JP 2006-6456 A

However, since the conventional cleaning article needs to be used together with the cleaning tool main body, there is a problem that not only the cost is increased, but also the attachment and detachment to the cleaning tool main body is complicated.

In addition, since the cleaning article itself is disposable, the cleaning tool main body is to be used continuously. Also had problems.

The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning article that can perform a cleaning operation efficiently and hygienically.

The object of the present invention includes a sheet-shaped article main body made of a water-degradable material, an insertion piece provided on a side edge of the article main body, and an insertion portion formed on the article main body. This is achieved by the cleaning article configured such that the article main body can be held in a cylindrical shape by inserting the insertion piece into the insertion portion.

In the cleaning article, the article main body can be bent into a rectangular tube shape by a plurality of creases. In this case, it is preferable that the insertion portion is formed in a cut shape along the crease. It is more preferable that the article main body be bendable into a triangular cylinder.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said insertion piece is comprised so that the inner surface of the said cylindrical article main body may be pressed in the state inserted in the said insertion part.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said insertion piece is connected with the said article main body without passing through a crease.

In addition, the ratio of the length in the longitudinal direction of the insertion part to the length of the tip part of the insertion piece is preferably 1 or more and less than 3, and the width of the insertion part with respect to the thickness of the insertion piece The ratio is preferably greater than 0.9 and less than 4.2.

Moreover, the said article main body consists of a multilayer paperboard of two or more layers, the application amount per layer is 25 to 130 g / m 2 , and does not contain an additive that hinders disaggregation. Is preferred.

According to the present invention, the shape can be stably maintained by having an appropriate rigidity and strength during cleaning, so that the cleaning operation can be efficiently and hygienically scrubbed, and after use, in a water reservoir or the like in the toilet bowl By discarding, a sanitary cleaning article that can be easily disintegrated and distributed can be provided.

Hereinafter, actual forms of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a cleaning article according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning article 1 includes a rectangular sheet-shaped article main body 10 made of a water-degradable material, and the insertion piece 2 is provided on one side of the longitudinal side edge of the article main body 10. Configured. The article body 10 has a plurality of creases 4a, 4b, 4c extending along the longitudinal direction at substantially equal intervals from the insertion piece 2 side, and is along the creases 4c farthest from the insertion piece 2. The insertion part 6 is formed. The insertion portion 6 is formed in a cut shape at a height corresponding to the insertion piece 2, and the crease 4 c is divided by the insertion portion 6. The insertion piece 2 is integrally connected to the article body 10 without using a crease.

Examples of the water-decomposable material for the article body 10 include non-woven fabric, paper, film, and laminates thereof, and materials that are excellent in rigidity and strength during drying are preferable. When the water-decomposable material is paper, when making the pulp into two or more layers with a water-decomposable binder, a sizing agent (which inhibits water penetration) and paper strength enhancer (strongly bond between fibers) It is preferable that the paperboard is obtained by adjusting the weight per layer to be 25 to 130 g / m 2 without adding a material that hinders disaggregation property. While the cleaning article 1 made of such a material can obtain good rigidity when dried (in use), each layer quickly separates and disaggregates in water, and is changed from a sheet to a fiber by a constant water flow. Disposal is easy because it collapses. For example, after cleaning the toilet bowl with the present article 1, it can be discarded in a water reservoir or the like in the toilet bowl and flushed with water.

If the article main body 10 is too easy to disintegrate, the rigidity and strength are reduced immediately during cleaning, the shape cannot be stably maintained, and it becomes difficult to apply force when scrubbing, so that the feeling of use is lowered. On the other hand, if water disintegration is difficult, rigidity and strength do not decrease and the flowability is inferior, so that the toilet bowl and the water pipe are easily clogged at the time of disposal. Therefore, the water disintegration index representing the water disintegration property of the article body 10 is preferably 5 or more and 14 or less, more preferably 6 or more and 12 or less, and further preferably 7 or more and 11 or less. Here, the water dissolution index is a value obtained by the following pipe method.

