5)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-2520 (FIGS. 1 and 5)

In this conventional binding tool, when a plurality of objects to be bundled such as electric wires are gathered and a band part (bundling body) is arranged around the bundle of electric wires, etc. When it enters too much, there is a problem that the bundled body bites into the outer sheath of the electric wire and damages the electric wire.
On the other hand, if the binding body is tightened while adjusting the force, the gap left between the binding objects such as electric wires is reduced by the vibration applied to the binding object after time, and the outer periphery of the binding object and the outer periphery thereof There was a problem that loosening occurred between the bundle and the bundle wound around, and the object to be bound fell off.

An object of the present application is to provide a binding tool that can bundle a plurality of objects to be bound such as electric wires, arrange a binding body around the bundle of electric wires, and tighten and bundle the bundle of electric wires. To do.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a binding tool that can bind objects to be bound without damaging the electric wires even when the bundles of electric wires are tightened and bound with an excessive force.

As described above, the present invention has a feature that when a plurality of objects to be bundled such as electric wires are gathered and bundled, a bundle is arranged around the bundles of the electric wires and tightened to bind the bundles of electric wires. There is.
At that time, even if it is tightened with extreme force and excessive force is applied to the bundle,
The elastic body is elastically deformed, and the tightening force around the bundle of wires is tightened with a soft and soft force, so that it can be safely tightened without damaging the wire coating or damaging the internal conductor. There is an effect.

Furthermore, the invention of the present application is a case where vibration is applied to the object to be bound after tightening and binding a plurality of objects to be bound while adjusting the force.
The elastic part is elastically deformed and gives elastic tension in the longitudinal direction to the bundle, and the bundle follows the shape change of the outer circumference of the bundle of wires. There is an effect in use that prevents the wires from coming out of the bundle of wires and maintains the bundle of wires without causing looseness between the wound bundle.

Further, in the present invention, in the case where the elastic portion is formed in a meandering shape such that a valley is formed in the direction of the inner and outer surfaces of the binding body, when designing the binding tool, the number of the valleys of the elastic portion or By increasing or decreasing the number, it is possible to change the elastic force of the binding part, the extension dimension, so it is possible to correspond to the size of the outer periphery of the bundle of various objects to be bound only by increasing or decreasing the number of peaks and valleys, There exists an effect which can provide the goods corresponding to various requests.

The projecting dimension of the operation piece 30 is preferably such a dimension that it can be operated with the fingertip of the operator, but short so that other objects do not touch the operation piece unnecessarily. Reference numeral 31 denotes a relief for the engagement body 28 to move in the direction of the arrow 34.

A use state is demonstrated about the thing of the said structure.
In recent buildings, electrical wiring is performed like a spider's web in a hidden place, for example, behind the ceiling, because of the various arrangements of electrical equipment. However, since it is dangerous to leave the wiring unattended, it is necessary to make a bundle of wires by bundling a plurality of wires wired at a required place.
In that case, as shown in FIG. 2, a large number of electric wires are gathered together, the periphery thereof is surrounded by the binding body 1 in the binding tool A shown in FIG. 1, and the leading portion 11 of the binding body 1 is inserted into the insertion space 27 in the stopper 2. And the tip 11 is pulled out in the direction of the arrow 35a. Then, the meshing projecting pieces 15, 15,... Arranged in a line push up the engagement destination 29 of the engagement body 28 in the direction of the arrow 34b and proceed as shown in FIG. 2 to tighten the wire bundle 4a. It should be noted that the engagement destination 29 returns to the direction of the arrow 34a when the progress of the binding body 1 stops, and engages with the engagement protrusion 15 to prevent the binding body 1 from returning in the direction of the arrow 35b.
In this state, the peaks 22 and valleys 23 of the meandering elastic portion 21 formed in one part of the binding portion 10 are elastically deformed so that the undulations of the peaks and valleys are reduced, and the wires are stretched. This fits into the irregularities around the bundle 4a and becomes engaged, and movement in the longitudinal direction (position shift) is prevented.
Further, the elastic deformation of the peak portion 22 and the valley portion 23 in the meandering elastic portion 21 gives a longitudinal elastic tensile force to the entire bundle 1, and the electric wire bundle 4 a This eliminates the possibility of loosening between the outer periphery and the bundle 1 wound around the outer periphery, and prevents the wires from coming out of the bundle of wires 4a.
In addition, the tightening force with respect to the periphery of the bundle of electric wires 4a is soft and soft. Therefore, even when the tip 11 is pulled with an extreme force in the direction of the arrow 35a in the tightening operation and an excessive force is applied to the binding body 1, it is possible to damage the covering of the electric wire 4 or damage the internal conductor. There is an effect that a safe tightening operation can be performed.

