Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a telephone exchange system including a plurality of telephone exchanges provided at each of a plurality of bases such as a company office, and more particularly to a telephone switching system that accommodates telephone terminals that are scheduled to move between the bases. .
In recent years, cases of constructing a large-scale communication infrastructure spanning a plurality of bases in companies are increasing. In these cases, a private branch exchange, that is, a PBX is arranged at each base, and a single telephone exchange system is constructed by connecting each PBX with a line such as a dedicated line. In such a telephone exchange system, each telephone terminal is first accommodated in a PBX at each base, and a local number is assigned to each terminal. The user of the telephone terminal can make an extension call between the telephone terminals by designating the other party with such a local number (see FIG. 1).
By the way, with the spread of VoIP (Voice over IP) and IP (Internet Protocol) network technologies, each PBX is used as an IP exchange, and the telephone terminals accommodated therein are not only conventional telephones but also IP telephones using the IP protocol. Cases are also coming out.
However, such a telephone exchange system can accommodate IP telephones and conventional telephones that are fixedly installed at one site, but considers mobile phone terminals that are scheduled to move between sites. It has not been.
An object of the present invention is to provide a telephone exchange system that can easily make a call even by a mobile terminal that is scheduled to move between bases each provided with a telephone exchange.
A telephone exchange system according to the present invention is a telephone exchange system including a plurality of telephone exchanges interconnected via a network and a plurality of mobile terminals each capable of being accommodated in any one of the telephone exchanges. In accordance with the current location of one of the terminals, any one of the telephone exchanges is used as an accommodation destination telephone exchange, and accommodation means for accommodating the one mobile terminal therein
Each time the one mobile terminal is accommodated, a registration means for registering a correspondence relationship between the terminal ID of the one mobile terminal and the base information of the accommodation destination telephone exchange, and any one of the terminal IDs is designated as a destination ID. In response to a call origination request, a determination means for determining the base information corresponding to the destination ID from the correspondence, and the destination ID via the accommodation telephone switch corresponding to the determined base information And an incoming means for making the mobile terminal to receive the call.
According to the telephone exchange system of the present invention, a mobile terminal that can be a conventional telephone or an IP telephone terminal is identified by its terminal ID, and a configuration for discriminating a telephone exchange that accommodates it according to its current position is provided. It is done. Thus, a call can be easily made by a mobile terminal that is scheduled to move between bases each provided with a telephone exchange.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
<First embodiment>
FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the IP telephone exchange system in the first embodiment of the present invention. Here, the
The
Here, the ID number is a terminal ID, which is a number that can be set uniquely and arbitrarily in the IP telephone exchange system. That is, the ID number is a number that can be freely set unlike the terminal specific information that each terminal has uniquely in the manufacturing stage. Therefore, as the ID number, for example, a number such as an employee number assigned to an individual within a company is used instead of an extension number set for each IP telephone exchange. Referring to FIG. 2, the
The
The
As a result of management by the
FIG. 3 shows a processing sequence at the time of terminal accommodation (position registration). In this figure, an example in which the
First, it is assumed that the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
The
FIG. 4 shows a processing sequence when the terminal moves. With reference to this figure, the operation when the terminal 205, which is a mobile terminal, moves from the base A (IP telephone exchange 202) to the base B (IP telephone exchange 203) will be described below.
First, it is assumed that the terminal 205 is activated by an operation such as turning on the power (step S201). The terminal 205 makes a connection request to the IP telephone exchange 202 (step S202). The
Next, the terminal 205 assigned with the local number determines whether or not an ID number is set for itself (step S206). When the ID number is not set, the terminal 205 is in a standby state until the ID number is set. If the ID number has been set, the terminal 205 notifies the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
Here, it is assumed that the terminal 205 has been powered off or the terminal 205 has left the base A wireless area. Therefore, the
It is assumed that the terminal 205 reaches the wireless area of the base B after the user of the terminal 205 moves between the bases. Here, it is assumed that the terminal 205 is activated again by an operation such as power-on (step S214). The terminal 205 makes a connection request to the IP telephone exchange 203 (step S215). The
Next, the terminal 205 assigned with the local number determines whether or not an ID number is set for itself (step S219). When the ID number is not set, the terminal 205 is in a standby state until the ID number is set. When the ID number has been set, the terminal 205 notifies the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
Even if the terminal moves according to the above processing sequence, if an ID number is set for the terminal, the
FIG. 5 shows a processing sequence when changing the ID number. With reference to this figure, the operation when the ID number is changed in fixed terminal 204 connected to site A (IP telephone exchange 202) will be described below. This is a case where the user sets his / her ID number when using the terminal for the terminal for which the user is not specified, and uses the terminal as his / her own terminal.
