the joist is wet with rainwater or the like. However, it is easy to dry and the joist is less likely to rot. Furthermore, if the groove 21b is provided at the bottom of the deck member mounting table 21, the risk that air will always flow between the deck member mounting table 21 and the joists and the joists can be further reduced.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing deck members arranged adjacent to each other in the first embodiment.
The deck member 4 shown in FIG. 5 has a concave portion 41 formed in the entire longitudinal direction of both side surfaces, and a hollow portion 43 formed therein. The deck members 4 a and 4 b arranged adjacent to each other on the joist 12 are fixed to the joist 12 by the common deck member fastening tool 20 with the concave portions 41 facing each other with the gap G opened.
Here, it is preferable that the gap G between the deck members 4 a and 4 b arranged adjacent to each other is about 5 mm at room temperature in consideration of the temperature expansion and contraction of the deck member 4.
The deck member fastening device 20 includes a deck member mounting table 21 on which three grooves 21b are formed on the bottom, on which the deck members 4a and 4b are mounted, and deck members 4a and 4b mounted on the deck member mounting table 21. The engaging portion 22 that engages with each of the opposing concave portions 41, the separation portion 23 that keeps the height of the engaging portion 22 constant, and the bottom of the deck member mounting table 21 that is fixed to the joist by screws 25. A flat surface 24c, and a fixed portion 24 having an edge portion 24b having the same height as the flat surface portion 21a of the deck member mounting table 21.
When the floor surface is formed by the deck member fastening tool 20, the deck member 4 is sequentially fastened to the joists 12 from the left side of the figure. The left deck member 4a in the figure is placed on the left side of the flat surface portion 21a of the deck member fastening device 20 separated by the separation portion 23, and the end surface 22a of the engaging portion 22 is placed on the bottom surface 41a of the concave portion of the left deck member 4a. Abut.
Next, the flat surface 24 c of the fixing portion 24 is fixed to the joist 12 with the screw 25, and the deck member 4 a is fixed to the joist 12.
Next, the deck member 4b on the right side of the figure is placed on the right side of the flat surface portion 21a of the deck member mounting table 21 and the edge portion 24b of the fixing portion 24 separated by the separation portion 23, and the bottom surface of the concave portion 41 of the deck member 4b. The end surface 22a of the engaging portion 22 is brought into contact with 41a. Thereafter, the same operation is sequentially repeated.
As shown in FIG. 4, the engaging portion 22 has an end surface 22 a formed on both sides of the separation portion 23 by a plate-like member protruding from the upper portion of the separation portion 23 on both sides, and an edge 22 b having a sawtooth cross section.
The end surface 22a abuts against the bottom surface 41a of each recess of the deck member 4, and the edge 22b having a serrated cross section bites into the wall surface 41b of each recess according to deformation of each recess 41 due to expansion and contraction of the deck member 4. By being disengaged, each of the recesses 41 is firmly engaged. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deck members 4a and 4b mounted on the deck member mounting table 21 from moving in the vertical and horizontal directions.
Here, since synthetic wood is used for the deck member 4, the temperature expansion and contraction is several times that of metal. For this reason, compared with the deck member 4 comprised with ACQ wood, the width | variety of the recessed part 41 provided in a side surface is made wide. At normal temperature, the end surface 22a of the engaging portion 22 contacts the bottom surface 41a of the recess, but the edge 22b having a sawtooth cross section is engaged in a state of being slightly separated from the wall surface 41b of the recess. On the other hand, when the temperature is high, the deck member 4 expands and the width of the concave portion 41 decreases, but the deformation of the concave portion 41 is absorbed by the edge 22b having a sawtooth cross section that bites into the wall surface 41b of the concave portion.
Here, in this embodiment, the deck member 4 made of the synthetic wood of the present invention is used. However, it is also possible to use a deck member made of ACQ wood, and in that case, the width of the recess 41 is increased. The edge 22b having a sawtooth cross section may be in contact with the wall surface 41b of the recess even at room temperature. However, it is not always necessary to make the cross section of the edge serrated, and it may be planar.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of screw holes 24a are provided in the flat surface 24c of the fixing portion 24. For this reason, by screwing the fixing portion 24 to the joist 12, the deck member mounting table 21 corresponding to the support portion of the present invention is also firmly fixed to the joist 12. Further, the flat surface 24c of the fixing portion 24 is sufficiently lower than the bottom surfaces of both the deck members 4a and 4b mounted on the flat surface portion 21a of the deck member mounting table 21, and the deck member 4 is placed on the screw head 25a. Never hit.

Next, a second embodiment to which the deck system of the present invention is applied will be described.
The deck system of the second embodiment is different from the deck system of the first embodiment in that the prisms installed on the floor surface are fixed by the pair of prismatic fasteners of the present invention. However, since the other points are common, overlapping description will be omitted, and differences will be described.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a prismatic fastener used in the deck system of the second embodiment.
A prismatic fastener 50 shown in FIG. 6 has a U-shaped cross section, a fitting part 51 fitted into the prism, and a flat part 52 bent at a right angle from the fitting part 50 and screwed to the floor surface. It consists of.
The opposing surfaces 51a and 51b of the fitting portion are narrower than half of the width of the prisms to be fitted. The fitting portion 50 and the flat portion 52 are provided with screw holes 53.
Therefore, one prismatic fastener 50 of the pair of prismatic fasteners 50 is screwed to the prism and the floor surface, and then the other prismatic fastener 50 is fitted to the opposite position of the prismatic prism. And if it is screwed to the floor surface, the prism can be firmly fixed to the floor surface.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a part of the deck system according to the second embodiment.
The deck system shown in part in FIG. 7 includes a deck frame 1 formed of a large draw or joist, a deck leg 3 attached to the deck frame 1 and placed on a concrete plate, and arranged adjacent to the deck frame 1. And a deck member 4 on which a floor surface is formed, a prism 5 installed on the floor, and a pair of prism fixing members 50 for fixing the prism 5 to the floor.
Since the opposing surfaces 51a and 51b of the fitting portion 51 having a U-shaped cross section of the prism fixing device 50 are narrower than the width W of the surface 5a of the prism to be fitted, it fits into the prism. There is a gap between the pair of prismatic fasteners 50 combined. Accordingly, if the pair of prismatic fasteners 50 are fitted to the prisms 5 at the opposing positions of the prisms 5 that are fixed to the floor surface, and are screwed to the prisms 5 and the floor surface, the prisms are fixed. Is firmly fixed to the floor and does not wobble.