Next, an operation for releasing the binding of the binding tool A will be described.
The operator's fingertip or the like is applied to the operation piece 30 in the stopper 2 to move the engagement body 28 in the direction of the arrow 34b. As a result, the engagement between the engagement destination 29 and the engagement projection piece is released, so that the binding body 1 inserted into the insertion space 27 can be pulled out in the direction of the arrow 35b to release the binding. The binding tool A can be reused.
In addition, in FIG. 2, although the covered electric wire was illustrated as an electric wire as a thing to be bound, as an electric wire, a string, a pipe | tube, an electric wire, a wire, etc. may be object.

Next, FIG. 3 which shows an example different from the binding tool A of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 in the structure which provided the elastic part in the binding body in the whole region of the binding part main body, and the structure of the engaging body in a stopper is demonstrated. . In FIG. 3, parts that are considered to have the same or equivalent functions, properties, features, etc. as those in FIGS. 1 and 2 are given the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. Therefore, a duplicate description is omitted. (Also, in the following figures, the same concept is applied in order, and the same reference numerals as those in FIGS.
Reference numeral 21f denotes an elastic portion that also serves as a string-like portion 20f provided between the tip portion 11f and the base portion 12f in the binding body 1f, tightens the bundle of the objects to be bound, and extends in the longitudinal direction with respect to the binding portion main body 10f. It has the role of exerting the elasticity toward the longitudinal direction and the longitudinal direction. The elastic portion 21f has a meandering shape in which peaks 22f and valleys 23f are alternately formed toward the outer peripheral surface 14f side and the inner peripheral surface 18f side of the binding portion main body 10f.
Reference numeral 15f denotes meshing protrusions arranged on the outer peripheral surface 14f of the elastic portion 21f, and the engagement body 28f is engaged with the stopper 2f by using the peaks 22f and valleys 23f for forming the elastic portion 21f. It plays a role of engaging with the tip 29f.
Reference numeral 19f denotes a non-slip protrusion for contacting the object to be bound in a state in which the object to be bound is bound and preventing relative slip of both, and as shown in the figure, a peak part on the inner peripheral side 18f of the binding part body 10f There are a number of rows.

Next, in the fastener 2, reference numeral 28f denotes an engaging body for locking the meshing protrusion 15f in the string-like portion 20f, which is integrally formed with the frame portion 26f. The engaging body 28f is normally urged in the direction 34a, and is formed so as to allow the string-like portion 20f to advance by elastically bending in the arrow 34b direction when the string-like portion 20f advances in the arrow 35af direction. It is.

A use state is demonstrated about the thing of the said structure. In the same manner as described above with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the collected wires are surrounded by the binding body 1f of the binding tool A, and toward the insertion space 27f of the stopper 2f, the tip portion 11f of the binding body 1f. Is inserted in the direction of the arrow 35af, and the tip portion 11f is pulled out. Then, the meshing protrusions 15f, 15f,... Advance by pushing the engagement destination 29f of the engagement body 28f in the direction of the arrow 34b, and tighten the wire bundle. The engagement destination 29f returns to the direction of the arrow 34a when the progress of the binding body 1f stops, engages with the meshing protrusion 15f, and prevents the binding body 1f from returning in the direction of the arrow 35bf. In this way, a bundle of electric wires can be bundled.
In this state, the peak portion 22f and the valley portion 23f of the meandering elastic portion 21f formed from the base portion 12f to the tip portion 11f of the bundling portion 10f are elastically deformed so that the undulations of the mountain valley are reduced. However, it extends and fits into the surrounding irregularities over the entire circumference of the bundle of electric wires, and is engaged and prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction (displacement).
Next, the case where the binding of the binding tool A is released will be described. The engagement body 28f in the stopper 2 is pushed in the direction of arrow 35af with a rod-like object, for example, the tip of a driver, and the engagement destination 29f is moved in the direction of arrow 34bf. Then, the engagement destination 29f and the engagement protrusion 15f are disengaged, and the binding body 1f can be pulled out from the stopper 2f to release the binding.

