Description

The present invention relates to a sheet discharge mechanism, and particularly to the technical field of a sheet discharge mechanism that sequentially discharges and stacks sheets from a sheet processing apparatus or the like.

In a paper processing apparatus such as a collating machine or an image forming apparatus, post-processing such as binding processing is performed on the paper, and then the paper is sequentially discharged. The discharged sheets are generally stacked one after another, but in the case of sheets that have undergone binding processing, the leading edge of the sheet bundle that has been discharged this time hits the staple of the previously discharged sheet bundle, Even if it is not possible to make the discharge state and the stacking state proceed well, and even when the binding process is not performed, the paper that is weak is bent downward, and the good discharge state and the stacking state are maintained. It becomes impossible to maintain.

In view of this, there is an example in which a paper discharge mechanism is proposed that can improve the discharge state and the stacking state of a bundle of sheets that have undergone binding processing and a sheet that has not been subjected to binding processing.
The paper discharge mechanism will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b).
In this paper discharge mechanism, a waveform as shown in FIG. 4B is applied to the discharged paper in the width direction orthogonal to the discharge direction, and the mechanism portion for applying this waveform is shown in FIG. It is like that.

In other words, the paper 900 is sandwiched and fed between the paper discharge upper roller portion 810 and the paper discharge lower roller portion 820, is formed in a wave shape, and is discharged. The paper discharge upper roller portion 810 has a structure in which four upper rollers 812 to 815 are provided on the upper roller shaft 811, and the paper discharge lower roller portion 820 has five structures on the lower roller shaft 821. Lower rollers 822 to 826 are provided in such a manner that the upper roller enters between the lower rollers.

Accordingly, the paper 900 is sandwiched between the upper roller and the lower roller, and the paper 900 is corrugated. In this way, since the discharged paper 900 is corrugated, even a low-stiff paper is discharged without being bent downward, so that stackability at the time of discharge can be improved (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2003-246531 (FIG. 9)

In the paper discharge mechanism in the background art described above, the paper 900 is ejected by being sandwiched between the paper discharge upper roller unit 810 and the paper discharge lower roller unit 820, thereby making the paper 900 corrugated and strengthening the paper. However, when the paper to be ejected is bound as a paper bundle, the position of the binding needle is always high when ejected. In this case, if the paper discharge progresses and the stacking height increases and the difference between the paper stacking surface and the height of the discharge port decreases, There is a problem in that the leading edge of the paper to be ejected this time hits the binding needle of the ejected paper bundle, resulting in ejection and stacking defects.

Further, since the structure of the paper discharge upper roller portion 810 and the paper discharge lower roller portion 820 is complicated, there is a problem that the cost increases accordingly.
In addition, even if such a waveform is bent at the time of discharging, the paper becomes free after discharging, so the bent state of the paper becomes sweet and the leading end bends downward or hangs down. There is a point.

In view of the problems in the background art, the object of the present invention is to make it possible to achieve good discharge and stacking at low cost regardless of the paper quality and the presence or absence of the binding needle, and even after the paper is discharged. It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper discharge mechanism that can maintain a curved state and can discharge and stack in a good state.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configurations.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a paper discharge mechanism that sequentially discharges and stacks the conveyed paper into a paper discharge container, and has the following respective structures. .
(A) The paper transported in the discharge direction is guided in the transport direction at both side portions orthogonal to the transport direction, and this paper is placed on both side portions from the central portion just before the discharge port. A side guide member (b) that is bent so as to be raised, and (b) a sheet conveyed in the discharge direction is pressed onto the conveyance path surface at a central portion orthogonal to the conveyance direction, and the side guide Paper center presser member that prevents this paper from floating when the paper is bent by the member

According to a second configuration of the present invention, in the first configuration, the side guide member includes a lower surface guide member that contacts the lower surfaces of both sides of the sheet and guides the sheet, and the lower surface guide member includes A horizontal guide portion that is in the same plane as the central partial road surface of the conveyance path, and the curved guide forming portion that is connected to the horizontal guide portion and is inclined so that its height increases as it approaches the discharge port. And a sheet discharge mechanism characterized by comprising a tilt guide portion.

According to a third configuration of the present invention, in the first configuration,
The side guide member can change the position in the width direction orthogonal to the paper transport direction according to the width direction size of the paper, and transport the paper when stapling the paper. The paper discharge mechanism is characterized by having a structure in which the paper is aligned while reciprocating in the width direction orthogonal to the direction, abutting on both sides of the paper, and repeatedly separating.

The fourth configuration of the present invention includes the first configuration to the third configuration,
The sheet is arranged from the upper part of the outer surface of the discharge port to the upper part of the sheet discharge container, and the upper surface of the central part of the front end side of the sheet discharged from the discharge port is brought into contact so that the sheet can maintain a bent state. A paper discharge mechanism characterized in that a paper guide member for guiding the paper downward is provided.

