Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle theft prevention circuit that prevents an act of fraudulently acting on a vehicle wiring from the outside of the vehicle, and in particular, prevents an electric wire that is a target of unauthorized operation from being identified from outside the vehicle.

Many recent automobiles are equipped with a door lock device that can be remotely operated from the standpoint of preventing vehicle theft. A driver who leaves the car locks the door lock device with a remote control switch using infrared rays or radio waves. Then, even if the outer handle of the vehicle door is operated, the vehicle door does not open. When the driver gets into the car again, the door lock device is changed to the unlocked state by remote control, and the vehicle handle is opened by pulling the outer handle.

FIG. 4 schematically shows the circuit of this automobile. In addition to the door lock motor 10 that drives the door lock device, a speaker 20, a lamp 30, a ground wire 40 for body grounding, and the like are disposed on the vehicle door.

The electric wires wired to each electrical component are color-coded in different colors so as not to cause wiring mistakes during harness assembly and repair.

In addition, each electric wire is inserted into a synthetic rubber bellows tube (grommet) 50 from the vehicle door and led out to the vehicle body side, and is connected to a required power source, a fuse, or the like through the connector 60 or is grounded. .

The door lock motor 10 is connected to the changeover switch 11 via the connector 60. When the white wire of the door lock motor 10 is connected to the positive side of the power source 12 and the red wire is connected to the ground by switching the changeover switch 11, the door lock device shifts to the locked state by the rotation of the door lock motor 10. . Conversely, when the red wire is connected to the positive side of the power supply 12 and the white wire is connected to the ground, the door lock motor 10 rotates in the reverse direction and the door lock device is unlocked.

However, an assailant who wants to capture the color of the vehicle or the vehicle, even if the door lock device is locked, manipulates the grommet 50 through the gap between the door and the vehicle body, and performs an unauthorized operation to open the door. May end up.

At this time, the perpetrator cuts the grommet 50 from the gap between the vehicle door and the vehicle body, connects the red electric wire to the positive side of the brought-in battery, and grounds the white electric wire, depending on the color of the wiring. If it carries out like this, the door lock motor 10 will rotate in the direction which unlocks a door lock apparatus, and a vehicle door will come to open if an outer handle is pulled.

In order to prevent such damage, conventionally, the colors of the two wires connected to the door lock motor 10 are the same color (that is, the red wire and the white wire in FIG. 4 are both red wires), and the unlock wire is specified. It is done to make it impossible.

It has also been proposed that all the wires wired to the door have the same color (that is, all the red, white, blue, brown, yellow, green and black wires in FIG. 4 are red wires).

Further, in Patent Document 1 below, a two-layer insulation coating is formed on the electric wire, the inner layer is color-coded by the electric wire color defined for each electric wire, and the outer layer uses a single color common to all electric wires, It is described that at the end portion of the electric wire connected to the terminal, the outer layer is peeled to expose the inner layer.

However, if the colors of the two electric wires connected to the door lock motor are made the same color, the perpetrator succeeds in releasing the door lock with a probability of 1/2, so the effect of preventing vehicle theft is small.

Moreover, when all the wiring is made the same color, it becomes impossible to identify each electric wire with a color, and when the vehicle is assembled or repaired, an electric wire is misplaced, and workability is lowered.

In addition, the electric wire having a two-layer insulation coating described in Patent Document 1 requires a change in molding equipment and management of the thickness of the layer at the time of manufacture, and the number of work steps increases. In addition, the material cost increases, resulting in an increase in cost.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and the purpose thereof is that there is no need to change the manufacturing conditions of the electric wires, the workability at the time of wiring is not impaired, and the effectiveness of vehicle theft prevention is effective. The object is to provide a high vehicle anti-theft circuit.

According to the vehicle anti-theft circuit configured as described in (1) above, even if the perpetrator tries to specify the electric wire connected to the vehicle anti-theft electric component by relying on the color, a plurality of electric wires of the same color are routed. Therefore, the target electric wire cannot be easily found. Moreover, since the wiring to each electric component uses the electric wire of the defined electric wire color, the workability | operativity of wiring is not impaired.
According to the vehicle antitheft circuit configured as described in (2) above, even if the perpetrator cuts the grommet through the gap between the vehicle door and the vehicle body, the dummy electric wire is routed together, so the target electric wire is found. I can't.
According to the vehicle antitheft circuit having the configuration (3), it is possible to prevent the perpetrator from operating the door lock motor illegally and releasing the door lock.
According to the vehicle antitheft circuit configured as described in (4) above, it is possible to prevent the perpetrator from knowing the unlocking wire of the door lock device.
According to the vehicle antitheft circuit having the configuration (5), the earth connection of the dummy electric wire can be easily realized.

Since the vehicle antitheft circuit of the present invention takes time to find the target electric wire, the perpetrator's willingness to commit crimes can be obstructed, and the vehicle antitheft is highly effective. In addition, since the wiring work can be performed based on the wiring color as usual, there is no possibility of impairing workability. Moreover, since the conventional electric wire can be used as it is for the dummy electric wire, it is not necessary to change the manufacturing conditions of the electric wire.

The present invention has been briefly described above. Furthermore, the details of the present invention will be further clarified by reading through the best mode for carrying out the invention described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Hereinafter, a plurality of suitable embodiments concerning the present invention are described in detail based on a drawing.

