Description

The present invention relates to a wiring unit for turning off all rooms and a wiring structure for turning off all indoor lighting of detached houses and apartment houses with a switch provided at the entrance.

In a detached house or an apartment house, it is generally desired to turn off all the lights in the house when going out to save power. However, in reality, the task of reconfirming that all rooms are turned off just before a busy outing is cumbersome and may be omitted. For this reason, there has been a strong demand for the lights in all rooms to be turned off with a simple operation at the entrance.

In order to satisfy this demand, Patent Document 1 has already been proposed. As shown in FIG. 6, this means is provided with switches 53 and 54 in the wiring between the commercial power source 51 and the distribution board 52, and all the lights in the house are turned off by turning off the switches. It will be turned off.
More specifically, the switch provided in the distribution board 52 is divided into a normal-use device switch 55 and a power-saving device switch 56, and wirings from the commercial power source 51 are connected to the commercial power source 51 and the power-saving device, respectively. ON-OFF switches 53 and 54 are provided in the middle of the wiring with the switch 56 for power supply, and the power connected to the previous wiring from the switch 56 for power saving equipment is cut off by turning off these switches by remote control. Is. If the device connected first from the power saving device switch 56 is a luminaire, it is possible to turn off all the illumination by one of the remote control switches 57 and 58.

On the other hand, when building a house, the method of producing parts at the factory and assembling them at the construction site is an important factor for improving the quality and uniformity of individual parts or improving workability at the construction site. It has become. As for electrical wiring in a house, unitization has been promoted, and various proposals have been made regarding the wiring structure and unitization of electrical wiring (for example, Patent Document 2).

FIG. 7 is a conventional example of a wiring unit and a wiring structure exemplified in Patent Document 2. This example is a part of an electric wiring unitized and wired in the case of one dwelling unit (housing) of an apartment house such as an apartment. In this example, a group of cables required for each room in a dwelling unit, for example, Western-style rooms 1 and 2 that become bedrooms, Japanese-style rooms, living / dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms / washrooms, etc., are used as one wiring unit. It forms and connects each wiring unit to the distribution board 1 in a dwelling unit.

As shown in this figure, for the Western-style room 1, Western-style room 2, and Japanese-style room, from the connection portion 67, in addition to the power supply line 62 connected to the distribution board 61, the lighting fixture 63, the lighting switch 64, the outlet 65, etc. Branch lines 66 connected to the appliance are connected, and these are configured as one wiring unit. In general, the connection portion 67 that connects the power supply line 62 and the branch line 66 is so-called molded to harden the connection portion 67 with a resin or the like after the connection in order to improve the insulation of the connection portion.
Thus, the wiring is unitized, so that quality can be ensured by factory production and workability at the construction site can be improved.

In the case of the means of Patent Document 1, (1) the distribution board 52 requires two systems of switches, a normal equipment switch 55 and a power saving apparatus switch 56, and between the distribution board 52 and each living room. Two power supply lines are required. (2) It is necessary to provide an operation button 58 for remotely operating the ON-OFF switch 53 provided between the commercial power source 51 and the power saving device switch 56 at the entrance. There was a problem that new wiring was required there.
Further, in the case of the means of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to configure (3) the ON-OFF switches 53 and 54 to be remotely operated, and there is a problem that a wiring unit suitable for factory production cannot be applied.
For this reason, in addition to many wiring work, there is a problem that (4) the addition of new wiring increases the possibility of causing a wiring error or causing a wiring failure.

On the other hand, in the case of the means of Patent Document 2, the wiring unit is connected to the connecting portion 67, that is, the mold joint (the inside of the joint box that protects the connecting portion of the electric wire is molded with resin or the like), and the wiring for the outlet and the lighting wiring The lighting switch wiring has been processed to a predetermined length in advance, and the power supply wiring extending from the mold joint to the distribution board is connected to the switch (breaker) provided in the distribution board 61. Complete.

FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing the wiring unit of Patent Document 2. As described above, the wiring unit is connected to the connecting portion 67, in addition to the power supply line 62 connected to the distribution board 61, the branch line connected to the lighting fixture 63, the lighting switch 64, the outlet 65, and the like. 66 is connected, and these are configured as one unit.
The configuration of the wiring unit is different only in the number of outlets and lighting, and the basic configuration is the same in Western-style rooms, Japanese-style rooms, living rooms, and the like.
The wiring unit is factory-processed in advance based on the design document, and is carried into the construction site to perform wiring work, so that stable quality can be ensured regardless of the skill of the worker who performs the wiring work. In addition, since the outlet wiring, the lighting wiring, and the lighting switch wiring use electric wires with different color coatings, there is an advantage that there is no wiring mistake.

However, when such a wiring unit is used, there is a problem that it is not possible to turn off the lights in all rooms with a simple operation at the entrance.

The present invention has been developed to solve the above-described problems. In an actual building, not only the Western-style wiring unit 10A and the Japanese-style / living wiring unit 10B described as the first embodiment, but also wiring units for other Western-style rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and washrooms are required. In the basic wiring unit concept described above, the number of entrance switches increases by the number of wiring units.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the wiring in the house is divided into the outlet wiring system 30 and the lighting wiring system 32, and the lighting wiring (branch lines 14 for power saving appliances) in a plurality of rooms is turned off in all the rooms. The number of the entrance switches 22 can be reduced by using the wiring unit 10 for use.
However, in any case, the all-room lighting wiring unit 10 in which the entrance switch branch 18 is incorporated while the lighting wiring system (branch line 14 for power saving equipment) is connected to the power supply line 12. There is no change in the basic configuration.

FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a wiring structure using the all-chamber extinguishing wiring unit 10 of FIG. This figure shows the case where the lighting wiring systems (branch wires 14 for power saving equipment) in a plurality of rooms are combined into three all-room lighting wiring units 10. Further, in this figure, similarly to FIG. 3, the wiring in the house is divided into the outlet wiring system 30 and the lighting wiring system 32, and only the lighting wiring system 32 is shown.
In this example, the power saving devices 3 are all lighting devices, and are incandescent lamps or fluorescent lamps.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a third embodiment of the all-chamber extinguishing wiring unit according to the present invention. In the wiring structure using the plural all-chamber extinguishing wiring units 10, the entrance switch 22 is combined into one. .
That is, in this example, the composite entrance switch 26 for controlling the plurality of connection terminals 26b with one button is provided at the entrance of the house.
The composite entrance switch 26 has a plurality of connection terminals 26b corresponding to the plurality of entrance switch branch lines 18, and the plurality of connection terminals 26b are controlled by one button. In addition, the entrance switch branch 18 is connected to each connection terminal 26 b of the composite entrance switch 26.
With this configuration, the composite entrance switch 26 has a plurality of connection terminals 26b and can simultaneously turn ON / OFF the contacts of the plurality of connection terminals 26b with one button.
Thereby, the entrance switch wiring 18 from the plurality of all room turn-off wiring units 10 can be controlled by one button.

As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, (1) the distribution board 1 does not need to be provided with two switches, and the distribution board 1 is provided with one system of the wiring unit 10 for turning off all the rooms. Since only the power supply line 12 is connected, only one power supply line 12 between the distribution board 1 and the joint box 20 (for example, each room) is sufficient.
Further, (2) no extra ON-OFF switch is required between the commercial power supply and the distribution board 1, the commercial power supply and the distribution board can be directly connected, and (3) no remote operation switch is required.
Further, (4) the all-room light-off wiring unit 10 of the present invention includes a power supply line 12, a plurality of branch lines (a branch line for power saving equipment 14, a branch line for ordinary equipment 16, a branch for an entrance switch, which are similar to the conventional one. Since the configuration is composed of the wire 18) and the joint box 20, it is possible to ensure quality through factory production and improve workability at the construction site, as in the past.
Further, the entrance switch branch line 18 is connected to entrance switches 22 and 26 provided at the entrance of the house, and the joint box 20 always connects the power supply line 12 and the utility appliance branch line 16 and the power supply line. 12 and the branch 14 for power-saving appliances are connected by the entrance switches 22 and 26 so that they can be turned on and off, so that the lights in all the rooms can be turned off by the entrance switches 22 and 26 provided at the entrance.

In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, Of course, it can change variously in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention.
