Description

The present invention relates to an exhaust filter device used for air conditioning at an asbestos demolition work site and a filter replacement method for the exhaust filter device.

According to the Asbestos Disorder Prevention Regulations enforced on February 24, 2005, “Asbestos removal, containment, enclosure, etc. must be taken as conditions for demolition of buildings (ie, asbestos removal work)” "(Article 10). Moreover, it is stipulated that “equipment that seals off the dust emission source, local exhaust device or push-full type ventilator must be provided” as the equipment related to the work (Article 12).
In addition, although the filter to be used is not stipulated in the Asbestos Injury Prevention Regulations, the “Demolition of Buildings, etc.” issued by the Construction Industry Occupational Accident Prevention Association, which is an organization authorized by the Minister of Labor, established under the Industrial Accident Prevention Organization Act In the “Manual for Preventing Exposure to Asbestos Dust in Construction”, the negative pressure dust removal device is defined as follows, and the installation of a HEPA filter is standard. In other words, this manual refers to a negative pressure dust removal device as follows: “A negative pressure dust removal device keeps the inside of a sealed work area at a negative pressure relative to the outside, supplies fresh fresh air inside, and It is a device that releases the air from which asbestos dust has been removed by the HEPA filter while not letting out the contaminated air to the outside. "

In addition, regarding the replacement of the filter, it is stipulated that “The standard for replacement of the negative pressure dust removal device differs depending on the type of filter and refer to the product catalog in use”. In two examples, the replacement time of the HEPA filter or the like is clearly shown.
(Device Example 1)
(1) HEPA filter replacement period: Replace within 1500 hours. However, cleaning inspections are conducted within 2 weeks.
(2) Prefilter replacement time: 2, 3 times / day.
(Device example 2)
(1) HEPA filter replacement time: When the differential pressure gauge attached to the negative pressure dust removal device reaches 40 mmAq.
(2) Replacement period of medium performance filter and prefilter: Check and replace with a visual inspection (2, 3 times / day).

By the way, before the enforcement of the asbestos failure prevention regulations, for example, a method described in Patent Document 1 has been taken in order to remove asbestos dust scattered at the time of work at an asbestos demolition work site.
In the removal method described in Patent Document 1, the work site is partitioned and isolated by a curtain, a ventilator incorporating a high performance filter is installed in the work site, and after removing asbestos dust with the high performance filter, Clean air was exhausted outside the site. In such a ventilator (removal method), the site was at a negative pressure than the outside, and there was no problem that asbestos dust was scattered outside the site.

However, in the asbestos removal method described in Patent Document 1, since there is a ventilation device in the field (see FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1), it is necessary to replace the filter on the field. In this case, when carrying out the bag which enclosed the used filter from the field, there existed a problem that the outer side of this bag will be contaminated with asbestos dust.
For this reason, in the front room or cleaning room of the work site (security zone), the outside of the bag is sucked with a vacuum cleaner, and the bag is stored in a clean new bag (disposal bag) and sealed with adhesive tape. Was. The double-sealed waste bags were further cleaned of asbestos dust adhering to the surface in the cleaning room, taken out of the work site (security zone), and transported and accumulated in the storage location. As described above, the asbestos removal method described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the replacement work of the filter is cumbersome and troublesome.
In addition, when replacing a used filter from a ventilator, the worker wearing protective clothing should touch the disposal bag with protective gloves and seal it, just like the bagging of the waste material with the asbestos layer disassembled. I was going. Also, when wearing a new filter on a ventilation device, an operator wearing protective clothing touched it with protective gloves. For this reason, there has been a problem that an operator who performs filter replacement work must remain in a poor environment for a long time. In addition, there is a problem that the risk of exposure increases due to wear of protective clothing and gloves.

Conventionally, the applicant has proposed an exhaust cleaning device as disclosed in Patent Document 2 in order to clean exhaust gas containing a radioisotope in a nuclear power plant or RI laboratory. The applicant paid attention to the fact that the above-described problems can be improved by installing and using this exhaust cleaning device outside the work site (security zone) of asbestos dismantling work.
In this case, for example, it is possible to use a filter replacement method as disclosed in Patent Document 3 proposed by the applicant.

However, when the exhaust gas purification device described in Patent Document 2 is used as an exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work, it is necessary to exchange the filter used for it almost every day. In addition, the filter replacement method described in Patent Document 3 requires dedicated equipment for fusion sealing (heat sealing) of the bag, leading to an increase in dedicated equipment and its running cost, and for the fusion sealing. There was a problem of taking time.

