Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cushion pad skin, a cushion pad using the skin, and a headrest using the cushion pad.
However, in this conventional
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems existing in the prior art. An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion pad skin, a cushion pad, and a headrest that can suppress wrinkles and dents on the surface side of a curved sewing portion or meandering a sewing line. .
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cushion pad skin used by forming a plurality of skin pieces into a bag shape by stitching together at the seam allowance, and turning the front and back so that the seam allowance is inside. In the present invention, the seam allowance of the curved sewing portion is narrower than other portions having a larger curvature.
Therefore, by injecting the foam material into the outer skin and expanding the foam, the cushioning pad is molded and the seam allowance is narrow at the curved sewing portion. Can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles and dents on the surface side of the curved sewing portion and the meandering of the sewing line.
Another invention relating to the cushion pad skin is characterized in that an incision is formed from the end edge to the seam in the seam allowance of the curved sewing portion.
Therefore, when the cushion pad is formed using this skin, the seam allowance of the curved sewing portion is divided into a plurality of small pieces by cutting, so that these small pieces fall down due to the flow of the foam material. However, there is almost no deformation near the base end of the seam allowance. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles and dents on the surface side of the curved sewing portion and the meandering of the sewing line.
Furthermore, another invention relating to the skin for the cushion pad is characterized in that a concave portion cut from an edge thereof toward a seam is formed in the seam allowance of the curved sewing portion. Therefore, also in the configuration of the present invention, the seam allowance of the curved sewn part is divided into a plurality of small pieces by the recesses, and even if these small pieces fall down due to the flow of the foam material, the vicinity of the base end of the seam allowance is deformed. There is hardly anything. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles and dents on the surface side of the curved sewing portion and the meandering of the sewing line.
The curved sewing portion is curved in the width direction of the seam allowance or curved in the thickness direction of the seam allowance. In any case, wrinkles, dents, meandering of the sewing line, etc. can be suppressed.
Moreover, in the invention relating to the cushion pad, the cushion pad skin according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is used, and the foam material is expanded and expanded inside the skin. It is characterized by. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to form a cushion pad having a predetermined good appearance shape in which deformation such as wrinkles, dents, and meandering of the sewing line does not occur on the surface side of the curved sewing portion in the epidermis.
Furthermore, the invention relating to the headrest is characterized in that the above-mentioned cushion pad is used in a headrest comprising a stay having a pair of leg portions and a cushion pad provided at the upper end of the stay. Therefore, according to this invention, the headrest provided with the cushion pad provided with the favorable external appearance quality of the predetermined shape can be obtained.
As described above, according to the present invention, an excellent effect that a cushion pad having a good appearance can be formed is exhibited.
(First embodiment)
Below, 1st Embodiment of this invention is described based on FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, after sewing the
Now, when the
When the
Therefore, this embodiment has the following effects.
(1) It is possible to suppress the lodging of the
(2) As a means for improving the appearance, only the

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with a focus on differences from the first embodiment.
Now, in the
(Third embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with a focus on differences from the first embodiment.
In the
Further, in the third embodiment, since the
