Description

The present invention relates to an equipment fixture and an equipment fixing structure that are suitable for application when fixing a wire harness to a vehicle body.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view illustrating a conventional equipment fixture, and FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a vehicle body to which the equipment fixture shown in FIG. 10 is attached.

Conventionally, as this type of equipment fixture 1, as shown in FIG. 10, one having an elastic arrow-shaped fixing portion 3 protruding from a substrate 2 is often used. And after fixing the fixture 1 to the wire harness 5 with the tape 6, as shown in FIG. 11, the fixed part 3 is inserted and engaged with the circular engagement hole 7a formed in the vehicle body 7. Thus, the wire harness 5 is attached to the vehicle body 7 via the equipment fixture 1.

However, since the fixing part 3 of the equipment fixture 1 must exhibit elasticity, the strength has to be weakened. As a result, once the wire harness 5 is attached to the vehicle body 7, when the wire harness 5 is removed from the vehicle body 7, the fixing part 3 of the equipment fixture 1 is torn off or the wire harness 5 is disconnected. All or part of the equipment fixture 1 remains on the side. For this reason, the dismantling / reuse value of the wire harness 5 and the vehicle body 7 is lowered.

Therefore, in order to solve such problems, a hook piece is formed on the equipment fixture, a T-shaped locking hole is formed in the vehicle body, and the hook piece is dropped into the locking hole, so that the wire harness is attached to the vehicle body. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-23544 (FIG. 1)

However, in the known technique 1, the degree of fixing of the equipment fixing tool to the vehicle body is not always sufficient, and there is a possibility that abnormal noise may be generated with the vibration of the vehicle body. The same applies to equipment other than the wire harness.

In view of such circumstances, the present invention can improve the dismantling / reuse value of the equipment and the vehicle body by allowing the equipment to be easily detached from the vehicle body, as well as fixing the equipment to the vehicle body. An object of the present invention is to provide an equipment fixture and a fixture fixing structure capable of increasing the degree of fixing of the equipment and suppressing the generation of abnormal noise accompanying the vibration of the vehicle body.

First, in the invention of the equipment fixture according to claim 1, there is provided an equipment fixture comprising a board to which equipment is attached and a fixing part for fixing the board to the vehicle body, A column that extends rearward from the board and engages with the engagement hole of the vehicle body, and an upper side that extends upward from the column and is inserted into the engagement hole of the vehicle body and locked to the back surface of the vehicle body. A locking piece; and a lower locking piece that extends downward from the support column, is inserted through the engagement hole of the vehicle body, and is locked to the back surface of the vehicle body. Here, “rear” means the direction opposite to the direction in which the equipment is attached.
Further, the invention of the equipment fixture according to claim 2 is characterized in that biasing means for elastically pressing the support column against the vehicle body is provided.
Moreover, in the invention of the equipment fixture according to claim 3, the support column has a non-circular cross section.
In the invention of the equipment fixing structure according to claim 4, the equipment is an equipment fixing structure in which the equipment is fixed to the vehicle body via an equipment fixing tool, and the equipment fixing structure is fixed to the vehicle body. The tool is elastically pressed.

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily remove the equipment from the vehicle body, thereby increasing the dismantling / reuse value of the equipment and the vehicle body. In addition to this, it is possible to increase the degree of fixing of the equipment fixture to the vehicle body, and to suppress the generation of noise due to the vibration of the vehicle body.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

<First Embodiment>
1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of an equipment fixture according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a left side view of the equipment fixture shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the equipment fixture shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a mounting process of the equipment fixture shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the equipment fixture 1 has an inverted T-shaped plate-like substrate 2 to which a wire harness 5 is fastened with a tape 6 in front. A fixed portion 3 is integrally formed at a position slightly lowered from the upper end of the substrate 2, and as shown in FIG. 2, the fixed portion 3 includes a support 3a, an upper locking piece 3b, and a lower locking piece 3c. It is composed of That is, the fixing portion 3 includes a column 3a having a rectangular cross section that extends rearward from the substrate 2 (that is, a direction opposite to the direction in which the wire harness 5 is fastened). Further, an upper locking piece 3b is integrally formed at the rear end of the column 3a so as to extend upward, and the lower locking piece 3c is formed by a predetermined length H1 from the upper surface of the column 3a. It is integrally formed so as to extend downward. Further, a spiral spring 4 is erected on the upper surface of the column 3a so as to be elastically stretchable in the vertical direction.

On the other hand, the vehicle body 7 is provided with a rectangular engagement hole 7a having a predetermined height H2, as shown in FIG.

And when attaching the wire harness 5 to the vehicle body 7, as shown in FIG. 1, after fixing the equipment fixture 1 to the wire harness 5 with the tape 6, as described below, the inverted V-shaped fitting is performed. By the operation, the equipment fixture 1 is fixed to the vehicle body 7.

That is, first, as shown in FIG. 4A, the equipment fixture 1 is tilted so that the fixing portion 3 is tilted backward, and in this state, the fixing portion 3 The upper locking piece 3b is inserted obliquely upward (arrow A direction). At this time, the tip of the spring 4 is pressed by the vehicle body 7 and contracts. Next, as shown in FIG.4 (b), the equipment fixing tool 1 is made perpendicular | vertical and dropped downward (arrow B direction). Then, the wire harness 5 is in a state of being attached to the vehicle body 7 via the equipment fixture 1, and the work of attaching the wire harness 5 to the vehicle body 7 is completed.

As described above, since the attachment work of the wire harness 5 is completed simply by fitting the equipment fixture 1 into the engagement hole 7a of the vehicle body 7, the attachment of the wire harness 5 is facilitated.

