4.モーターにミキシングツールを取り付けた装置で、アイスクリーム材料を混ぜる。
5.ボウルに混ぜ終わった材料を入れ、アイスクリーム製造機にセットします。
6.モーターにブレードを取り付けたものを、アイスクリーム製造機にセットします。
7.モーターの電源プラグをアイスクリーム製造機上面の専用電源コンセントに入れます。
8.スイッチをONします。
9.冷蔵庫の外部にあるボウルを見ながら積算練時間やトルク表示も併用し、好みの硬さでアイスクリームを練り上げ作ります。約10分少々。
10.アイスクリームの出来上がり。保管スイッチを押します。
11.モーター部を取り外し、更にブレードもモーター部から取り外します。
12.ミキシングツール、ブレード等の、部品調理道具を洗剤とぬるま湯でよく洗ってすすぎます。
ボウル、ブレード、ミキシングツール等は抗菌素材で、食器洗い機でも洗えること。装置上面も出来るだけ抗菌素材で、手入れが簡単に出来る構造とし衛生面に配慮する。アイスクリームの製造時のみだが、装置が本体外に出るため、本体内の冷気が室内に漏れないようなシールを行う。引き出しの出し入れしても問題のない構造の冷媒管により本体コンプレッサーと熱の遣り取りを行う。本体のコンプレッサーの冷却能力は、本オプションがある時は少々大きめとする。アイスクリーム保管時には、本体内部で殺菌灯が点灯する。引き出しの位置が判るリミットスイッチ等のセンサーを備え、各種自動制御を行う。
アイスクリームの素は冷凍保存を原則とし、食品添加物一切無しだから安全で、安定剤、着色料等を使用してない自然素材だけを使い、食中毒予防の食品添加物は安全なものをごく微量使用する。