Accordingly, the present invention provides an exhaust filter device for asbestos demolition work and an exhaust filter device filter for asbestos demolition work that can improve the working environment of the asbestos demolition work site, and can also perform the filter replacement work of the exhaust filter device safely and easily. In the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work that closes the open / close lid,
The sealing means is a zipper that seals by fitting unevenness provided perpendicular to the depth direction of the inner peripheral surface of the bag, and at least two rows of unevenness are provided in the sealing means portion. It is characterized by being.
Moreover, the filter replacement | exchange method of the exhaust filter apparatus for asbestos demolition works of Claim 3 is a filter replacement | exchange method of the exhaust filter apparatus for asbestos demolition works of Claim 2, The said bag is a product made from non-polyvinyl chloride. It is characterized by that.
Further, the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos demolition work according to claim 4 is the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos demolition work according to claim 2 or 3, wherein The empty space containing the remaining bag and the remaining portion of the old bag is covered with a disposal bag to make a double, and the mouth is sealed with a sealing means and discarded.

In the exhaust filter device for asbestos demolition work according to the present invention, the exhaust filter device is installed outside the asbestos demolition work site, i.e., the work site (security zone), so that the used filter is replaced when the filter is replaced. When carrying out the bag in which the is enclosed, the outside of the bag is not contaminated with asbestos dust. Therefore, the bag in which the used filter is sealed can be simply disposed in the disposal bag. In addition, the filter replacement work can be performed in a state completely isolated from asbestos dust, so that the operator of the filter replacement work can ensure safety and does not need to wear protective clothing, protective gloves, etc. is there.
Further, in such an asbestos dismantling construction site, it is necessary to frequently replace the filter. However, in the present invention, the prefilter and the high-performance filter can be replaced at one time, so that the workability is excellent.
In addition, since a mounting and exchanging device dedicated to the pre-filter is not required, the exhaust filter device can be reduced in weight (about 70 kg). For example, by attaching casters to the lower portion of the exhaust filter device, one or several people This exhaust filter device can be transported by the operator.

Further, in the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work of the present invention, as described in claim 2, the filter replacement method is a safe method with a proven track record for conventional nuclear power / RI use, and as a sealing means during filter replacement, Since the zipper capable of sealing the bag enclosing the used filter by fitting is used, the filter can be replaced easily and in a short time while maintaining airtightness. For this reason, even daily filter replacement is not so burdensome.
Further, in the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work of the present invention, as in claim 3, since the conventional nuclear fusion / RI use is fused and sealed by heat sealing, In addition, it was restricted to use PVC that does not deteriorate due to fusion, but it became sealable due to the unevenness of the sealing means, so if it is a material that does not require fusion treatment and asbestos does not leak due to deterioration, The material of the bag is not particularly limited. Further, when the volume of waste is incinerated, there is no problem that dioxins and the like are generated by using, for example, a bag made of a material not containing chlorine.
Moreover, in the filter replacement | exchange method of the exhaust filter apparatus for asbestos dismantling construction of this invention, according to Claim 4, the sealed used filter etc. can be double-packed with a disposal bag, and can be discarded.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of an exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work and a filter replacement method of the device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, the configuration of the exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a use state of an exhaust filter device for asbestos demolition work of the present invention at an asbestos demolition work site, and FIG. 2 is a front view of an embodiment of an exhaust filter device for asbestos demolition work of the present invention. 3 is a front sectional view of an embodiment of the exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a main portion of FIG. It is an enlarged view.

As shown in FIG. 1, an exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as “exhaust filter device”) 10 according to the present invention is disassembled by a ceiling 3 and a side wall 4 on the upstream side. It is connected (linked) to the site 1 via a duct 5 attached to one side wall 4 and connected (linked) to the blower 6 on the downstream side thereof, and the demolition site 1 is loaded during the asbestos demolition work. It is used to keep the pressure and clean the exhausted air.
In the demolition work site 1, the worker A dismantles and removes the asbestos layer X, and the waste material containing the removed asbestos is sucked into the suction device 2 through the suction device 2a. At that time, air (atmosphere) containing asbestos scattered is guided to the exhaust filter device 10 by the blower 6, and the asbestos is removed by the filter 20 of the exhaust filter device 10.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the exhaust filter device 10 includes a filter 20 in the casing 11. This filter 20 includes a pre-filter 21 and a high-performance filter 22, and the pre-filter 21 and the high-performance filter 22 are provided in an overlapping manner. In the asbestos dismantling work site 1, it is necessary to frequently replace the filter. However, in the present invention, the prefilter 21 and the high-performance filter 22 can be replaced at a time, so that the workability is excellent. In addition, since the mounting and exchanging device dedicated to the prefilter 21 is not required, the exhaust filter device 10 can be reduced in weight (for example, when the prefilter 21 and the high performance filter 22 are configured separately, While the weight of the filter device is about 120 kg, the weight of the exhaust filter device 10 of the present invention is about 70 kg), as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of wheels 17 and casters are provided below the exhaust filter device 10. By attaching, the exhaust filter device 10 can be transported by one or several workers.
The high performance filter 22 may be a general particle removal filter such as ultra-ULPA, ULPA, HEPA, or the like. The filter frames of the pre-filter 21 and the high-performance filter 22 can be made of wood or resin, and the filter media can be made of glass fiber or synthetic fiber. Since each filter 21 and 22 is comprised with such a material, the filter 20 can be incinerated with the bag 18 mentioned later.