According to a fifth configuration of the present invention, the sheet guiding member in the fourth configuration is
An abutment guide rod with which the upper surface of the leading edge of the discharged paper abuts;
An inclination holding portion for holding the contact guide rod at the upper portion of the outer surface of the discharge port so that the tip is inclined and can be rotated upward;
A paper discharge mechanism.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sheet discharge mechanism including an inclination adjusting mechanism for adjusting an inclination of the contact guide rod in the inclination holding portion in addition to the fifth structure.

In the first configuration of the present invention, the paper is conveyed and discharged on the side guide member that guides both sides orthogonal to the conveyance direction, and the paper is higher on the both sides than the central portion just before the discharge port. Since the bend forming portion is provided so as to be bent, and the paper center pressing member for pressing the central portion of the paper on the conveyance path surface is provided so that the paper does not float during the bending forming operation. Both sides of the paper are lifted from the central part and bent in a U shape, preventing the paper from being bent or drooping at the leading edge even when the paper is weak. This is advantageous in that the discharge and stacking into the paper discharge container can be carried out in good condition.

Also, when binding with a binding needle, the binding needle is usually not located in the center portion, but is provided at a position that is symmetrical to both sides with respect to the center portion. Even if the height is increased, the leading edge of the discharged paper does not hit the binding needle of the previously discharged paper, and therefore, there is an effect that the discharged and stacked state can be maintained satisfactorily.

In the second configuration of the present invention, the side guide member is provided with a lower surface guide member that guides the lower surface of the paper, and the lower surface guide member is disposed on the same plane as the road surface of the central portion of the conveyance path, and Since it has a structure including an inclined guide portion that is connected and extends and becomes higher as it approaches the discharge port, the sheet can be gradually bent into a U-shape without difficulty as the sheet is conveyed downstream. There is an effect that.

In the third configuration of the present invention, the side guide member can change the position in the width direction orthogonal to the paper transport direction according to the size in the width direction of the paper, and the staple binding of the paper can be performed. When the paper size changes, the paper moves back and forth in the width direction perpendicular to the paper transport direction and contacts the both sides of the paper and aligns the paper while repeating the separation. Accordingly, both side edges can be aligned and guided, and the stapling operation and the U-shaped bending operation can be smoothly advanced.

In the fourth configuration of the present invention, a paper guiding member is provided that is disposed from the upper part on the outer side of the discharge port to the upper part of the paper discharging container, and the upper surface of the central portion of the leading edge of the discharged paper is in contact with the paper guiding member. Since the paper is guided downward, the central portion of the discharged paper is pushed downward and can be kept bent in a U shape so that it can be discharged and stacked in the paper discharge container. There is an effect that it can proceed well.

In the fifth configuration of the present invention, the sheet guiding member is configured such that the sheet guiding member is in contact with the upper surface of the sheet leading end and the sheet guiding member is pivotable upward on the outer side of the discharge port, and the front side thereof is Since it has a structure having an inclined holding portion that is inclined and held so as to be lowered, it can be guided downward while maintaining a curved state by reliably abutting the top surface of the discharged paper, The loading state can be advanced well. In addition, since the contact guide bar can only be rotated upward, when there are many bundles of paper or when it is stiff and difficult to bend, the resistance when hitting the contact guide bar is large. In such a case, if the contact guide bar rotates upward, the sheet can be prevented from being damaged.

In the sixth configuration of the present invention, since the inclination angle of the contact guide rod can be adjusted, by adjusting the inclination angle, the paper with weak waist is advanced earlier and the paper with strong waist is late. It is possible to make contact with the contact guide rod, and even if various paper quality paper is used, there is an effect that the inclination angle can be set according to the paper quality.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the structure is simplified as in each of the above configurations, there is an effect that the cost can be reduced.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention is to guide the paper transported in the discharge direction in the transport direction at both side portions orthogonal to the transport direction, A side guide member having a curved forming portion that bends so that both side portions are higher than the central portion, and paper that presses the conveyed paper onto the conveyance path surface at the central portion orthogonal to the conveyance direction. The side guide member is provided with a lower surface guide member that guides the lower surface of the paper, and the lower surface guide member is disposed in the same plane as the central partial road surface of the conveyance path. And it is set as the structure containing the inclination guide part which inclines so that the height may become high, so that it may be connected to this and it becomes near the discharge port.

Furthermore, from the upper part of the discharge port to the upper part of the paper discharge container, a contact guide bar is provided that the upper surface of the central portion of the leading edge side of the discharged paper comes into contact and guides the paper downward. It is tilted and held at the upper part on the outer side of the discharge port so that it can be rotated only upward and the front is lowered, and this inclination angle can be adjusted.
