そのため、造りが男性向きであり、女性が使いたくなるようなファッション性を備え、かつしっかりと保持でき、使い勝手もよいキャリーバッグが求められていた。

本発明は、つぎのような効果を有する。

（ロ）収納ケースを、手首ベルトで手のひら側に垂下させたので手の甲側から見えるのはほぼ手首ベルトと指ベルトだけである。
したがってファッションの邪魔にならず、逆にこの手首ベルトと指ベルトにファッション性を持たせることも可能である。
（ハ）指ベルトは、手首ベルトとは逆端に設けたので、指の脱着、差し換えも、片手のままたやすくできる。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
（イ）収納ケース（１）は、折りたたみ携帯電話が収納可能な小型の長方体とし、図４、図５に見るように収納ケースの背面体（９）の上端には手首ベルト通し（４）を設け、手首ベルト（２）を後方に向けて水平に突出させる形で取り付ける。
（ロ）一方、図４、図５に見るように、背面体（９）の下端には指ベルト通し（５）を設け、指ベルト（３）を手首ベルトと同様、後方に向けて水平に突出させる形で取り付ける。

この指ベルトは、図９の断面図に見るように背面体（９）を取り巻く形で環状に取り付ける。
背面体（９）の横幅中央部において、指ベルト（３）の外側と中側を、背面体（９）を挟んだ形で、一緒に細い綴じベルト（１０）で締めつける。
（ハ）図８の断面図に見るように、収納ケースの前面体（８）と連続させる形で、上面中央部まで被さる蓋（１１）を設け、さらに、背面体（９）の手首ベルト通し（４）の下部に固定ベルト（６）を取り付け、着脱しやすい留め具（７）を用いて前面体（８）と衝止させる。
収納ケース（１）の蓋（１１）を短くすることにより、アンテナの飛び出た機種、携帯電話が長めの機種にも対応可能となる。
本発明は以上のような構造である。
本発明を使用するときには、収納ケース（１）に携帯電話を収納し、蓋（１１）を内側に向けて曲折させ、固定ベルト（６）で抑え留める。
つぎは、図１のように、収納ケース（１）が手のひら側にくるように手首ベルト（２）で手首に固定し、指ベルト（３）に人差し指ないし中指を挿入する。
指ベルト（３）は、図３に見るように背面体の横幅中央部で締めつけてあるだけなので、指を通すベルトの位置を左右いずれにも簡単に変更できる。