First, a test piece made of the same material and thickness as that of the article body 10 is cut into a size of 5 × 5 cm and put into distilled water stored in about 400 mL in a 1000 mL measuring cylinder having a diameter of about 70 mm. Then, the graduated cylinder is turned upside down in about 1 second, and then returned to the original state in about 1 second, and this series of operations is set to “hydrolysis index 1”. This is repeated and the water dissolution index until the test piece is uniformly decomposed is counted. The adjustment of the hydrolysis index of the article main body 10 can be performed by, for example, increasing or decreasing the basis weight (thickness) of the article main body 10.

The cleaning article 1 having the above configuration can be stored compactly in an expanded state when not in use. On the other hand, during use, the article body 10 is sequentially bent at the creases 4a, 4b, and 4c, and the insertion piece 2 is bent inward and inserted into the insertion portion 6 as shown in an end view in FIG. The cleaning article 1 can be held in a triangular tube shape. Then, one side of the cylindrical cleaning article 1 is gripped, and the other end is pressed against the toilet inner surface of the toilet, and the dirt is scraped off. Thus, by making the cleaning article 1 into a cylindrical shape, the toilet can be rubbed with sufficient force without the hand touching the toilet, and the cleaning operation can be performed hygienically and efficiently. A corner portion or a spatula portion may be formed on the other end side of the article body 10 by forming a notch portion or the like so as to be bent into a cylindrical shape.

In the cleaning article 1 of the present embodiment, the insertion portion 6 is formed in a cut shape along the crease 4c, and when the cleaning article 1 is folded by the crease 4c, the insertion portion 6 naturally Since it opens in the shape of a slit, the insertion piece 2 can be easily inserted into the insertion portion 6. The formation position of the insertion portion 6 may be another position as long as the article body 10 can be held in a cylindrical shape by inserting the insertion piece 2.

Moreover, since the crease is not formed in the base end part of the insertion piece 2 connected with the side edge of the article | item main body 10, the folded insertion piece 2 presses a cylindrical inner surface with the restoring force of bending. To make contact. As a result, the cleaning article 1 is reliably held in a cylindrical state without the possibility of the insertion piece 2 falling off the insertion portion 6 during cleaning. The shape of the cleaning article 1 at the time of use is not necessarily a triangular cylindrical shape, and may be a rectangular cylindrical shape or a polygonal cylindrical shape higher than that, but the pressing force on the cylindrical inner surface by the insertion piece 2 is increased. From the viewpoint of securely holding the cylindrical shape of the article body 10, it is preferable that the insertion piece 2 has a triangular cylindrical shape having the largest bending angle. Further, the cleaning article 1 may be held in a polygonal cylindrical shape, a cylindrical shape, an elliptical cylindrical shape or the like without providing a crease on the cleaning article 1, and in this case, the insertion inserted into the insertion portion 6 is also possible. The piece 2 can be configured to press the cylindrical inner surface by bending.

After cleaning, in the case of a flush toilet, it can be discarded in the toilet bowl and flushed with water, which is hygienic. The cleaning article 1 discarded in the water in the toilet bowl penetrates water from the end, but at this time, the tip of the insertion piece 2 penetrates faster than the base end, Strength decreases. At that time (when the distal end is hydrolyzed and the proximal end is not hydrolyzed), there is a difference from the balance between the pressing force against the cylindrical inner surface due to the restoring force of the deflection of the proximal end and the decrease in strength due to the hydrolysis of the distal end The insertion piece 2 is naturally removed from the insertion portion 6 to form a sheet shape, and can be easily distributed from the toilet bowl to the water distribution pipe by the water flow at the time of flushing. As a result, there is no possibility that the cleaning article 1 is clogged in the toilet bowl or the water pipe, and can be disposed of easily and reliably. In addition, as described above, it is preferable that the base end portion of the insertion piece 2 is not provided with a crease in order to make the base end portion difficult to disintegrate compared to the tip end portion of the insertion piece 2.