Next, FIG. 4 which shows an example different in the structure and arrangement position of an elastic part from the binding tool of FIG.1 and FIG.2 is demonstrated.
On the outer peripheral surface 14g of the string-like portion 20g, a large number of engagement protrusions 15g for engaging engagement destinations 29g of the engagement bodies 28g in the stopper 2g are arranged. As shown in FIG. 4 (D), the inner peripheral side 18g of the string-like portion 20g has a large number of non-slip protrusions 19g that come into contact with the objects to be bound in a state where the objects to be bound are bound and stop relative slippage of both. It is scattered and formed.
Next, the elastic portion 21g provided in a part of the binding portion main body 10g is formed at a plurality of positions at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the binding body 1g as shown in the figure. Each elastic part 21g has a structure in which a through hole 24 is formed in the central part, and both ends of the through hole 24 in the width direction are connected to the string-like part 20g by an integral material as shown in the drawing. The member 25 is formed in an overhang shape.
The elastic member 25 is stretched nearly double in the longitudinal direction within a range in which the restoring force (elastic force) remains, and is elastically deformed.
When the binding body 1g is pulled in the longitudinal direction, the elastic portion 21g is deformed and stretched by the protruding elastic member 25 (from the width W1 shown in FIG. 4A to FIG. 4C). It is elastically deformed by elongating to the width dimension W2, and an elastic tensile force in the longitudinal direction is applied to the entire bundle 1f.

A use state is demonstrated about the thing of the said structure. In the same manner as described above with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the collected wires are surrounded by the binding body 1g in the binding tool A, and the tip 11g of the binding body 1g is inserted into the insertion space 27g in the stopper 2g. Insert it in the direction of 35ag and pull it out in the direction of arrow 35ag.
Then, the elastic member 25 in the elastic portion 21g advances in the direction of the arrow 35ag while being elastically deformed by the inner surface 26a of the frame member 26g in the central direction (direction in which the width dimension is reduced) of the bundle 1g. Further, the meshing protrusions 15g, 15g, etc. advance by elastically pushing up the engagement destination 29g of the engagement body 28g in the direction of the arrow 34b. As described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the engagement destination 29g engages with the engagement protrusion 15g when the progress of the binding body 1g stops, and prevents the binding body 1g from returning in the direction of the arrow 35bg.

In this state, the elastic members 25 in the elastic portions 21g formed at several places of the binding portion 10g are respectively stretched so that the overhang amount becomes small as shown in FIG. Like) elastically deform and stretch. Thereby, the elastic tension | tensile_strength of a longitudinal direction is provided with respect to the whole binding body 1g, and there exists a possibility of producing looseness between the circumference outer periphery of the bundle 4a of electric wires, and the binding body 1g wound around the outer periphery. To prevent the wires from coming out of the bundle of wires 4a.
In addition, the tightening force with respect to the periphery of the bundle of electric wires 4a is soft and soft. Therefore, even when the tip portion 11g is pulled with an extreme force in the direction of the arrow 35ag in the tightening operation and an excessive force is applied to the binding body 1g, the covering of the electric wire or the internal conductor is not damaged. Safe tightening operation is possible.
Furthermore, when designing the binding tool A, the elastic force and the extension dimension of the binding part can be changed by increasing or decreasing the number of elastic members 25 or the amount of overhang of the elastic part 21g. Only by increasing or decreasing the number or the like, it is possible to deal with the size of the outer periphery of various bundles of bound objects, and it is possible to meet various demands.

Next, FIG. 5 which shows an example which differs in the point of a structure of the non-slip | projection piece in a binding part main body from the binding tool A of FIG. 4 is demonstrated.
In the figure, reference numeral 19h denotes a non-slip protrusion for contacting the object to be bound and stopping the relative slippage of the object in a state where the object to be bound is bound, and is integrated with the inner peripheral surface 18h of the string-like part 20h as shown in the figure. In general, they are provided in an uneven crossing line.

Next, FIG. 6 which shows an example which differs in the point of the anti-slip | slipping piece in a binding part main body from the binding tool A of FIG.4 and FIG.5 is demonstrated.
In the figure, reference numeral 19j denotes a non-slip protrusion for contacting the object to be bound in a state where the object to be bound is bound and stopping the relative slippage of both, and as shown in the figure, on the inner peripheral surface 18j of the string-like part 20j They are lined up integrally.
In addition, as described above, the material of the binding portion A is described as a synthetic resin material. However, when the object to be bound is a string, a tube, a wire, or the like, a metal material having elasticity such as a thin spring plate material. You may form using.