First, the
Next, when the ID number of the terminal 204 is changed by the terminal operation of the terminal 204 (step S311), the terminal 204 transmits an ID number notification (step S312). The
Next, the
Even when the ID number of the terminal is changed by the above processing, the
In the above example, it is assumed that an ID number is set in the terminal. However, in the case of a terminal that cannot set the ID number, the ID number cannot be notified to the IP telephone exchange. In such a case, the ID number may be fixedly set in the ID-local number conversion table of the IP telephone exchange that accommodates the terminal. Further, instead of setting the ID number in the terminal, a method of notifying the ID number based on login information as a connection request may be used. As the login information, for example, a login ID of a personal computer on which a softphone is mounted, an ID number registered in a smart card connected to the terminal, or the like can be used.
FIG. 6 shows a normal call sequence. With reference to this figure, an example of transmission from ID number 111 (terminal 204) to ID number "222" (terminal 205) will be described below.
First, when the user of the terminal 204 dials the ID number “222”, the terminal 204 makes a call (step S401). Thereby, a transmission request is transmitted from the terminal 204 to the IP telephone exchange 202 (step S402). The
In response to the location information request, the
By acquiring the location information of the ID number “222” from the
Next, the
When the terminal 205 that has received the call responds to this (step S411), a response signal is transmitted to the
図7は、第1の実施例の変形例であり、SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)プロトコルを用いた通常通話時の処理シーケンスを示している。 FIG. 7 is a modification of the first embodiment, and shows a processing sequence at the time of a normal call using the SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) protocol. The terminal registration and location information inquiry processing in the normal call sequence shown in FIG. 6 may use a unique communication method, but can use the SIP protocol which is a call control protocol. In this case, the IP telephone exchange that manages the location information performs the same operation as the SIP redirect server. By using this implementation method, terminals other than SIP terminals, that is, analog telephones, PHS, etc. accommodated in IP telephone exchanges can be used without distinction from SIP terminals.
First, in response to connection requests from the
Thereafter, the call between the terminal 204 and the terminal 205 is realized from the inquiry of the position information by the process similar to the process sequence shown in FIG. 6 (steps S601 to S615). At this time, an Invite message (steps S604 and S608) is used in the outgoing operation, and a message such as 100 Trying or 200 OK (step S613) is used in the response operation to perform call control between the IP telephone exchanges.
As described above, according to the first embodiment, it is possible to uniquely assign a number in the system by centrally managing the ID number position information without distinguishing between a fixed terminal and a mobile terminal. As a result, call control can be performed by using a unique number in the system without depending on the numbering plan of the IP telephone exchange.
In addition, if the IP telephone exchange that manages the location information and the IP telephone exchange that is arranged at each site that manages the terminal share the location information registration and inquiry procedures by a method such as using the SIP protocol, It may be an exchange that provides different services. This makes it possible to construct a system in which different exchanges are mixed.
<Second embodiment>
FIG. 8 shows the configuration of an IP telephone exchange system in the second embodiment of the present invention. Here, the
In the second embodiment, in particular, the
The operation in the second embodiment will be described with reference to this figure. First, the
The
The
Here, a case is assumed where the ID number “444” is dialed from the terminal 504 that has already undergone the terminal registration procedure. The
The
In the second embodiment described above, it is possible to make a call using an ID number not only for an individual incoming number that individually designates a terminal at each site but also for a group system incoming number.