The size of the slit in the insertion portion 6 may be set as appropriate in relation to the size and thickness of the inserted piece 2 to be inserted. On the other hand, when the insertion piece 2 is easily inserted from the insertion portion 6, the insertion piece 2 is less likely to be removed from the insertion portion 6 in water when discarded. According to the experimental results to be described later, the ratio (c / a) of the length c (long side of the slit) of the insertion portion 6 to the tip end length a of the insertion piece 2 is 1 or more and less than 3. It is preferable that the ratio (d / b) of the width d (short side of the slit) of the insertion portion 6 to the thickness b of the insertion piece 2 is preferably larger than 0.9 and smaller than 4.2. Further, the thickness of the cleaning article 1 is preferably 0.4 to 1.15 mm because it is difficult to obtain sufficient strength and rigidity at the time of cleaning if it is too thin, whereas disposal becomes difficult if it is too thick.

Further, as described above, it is preferable that the pressing force of the insertion piece 2 against the inner surface of the cylindrical article body 10 is large from the viewpoint of securely holding the cylindrical shape. Sometimes it becomes difficult for the insertion piece 2 to come off from the insertion portion 6 in water. The present inventors used the opening angle as a parameter for appropriately expressing such a pressing force. The opening angle can be measured in accordance with the method A (wire method) described in the fiber wrinkle resistance test method (JIS L1059-1985), and specifically comprises the same material and thickness as the article body 10. After the test piece is cut into a size of 5 × 5 cm, it is folded in two and sandwiched between a pair of glass plates, and a weight of 500 gf is applied for 5 minutes and then de-weighted. Then, the test piece is gently sandwiched with tweezers, and immediately after the fold portion is placed on the strained wire B and left for 5 minutes, as shown in FIG. The angle formed by the straight lines along is measured as an open angle α (°).

If the opening angle α (°) is too small, the pressing force on the cylindrical inner surface by the insertion piece 2 becomes weak, and it becomes difficult to hold the article body 10 in a cylindrical shape, while if it is too large, the pressing force becomes strong. Too much disposal (distribution) deteriorates. According to the experiments by the present inventors, 60 <α <180 is preferable, 70 ≦ α ≦ 145 is more preferable, and 80 ≦ α ≦ 110 is still more preferable. These opening angles α can be appropriately adjusted according to the embodiment, for example, not providing a crease at the base end of the insertion piece 2.

Moreover, when the cleaning article 1 is made of a paper material, it is preferable that the direction of the grain is formed so as to be orthogonal to the cylindrical longitudinal direction. Since the cleaning article 1 tends to spread in the direction of the paper in water, the insertion piece 2 is easily detached from the insertion portion 6 at the time of disposal, and more reliably prevents clogging in the toilet bowl or the water pipe. be able to.

The present invention will be described in more detail based on examples and comparative examples. However, the contents of the present invention are not limited to the following examples.
(Examples 1-3 and Comparative Examples 1-3)
The shape of the article main body 10 is a 5.7 × 15 cm rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 1, and a rectangular shape with a distal end length a of 3.0 cm and an insertion length of 0.7 cm on the side edge in the longitudinal direction. The insertion piece 2 was provided. Further, the insertion part 6 is formed in a cut shape and opens in a slit shape when the article body 10 is bent. The longitudinal direction length c of the insertion part 6 is 3.5 cm and the width d is 0.15 cm. did. Moreover, the thickness b of the insertion piece 2 was set to 0.09 cm which is the same as the thickness of the cleaning article 1. In addition, “Thickness measuring device (No2050-08 SHOCK PROOF)” manufactured by Mitutoyo was used for thickness measurement, and “ABSOLUTE DIGIMATIC” manufactured by Mitutoyo was used for length measurement.

As a water-disintegratable material for the article body 10, when making 100% pulp, the interlaminar strength (TAPPI UM522) is 0.51 MPa and the density is 0 without adding an additive such as a sizing agent that inhibits disintegration. .59g / cm 3, which is adjusted so that with the amount of 64 g / m 2 per layer, basis weight was used paperboard of paper making seven layers consisting of 450 g / m 2. The water disintegration index of the article main body 10 was 10.

