Abstract

【課題】調理材料で汚れ端で汚れたまな板をきれいにブラシ付まな板水切り器を提供する。
【解決手段】長方形の板２（ステンレスまたはプラスチック）の下部に、巾１５ｍｍ程度のゴム３を、上部の先端にブラシ１を付けた。調理材料の切れ端等で汚れたまな板は上部のブラシ１できれいにし、水で流した後は下部のゴム３で水を切る。１本でたわしとふきんの役目が清潔にできて重宝である。

発明の詳細な説明
発明の属する技術的分野
この発明は、長方形の板（ステンレスまたはプラスチック）の下部に、巾１５ｍｍ程度のゴム等を付け、上部の先端にブラシを設けたものである。
従来は、このような器具はなかった。
 発明が解決しようとする課題
調理でまな板を使用するとき、材料によっては１回１回まな板を洗う必要あるが、その度にたわしを使い、ふきんで拭いてと大変面倒であった。何回も拭けばふきんも汚れて不衛生であった。
課題を解決するための手段
長方形の板（ステンレスまたはプラスチック）を用意し、下部に、巾１５ｍｍ程度のゴムを、上部の先端にブラシを付けた。調理材料の切れ端等で汚れたまな板は上部のブラシできれいにし、水で流した後は下部のゴムで水を切る。
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
イ長方形の板（ステンレスまたはプラスチック）を用意し、下部に、巾１５ｍｍ程度のゴムを帯状に取り付ける。
ロ上部の先端にブラシを付ける。
 発明の効果
調理材料の切れ端等で汚れたまな板は上部のブラシできれいにし、水で流した後は下部のゴムで水を切る。使い終われば水でサッと流して何回でも清潔に使える。