Next, the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos disassembly work of the present invention will be described. 6 to 13 are plan sectional views of an embodiment of the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos disassembly work of the present invention. FIG. 14 is a conceptual diagram of a used filter discarded in the filter replacement method of the exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work of the present invention.
First, a case where the above-described bag 18 is attached to the filter device 10 for the first time in a state where the filter device 10 has not been used after conveyance will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, the opening / closing lid 15 attached to the filter exchange port 14 of the filter device 10 is opened, and the bag 18 stored in the storage chamber 16 is pulled out and expanded. Here, since this time is the first installation of the bag 18 to the exhaust filter device 10, the newly prepared bag 18 is expanded, and the mouth portion 18 a is airtightly crimped to the bent portion 11 a of the casing 11 with the rubber ring 19. . Here, as shown in the figure, the sealing means 40 provided in the bag 18 can seal the filter 20 when the filter 20 is sealed to the deep part of the bag, and the remaining part 18c of the old bag 18 described later. Is provided at a position where a space capable of moving in the new bag 18 can be created.
Next, the bag 18 is folded by a predetermined folding method and stored in the storage chamber 16. Thereafter, the opening / closing lid 15 is closed to complete the mounting of the new bag 18 as shown in FIG.

Next, a method for replacing the filter 20 of the exhaust filter device 10 will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 7, the opening / closing lid 15 is opened, the bag 18 stored in the storage chamber 16 is pulled out and expanded, and the used filter 20 is stored in the bag 18 without being directly touched.
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the sealing means 40 between the mouth 18a of the bag 18 (that is, the bent portion 11a of the casing 11) and the filter 20 accommodated in the bag 18, that is, the zipper female portion. The bag 18 is sealed by 41 and the zipper male part 42. Then, the bag 18 is cut between the two rows of zippers 41 and 42 of the sealing means 40. Here, after cutting, the bag 18 in which the used filter 20 is stored is placed at a position where it does not interfere with filter replacement until it is put together in a disposal bag after filter replacement. In this state, the remaining portion 18c of the bag 18 remaining on the lip 11a is sealed by the zippers 41 and 42, so that the airtight state in the casing 11 is maintained by the remaining portion 18c.

Next, after removing the rubber rings 19, 19, the mouth portion 18 a of the new bag 18 containing the new filter 20 can be detachably attached to the outer periphery (mouth edge 11 a) of the filter replacement port 14 as shown in FIG. 9. Install. Here, as shown in FIG. 10, the new bag 18 has its mouth portion on the casing 11 side of the bent portion (mouth edge) 11a so that the mouth portion 18a of the old bag 18 is completely included in the bag 18a. 18a is attached. The new bag 18 is provided with a space 18b near the deepest portion in the depth direction.
Next, as shown in FIG. 11, as described above, the old bag 18 is cut after being sealed by the sealing means 40, whereby the remaining portion 18 c of the old bag 18 remaining in the bent portion 11 a of the casing 11 is bent. (Mouth edge) 11a is removed, moved to the space room 18b of the new bag 18, and the new bag 18 is sealed by the sealing means 40 between the new bag 18 containing the new filter 20 and the space room 18b. . Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the new bag 18 is cut between the sealing means 40, that is, between the two rows of zippers 41, 42, and the space room 18b in which the remaining portion 18c of the old bag 18 is sealed is formed. Separate and remove.

Next, as shown in FIG. 13, the new filter 20 in the new bag 18 is installed at a predetermined position in the casing 11, the new bag 18 is folded into a small volume and stored in the storage chamber 16, and the opening / closing lid 15 is closed. By this, filter replacement | exchange of the exhaust filter apparatus 10 for asbestos dismantling construction of this invention is complete | finished.
As shown in FIG. 14, the bag 18 containing the used filter 20 separated and removed as described above in FIG. 8 and the space room 18 b containing the remaining part 18 c of the old bag 18 are covered with a disposal bag 50. And the mouth is sealed with the sealing means 40 or similar means, and then the disposal bag 50 is discarded.
As described above, in the filter replacement method for the exhaust filter device for asbestos dismantling work of the present invention, the exhaust filter using the two rows of unevenness, that is, the two rows of the zipper female portion 41 and the zipper male portion 42 as the sealing means 40. Since the filter of the apparatus 10 is exchanged, the filter 20 can be exchanged easily and in a short time and while maintaining airtightness as compared with the case of using a conventional heat (fusion) seal. For this reason, even daily filter replacement is not so burdensome.