In addition, the equipment fixture 1 is pressed downward by the elasticity of the spring 4 and is securely fixed to the vehicle body 7. Accordingly, the degree of fixing of the equipment fixture 1 to the vehicle body 7 can be increased, and the generation of abnormal noise accompanying the vibration of the vehicle body 7 can be suppressed.

In addition, since the support 3a of the fixing portion 3 has a rectangular cross section and the engagement hole 7a of the vehicle body 7 is rectangular, the fixture 1 is difficult to rotate, and the degree of fixation of the wire harness 5 to the vehicle body 7 is increased. Increase.

Even if a forward force is applied to the wire harness 5, the upper locking piece 3 b and the lower locking piece 3 c of the fixing portion 3 are brought into contact with and locked on the back surface of the vehicle body 7. There is no fear of falling off the vehicle body 7.

Furthermore, since the equipment fixture 1 is fixed to the vehicle body 7 by the inverted V-shaped fitting operation as described above, the conventional technology for fitting the equipment fixture 1 in a straight line (see FIGS. 10 and 11). Since the fitting stroke of the equipment fixture 1 becomes larger than that, the half-fit of the equipment fixture 1 can be easily confirmed.

In order to secure the degree of fixation of the equipment fixture 1 in the normal use state, the lower side of the fixing portion 3 is within the range in which the equipment fixture 1 can be fitted into the engagement hole 7a of the vehicle body 7. It is desirable that the length H1 of the locking piece 3c be close to the height H2 of the engagement hole 7a of the vehicle body 7.

On the other hand, when removing the wire harness 5 from the vehicle body 7, conversely, the equipment fixture 1 is lifted upward and pulled out obliquely downward from the engagement hole 7 a of the vehicle body 7.

In this way, the removal work of the wire harness 5 is completed simply by removing the equipment fixture 1 from the engagement hole 7a of the vehicle body 7, so that the wire harness 5 can be easily removed. Moreover, unlike the conventional equipment fixture 1 provided with the elastic arrow-shaped fixing | fixed part 3, neither the fixing | fixed part 3 of the equipment fixing | fixed tool 1 tears nor the wire harness 5 disconnects. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the dismantling / reuse value of the wire harness 5 and the vehicle body 7.

<Second Embodiment>
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of the equipment fixture according to the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a mounting process of the equipment fixture shown in FIG.

In the above-described embodiment, the equipment fixture 1 in which the fixing portion 3 is continuously provided at a position slightly lower than the upper end of the substrate 2 has been described. However, as shown in FIG. May be arranged in series. In this case, when attaching the wire harness 5 to the vehicle body 7, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the fixing portion 3 is fitted into the engagement hole 7 a of the vehicle body 7 in an inverted V shape. . At this time, as shown in FIG. 6A, the upper end of the substrate 2 does not interfere with the surface of the vehicle body 7, so that the fitting operation of the fixing portion 3 is facilitated. Further, when the wire harness 5 is removed from the vehicle body 7, the equipment fixture 1 is lifted upward and pulled out obliquely downward from the engagement hole 7 a of the vehicle body 7. Also at this time, since the upper end of the substrate 2 does not interfere with the surface of the vehicle body 7, the operation of removing the equipment fixture 1 is facilitated.

<Third Embodiment>
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a third embodiment of the equipment fixture according to the present invention.

In the above-described embodiment, the offset type equipment fixture 1 including the inverted T-shaped board 2 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the present invention can be similarly applied to a non-offset type equipment fixture 1 having a rectangular plate-like substrate 2. In this case, since only the shape of the substrate 2 is different and the other configurations are the same, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment are obtained.

<Fourth and fifth embodiments>
FIG. 8 is a side view showing a fourth embodiment of the equipment fixture according to the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a side view showing the fifth embodiment of the equipment fixture according to the present invention.

In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2, 5, and 7, the rear lower corner portion of the lower locking piece 3 c of the fixing portion 3 (that is, the lower corner portion on the vehicle body 7 side) is The case of a right-angled L-shaped cross section has been described. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the rear lower corner portion may be recessed in a curved cross section. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 9, the rear lower corner portion may be recessed in a straight cross section. When the rear lower corner portion of the lower locking piece 3c of the fixing portion 3 is recessed as described above, the equipment fixture 1 is fixed to the vehicle body 7 or the equipment fixture 1 is removed from the vehicle body 7. In addition, since the lower locking piece 3c of the fixed portion 3 is not easily caught on the lower edge of the engagement hole 7a of the vehicle body 7, workability at the time of attaching and removing the wire harness 5 is improved.

<Other embodiments>
In the above-described embodiment, the equipment fixture 1 in which the spring 4 is provided on the column 3 a of the fixing portion 3 has been described. However, the equipment fixture 1 can be elastically pressed against the vehicle body 7. As long as there is a biasing means other than the spring 4, it is possible to substitute.

In the above-described embodiment, the equipment fixture 1 in which the support column 3a of the fixing unit 3 has a rectangular cross section has been described. However, the cross section of the support column 3a is not limited to the rectangular cross section, and other cross sections (for example, squares) Cross sections, circular cross sections, elliptical cross sections, etc.) can also be employed. And if the support | pillar 3a of the equipment fixture 1 is a non-circular cross section (for example, a square cross section, an elliptical cross section etc.), as long as the engagement hole 7a of the vehicle body 7 is a cross section locked to the support | pillar 3a, it equips The article fixing tool 1 is restrained from rotating, and the degree of fixing to the vehicle body 7 further increases.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the equipment fixture 1 is fastened to the wire harness 5 with the tape 6 has been described, but fastening means other than the tape 6 may be substituted.

In the above-described embodiment, the wire harness 5 has been described as an example of the equipment, but the present invention can be similarly applied to equipment other than the wire harness 5.

The present invention can be widely applied to various industrial fields such as automobiles, trains, and aircraft.