FIG. 1 schematically shows a vehicle antitheft circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In this circuit, as in the conventional circuit (FIG. 4), the door lock motor 10, the speaker 20, and the lamp 30 are arranged on the vehicle door side. Is connected.

Further, a plurality of red electric wires 42 are bonded to the ground electric wire 40 on the vehicle door side, and only the point is different from the vehicle door side of the conventional circuit (FIG. 4) ( The bonder connection 41 will be described later).

This electric wire 42 is a dummy electric wire 42 that becomes a dummy of the red electric wire of the door lock motor 10 (that is, the unlocking electric wire of the door lock device).

Each electric wire, the ground electric wire 40, and the dummy electric wire 42 connected to the electrical components on the vehicle door side are inserted into the grommet 50 and led out to the vehicle body side. Each electric wire except the dummy electric wire 42 is connected to a required power source, a fuse, a ground, or the like via the connector 60, similarly to the conventional circuit (FIG. 4). The door lock motor 10 is connected to the changeover switch 11 through a red electric wire and a white electric wire, and locks or unlocks the door lock device according to the changeover of the changeover switch 11 as in the conventional circuit (FIG. 4). .

As shown in FIG. 2, the bonder connection 41 between the ground wire 40 and the plurality of dummy wires 42 is formed by bundling the wires 70 and exposing the conductor ends of the wires 70 from the insulating coating, and electrically connecting them with solder or the like. -It integrates mechanically and completes by covering this electric wire connection part 71 with the protective resin cap 72 (the electric wire connection part of the electric wire covered with the resin cap is called "bonder connection").

At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, a bundle of electric wires 70 may be bundled using a clamp member 73. Alternatively, the bonder connection as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is not necessary. That is, for example, the above-described bonder connection from which the resin cap is removed, the electrical connection of the electric wire using a joint connector, or the electrical connection by caulking the electric wire with a crimping terminal, etc. However, the ground wire 40 and the plurality of dummy wires 42 may be connected in a conductive manner.

Thus, in this vehicle antitheft circuit, a plurality of dummy electric wires 40 of the same color as the unlocking wires are routed together with the unlocking wires of the door lock device in the grommet 50 connecting the door and the vehicle body. Yes. The dummy electric wire 40 is connected to the electric wire 40 connected to the ground on the door side, but is in a free state on the vehicle body side.

Therefore, even if the perpetrator opens the grommet 50 from the gap between the door and the vehicle body and tries to find the unlocking electric wire of the door lock device, there are many electric wires of the same color, so it takes a lot of time to find the unlocking electric wire. It will hang. Therefore, the perpetrator senses that the execution of the crime takes time and the possibility of detection becomes high, and impedes the willingness to commit the crime.

In addition, when the perpetrator connects the battery brought into the dark cloud without identifying the unlocking electric wire, if the electric wire is the dummy electric wire 42 connected to the ground, the fusing of the fuse is induced, It is expected that the vehicle will not move. These predictions psychologically pressure the perpetrator and give up the crime.

As a result, the safety of a vehicle equipped with this vehicle antitheft circuit is improved.

Moreover, since the wiring to each electrical component uses the electric wire of the prescribed | regulated electric wire color, there is no possibility that the workability | operativity of wiring may be impaired.

Moreover, the red electric wire manufactured as an unlocking electric wire of the door lock motor 10 can be used for the dummy electric wire 42 as it is, and there is no need for special manufacturing equipment or manufacturing man-hours for manufacturing the dummy electric wire.

Moreover, the dummy electric wire 42 is in a free state on the vehicle body side, and no connector connection or the like is required. Further, on the door side, only a simple work of bonding the dummy electric wire 42 to the ground wire 40 is added, and the amount of wiring work is small.

In addition, although the case where the dummy electric wire with respect to the unlocking electric wire (red electric wire) of a door lock apparatus was demonstrated here, you may make it also provide the dummy electric wire with respect to a lock setting electric wire (white electric wire). This makes it more difficult for the perpetrator to find the target wire.

For example, in the case where four dummy wires are provided, if all four wires are red dummy wires, the probability that the wire selected by the perpetrator is a regular red wire is 1/5. On the other hand, when two dummy wires of red electric wire and two dummy wires of white electric wire are provided, the probability of hitting a regular red wire becomes 1/3 and the probability of hitting a regular white wire becomes 1/3. The probability of selecting a red wire and a white wire is reduced to 1/9.

In addition, here, the case of providing a dummy electric wire for connecting to the door lock device has been described, but the dummy electric wire is intended for an electric wire connected to a security circuit or sensor that detects an alarm by detecting breakage or vibration of the window glass. May be provided.

Moreover, the number of dummy electric wires is arbitrary.

In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible suitably. In addition, the material, shape, dimension, numerical value, form, number, arrangement location, and the like of each component in the above-described embodiment are arbitrary and are not limited as long as the present invention can be achieved.

It is a schematic diagram which shows the structure of the vehicle antitheft circuit in embodiment of this invention. It is a figure which shows the form of the bonder connection of an earth wire and a dummy electric wire. It is a figure which shows the other form of the bonder connection of an earth wire and a dummy electric wire. It is a schematic diagram which shows the structure of the conventional vehicle antitheft circuit.