In the article body 10, Example 1 is held in a columnar shape without providing a crease at the insertion piece base end (opening angle α is 95 (°)), and Example 2 is folded at the insertion piece base end. In the third embodiment, a crease is provided at the base end of the insertion piece and held in a triangular tube shape (open angle α is 65 °). (°)), in each case, the shape retention during cleaning and the flowability during disposal were evaluated. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1. In any case, the insertion piece 2 inserted into the insertion portion 6 was in contact with the cylindrical inner surface.

Figure 2007260337
Figure 2007260337
In Table 1, the shape-retaining property is evaluated in four stages. In a state where the insertion piece 2 is inserted into the insertion portion 6 and the article main body 10 is formed into a cylindrical shape, the shape retention property is naturally dropped from a height of 80 cm. Is open (if the article body 10 is kept in a cylindrical shape), “◎”, it opens when it is naturally dropped from a height of 80 cm, but it does not open at a height of 10 cm, “◯”, from a height of 10 cm The case where it opened when it was naturally dropped was evaluated as “Δ”, and the case where the cylindrical shape of the article main body 10 could not be held before the drop was evaluated as “x”.

In addition, the evaluation of distribution is also performed in four stages, and the cleaning article 1 is placed in the reservoir of the test wash-off toilet (TOTO C14, water volume 12 L) installed at the Central Research Laboratory of Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Is discarded in the form of a cylinder, and then flush (large) is repeated, and the number of flushes (large) until the cleaning article 1 completely flows out of the toilet bowl is 1 to 3. In the case of “◯”, the case of 7-9 was evaluated by “Δ”, and the case of 10 or more was evaluated by “x”.

As mentioned above, shape retention during cleaning and flowability during disposal are both necessary to perform cleaning work in a sanitary and efficient manner. Therefore, in the overall evaluation, both of the evaluation results are inferior. The evaluation (if the evaluation result is the same, that evaluation) was adopted.

In Example 1, although the shape retention was slightly inferior, the flowability was good, and the overall evaluation was “Δ”. In Examples 2 and 3, both shape retention and distribution were good, and the overall evaluation was “◯”.

Subsequently, the same evaluation was performed about Comparative Examples 1-3. In Comparative Example 1, corrugated paper was used as the material of the cleaning article 1, and the overall evaluation was “x” because there was no distribution. In Comparative Examples 2 and 3, the article main body 10 is bent into a triangular tube shape and a rectangular tube shape, respectively, but a crease is formed at the base end portion of the insertion piece 2 to make the insertion piece 2 easy to bend. As a result, the insertion piece 2 inserted into the insertion portion 6 was not in contact with the cylindrical inner surface (open angle α: 50 (°)). As a result, the insertion piece 2 was detached from the insertion portion 6 with a slight force, and the overall evaluation was “x”.
(Examples 4 to 19)
Next, using the article main body 10 (opening angle α: 80 (°)) shown in FIG. 1 as Example 7, the insertion piece 2 having the length c in the longitudinal direction of the insertion part 6 in the configuration of Example 7 is used. The ratio (c / a) to the tip length a of each was used as a parameter, and the same evaluation was performed under the same conditions as in Example 7 (Examples 4 to 11). The results are shown in Table 2. As apparent from Table 2, the value of c / a is preferably 1 or more and less than 3, more preferably 1 or more and 2.7 or less, and even more preferably 1.1 or more and 1.7 or less.

Figure 2007260337

Figure 2007260337

Next, in the configuration of Example 7, the ratio (d / b) of the width d of the insertion portion 6 to the thickness b of the insertion piece 2 is used as a parameter, and the same evaluation is performed under the same conditions as in Example 7. (Examples 12 to 19) The results are shown in Table 3. As is clear from Table 3, the value of d / b is preferably greater than 0.9 and less than 4.2, more preferably 1.0 or more and 4.1 or less, and 1.2 or more and 4.0. The following is more preferable.
